My wife and I both visited the store at 2640 Dawsonville, Hwy, Gainesville, Ga. 30506. Both times we requested 2 cartoons of Pall Mall 100's. Each time we were told they could not sell us the cigarettes as they were all locked up and only the manager could unlock them. There was no manager on duty at either visit. We were told they were locked up due to a bad audit. This is obviously the most idiotic retail decision in retail History. Can you imagine going to Home Depot for 2X4's and being told that yes, they have 2X4's but can't sell them to you due to a bad inventory count? This obviously caused us a lot of inconvenience as we had to travel several miles away to obtain cigarettes. This is totally unacceptable and I have a hard time believing that this decision would be supported by their superiors. As of this time I have called both their District Manager and the Southeast Corporate offices and left messages but have received no response.

Last evening 6/24/18, My wife went into the North Conway NH, Circle k for a couple of packs of cigarettes. The cashier made unwanted rude sexual coments to her the coments were "You have a nice butt infact its perfect" then another rude sexual coment "you also have a nice chest". As well as coments about hoping she had condoms or sexual toys in her purse. This made my wife very uncomfortable and she was in fear for her safety because it was 3 am and they were the only two in the store. I personally take offence that someone can treat my wife in an unwarrented disrespectful manner. My wife is a lady and should be treated as such. She is still in fear to return while he is working. She did use the rest room and comented to me her thoughts about being in fear "the what ifs", after these things were said. We do live within a mile of your store. We use to visit this store frequently. It is sad when a customer has to be in fear of an employee at a convienace store. My wife contemplated calling the police because it made her that uncomfortable. We hope that someone reaches out us. Thank you for taking the time to her our very hearing conserns.

Im not sure the employees name but he works the night shift at the lake hamilton florida store. I went in to buy 2 cartons of cigarettes totaling 109 and some change and this man sat there and kept saying oh no oh my gosh for like 5 minutes i asked him if there was a issue he said no none at all then he asked if i was paying with cash i said no and flashed my debit card he once again starting saying oh no oh no no. He asked me to hold on a minute i said ok he got a piece of paper and took my liscense and wanted to see my debit card which is fine i understand its over a certain amount then i informed him the debit card was in my husbands name he then told me oh no no oh no no no i cant do the transaction. I asked him even if the card is my husbands he said no. Luckliy i live less than 30 seconds from the store i went home and told my husband he would have to go back up there. My husband went back up there and this man gave my husband attitude about it all and was acting the same way with him as he did with me. My husband got upset and so did i because we chose to spend over 100 at one time there we always get our gas and other essientials that we need from there only to have attitude and someone who acts like we disturbed him to act like that. We ended up going 20 minutes farther up the road to a racetrack and they happliy greeted us didnt give lip and was happy to take our money for the cigarettes. We will not go back to this store as long as he is still working there.

Need serious improvement. I paid 15$ For gas at a pump that didn't work which no one put a note on, tried to get a refund instead it took 25$ and the girl at the register didn't know how to fix it and she called the manger 10times and no one picked up which had me standing there over 30mins and still didn't resolve the issue can't say that I will be returning .had to be the worst customer service ever? Let's not forget they was aware of the pump not working and didn't put a bag or sign up

I may or may not be doing what I feel is right. For over 2 months now that I have continued making my morning stop at your store located at 8110 highway 64, in Bartlett. Where I have watched this store go from the worst to the best. I as well as all my co workers have witnessed this one outstanding cashier be disrespected by the manager, this cashier has been the one I have seen do it all. Including some of the managers job. This cashier comes back from days scheduled off and she gets cussed at, yelled at, threatened her job ect by the manager. I really feel something needs to be done about this. Thanks

I am a frequent customer to the store at 8110 highway 64, Bartlett tn. I am in this store several times a day. Each time I visit the manager is taking her problems of other workers out on the one true worker she has. She is cussing, fussing, and threatening this cashier. This cashier is outstanding at the job she does. The manager is out of hand. Please help on this.

