I booked tickets on 27th Jan 2018, booking ref # CB1674822(BLRto ATL), they cancelled this booking after charging full amount deducted from my account. No reply to my email of phone calls ...i mailed more than 20 times and no reply at all.
Immediate action is needed to get my refund .
I will never ever book ticket again with you guys and dont recommend to anyone else.

For more than two months and I am still waiting the refund of my booking cancellation and nothing received till to date and unfortunately several emails were sent and I only received one email saying that they apologize for the delay and the refund will take place shortly and no more answers note that I tried to contact the customer service for more that 30 mins and no one picked up the phone and replied. I am really disappointed. Please reply.

Dear CityBookers,

Yesterday 12th/Feb I booked 3 tickets for my wife and 2 children from London Heathrow to dubai for Easter holiday through your website but unfortunately and wrongly I put incorrect dates (instead 25th/March return 15 April I put 25th/April return 15th/May).
However after receiving the confirmation email from you right away I contacted you to change the tickets dates around 2PM UAE time and your rep Shaimaa Yahia answered my call and she promised to solve this issue without any add charges but requested space till 8:00PM at KW time.
Anyway at 8PM she calls and she says that I will be charged 50KWD for changing the dates or if I wait till tomorrow then you will charge me 95KWD.
Now my question to you... is this her task and target to take 50KWD from every cm want to change dates? And is it professional that she kept me waiting for almost 6 hrs and came back to me with empty handed just her discussing the 50KWD and 95KWD?
And I asked her did you do your best, "she's said yes". Then I requested to speak to the manager few times and she refused.
After hanging the call, I called Emirates airlines and explained to them about this issue and the reply was shocking"Emirates airlines only need an email from you stating to waive the changing dates fees and they will approve it at once" as Your rep told me all this money will go to Emirates airlines and that CityBookers has nothing to do with this policy.
I feel I've been ripped off and I've been kept for 6 hrs waiting Shaimaa's help just to threat me whether I pay now 50KWD or if I wait till tomorrow I'll pay 95KWD and of course I paid the 50KWD.
After that I visited your website again and booked new tickets (CB1726406).
I believe such a big agency as you will not come after the 50KWD and dis - engage customers or lose them for that amount but I strongly believe you've been miss represented by Shaimaa and I also believe you could waive this amount since am only changing dates not canceling. your rep wanted me and was dragging me to cancel for the 50KWD.
Is this the way that CityBookers treats it's own customers?
I hope I get a reply ASAP on this issue and hope you consider my email seriously.

I purchased air-ticket Lahore - Dammam for February 07, 2018 but due to some reason we requested to change the travel date via e-mail.

They didn't respond to my email then I obliged to call them on their dedicated helpline number i.e. 1800015 but no one is answering this number as well. I sent many emails/reminders and tried several time to reach them but all in vain. We purchased an other ticket and travel.

However, I request airline to cancel the ticket to avoid No Show penalty but still seeking for refund which airline is unable to process my request.

Kindly assist me to get my money back for air-ticket which never used and cancelled on time.

I booked tickets on 25th Jan 2018, booking ref # CB166957 (Kuwait to Kolkata), they have issue ticket with PNR which is not valid when checked with concern airways (Jetairways) though full amount deducted from my account (ref ID# [protected]. I have repurchased again through your website with full payment again which is okay.
However, while communicate throuh email/ phone to refund my money with ref to above invalid booking# CB166957, neither proper response nor money has been refunded to my account.
Immediate action is needed to get my refund to retain your reputation being a kuwait based company.

yes this is stupid company, i worked with online travel agency also but this kind service not even see, there is fraud check for that they will contact immediately and take immediate action, like ticket confirm or refund. i tried to book with citybookers they did not able to give ticket and still i am waiting my full refund. i suggest do not book with them, try any other site.

I booked a return flight through CityBooker from IXC to BKK on 25th December 2017.

Money was debited instantly and ticket was also issued.

Later on in a seperate email they asked for some documents like credit card photocopy and others, which i didn't see on time. Then after some time I received an email saying that the flight has been cancelled and full refund is under process.

They are so unprofessional. If they need any documents, they should ask it before confirming a booking and before debiting the money.

I emailed them numerous times about the refund status but no reply, even called them many times on their toll free number 18 000 15 but nobody answers.

It's almost been 4 weeks but i haven't recieved my money back or any update on the refund.

I would like to warn people against this CityBooker travel agency

Since 07/12/2017 and after receiving email off booking cancellation, no refund happened and no any proper feedback.
I called them 10 times and they answered me every time that they will send money back next day but it's never happen, and they never answered to my 20 Email i sent to them.
I hope they will answer this complaint!

