Circle K i'm complaining about the rude and aggressive old man with the white beard that works at the night shift

It was waiting to warm up my coffee in the microwave and I moved out a burrito that he had in there he had its full of Circle K products warming them up I had also bought to merinos and asked him as he walked away ignoring me he came back over and screamed at me are you stupid? Right then I felt the hair on the back of my neck raise you may told him careful there sir I am not your son nor your wife who you can speak to in an abusive manner I said now you'd like to go outside and talk about it he says I will lay you out you said that's fine let's go outside I'll be waiting for your manager so that just happened this is the 2nd time that I've been in the store possibly 3rd where the same guy should not even be dealing with people I have heard other people tell him similar to what I'm saying here now. I come in at 4:00 a.m. when they open backup a get one of the fresh donuts and coffee I don't believe that I'm going to be coming back to a Circle K because of this rude [censor] so I'm doing the next best thing coming forming everyone here and then I'm going to tell his boss and the district manager. this guy is way out of line.

I've been waiting outside of this door about 45 minutes and waiting for the store manager and then the district manager after the guy was rude he said who cares I'm only here to more weeks anyway so instead of apologizing I got more crap From this grouchy old man.. For the 2nd time. But the last.

Circle K fountain machine

For over a week now the fountain machine started out with flat pop and then switch to no pop at all and has been out of order for over a week now. The store is located on East Reno Avenue in Bricktown Oklahoma City Oklahoma. Right across the street from Bass Pro. We are local everyday customers at our place of business and go through a lot of fountain drink. We really like the convenience and the variety since it's hard to get Coke Zero anywhere else anymore. Please resolve the issue.

Circle K cashier

I want to make a complaint about the female cashier that worked at the circle k store located on dogwood drive in Milton FL on 3/15/2018. Every store she ever works at she has been he same rude butt attitude everytime & im tired of it . She doesn't belong in customer service and should be fired immediately. I asked her if there were any more fountain drink lids because the spot was empty & her rude butt just looked at me and didn't respond to me at all. The other cashier had to tell her " so you just gonna ignore the man like that when he's asking you a question " & he stopped doing what he was doing to service me while she stood there rolling her eyes drinking her drink doing nothing. Only afterwards she huffed under he breath and then attempted to look after he said something again to her. She has always had the same nasty butt rude attitude every time I see her & I know for a fact she's worked at 3 different stores and the results have been the same. Somebody needs to take care of her attitude because the next time it happens she won't like the results because I'll make sure every customer in the store knows about it when a scene is caused. This happened during the night shift last night approximately 8:00 pm

Circle K manager

The manager at the circle k store in Fayetteville nc is addicted too pills and does cocaine at work. She was fired from her last job for stealing money. An employee gets let go or quits she bad mouths them to everyone that knows that person. If something is not done about this I will be going to the authorities. This is no way for a manager to act at work or treat employees and ex employees the way she does. If something is not done about this I will make sure something happens

Circle K employee

I came into Circle K with my 4 month old on my hip. He has plagiocephaly so his head is very misshapen. He has to have MRI on it to check for fluid/tumors. The employee working behind the counter kind of just stared at him and had this look on her face like something was wrong with him instead of just smiling and saying hi like most people do. Then he spit up a bit on my hand and some drops onto the floor about the size of 4 quarters in one spot. I asked her where the napkins we're and she pointed. I wiped my hand and told her he spit up a little on the floor infront fo register and there was another person in line behind me and I apologized. She reaches for a dry Swiffer pad (that's all I can compare it to) and hands it to me as if telling me to clean it up and made a face of disgust. Did not say a word to me. I did my best to bend down with baby on my hip to wipe it up but still was shocked she didn't just mop it up or even let other customers know it was there. She must be new because I've never seen here in that store before. I really feel shocked and upset.

Circle K cashier

I went to the Circle K store to buy a pack of cigarettes. I had 2 coupons to use from Marlboro and the Circle K app. The cashier (name tag:Drew)was in a terrible mood and had an attitude. She refused to take the Circle K coupon(attached below) because she said it wasn't the 12th of March, so I used my other coupon and paid and went to my car. I looked at my phone and saw that it was 1:00am, so it was the 12th of March when I tried to use the Circle K app coupon. So I went back into the store and let her know it was the 12th and could she please honor the coupon and she told me no, I'd need to buy another pack of cigarettes. This is not acceptable to me. First her unwarranted bad attitude and then her refusal to take a coupon because she incorrectly thought it was a different day of the month.