I frequently visit this particular store, being that its closest to my house. Tonight I go in around 1130pm to play my keno lottery. I spent all the cash I had on me, $20.00, I also had $252.00 in winning tickets. I cashed in my tickets that were smaller and played that money back, $29.00. Leaving me with a winning ticket with $144.00 and a winning ticket worth $99.00. So when I spent the smaller amounts back I wanted to play more, so I went to the cashier to cash in the $99.00 winner. I informed the cashier that I would be spending more money back. I was then informed that they couldn't cash the ticket because it was over $40.00. Now I've played lottery at this store going on 6 or 7 years now and never had an issue with any lottery, unless it was 200 or more, however if they had the cash they wod cash it. So my complaint is a 2 part complaint. 1. They wouldn't cash the ticket to allow me to spend more money at the store. 2. The night clerk was quite rude when I made the comment that maybe they shouldn't sale lottery if they couldn't cash the ticket.

Regarding the Circle K on Garden and A street in Pensacola, Fl. I had been going in to this store for 5 years almost every morning to get a cup of coffee. I had gone in one early Sunday morning back in March with a used Circle K coffee cup to get theses expensive refill price. I went to pay and reminded the cashier that it is a refill. She immediately said "no it's not". Then I said "yes it is, I came in with it", she again, smugly, said that it's not a refill. We went back and forth for a few seconds about this. I told her that you are basically calling me a liar and a thief, and she says, very smugly with a self righteous smile "no I'm not". So I was pretty upset and left the full cup of coffee on the counter and walked out. I made a complaint that morning online and to my surprise the manager, Derek, called me back a few days later. I missed the call and he left a message saying that he wanted to identify the employee, as I didn't notice her name on her name tag. I did mention that she was the employee working that particular Sunday morning, so I don't think she would have been hard to identify. In the message he said he would call me back, but here 3 months later he has not responded. A simple apology from the employee would have been nice, or even the manager living up to what he told me in the voice mail. It's not about the pittance of less than 2 dollars for the cup of coffee, It's about the employee treating me as if I were a liar and a thief. I have not set foot in that Circle K since, and I would recommend other folks do the same and stay away from that store. That cashier had seen me come in many times with a refill cup for coffee in the morning and this particular morning she accuses me of being a liar and a thief. After 5 years of buying coffee there this is how I am treated. I guess Circle K doesn't care how they treat their customers, as long as you spend your money there.

I was racially profiled at circle k in cary nc. Store location number 1032. Now lets go back a few months. I had approached the same manager for a part time job several months before. I moved from ny to cary nc several months ago and have a well paying job but just wanted to work part time on the weekends. I was told by the circle k manager I had failed the assessment test but knew I had passed. Ok lets move on. Months ago I had purchased from circle k a coffee mug in which you get points every time you buy coffee so I would go in on a daily basis. On this particular day I go in to purchase my coffee and when I get to the register the same manager takes my money and she hollers at me "hey I saw you on camera yesterday stealing a coffee mug top! She proceeds to take my 5 dollar bill and says" i'm charging you for a extra coffee mug and coffee. Then she says out loud with customers in the store "dont come back in here again" I was in shock and horrified how I was treated. I am a 55 year old african american woman whom do not steal coffee tops!
When I got to work I called the corporate office at [protected] and spoke to a representative whom told me a corporate manager would investigate the incident and get back to me. I still haven't received that call.. I feel so embarrassed how I was treated because of the color of my skin. Something needs to be done!
Please help me get justified. Thank you for your time.

Ok where to begin my name is Jason Mendoza. over at 1406 W Broadway Rd Tempe AZ 85282 there is this worker named Valerie Vizcarra she goes outside to buy Cocaine and Medical off a guy named Bobby Hernandez. And she does them drugs in the parking lot i recorded it on my phone and put it on youtube. Then she threatened me my friends and family saying she was going to have her boyfriend Gabriel Lopez to shoot me with his gun. She needs to be fired drug tested something or a law suit is going to happen.

