I have booked a flight on Dec 26, 29017 and return on Jan 05, 2018. under booking Number CB1184026. I have received a confirmation of receiving the amount under the payment ID No. [protected] dated 17/12/2017. I went to the airport and the airline told me that my booking has been cancelled because of citybookers didn't issue the ticket. I was forced to buy new ticket and continue my travelling. after several calling and sending e-mails they responded & promised to refund the amount. till now no action has been taken. I have submitted all the necessary evidences to my lawyer to file a case against this service provider requesting for a compensation against damages been caused to me by citybookers.

I booked a ticket with your agency and the confirmation booking number is CB1997599&PNR is 7HCXNM.When I was checking given in airways web site it's not showing my ticket confirmation details.i was tried contact you on your telephone but not is answering.the amount also been debited from my bank account.how do I get my ticket confirmed on airways website.or else you resolve my problem.very poor contact service number you provided for public, no response even calling for 24 hrs.i would like to have a call back from you.

I've booked 4 tickets on 17/4/2018 and they issued unconfirmed ticket unassigned I've booked and contact them on Twitter as they are not picking phone my ticket reserved on Royal Jordanian but it's operated by gulf air I have picture of the bill and the unassigned ticket on gulf airline and city bookers sending me email it's 100% confirmed They are cheater

They told me no booking on the reference that you have on Royal Jordanian which is 9Q70fk so they asked for date which is 7th of June and they found the ticket but they told me did you pay them I said yes then they said ask them when they are going to release ticket so when I ask them on Twitter they said its confirmed please help me I want refund from those scammer cheater I've booked through wego website and they suggested them to me how is it supporting a scammer really shame so my booking in Royal Jordanian and it's operated by gulf airline and I called them they said unconfirmed hope I got help from you my email is [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile is [protected] and complaining about city bookers which is big scammer in Kuwait that I've just noticed after booking by 2-3 days

I bought 2 tickets with booking number CB1982329 on the 12th April 2018 and the amount got deducted from my account. I received the above mentioned booking number but it is not reflected on the airlines' website, I contacted Citybookers and they said you will get it within 72 hours. I checked after 5 days and didn't receive anything, I called again they said you will get it within 48 hours and still nothing. The last call the said wait you will get it within couple of hours but I received nothing and potentially I will never receive it.

I contacted a lawyer dedicated by KTTAA (Kuwait Travel and Tourism Association) for such cases to raise a case against them and I advice you all to do the same. Their contact are as follows:

I have made a reservation for me and my family under Booking Number CB1748364 with a Booking refrence TU3TEW. This booking was made back in February. The reservation is confirmed. Until now the tickets are not issued although it was a successful online payment. I am sending you a photo for a cnfirmed reservation and payment. I want to know what the problem is. Thank you.

I booked a flight ticket via online portal of citybookers.com. After successful online payment, with the reservation ID CB1984142, I was not provided Airline ticket and subsequently cancelled my reservation ticket for not providing scanned copy of my credit card (not advisable to provide card information to strangers & hence I denied) moreover, money of 537.77dhs wasn't refunded, yet.

Currently, unresponsive to calls or emails. It's unethical & fraud.

Most likely it's a scam to attract people with low airfares and trapping them with such malpractices to gain credit card information for bigger loot apart from airfare.

NOTE: Citybookers.com doesn't hold a physical office space and no proper address in Kuwait or UAE, in addition, just one hotline number and one email address to contact who is not responding once I started asking for refund.

This the worst experience in my whole life, I booked 5 tickets but unfortunately, by mistake I swapped the distension of departure .
I called them in the same time to cancel the tickets and re book again, I spent more than 4 hours calling them on number 1800015 till finally someone picked up the phone.
The agent who answered my call told me that I will get the refund within 21 days though I paid by K-net, that was in March 15, I called again then the agent asked me to mail my name and account number and promised the will be credited to my account within 7 days, till today 14 April I didn't get my money back.
Horrible service ...

On March 29, 2018, I 've booked 2 tickets to Iran with IranAir.

The day after I've received this following e-mail.

( I've not ask for cancellation, they have done the cancellation as it shown il the mail)

I never receive the refund ( 3 weeks after) and after emailing 3 times I never received answer.

So please do not make business with this fake company.

Unfortunatly the Authorities have not taken actions and sanctions to make them closing their business.

Dear sir please I want to investigate on my case as I bought a ticket from citybookers.com reservation number cb1896931 on 17-mar-2018 and paid fully and till today 14-april-2018 they did not issue my ticket and I called many times with no results.. A very bad call center team in kuwat reaponse to us and they replied that flight cancelled, then I contactes mea (middle east airlines) at number [protected] and replied that nothing cancelled and your reservation still active on the system. Please I need my ticket to be issued as soon as possible as its not my fault if you have and operation problem that your system can not see this flight!
Your quick action to investigate in my problem will be highly appreciated...

