Clark immigration officers / Rude immigration officers

Please be informed that we really are very disappointed and
disturbed about what happened this morning. We almost missed our flight, as
we experienced a tragic moment in Clark airport. We arrived at Clark at
5:15am and our flight was at 7:05am. We queued up to pay for the tax and
terminal fee for almost one and half hour. Once we reached the immigration,
we were greeted by a terribly long line and at the same time a last call for
our flight was already being announced, When we approached an immigration
officer he admitted that there was a problem with the airport''s computer
system and rudely shouted, "DI KO NA PROBLEMA YUN!" This is very
unprofessional of him. Being a Head Officer, we expected him to have manners
and be capable of handling such situations. The immigration officers are
very inconsiderate, given that we have already paid our tax and terminal
fees. Other than that, we have jobs to get back to in Hong Kong. Please take
immediate action.

    The immigration officers are
    very inconsiderate, given that we have already paid our tax and terminal
    fees. Other than that, we have jobs to get back to in Hong Kong.