Hi I live in Luling, tx where my incident took place at Luling, tx circle k 104 mangolia street.
I worked across the street and for some odd reason my husband's boss came across the street twice to talk to my boss. My husband couldn't say anything . Because he feared retaliation from her. Not only did she go to my job she got me fired. A coworker named Christy worked both places and apparently feed marj some cocktail of manure and she took that to my job my boss let me go thanks to these to and called it drama and her hostile. After she got me fired she banned me from circle k because she says she will go off on me ? My diabetic medication is 418.00 a month .after the mess settled I went to the er due to stress and not able to afford my medication. She refused to let my husband take me till his day off .one day later I could have went into a sugar coma. Now I talked to Melissa human resources and tilly. Nothing was done. But not Christy and other circle k employees are telling people not to hire me in this town .and marj told it it was Christy who brought this to her attention but when marj went to my job on hearsay no proof of witness besides Christy . I am sick of this place I don't even work there and marj targeted me and by human resources and tilly not doing anything their just as guilty . Not to mention my husband did a 21 hour shift suffered hypertension and chest pain . You all really need to get your ducks and a row and Marjs ego checked .this is not ok .or should be shoved under a rock .

Hi, my boyfriend and I were tonight at the Circle K by the E. Tallmadge ave in akron oh, I do not know the store number. I was buzzing for more than 5 minutes I think and the cashier didn't show up, when I was walking to my car another customer call me back because she finally was there and she started yelling that "who was the person that was buzzing to many times" when I was going to spek to tell her what I wanted from the store she said " next whet the [censored] out of here". It's not the first time this happens with her.! The same thing happened to my friend and my boyfriend.! I want for you guys to do something because you're the one that is loosing customer. I want justice. I want her to get fired. I go to that store every single day and I neves had an issue until tonigh. I look forward to hearing back from you.!

Christian white whom ive never met before yeslled at me in a store full of people and threatned to call the police on me and wouldnt let me purches the drinks i jad alrrady made. When i asked her why what did i do she said"because your a theif amd a nasty person" i javr never been embarrassed morw in my life i have never been to thats store i just moved up here from Corbin havent even changed my license address yet. I cried in the car i am a mother of two who owns a duplex with two cars why on earth would i steal? And she said i stole coffee cups im sorry but that's just stupid. I sent my boyfriend up there and he told her that i have never stolen anything and she rold him and i saying what she said "oh well she resembles the woman who did" that's ridiculous

While I appreciate that this store is in a very convenient location for me and thus received all of my default business for gas, quick fixes, ice cream, milk and eggs, Gatorade, etc. I have noticed a steady decline in its value to me and to many of its other customers. Many of us are now migrating to 'Cumberland Farms' or other less convenient locations to get satisfaction with unavailable product and decent service.

I first noticed the shift in value here when a sexual scandal had erupted at this location where their ex-manager "Dave" had started an inappropriate sexual relationship with one of his underlings "Brandy" (while he was still married no less). When this unfortunate affair was started, this Circle K location lost its best employee "Samantha". Once more they lost her to an un-requested transfer, because "Dave" wanted "Brandy" to be at his location and in "Sam's" position. "Brandy" was never as good at customer service and by all accounts was detested by the staff and many customers. She was vulgar, rude, and just plain mean.

Now I do not want to tell a corporate entity how to run its business, but it seems to me that Circle K has blown it here, in more ways than one. If they don't soon step up and investigate these events and the subsequent treatment of the parties involved, they me subject to an expensive lawsuit at the very least, or a complete shut down at this location at the most.

On another note, if you continually offer your gas at $0.03 higher per gallon than all of your local competitors, I believe that you will lose thousands there too. Good Luck "Dom"!

