I purchased an extended service repair warranty for my dishwasher. My dishwasher is not even one year old.When it broke, I called immediately to schedule an appointment. I requested a morning time frame and was given a date for one week later. I scheduled myself off from work. As a teacher, it is difficult to get a sub for my classroom.
Then I received a call telling me that they will service my dishwasher between 12 and 2.
I called to find out why I was given afternoon appointment. I was told you do to have any control over your schedule or sufficient staff to cover service repairs nor can I get a refund on my service agreement. So, you are selling a product that you can not service. Now, I will have to wait until after the holidays or pay someone else to repair my dishwasher. I am sending a note to Angie list, the better business bureau and the State Attorney General office for deceptive business practices.
