Clarify Healthy Unauthorized debit of $79.95

My debit card was charged $79.95. This was an unauthorized charge! I have tried repeatedly to get this money credited via phone messages and emails but with no success. I am going to dispute this with my bank.

I have had the same thing happen. I did do an inquiry into this product, but did not order it. So far they have made 2 deductions out of my checking acct. One for $79.95 and the other for $85.90. Because they did this, I was unable to buy a prescription I desperately needed...what can we do about this? This is theft...I can assure you that if I had helped myself to someone else's bank acct., I'd probably be sitting in jail.

Clarify Healthy Unauthorized bank charge

$74.82 was deducted from my bank account...I DID NOT order anything...I do not know how they got my bank acct #...no one answers the phone my bank gave me that was listed with this transaction...I left a message on this clarify health answering machine and no one called me back ...As it has been three days now I will close my debit card and dispute this charge...This company is a RIP OFF and can go to hell!

7/31/2009 just got a charge for $80.59 cents. Found website but there is no phone number. I did not order this product.

Clarify Healthy unauthorized debit

I recieved an unauthorized debit against my card for $79.95. The phone number of the company was [protected]. The name on my bank statement said ClarifyHealthy.

I called the company and it's a 3rd party answering service that represents this company. I said the debit was unauthorized and they said they would escalate it to their fraud department. when asked for further clarification, this fraud department had no phone number and no email. The 3rd party answering service also had no company name or address. I did learn that they were out of Canada, but he refused to tell me anything about their company. Finally he did give me an email address for their billing department as [protected]@gmail.com.

What legitimate company uses a gmail account? So neither the vendor nor their 3rd party rep has a company name or address or phone number, and I'm supposed to trust them with my bank account number?

Refund the money now, you bunch of f...ing bast..rds.

I do not recall ordering anything from this company but yet somehow I was charge 79.95 from my bank account. I have no idea how they received my details for my bank or anything. I am like what the heck is going on?

I have also had 2 amounts deducted as per the above complaint. But they are shrewd as the first one appears on the statement as 'Tipperhealth' the second a month later as 'Realdaystore'. Have just recieved another email saying that a third payment will be deducted under 'Esupplementstores' . Acording to them I enrolled in their Value rewards Membership for Acai Pure. This is incorrect but I did apply for the free sample they offered on the internet as per the CNN TV programme and Ophray show and only had to pay postage of USD19.95. As they now have my credit card details they just keep deducting. I live in Hong Kong and from the courier address they use the company is in China under the name 'Gang Dong Zhongshan Trade Co Ltd, Xiaoshan, Hangzhou'. Apart from cancelling my visa card i do not know what else to do. Emails to them are ignored. Alley

I did not order anything and can't get them to stop...how inconvenient to have to cancel my card because people feel entitled to other people's money. I will be contacting the FBI, also...maybe if enough of us do, they will be stopped.

This has happened to me too I justed placed a complaint in with the FBI if any one else would like to do so go right ahead this is the only way we will stop these people from taking our money and doing it again. The web site to place the complaint is:

Canvel your card so that they can not charge your account and try to call this number [protected]. They charged my accoount too and I spoke to a supervisor named Jamie and he said he was going to forward my account to the refund department. Good Luck.
