Claim Handling #112001-GH / when given the chance to solve the claimant's issue, they failed

I was hit by their insured. I was overcharged for a rental car. I was required to return the inferior work by their approved collision center. Once I did that, i'd be without a car. I called their adjuster, don dull the night before bringing in my car for the work to be corrected. There was no call, no car and no way to get to work. I called them after dropping off car, still silence. I left my number 3 times. I asked Enterprise Rent-a-car on 5110 Lafayette rd, 4 times since April, to reimburse me for their over-charging. Enterprise has poor customer service too, an I have no car. No one even pretends to care. I will write letters and voice my case on social media and the news.
Called claims today, no solutions yet. Sad. I'd never recommend or use Nationwide or Enterprise Rent-a-car on Lafayette Rd, Indianapolis, 46254.
