We requested a statement of our escrow account, showing tax and insurance payments. NO RESPONSE ! despite our forwarding tax bill last October.
Over 6 calls to Cenlar, asking for review and reduction of tax escrow, and they refuse, despite laws requiring them to do so in December.
We get no help and rude, degrading, and terrible service from all Supervisors we have spoken to in an effort to resolve these issues.
We have been a CitiMortgage customer for many years, and do not deserve this treatment !!!
