Wire transfer
My name is Debrah I had sent off a wire transfer on 10/28/2020 from city national bank to Bank of America. City national bank I think had lied to me . The funds were to be returned. City bank never did a recall, or a swift transfer. Every time I call they have been avoiding me. The funds were sent from the Riverside branch. The manager was Caesar at the time. They have been avoiding me on the matter. Bank of America has been very helpful. In returning responses to me . I will hold city national bank accountable for this huge mistake. Their wire team should be investigated.
Desired outcome: I need my funds recalled and returned. It’s for my other half to be home.
ATM shutdown
I used an ATM on December 3rd, 2021 at the Edmond, OK branch and while waiting on my money to come out, it shut down on me. The workers assure me that they were taking care of it. I have been the one that has to call and get updates. Honestly I don't think they ever done anything. I didn't get an incident report. Not only that I have a late fee added on to my rent. I should not be responsible for this. My rent is now due asap because of this. I don't have 30-90 days to wait. The lady I spoke with today with customer service was very helpful and nice. I have been banking with this company for years and I hate to find another bank.

I went to make a deposit on my new account that I had opened on Friday June 2nd. And today I went to a branch to add more funds. I was then told that there was an "OLD" account being like 15 years "OLD" that had a balance due. Well I wasn't aware there was an "OLD" account so the manager took my money and had added it to the old account not knowing for sure if the account even belonged to me.. He just made an assumption and wouldn't give my money back to me when I had asked for it several times. So I fill as if I was treated poorly and I will NEVER bank there again nor will I ever go to that branch. It should have been my choice as the "Customer" if I wanted to pay an "OLD" debt or not. The manager was in the wrong as I see it.
