I had an altercation with an employee. There are many products in the location without price tags. The employee has tried to charge me $1 more for an item I purchase all the time. The item is tissue paper. When I asked him about the price today and why no price stickers, he waved me off.
When I asked for his manager, I got belligerent and started cursing at me. I am a regular customer and spend a good deal on gas and other products. There was no manager on location so I had no other choice but to log a complaint. The employee did not greet, did not say thank you. I also had to request a bag for me items and he didn't even offer a receipt. I asked another employee in the store for info to make a complaint, but could not or would not provide. This particular employee has been disrespectful to other customers and getting into shouting matches. I personally witness this same employee call a man the "N" word even with the security camera. I didn't report it at the time, but I wish I had done so. I understand people can make mistakes, but this employee has not remorse and showed no concern about my issues on the overcharging. I also expect employees would treat customers with respect. I see him work there quite a bit alone and it appears he needs training on being polite and professional. He should not be cursing or using bad language with customers. I can be reached at [protected].

4/9/2021 5:45pm I was traveling needed to use the restroom real bad and did not have a public restroom. I pee & Pooped myself I am embarrass this happened on 92nd Howard street in Milwaukee or West Allis Wisconsin. They should put restrooms in the gas station, people travel and stop to get gas, drinks, and use the restrooms. I told them I'm going to tell everyone not to stop there. I am very upset.

To Whom This May Concern,
I am writing to you about a letter that I received on 1/27/2021 for non activity on my on my Citgo Gas Card. I called customer service on 1/27/2021 letting them know that I have not used my card due to COVID 19 and that I am working from home and this is why I have not used my card. I went to the Citgo station 1/27/2021 to get gas and the attendant said declined. I then came back home called customer service and they said account is fine. I now go back up to the Citgo gas station today 1/29/2021 to get gas again. The attendant said declined. I then look at my card and it is expired. I called customer service while at the gas station and told them my card is declined again and my card is expired. They said it will take 7-10 business days for a new card. I explained that it is not my fault that I have not used my card and now I have an expired card. I feel like I am doing what they have asked of me to purchase gas and that I being penalized due to not using my card due to working remotely from home. I do not want my account closed and I have been trying to get gas and to keep my account active. I make my payments on time. During this pandemic I would have thought this would have be taken into consideration.

The virgo in windgap Pennsylvania is one of the worst gas stations in our state.
Nothing on the pumps or anywhere stating that if you use a debit card at the pump. There is a 75.00 per authorization fee against your account. When my bank statement showed that 75.00 was taken from my account for a 10.00 purchase I asked the person at the gas station. He told me that all credit cards get a holding fee until the card clears. I was using a debit which would not have even gone through unless the money was there to use. He gave me an attitude we got into a verbal altercation an he called me a peasant. Told me it's not his fault I'm poor. I should have broken his jaw but I didn't see how that would help. I want my money back and that sorry excuse of a human to apologize.

these people aren't making their employees wear masks, or even doing social distancing, let alone making customers wear masks... I was VERY uncomfortable going in there, and wont be again... Store ID: 30553186

While pumping diesel fuel in pump #7 the pump overflowed and gas leaked, approximately 1+ gal
The manager on duty wasn't cooperative and would provide no compensation for wasted gas and inoperable equipment. Then she provided me with a bogus telephone number for the owner of the establishment [protected]. This experience was horrible and very unprofessional

My truck has been in shop for almost a month because it was running rough and died on my way home from work. Took to shop where mechanic been tryin to figure out the problem. Turns out there was water in the diesel fuel that I received from your Antioch Illinois citgo station. I have a large repair bill that was not my fault. I need to get my repair bill paid for. Thanks

I went in to get gas at the Citgo, in Summit Il on 55th street, I walked in and cashier was on her cell phone speaking Spanish, I thought, she would switch to English, but she didn't, I told her I don't know Spanish, she told me I should learn, how arrogant, and rude, Our first Language is English, and all people that work for you should speak English first, And she knew I wasn't Mexican, She should be told how rude it is..

On the night of 3/7/19 I purchased gas (filling my vehicle's tank) at the Citgo gas station at 569 Myrtle Ave. Shortly after (about 10 mins) my vehicle began to shake, gas peddle was stuck, then my vehicle completely powered off in the centered of the road. I was all alone, frightened, and cold since it was 1 of the coldest nights. I eventually contacted a tow service to tow my vehicle to my street residence in Manhattan. The following day, I contacted my Mechanic. I then had to contact the tow service again to pick up my vehicle to transport it to my Mechanic which is several miles away to the Bronx. After inspecting my vehicle, my Mechanic informed me that the damages to my vehicle was caused by watered gas. It ruined my fuel pump, spark plugs, and the gas had to be flushed/replaced. Following the information from my Mechanic, I contacted the manager at the Citgo gas station where I purchased the gas to inform them of my situation. The manager whom is a male was very unprofessional and rude to me. He told me to "Do What You Have To Do" and hung up the phone. I was completely in shock, disappointed, and unsupported as a customer. This was not my fault as I did not ask for my vehicle to break down and cost me unnecessary fees. I've never endured such an experience and my vehicle never had any issues as this. My vehicle is a 2013 Nissan Versa and has 49, 000 miles. Furthermore, I've left an online review about this terrible experience w/this particular gas station, and I will be filing a formal complaint w/the BBB.

Filled harley, died 20 feet down street, towed to palm beach harley... Cost us 500 to find out water and sediment in gas. Have samples and pictures.
Went to speak to owner who dam mohammed and was told he was not there on vacation they would not take any information from us we have not been able to get hold of him cents and we need this taken care of

Every time I go to this gas station they have a huge sign stating coffee is only a dollar any size. Every time I go get coffee the guy who owns the place is always rude and trying to charge me extra money especially if I try to take an extra sugar packet so I can put my sugar in my coffee on my way out. The place is disgusting and every staff member there is just rude and if you're going to advertise something don't sit there and then try to get extra money out of it for your pocket. I feel like something should be done about this bc its also with the price of gas that's false advertisement
