extra firming day lotion 50ml
Date purchased 1st October 1917 at Heathrow duty free
I purchased the lotion and discovered at later that the pump dose not work on the bottle so cannot access lotion.
On arrival in New Zealand where I live I went to Clarins counter in duty free in Auckland and they said we had to contact Clarins.
We have receipt and bottle if required
As the product is not fit for purpose we would like replacement please or failing that a full refund. (UKPD 44.95)

I purchased 4 clarins products from the istanbul turkey duty free shop, clarins counter on the 11th of September 2017. I was on my way to London.
However on my return to Sri Lanka I noticed the code on the packaging. Could you please advise whether these products are within expiry. As when I checked on fresh.com it indicated that it had expired.
Your early response would be appreciated.
I have been a longtime clarins user - but this is the first time I checked the code as I had another unopened pack from another range.
All products have been bought from clarins shops.
clarins home candles
I received one of your candles as a gift. I lit the candle for no more than 4 hours as you can see from the amount that has burnt away. Thought nothing of it and the following morning myself, husband and 2 daughters woke up with black bits in our nose. We found this very strange. It was only when I went into the room where the candle had been lit and found the walls were covered in a black like film. The curtain which was white was now black and the white UPVV window is now covered in black too. This is a safety hazard and should be removed from sale straight away. I now have to buy a new curtain, clean the windows and re-paint the whole room all because of your candle. I expect a reply regarding this asap. I have photos available that I can send to you to show the candle and the damage.
clarins roll-on deodorant trio
for years i am using the perfect Clarins deodorant spray, which i always buy at the Ben Gurion duty free shop, 4 together in one parcel
at the 30th of June i was leaving for china for a month and planned to buy again 4 bottles of spray
this was not available, so the lady of the shop succeeded to sell to me "3 roll-on deodorants (travel exclusive)"
i didn't like it so much to change from the spray to roll-on's but she ensured me that it is perfect, and doesn't leave stains. i didn't want something else than the Clarins product so finally i bought the three of them (no option for just one): some 68$!
expensive but worthwhile if it is good.
but it was definitely not refreshing but instead very sticky and uncomfortable, it made marks on my clothes and the worst part: i have been smelling very bad for a whole month and felt very embarrassed
please i want want to change the two left roll-on's for the perfect sprays
i cannot do without your sprays
i don't want to throw away the roll-on's which were so expensive for me but i also cannot give this useless product as a 'present' to somebody else
where can i give them back to you and change them for the sprays?
in a couple of weeks i will be flying again from Ben Gurion airport (Israel)
can i change it there? will there be sprays again in the duty free shop?
clarins revitalizing gel
I am a regular customer of Clarins.
I bought a bottle of Revitalizing Gel from Kuala Lumpur international airport. When I tried to use the bottle and realize the bottle pump was not functioning. I simply could not open or use the entire bottle in anyway. It was in tact and brand new. I brought the product back to clarins stores and none of them was able to assist me. I am very disappointed and would like to seek your assistance as it is a brand new bottle and it has not been use.

I went for facial in Malaysia KLCC, when finished I was asked when I was leaving the country, I told them the same night they told me about the promotion if I buy product above MYR 800 The facial was free, I accepted and bought product worth MYR 862.70, I was presented with the box of the product, I trusted Clarins it is one of a reputed brand where I will not be cheated, but they took advantage of me because I was leaving the country, when I came back home I noticed that one of the product was empty(Supra Serum 2015 30 ml worth MYR 550), was empty already used. I am really disappointed all the money I paid to have an empty bottle. I attached my receipt if you can help. my contact is : [protected]@gmail.com
Cruel and uncalled for employee treatment
When one thinks of CLARINS, one thinks about their cosmetics and who uses them, mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, cousins, grandmothers, grand daughters. One would think that a company whose clients are mostly female, said company would be in tune with fairness to the female population as consumers, mothers, or employees. TRULY THIS IS ANTYHING BUT THEIR FOCUS!
If anything, CLARINS, as a company, is extremely insensitive to the female population's roles in life and needs. The company is focused only on the revenue. Lacking in the skills to focus on the population that supports them and treats employees, who make them MILLIONS, with such insensitivity that it is of extreme concern.
Think twice before purchasing a CLARINS product and what it is they promote: unkind, rudeness, insensitivity, violating FMLA, extreme harshness, disrespect of female employees, and just truly plain ignorance of the female populations needs, the primary consumers to whom they market their products too.
If CLARINS, ever posted an ad with a picture of a mother and child, knowing the company from personal experience, I would vomit on the spot. The are clueless about the nature of a relationship of that magnitude! WALK AWAY FROM THE COUNTERS LADIES, and save your purchase for a company more attuned to who you are, your needs, and what your about!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Today I purchased two (2) Radiance plus golden glow booster. I have vitiligo and need this product to 10 my white skin. There were only two on the shelf and I purchased both. One has leaked out and was sticky. So I see that half the Booster product Is missing. Please reimburse $32 the cost of one bottle.

Went to woolworths menllyn looking for foundation.. But m disappointed that the lady who assisted me gave me wrong type of foundation for my skin type.. Now m frustrated with sumthing that does not suit my expectations the painful part is my R500 went down the drain
Please look at the previous complaint I have submitted today.
I have just examined the jar and there is a hairline crack in the glass. This is obviously how the thin shard of glass got into the cream and then cut my face.
I have kept the jar in case you need to see it.

Not only is it bad for health and skin but it is also looking cheap and 70's.
There is a new policy to even have nylon socks, something that was done in the 60's. All that is a problem to many women who are allergic to synthetic materials. It is also unbelievable that such a successful corporation wants to save on the uniforms for their employees.
I have been buying this product for years and it's brilliant! But last night I put it on and a small shard of glass in the cream cut my face. Fortunately I was at the bottom of the jar and not at the beginning because I would be too afraid to carry on using it.
