Circle K pizza slices.

The pizza slices that my boyfriend and I got at circle k were not cooked all the way. The crust wasn't done all the way, the cheese was not all the way melted and there was way too much sauce on them. The pepperoni slices were a mess and there was barely any on it and the pizza itself was a mess. I have gone here many times and they pizza was always fine. So an employee needs to get trained more on how to make a pizza or something.

Circle K all water bottles are stored out front and everybody wants water but won't buy scolding hot water bottles!

Please put all H20 inside. Nobody deserves to have to buy scolding hot water bottles.

All water from store is stored out front of the store. In the burning hot sun! Everybody wants water but won't buy because it's scolding hot. Employees say that they were told it has to stay out there. I will be going further than this template complaint. We deserve to buy water when necessary and it not be scolding hot and left out like we're dogs. It's purely inconsiderate. Please contact the store to get the water inside. That's pretty simple I think.

Circle K employee

I have been a victim of theft and I contacted one of the Circle K's at 3614 S Cleveland Ave in fort myers florida. I was providing the associate the information to provide the manager so that they could take a look at the camera. The associate told me that "Your not making any sense" and was very rude. I would like to hope that if someone is having purchases that are made fraudulently by this company that your employees or managers would be willing to look into the issue. I had some very important information that was taken from me not just my card. I need someone to reply back to me immediately.

Circle K employees

Went to the gas station to see you're employee wa sitting outside of the building in her car, while I waked past her she made snotty commments saying, "that dike [censor] can take her [censor] elsewhere i'm busy right now.. Then continued to say bye [censor], bye!" I spend a lot of money at the store i've never seen this certain employee.. It was 3:20 am, I was just getting off work. I shouldn't have to go through that treatment espically the homophobic comments😡 the store on court and kennedy

Circle K customer service

I went into the Circle k in Oak Forest, IL where I've been going the past 4-5 years and there was a new guy working. I observe him selling liquor too someone that looks half my age. Doesn't provide ID at all, yet I ask for a pack of cigarettes and the next thing I know I have to be carded cause I'm Asian and I look too young. Don't understand what my race has too do with my age when buying cigarettes. Don't think I will be doing anymore of my business here. I will let everyone know how I was treated by this employee and location.

Circle K not enough help

I go into the Circle K every weekend. And there is Never Enough help there's always one person working. There needs to be more than one person on a shift working there are people wanting to go to the beach taking our boat out. And the manager you hardly ever see her there. And you have some co-workers there that don't do their job that don't do their job. Even though they are asked to do their job and they still don't do it. There is way too much favoritism going on in that store there is way too much favoritism going on in that store. And Thursdays they don't have enough people there to put up truck the last two Thursdays I've gone into that store they've had product all over the floor trying to put up truck went one person trying to do it there was product all in the hallway all in front of the store and it was there until Friday.

Circle K two greg break the bank lottery tickets

I purchased two lottery tickets on 5/26/2017. When I got home I noticed that the clerk did not give them to me. I went back to the store that following Monday the 29th. I gave two Caucasian guys my receipt with my name on it and asked them to give it to the manager. I never heard anything from the manager. I called the store on the next Tuesday to speak with the manager and she said she would look at the tape, when she has time, I never heard anything from her, I went by the store on Monday June 4 and she said there was no female clerk that night and she never saw anything on tape. I will explain more when I get a return phone call. I know that I purchased two lottery tickets that night and I know that I did not receive them the tape should show that fact. If I do not hear from you by Monday the 19th. I will contact channel 7 news, with this matter. Thank you

Circle K manager/assistant manager and dress code

Short and sweet complaint. My spouse works in a Circle K and in 95 degree weather regardless of if its air conditioned or not, its wrong. The other complaint is the Manager and the Assistant Manager there are VERY unprofessional and all they talk about is their person life and they are both very rude to other employees that are there. Regardless if she has been there for 25 years she should be disciplined and asked to step down. My next step is to go to the owner and or the BBB if nothing is done!

Circle K price of coca cola

I have left two telephone messages to no avail regarding this complaint. On June 8, 2017, at 8:46 p.m. I purchased two Cokes that I have been purchasing for months and are 2 for $2.00, at the Circle K at 2201 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29210, phone No. [protected], Register 1, William Dicks. This same cashier has been selling me the same Coke products for awhile and knows well they are 2 for $2.00. He charged me $1.29 a piece for the Cokes, insisting that was the correct price, and also charged me $2.00 for a lottery ticket that I did NOT purchase. I have NEVER played the lottery. It is against my religion. I would like to be refunded $2.58 for the error this cashier made. Thank you for your prompt attention.

Circle K food and service

Store #2356 is my regular store i go to daily. Recently something has changed the service is horrible the manager watches one cashier try to check out any where from2-20 people at times and never gets on the other register she doesn't greet you, there are new employees that are rude, they are always out of fountain drinks, the coolerodds always empty and they are out of cigarettes every week. I found peanuts with mold on them one day! Mold!

Circle K customer service

I used to be an employer there, but I quit due to my managers lack of concern with things happening with the rest of the employees. I have spoken with the manager personally and on the phone and many others have and our concern has not been addressed at all. We her harassed every time we go in the store my the employee Jeremy Tinker. Me and 4 others that I know personally have been a victim to him and his girlfriend, who doesn't work there, but is allowed to sit up there as long as she wants. All it's doing is starting drama in the work place and I have seen first hand that is was driving off customers. I will be more than happy to answer any more questions about this store because there is a lot happening that should not be going on.

