Be careful on bbsr propery dealings, most of the builder have criminal records and most of them are scamsters, they post iso certifications, member of credai but not sure if they were genune or just post in their respective websites, please don't go by looking at that, I am referring one such builder citicon, olf reality, not sure how iso organization is certifying to such useless organization, they took my money of 5lakshs since last 2 1/2 months and there is no site got allocated and no refunds also.., please give money in cheques or drafts so that you should have some proof you paid to them, no hard cash please.
We had made several attempts to contact them but that is of no use no one entertains if you call them, whoever agents involved they were either transferred to different locality or moved out. Its really a pain loosing all of your hard earned money to such useless people.
You can't take any other means of action as they were very powerful people with the backing of police and politicians, so just avoid this situation, one plot used to be sold to multiple person, it happened to one of my friend also..
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

You guys are the recent victims, i along with my parents bought 3 plots (2400sqft) each plot in the year 2006 and we have heard no possession news for 7 years now. They are all ###, mother ###ers, no ethics, no souls. They all should be dragged on the streets and specially the dog faced ceo of citicons. After lot of procrastination, we were able to get the price we paid for just one plot with 7% interest. but it's no value, for the land we booked which must be at least 15-20 lakhs now, in Jaanla. if you guys want to team up, i'm in and can share more details, if we decide to deface this organization infront of media. email id: manojacharya117@hotmail.com
I do not understand how people without checking the antecedent of the builder go for wild purchase.Is it a craze to have a land at Bhubaneswar or just throwing the either white or black money in to the fire. It does not matter for people who have ill gotten money.But it matters a lot to those who loose simply their life's savings by paying blindly to these builders who are nothing but looters/cheaters and frauds. I also do not understand how people in this electronic age with internet and all, do not spend a little time to browse to check about what others have written about these cheaters. My sincere appeal to all who aspire to be a land owner at Bhubaneswar not to approach CITICON. People must understand that once they pay, it is gone and they will never get an inch of land and this is for sure.If people make a group and join with me I am ready to help and fight with the Badu and company and teach them a lesson so that they will not dare to cheat or fear to cheat one day to some body.Let us unite and fight with him.
Yes.I agree fully that CITICON ENGINEERS is a company of frauds and cheaters. They fearlessly play with people and hiding also. They are looters. No body should believe and approach them for land or house as money will be simply lost. I am sure one day the owner of the company will either be in jail or meet the fate of Kasab as hundreds of thousand people are searching Mr.Badu for return of money.

We have purchased a land at Bhubaneswar(Odisha) in the year May-2011, we got the registration.mutation and conversion done after aftwr one year, where they have promised us to give possession by end of 2011, but then they postponed it to March-2012, and now they are saying wait for 5 to 6 years for possession or take your money back, without interest, else you may go and do whatever you want to do. they are such a big cheater, i'm palnning to giving all details to all media, if any one want's to join with us please be contact us.
