I agree with everyones complaint... I am also a victim of this crisis because I had recieved a letter from this loan place that I never recieved a loan from... my purse was stolen 2 years ago and all my info was taken. I read the letter that I reeived today, they told me I owe them $900 and it need to be paid within 10 days from today... OK Im only human and I'm not related to Bill Gates, I dont have money like that and thats fraud to begin with. The representative told me if I wasn't gonna pay the $900 I have to go to court and pay almost $3000. REALLY? they threanten to come to my job, gaurnish my check and also I was gonna be charged with 2 misdermeanors and another charge I couldnt remember... Im 23 years old Im in a junior college I live with my cousin til my apartment gets fixed and i work. I cant afford to have those charges on my background its already hard to find a job and to stay in school if I have thoses cargtes on my background the government will take my financial aid. Somebody really need to do something about this matter and I think its gonna be me.

I paid City View Cash off on July 17th . I look at my banking online today because it has been down over the weekend and they have taken another $100.00 out of my checking account. I am going to have to go do a form for stop payment. This has caused me to go over and now I have an overdraft. I have had a loan before with them but this is the first time they have done me this way I just want my $100.00 back. Right now I am in desperate need of the money I have two children fixing to start school. This is really awful and ashame anyone would do this.

If anyone knows how to get up with these people I have tried calling and sent a email, but I am getting no responses.

Thanks for listenting. This crime needs stopped I will never try to get a loan from this people again.

I am from kentucky on 01-04-2009 i borrowed $200 from city view cash. I was told the interest would be $60, and that I would pay back $260. since that date they have taken $240 dollars out of my account and are set to take another $60 out this friday, luckily I discovered before it went thru that they were scamming innocent people. the only way to stop their transactions against your account is to close it. I have made numerous attempts to contact them via phone, e-mail, and fax all with no answer.

I took a loan out in 2008. Apparently, they JUST NOW sent it to "First IRS" and now I have to pay over $780 for this loan? I don't think so. If the terms of the loan are pay $30-$60 in fees then $50/week to pay down the loan, then it should have been paid by now. I am NOT paying this...

I had to put a hold on my account for City view because they kept taking money from my account. I have no way to contact them. The phone number was disconnected and emails were returned. I even had a suspicious withdrawl from my account that I had to dispute to get my money back.

I had someone at this company admit that the company changes their name often and that we can't contact the parent company. They had wrong information on a loan and I tried to correct it and pay the full balance once they sent it to collections but since the company doesn't technically exist they are sending a copy of the contract to an address I don' t live at with my BANK information on it! I've already told them the loan is mine, I'm responsible, and the debt should lie with me - plus I can pay the entire $788 this week in full (they charge $18.95 for payments over the phone), but they still won't change my information to be correct information, IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO CORRECT THIS? I'm so sick of it. The collection agency they sent me to is called SECURITYNET and they're the ones who won't tell me the parent company name, and said CItyView Cash 'exists' even though an employee of CityView told me they're actually something else now and don't exist?

Hi, took out a $400.00 loan a few months ago and my first pay down was to be $120+$50 well they took that and the interest was to go down by $15.00, well when it came time for the next payment, they took another $120+$50 instead of the $155.00 I have sent emails and tried calling all i would get would be a busy signal. Now when you call the [protected] number that is saying the Loan Center.

The interest is only $60... I took a loan from this company in April... The rep told me if you pay before the 1st due date, it will be $60... But if it takes you longer than the due date, you will get more fees added because you are extending the loan... They are set up are SHORT TERM LOAN! these loan agreements are set up to be paid back on the short term, it's in your loan agreement. But a $200 loan for $260 is cheaper than you corner loan center!

I got a loan back on 03-01-08 for $300... The number was corrected at my bank! It is [protected]!... after speaking to the rep there he said if I paid off the loan by my first due date, it would be $390 total... If you choose to take longer than this 1st due date, that is where extension fees are charged because the loan balance is not paid by the due date. Good loan if you can pay it back by the due date - if not, its not...

This is a highway robbery scam. After i paid my loan back, i noticed that "red river" was still taking money out of my account. I have never heard of "red river" until i begin researching the matter and noticed that "red river" and city view are affiliated in some type of way. This company is ridiculous and is doing nothing but taking people money. I do believe that some type of lawsuit should be filed.

I too have been scammed by this company. On top of this, now there is fraud in my checking account. I found that a company named: RED RIVER" has deducted funds from my account. And guess what ... RED RIVER's phone number is [protected] & CITY VIEW is [protected]. Ring any bells.

I have paid this company in full and now they have sent me an email that looks like i'm trying to borrow more money. I emailed them and told them not to proceed with any loan. I have paid them in full. I have forwarded these emails on to my attorney. I have also informed my bank not to process any loans or accept any loans from this company. I am also contacting the FTC. I am also contemplating calling the US Marshall"s service.

I had contacted City View Cash a week in advance in order arrange for a full withdrawal of the amount owed. A rep called me yesterday to verify that the full amount would be taken out the next morning.

Today they only took out the $60 (interest payment) and the phone number for the transaciton was disconnected. When you call you are put on hold for 8 minutes then hung up on.

Fishy? Not - this is OUTRIGHT ROBBERY. They have violated the terms of their own loan by failing to withdraw the full amount when asked and have hence stolen money from me. I think this company needs to be put to a class action lawsuit.

I have tried to contact them (City View cash) via phone by the number that they have provided not only on the contract but in the many e mails they have sent me but the phone number is disconnected. They have withdrawn 3 payments of $90.00 in one day and $90 twice in one day causing my checking account to overdraw. This seems very FISHY to me.