Circle K treatment from former manager

On Tuesday March 6th, 2018, I resigned from my position as customer service associate from the store #7122 in the Great Lakes division with the circle k company. After I resigned I received threatening text messages from my former manager. Following that, today March 9th, 2018 I received a voicemail from the same manager telling me to tell my boyfriend to meet him outside to "have a word." I feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable with how this manager has acted.

Circle K service

This is the second time that I have been treated with the most disrespect by a Circle k employee. I have been a loyal customer for the last 30 years and I have always visited this store: 2885 Catalina Blvd, Deltona, FL 32725.

It is will great saddenest I have to boycott the store. I am surprised the Manager by the name "Cathy" would hire such rude, racist employees.

But unfortunately, you have two that must not have been very well trained in diversity and manners.

My first incident happened back 1 month ago. When I reported the gas pump didn't have paper. Your employee told me, there was another employee changing the receipts as we speak and pointed at the man. She must have had a good laugh because the person she pointed and asked me to speak to them was just another customer and send me on a wild goose chase. ( I left a review on Yelp about this)

My second incident was 2 weeks later when I went to use my fuel reward card and was told it did not have any rewards. Which was a lie, because I have a gold status on the reward card and I do get five cents off every time I pump gas.

My third and last incident was today 03/08/18.Time 1:50pm...You have two employees in the store. One of them after taking care of her last customer decides to continued her duties stocking and the much older employees automatically put the no service sign and tells the employee that the customer she just service card did not go thru. The employee is in no hurry to take care of the customer ready starting to leave the parking lot and I tell the second employee to take care of my purchase. She tells me in a very harsh, combative tone, very discriminatory and extremely racist. She is taking care of a customer and I took wait." Knowing that is not her register she is standing right in front.
What she needed to do was apologize for the delayed, and take care of my need at her register. She did neither. Actually, she called me names, racist name while I was exciting the premises.

If you take care of this matter or not it is up to you. But with this third incident. I will not bother to shop at your store again.
I will tell all my friends, families and co-workers not to go to your store, plus I might write in my blog or even mention it on my next book (yes, I am a published author) not to venture into your store again.

Circle K a sexual harassment problem

I am an employee at a Circle K in Deland and I have recently had issues with a maintenance man who works for Circle K touching my butt as he walked by and rubbing my back and telling customers that me and him are having an affair knowing I have a husband. This needs to get settled. It was inappropriate and I don't want him to come near me or talk to me again.

Circle K employees store on the corner of page rd and hwy 70

I was in your store today around 9pm with my daughter and the person behind the counter was on there phone cursing and I just went over and talk to the other guy that was there.His name was Frank and told him about it and that I was very upset.He said that he was very sorry and gave me a drink and my daughter and frozen drink and was very apologetic about everything. I just wanted to let someone know about this I am very disappointed in the person and I'm not sure if I will come back to your store again

Circle K unauthorized credit card charges / unethical behavior

I was traveling home back to Kansas with my family, and stopped at store 2707774 located 5704 Pines Rd, Shreveport, LA 71129 to refill my tank to continue on my journey. The pumps were not working properly due to computer issue and it was stated there on the pumps. I originally was sitting on Pump 8. I paid with a Debit card. after 2 failed attempts and resetting the pump each time I relocated to pump 2. the issue is with each reset my card was swiped again. charging 25.00 a swipe, the clerk claimed the original charge was cancelled and the money would be refunded. To date I am still waiting for the refund. I have called the store repeatedly and each time speaking with management who took my information and told me they would look into it. It is clear that since I am leaving this complaint nothing has happened and this matter is not resolved. The information on my receipt shows 2/17/18 5:52:18 pm order number 2263582, I just want my 50.00 refunded to me as a resolve. I have called my card company and they was me to contact the vendor first (you) then cancel my card and reissue but I would have to update the other account that use this card for auto draft payments. Please look into to this issue and refund me the appropriate monies

Circle K 24 hour store closing

At 3:45am I made a call to the Circle K Store located 1902 Baldwin Blvd Corpus Christi TX, 78404. The purpose of the call was to determine they were open. The employee who answered the phone was named John. He told me that yes they were open and that they were a 24 Hour Store. I then headed to the store to make a purchase. I arrived at the store at 3:50am where I met with locked doors and being told they were closed and that they would reopen at 5am. This told to me by John and the Manager of the store. This was also 5 minutes after being told that they were indeed open.