Total amount for my ticket was shown 1004.00 aed and then you add 30.12 aid on my amount so total came 1034.29 aid but you deduct from my account 1095.87 aid .
Can you tell me why this amount is deducted from my visa card .
And please try to answer my email as soon as possible.

I booked a ticket on January 26th, on the same day I received a cancellation message from CityBookers that the ticket was cancelled due to double booking and they will refund me in full within 15 days. Below is their email:

I made my booking on Jan 15th, then my flight was cancelled and it was my right to refund in full amount. CityBookers sent an email on the 26th of January that they will refund me in full within 15 days. It is now April 12th, and no refund or reply to numerous calls or emails.

My booking number is CB1672927 and request #92720 I have been waiting for more than 50 days, since Jan 15th.

I have made an airticket booking for my wife under booking number CB1972074 also stating GDS PNR JRN59P and Airline PNR-KATSGA.

I tried to check the below mentioned booking on Kuwait airways website as well as with Kuwait airways office, but I am unable to locate this booking. Even the Kuwait airways office says that the ticket is not issued, where as payment has already been deducted by citybookers from my account for this ticket. Please send me the confirmed tickets. I tried calling citybookers several times and also emailed couple of time but still no one has received the calls and nor has anyone replied to the emails.

I have also received an email stating that if you do not confirm this booking before 15 April then the ticket will be cancelled. I am not sure why is this mail received even after making payment.

Need your urgent attention to the same.

I had made a booking with City bookers yesterday ex Auckland to Dubai.

Amount of AED 2595.78 was deducted instantly from my account but its over 24 hrs and till now I have not received the confirmed ticket.
I have checked with the airline and they say this is not a valid booking.
I have tired to reach them on mails but no response.

Since they are based in Kuwait and me in UAE I am unable to call them but somehow managed to get hold of friends and relatives to touch basis on their toll free number 1800015 but again no response.
I called Ms. Ashlina Davidson on +[protected] but again no response.

Can someone please help me!

Hi guys on 05th Apr 18 i have booked a ticket from citybookers for my brother to chennai and travel date 25jun, i have paid the amount 134 kd, then i am surprised to see that my booking is not confirmed wen i called call center immediately 1800015 he said it will take 24hrs to get confirm then i called after 24hrs he said another 4 days and then i have come to know its a fraud company who steals money from people, we are working hard to earn this money living our family alone in native without seeing them many years, and you guys are stealing it very easily, at least have some fear of god tomorrow you have to return to Allah. What your doing is not right, you have to pay for our tears.

the flight ticket with the booking number CB1879813, which i have done on march 13 Th from your website got cancelled due to some technical error from your side . As a follow up i contacted the customer care regarding the same, and as per the information from your executives, a full refund of the money was promised within 7 days of time, and its already 10 days after the last update and still my money didn't get credited . As your 24 hr customer care is not an easy option, which is not accessible most of the times, either provide me an e-mail address or an alternative customer care number, so that i can directly contact with the account section officials .During my conversation with your customer care executive, my bank account details were not asked, i can provide you my bank credentials if needed on request to my mail id . On October 11, 2017 I booked a flight through CityBookers.com and paid 510.11 Kuwaiti Dinars. On March 22, 2018 I wanted to cancel and refund my money and contacted them via email, They didn't reply then, I called them via contact number from UAE and that cost me 500 AED to call them but in vain, I notified them to cancel. They told me they had done so and sent me an email to the airlines company in Dubai and when I went there, they told me nothing came. I have since written numerous emails to them requesting my refund. To date, April 6, 2018, no refund has been received nor any further responses to my emails. Will never do business with them again nor would recommend anyone do so. they are so fake and not credible in their dealing what a bad company! I advice all people not booking from Citybookers.com

No response from customer service. I contact by email and phone and no response very bad service!

second CB1940863 ticketed but when passenger comes to counter TKT was cancelled, i ask them to refund also says after 11 days and after little time says after 35 days will refund.

This is a Fraud site, never replies to customers, take money without issuing tickets, steal customer money, plays with your information, I was very surprised today when arriving to Amman airport that my tkt was change by company staff and downgraded to economy, after Avery long international call from Amman, Jordan, I was directed by the operation manager to upgrade to business and send the recipient for refund. This has caused lots of inconvenience to me in addition to more than an hr to fix the problem, I requested a refund promised by them without any success, they do not even care to reply.

I purchased flight ticket from citybooker application for July 13 but due to some problem I want to change flight date.
As per tickets it's refundable so first I want to cancelled and get refund request. After two days they response that we can't refund because of refund cost is higher than the ticket actual cost. So ultimately no use to get refund. Then I tell them to change date for me They are agreed and As per them it's technical glitch so they're given full authorisation airlines to change date. I approch jet airlines by call and mail around 50 times. They r not changing date for me. Reason they given that they can not change tickets if you purchase from travel partners. I want to resolve issues but neither citybooker nor jet airlines responding. My money stucked as I can not travel on ticket date.