On June 7, 2018, I pumped $25 worth of gas using my debit card (entered my pin#). I went to another store to purchase food but was told I had insufficient funds to pay. I went back to the gas station and was told Circle-K didn't take extra money out of accounts. I learned this is Circle-K's policy. If this is your policy why isn't it posted on the pumps. $83.53 was taken out of my account which was $58.53 more than the cost of the gas I pumped. I was humiliated and embarrassed when I was told I could not puchase $28 worth of food. I will never purchase gas at Circle-K and will encourage my friends, neighbors and co-workers to do the same.

A Cicle K employee Mr. Kieth Evens in uniform came into my establishment to move his corporate phone into a consumers account. He was irate and would not listen to what we had to tell him. He was extremely rude and uncooperative! Please advise your employees that our company is doing everything we can to accommodate this change for your company. We do not appreciate this behavior. Thank you!

Circle K of Umatilla employees are very rude and unprofessional. I was in Umatilla to visit my mother and came to buy cigarettes yesterday on June 9, 2018 when I was walking back to my car I saw a Circle K employee yelling and screaming at another Circle K employee cusing the one sitting down on the ground out and threatening to 'throw down' with her. The employee yelling was a tall black female and the one on the ground was a young white female. I don't know why anyone would want to work at a place and put up with stuff like that. I know that if I ever come back to visit in Umatilla I will not go back to that store. How is it okay for an employee to yell and threaten a co-worker like that and no one stops this it is super ridiculous!
To clarify this is the store located at 391 N Central Avenue Umatilla FL 32784.

To whom it may concern,
I am a regular Patron of Circle K store number 6773. On three separate occasions I have witnessed one employee in particular named Thomas verbally assault his fellow employees in front of a store full of customers and nothing has been done to remedy his behavior. He has not been punished to the best of my knowledge and he continues to show such Behavior in front of customers. All of the employees that he has been bullying are female and one of which he continued to harass and Bully outside of work because she refused to stand up for him when he cussed out another female employee in front of a store full of customers. For the sake of the Circle K image, the well-being of your employees at this location and for all of the customers that regularly shop at this location, I highly recommend that Thomas be terminated or at the very least suspended. He is only making your other employees jobs hard to complete due to his consistent bullying. Other than this behavior from this one employee this is a very clean and hospitable store and given the fact of the location being in the heart of Lexington South Carolina there is a rather large customer base. Something needs to be done about this before the store loses not only valuable customers but also even more valuable employees. Again the store number is 6773. Thank you for your time.

I always have some type of problem with a certain cashier but tonight she was just so nasty and rude to me. I went to the ATM, withdrew 40 dollars, went to make a frosty, got her long line and waited my turn at the counter. When it was my turn I placed my frosty on the counter, pulled out a 20 dollar bill and says, I'm not breaking that for no .87. I said excuse me it's a 20 dollar bill. She said it again I'm not breaking that, meaning my 20, for a dollar.
She then went to the customers standing behind me, a woman and child and proceeded to attend to them. I stood there while patiently waiting and when she was done, she told me again she's not doing it. Then told the cashier that just came in to count her draw down and see if she could do it. A twenty dollar bill. Most convenient stores tell you they won't break anything over a 50 dollar bill but I had a 20 dollar bill. She refused me service, was very rude, nasty, inconsiderate and disrespectful.

Went in your circle k store in Chattanooga Tn on amnicola highway. At approximately 12:00am central time. I went in with my own coffee cup. Employee had 3 of the yellow slippery when wet signs up in front of the coffee station because he was mopping. I stepped around the yellow signs to get coffee (it was nearly dry by the way). And I only have so much time to get to my job ( work for the railroad). Most of the railroad employees go to this store. But anyway he said something to the effect of why was I stepping on the floor to get coffee and he could've got it for me. (What was the difference of me getting my coffee and him doing it. I don't want anyone touching my cup. Anyway I wouldn't ask anyone to do that. Never crossed my mind. I thought he was joking then he huffed. I should have left and never set foot in your store again. He was just plain rude and I don't appreciate that. This happened June 9, 2018. This may seem trivial but I am the customer and I spend money here. I just think you need to know what kind of employee you have
