We purchased a Scorpio case item 3 cc868w on june 20 04. The undamaged box arrived june 25. Upon opening the box we found the proper case with the front cover hanging on by 1 screw, 3 of the 4 snap-in pins were broken off.(none of the broken parts or screws were in the packaging. Upon further examination we saw screw marks where 2 drives and the MB standoffs had been installed and removed, all 7 of the PCI card access cover werew also punched out. I have called Ken 3 times as of july 1 and we still do not have a replacement case as promised nor any notification of shipment. This is the last purchase I will make from this company and believe me I am telling everybody about this lousy service. I will call the credit card co. tomorrow and dispute the charge. They tried to sell a broken used case as new. Very disreputable act.
