I calleed the customer service agent of citybookers in kwuait using the number 009651800015 to ask him about cancling my booking flight to jordan, and the employee closed the line befor I finish my issue
After 10 min I called him again and he closed the line without listening me
Please, tell me what are that missin informatoims that you need
Please, I am tired from this problem

I had made a cancellation for the ticket with the above reference number on 09th April 2018. I haven't received refund for the same till date which is way over the 30 days period conveyed by city bookers. I have tried contacting your agents multiple times in this regard and each time they make lame excuses and keep dragging the matter.
One agent after conversing had mailed me asking for the bank details for refund, for which reply was sent and received no furthur response. Mail attached below for reference.
Please process the refund ASAP.

on May 07, 2018 I made a booking from sanfrancisco to beijing through city bookers, reservation no. CB2026696 but

one hour later I received e-mail from them stating that the booking is canceled due to technical error so they

couldn't issue the ticket. and they promised money will be refunded to my account and since then I'm sending them

e-mails without any response。I need them to return my money for the ticket。

on 07/05/2018 I made a booking from Dubai to Entebbe and the way back on Rwandair through city bookers, reservation no. CB 2022994 but two days later I received e-mail from them stating that the booking is canceled due to technical error so they couldn't issue the ticket. and they promised money will be refunded to my account and since then I'm sending them e-mails without any response

I will never deal with them again for this terrible experience I had

I had a ticket cancellation Booking number: CB-1988894 for which citybookers have deducted 20KW and promised rest of the amount will be refunded in 21 working days. It is more than 30 working days and still the amount has not been refunded to my account. I have emailed twice to citybookers from my email [protected]@yahoo.com but I have not received any reply.
There was no response from the call center, the call would take 10 to 12 mins to connect with out any fruitful results. I have lost 20% of the refundable amount on calls till now.
Kindly help me to get the refund.

I have bought an airline ticket through City Bookers website on 19th May, a return flight ticket from Manila to Chicago O'Hare dated 21st June to July 5th 2018 under name of Beryl mendoza.

The payment has been made and deducted from Visa card with total amount SAR 3404.65. The transaction ID is [protected].

However, after I made the purchase, Ive been asking to provide copy of passport scan details with credit card scan details within 30minutes or else my booking will be cancelled.

Since Ive been overlook the email within that period, the city bookers have cancelled my ticket. I tried to search the ticket using the booking reference but no trace of it.

Ive been email them at [protected]@citybookers.com (ID139985) since 21st may 2018 asking but no reply received till now.

Until now I didnt receive any update regarding the cancellation or the refund progress. I need to receive the refund back since the ticket has been cancelled by city bookers.

Please solve this issue asap. Thank you.

CityBookers Kuwait are unprofessional and with no Ethic.

I am following them from Nov 2017 for my refund case CB183256 & CB1114499, emailed them more than 10 times and called them many times.

Every time waited hours on call waiting and after that they promise this week and it never comes. From one month I am contiuously calling but no use and I am fedup.

Are they doing business with any ethic ? Totally unprofessional with NO Ethic, it's really bad to deal with them.

i have today contact my bank also to help me and they said check once again with travel agency otherwise we will raise dispute with merchant to get refund.
i am calling to city booker and email them many times but got no reply.

Terrible and very frustrating experience. They cancelled our booking confirmation due to technical issues and still not received refund . In addition to that, nobody responds to my emails .since i have follow up more than one month.

I hope that you will give prompt attention to this matter to get the payment early.

I received my booking details only with no ticket number
I contact Oman Air and they stated this is only booking but no ticket issued yet

in the same day I contacted city bookers in twitter and they stated the e-ticket will be issued in 24 hours.
In the next day chat they stated the E-ticket will be issued in 72 hours.

After contact them in twitter they said we have send me all the details and

when I explained that I didn't receive the said we sent you details

I don't need details, I need my ticket I paid you 141 OMR

When I didn't receive any thing even the details they mentioned, I request my money

back and the give me block in twitter

now I did not get the ticket and they took my money and block my twitter chat

I had booked one ticket for Emirates from your portal with Booking number: CB1714960 and GDS PNR: 35LQDE and applied for the cancellation of the same. i was told that the booking has been cancelled and the money will be refunded to my credit card within 15- 30 working days.
It has been 3 months now and i still haven't received the refund.

Even after 3 days of booking ticket from your site, not able to get eticket also Status of confirmation not shown on Oman Air site.

Contacted Oman Air, as per them the payment is not received at there side, so i should contact the agency where i book the ticket.

On March 3, I booked a flight from Tunis to Muscat on the Royal Jordanian on your website. The money was transferred from my bank account (99 OMR). I tried to retrieve my booking on the Royal Jordanian website but it tells me that my booking is on hold and the price has increased.

We had made a booking thru Citybookers for 7 Passengers for Singapore Airlines on 9 May 2018, when we manage our booking in Singapore airlines our booking status still reserve which means the payment is not settled by Citybooker to the Airlines. We also requested to passengers details amemdment which we asked to pay 50kwd to process it on 10th May, after we've done the payment, we had received an email that they cannot amend the details as the Airport is closed and the same class is no longer available (how come no longer avaialable the same class we made the booking in advance and Citybookes had confirmed it) they offer refund of 50kwd or advised to cancel our booking.

Every customer service agent have diffirent answer they are very unhelpful and unreliable.

We hope that the concern Department in Kuwait will look into it and make them charge to all thier fraud strategy and give favor to all their victims

My name is Sarath, I booked a fight ticket through your site in Oman airways to kerala on 27/04/2018. Unfortunately there was a spelling mistake in the ticket instead of Sarathbabu Mookkannoor sasi in ticket it is mentioned as Sarathbabu Mookkannoosasi. I rectified this problem and contacted in your company mail id. As per there information I paid another 15kd to correct the name on 08/05/2018. They send me a ticket back, but the pnr status is same. I tried to login oman airways with pnr but it is denied. My booking no is CB2009442 and airline pnr is ZSTPNL. I mailed several times to your company official site, but they are not responding. Kindly make a solution.
