Hi we actually avail of a condura ref at city best appliances at salawag branch. When we were just getting the item it was really hassle free and very easy. Now thay we are already their clients we are now treated as if we can't pay our monthly obligation. We do understand that they have procedure on how to collect payment but what we experienced this afternoon was a total pissed of. An audit ssupervisor names sunday dawn called me up while im.on my way to work. She told me that we needed to pay our monthly today and "hindi sya papayag na hindi kmi makabayad today" the exact word. I told her can i just go there tom cause basically im on my way to work now. And with a strong note that "NO" you need to settle today. Ok i told her i'll semd thru online banking do you have any bdo accounT? She said she doesn't have. So i told her il go tom. Then. But to my surprise she send me a txt msg which i attached. And just made mw go crazy and went back home immediately because i want to personally talked to Her. When we got to the branch. Her rudeness was really unbelievable. Didn't felt an inch of her customer care. She's really uneducated and doesn't have any knowlege of customer experience. Honestly we planned on paying and money was not an issue is jyst so happen we were really.caught up with out schedule. We dnt even get notification from them. A reminder that we needed to pay and this is how we were treateD. We asked her to give us the name and number of their manager but she refuse to give it to me. I want to just return the item and refund all our payment..we tried to email mr. Ronnie their manager but up to now we dnt get any reply from him. Hope you can help us. THe collection of payment was not the problem it how she said it was really rude that bothers me. I hope someone can help us with this. We felt harass and maltreated as customer. Thanks.
I would just what time city best store usually open. in Tanza cavite branch they usually open very late in the morning like pass 10 am. it really disappointing. kasi magabayad ka at maaga ka umalis ng bahay pero the store still close .. always... pag mag karoon ng late dahil di mo na mahintay ang opening ng store nila.. who will take incharge for any issue like this.
i hope to value their work with dedication. hind yun kung kelan nila gusto mag open ng store.

Citibest appliances> someone named Allan Lopez jerked me over the phone i consider as oral defamation. It really sucks. I did my part to pay them my balance and it was not my fault if they overlooked it. They can do their job properly but this fool enjoyed what he did. This cannot just pass and let this person do it again.
