Clark Color Labs / Bad customer service
This is a long and fully documented complaint about sending a check for $45.79 dated November 11, 2007 along with 9 rolls of film for processing. The check was cashed by the bank November 13, 2007, and I have it my hands as I write. After contacting the company and giving them all the information, finally, today, June 13, 2008, an envelope came in the mail containing the 9 rolls of film, unprocessed. Included was an unsigned and undated letter, which I have before me, which says that "it has been over 30 days since we received your order without sufficient payment, and we still have not received a response to our billing notice. Therefore we are returning your order unprocessed." Etc., and signed, Customer Service. We have had no other communication with the company. After do we get back the $45.79? Thanks for your assistance.