Circle K employee

I was going to visit a brother who got into a wreck Friday 3-2-18. We were heading back to Augusta GA from NC. We stopped at this gas station to fill up. I was on a motorcycle an my other brother was on his. Our wife's were in the vehicle. My brother an I were filling up our bikes an all the pumps were full, minus the 3 that were inop. My wife pulled up behind a vehicle at a pump an waited. They weren't pumping fuel, when asked if they were going to pump gas; they said yes. My brothers wife said "well it doesn't look like it" an they just laughed at them. My brother then asked them to move, they laughed and shook there heads more, then I asked them to move, same. One of the employees was standing next to the pump talking to what seemed to be his girlfriend, while smoking a black an mild.

Circle K racist employee

I entered Circle K located at 3135 West Superstition Boulevard Apache Junction Arizona 85120 at approximately 1:50 a.m. on Sunday morning March 4th attempting to purchase $15 in gas on pump 4. As I entered I noticed the employee was standing in an aisle near me stocking items. As I stood at the counter going on 2 minutes? I leaned over and ask him if I can purchase $15 on pump 4. He negatively spoke to me with an attitude and told me that he will not take an order it unless he's behind the counter? So I said excuse me as he was walking slowly taking his time over to the counter mind you I have been waiting about 5 minutes now. I raise my voice slightly and asked him if I could purchase $15 on pump for once again thinking maybe he couldn't hear me. Then he raised his voice at me grab my money and gave it back to me very negatively and told me to get out of his store Niger! I am extremely upset and I don't appreciate racism in your businesses! I will take this to the highest degree if needed but I hope you will deal with this immediately! I have had an instance with this same employee previously! The water was not stocked correctly and I asked him if he could push them forward. He negatively told me to get out of the store then he would do so. So I did and I waited 5 minutes for him to do so so I can purchase one gallon of water? Please handle this employee there therefore I won't have to escalate this incident up to the highest degree! This employees name is Jody! An overnight graveyard employee. Once again I do not appreciate racism and Circle K businesses! Please check your tapes and all evidence if needed! I would hate for other customers to suffer racist discrimination from your business becuase of an employee like this! This is store # 1989 thank you.

Circle K don miguel burrito

The burrito I just ingested is "2" years old! The date in the picture shows that this burrito I just ate is from 4/25/16. Today's date is 3/3/18. I talked to Brandon, the store clerk. He gave me a refund, but I asked to speak to Heather, the manager. He called, and also I called from my phone but haven't gotten an answer. I would like a follow up ASAP as to why a product would be two years old and be for sale to customers. I hope I do not have any affects health wise, and I have taken the necessary precautions for what I hope will just be an upset stomach. I'm reaching out to the company in hopes that we can reach an agreement of the matter. My name is Dwight, my number is : [protected], please consider this to be a serious matter because I am. Circle K service

The circle k on 5035 government st. In baton rouge la.
They are so rude! Been there twice and was completely upset with the way i was talked to and treated. If they dont like there jobs then quit. Definitely should not be in customer service with that type of attitudes! Please do something about this judging by reviews im not the only one with this issues!

Circle K entire store and service

Managers, especially Tiffany are always just standing around complaining and using fowl language even with my children there. They never have the soda machine running and if they do, they never have the big cups. The hot food service is always empty and the cooks are never doing anything. The store constantly has a line out the door because the cashiers are clueless and weren't trained properly. Absolute worst service I've ever had at any gas station in my entire life. I usually love circle k but refuse to continue to get enraged every single time I go to this store which I will no longer do. I highly suggest someone from corporate do a surprise check up because it's an embarrassment to have the circle k name on that place. It's a disgrace and they are giving hundreds of tourists from all over the world a bad impression of circle k

Circle K discrimination pt. 2

On Feb. 2nd. I filed a complaint about disability discrimination related to my pregnancy. Since this complaint has been filed I haven't heard from anyone. On Feb.15th I finally got my OB appointment and got my official doctors note for my position. I went to work which was my day off but wanted to turn it in immediately. That same day the schedule was made and my hours were cut in retaliation of my complaint. I had 22 hours last week. My superiors are still badmouthing me to fellow employees, new hired employees and customers as well. This is making for a very uncomfortable working environment.

Circle K store hardly ever clean!

I visit this circle k at least twice a day if not more. It's is practically brand new, but omgosh they need to how to clean and keep stuff stocked, stop running out of things. Also the store manager is very rude . When asked to speak to her she is either too busy to talk or she is not their. The other staff members also very rude. If I didn't live close I would take my business else where.

Circle K constant harassment

I visit the Walker South Circle K store often and over my last several visits it seems like one of the cashiers who I found out recently have been fired because of bogus claims of complaints. And they talk about her every day. All the way up to the manager. She's a very great person and I was trying to figure out whatever I do about that and how can I go about helping her but they already fired her.