I intended to write this feedback about CityBookers as my experience dealing with this company and its team was terrible.
To briefly talk about my case, I purchased an online ticket which then I wanted to cancel and after struggling to reach out to the company through their 24 hours call center service (which THEY NEVER ANSWER) for 3 consecutive days, I managed to talk to someone waiting on hold for more than 20 mins to check the cancellation fees of the process. After speaking with the manager and expressing my feedback concerning the bad quality of their service and having this sorted out; they referred to me with an email on December 13th 2017 that the amount to be refunded after deducing the cancellation will be transferred to my account within 5-15 days. A month after checking with my bank, nothing from them was received! Again tried to call them plenty of times...no answer! Sent them 5 emails...no answer. Sent them 4 Facebook messages and they replied asking for my booking reference number to finalize the issue and again and again nothing happened even after following up by mail and message...no reply!
I even mentioned that I will send a bad review about the service they provide but that also didn't make a difference.
My last email to them:
"I have sent you so many emails requesting to finalize my pending issue, but apparently you are careless about your reputation and service feedback.
I am fed up with this situation!

Thank you for giving me the most unpleasant experience working with an extremely disorganized and disqualified organization such as yours."

Worst service ever! I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company no matter what! Extremely bad service, untrained staff. They are never there to answer their calls or emails as if the company doesn't exist in the first place.
Never to deal with CityBookers ever again!
If you really care about not going through what i went through you must not deal with such unprofessional people.

I had booked a ticket through citybookers. The booking number is CB1362834. I planned to cancel the ticket. So I called their customer care number. I tried a lot of times, but there was no reply from their end. I emailed them in [protected]@citybookers.com. There was no response for the email also. I want to cancel the ticket mentioned and refund the amount back to my credit card please.

Your immediate assistance will be greatly appreciated.

On November 21st, after having booked a flight from Cairo to Abu Dhabi, I received notification from Citybookers that my flight was overbooked and I would need to either change it to another airline, or have a refund issued. As the proposed flight was much longer and involved a stopover, I requested a refund on 29th November as soon as this was communicated to me. I received an email on the same date assuring me that a refund would be issued and would be in my account within 10 days. It is now the 18th January, I have not received my money and no one has responded to my numerous emails. I have also tried to make contact via telephone, to no avail. I have spoken with Skyscanner and notified them that this appears to be a fraudulent company and should be boycotted.

Since 18/11/2017 and after receiving email off booking cancellation, no refund happened and no any proper feedback.
I am going to submit official complain to the Kuwaiti authority .

I booked a flight to Tbilisi Georgia on your website and due to a personal emergency I had to cancel my trip. My flight was on the 30th of November and the return flight was on the 4th of December. I tried to do the cancellation on the 28th of November and had friends trying to call the call center and email till the 29th of November. I got no response for your email or your call center.

On the First of January 2018 I got an email from you saying that you had an issue with your communication channels and that you are now able to respond to us. When I asked about proper compensation I was told that It's a used ticket . No one used this ticket and it's a no show.

Why do I get to bare all the costs of your company not being able to support me in due time.

I called my credit campany in Japan.
They said citybookers dosen't do any refund.
So, I asked them to search if citybookers is fraud company or not.

If they don't do any refund in this week, I will do Law Enforcement.

I have dropped an email on [protected]@citybookers.com from Jan 4th to Jan 8th and till now no response, I am truly disappointed about your poor unethical and non professional behavior, you have made my situation eve more worse that it was. as you are aware of the issue between Tunisia and UAE I had to booked another flight back to Tunisia fro people and was asking you to refund me since it was something out of my control and this is something that you need t discuss with UAE and flight Emirates, so for now and since it has been now almost 2 weeks I require a call on my mobile as guess you have my details and to drop me an email ASAP with details iof the refund date on [protected]@gmail.com if I will not receive an email within 4 working days with a positive reply I will take other actions and just for your information, I had booked trips via your agency so many times and I am not planning to use it again and will share my feedback with other people to be careful when dealing with you.

on 14/01/2018 i booked a flight reservation from lagos nigeria to dubai uae on citybookers website and full payment was deducted from my account which i got a message from both my bank and citybookers of the transaction.
the booking number is:CB1556207.but after 5 hours of my transaction i got a message from citybookers informing me about the booking cancellation as they couldn't confirm the ticket with the airline system due to some technical issues with the airline system, they told me a full refund is in progress.
but for this past 11hrs after i got the cancellation message from the citybookers i am yet to receive my money.
kindly address the isssue as soon as possible.
