Citi Trends - manager accused of stealing

The manager of the store accursed me of stealing she told her cashier to tell me whatever I put in my purse to take it out. I told her cashier that I don't steal. She said her manager told her to tell me that because the cameras was there by me. I asked her where was her manager she said up there looked like she was in a silver box with no windows. I finish shopping and when I got to the counter I told her to tell her manager to take those crooked cameras out of there because I don't steal I'm 61 years old and I have never been accursed of stealing nothing in my life. This is so embarrassing and I want and apologize from her she could have came out of that room and apologize. I had sat my purse on some boxed up tee shirts on the end of the isle to get my glasses to see the price on the underwear I had and when I got my glasses out and put the case back in my purse that when she probably thought I was stealing. She could have come and apologize I want an apologize from her. I would like to speak to the CEO of the company call me at 1-225-356-0637 Ms Williams leave a number if I don't answer so I can call you back the day and time it happen October 17 2019 at 5:12 pm on a Thursday. Everyone say they wouldn't have brought nothing out of that store but the owner of the store didn't do me anything it was his manager. I'm 61 years old never, never, never been accursed of stealing. my family was shocked and my friends. This is so hurtful. Need an apologize.

Citi Trends - pants

I brought some pants on 1/28/2019 for work and I was off the next 2 days so I went to put the pants on today 1/31/19 and they had a slit in them so I immediately took them off attached the tagged back put them back in the bag with the receipt to take them back so when I got to the location store #166 the manager on duty had a nasty attitude telling me she cant give me my money back saying they need proof that the pants was ripped stating that they have been worn and had a stain which was not the truth at all stating that the camera showed her the pants wasn't ripped when I brought them as if the camera can show her that she was very disrespectful to me in front of customer that was in there she made it look as if I was a person who wear stuff and bring it back and I always shop there my pants was 15.31 with the tax and thats hard earn money now I'm stocked with pants that I cant use so I'm outta pants and money and that's not fair and by right she was supposed to return the pants I had my receipt and all so I didn't see why she gave me attitude but that Citi trends is real ghetto they curse and everything all in front their customers so o feel as though something should be done about this situation thank you