Circle K poor customer service

I stop at this circle k on a regular basis because it is on the way to and from work. Every single time i have stopped at this location there is always a line to the coolers, when i stopped at this location on my way to work i entered the store at 6:09pm refilled my polar pop cup and proceeded to the check out i got on line and there was only one cashier assisting customers another employee comes in from outside and says something to the cashier and looks at the line of customers that is already at the coolers at this time and goes back outside to change the garbage instead of hoping on a register and helping to clear the line of customers. when i returned to my car the time was 6:30pm... 21 mins wait for 1 polar pop... which i think is absolutely ridiculous. i have been to other store and the most i was in there for was 5 mins most... I have also called the district manager number numerous times about this location and i had asked for a return call but never got one which is extremely unprofessional ...10011 Hudson ave Hudson fl 34669.

Circle K polar pop 100 oz cup

My husband and I walked into the Circle K gas station located at 2400 Spring Forest Rd Raleigh, NC 27616 and filled up my 100 oz Polar Pop cup with the frozen slushy. I got to the counter to pay the cashier and the cashier who as of african decent he did charged me for 2 refills of frozen slushy from 53 oz to 100 oz $1.79. The total came to $3.58. Upon paying for the purchases we went to exit the store and the gentleman tried to tell my husband that he didn't pay. He persisted to cursing at us and telling us that the price of the cups in the Polar Pop thermoses were double the amount in which I paid. He was really rude and I tried to let him know that every other time we go to fill up at any Circle K location I am charged $1.79 per cup on the refills for slushy's. The gentleman made me really angry and I think he should be fired because he was very rude and unprofessional. I will not ever be going back to that establishment although it is down the road from my job because he was so mean and nasty. I plan to call and complain as well whenever I can find a manager to answer the phone.

Hi I live in Florida I seen these 100 oz cup before I I bought the cup I asked what the cost to refill the woman said .99 every day I said wow SO I bought the cup got first one free I take the cup to different locations wow what big mistake no one knows what the price is I have been charged all kind of prices from .99 all the way to 3.09

but the good thing about the cup I take the cup to RaceTrac speedway wawa thery charge.99 for a refill you can refill it more than once a day for .99 per refill

So like I said you want to save take the cup somewhere else cheaper

I stop at circle Ks all over memphis to refill my 100oz mug And for some reason the circle k on poplar in collierville charges me a dollar more than everyone else

Urgent...
Now I work for the state of ga
And I don't think its right what's going on
How can you trust someone. You have to give them a chance right.
But there a thief in your company and its your employee she's been there about three years someone who know her well. They told me that she take money while she counts the cash and pretend she don't know how to do it so they want think she's taking any and not be on the register so much so she want be the one to blame.
Because your company will let them go first before her she in it good with her boss and her boss boss. He continue to say when the money is over she takes its for herself. And she have her assistant manager believe everything she say.
She got her wrap around her finger your employee also try to manger's distract.

Circle K manager of circle k on 43rd and glendale stealing money from customers

On june 8 At 6:08 pm I went to the location cited above and I pay $42.00 dollars and got a can of soda and the change put on pump 12 when I went to the pump I only got $20.78 I went inside for a refund and the manager said she would go inside to see the camera when she came out she told me that I only gave the cashier 3 bills and that SHE saw the cashier counting 3 bills UNBELIEVABLE she implied I was lying I said can I see the camera she said I couldn't unless I call an officer but the security guard who was there said she could go and check the camera when they came out the thief manager say oh I'm sorry Now that I watched it a second time I saw 4 bills when she already told me that SHE SAW the cashier counting only three bills Such a lier So they were going to go 10 dollars each my question is how many times have they pull this off with the Latino and black community when they think we don't know the language or think we won't dare to call an officer wow If it wasn't for the nice security guard at that location I would have called an officer right away because it takes a lot to earn 20 bucks just to let a couple of circle k thieves to take your hard earned money I am Facebooking tweeting snap chatting and telling my fellow cab drivers not to go to this store ever unless they want to get robbed by the circle k employees I see 20 to 25 passengers at day and every single one will know how this particular store at 43rd Ave and Glendale behaves I got all the time in the world my next place to complain about this the BBB and yelp

Circle K store atmosphere

I am a frequent Shopper at this Circle K convenience store daily. There is nothing bad to say about this particular store it is always clean the workers are all friendly and very helpful. I have noticed in the last week is that the store is awfully warm I'm not sure if the air condition system is working. I visit the store on my brakes and my lunch breaks from the factory across the street. We do not have air condition in our Factory so it is hot there and it is hot on the walk there and back from the store so to walk in a store that seems hotter inside than it is outside is just ridiculous! This makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience. I feel really bad for the people that work in that store. Until this matter is fixed I will not be visiting the store on my breaks please fix ASAP!

Circle K customer service

On June 7, 2017 at approximately 4:15 a.m., I visited Circle K at the 8000 Winchester Rd location in Memphis, TN 38125. Before I could make it to the entrance door, the Associate said, "You gone have to wait". I asked her if the store was open and she responded, "Yes, but I'm doing something, so you gone have to wait". She appeared to be removing the trash from a pump. I waited until I noticed that she had moved from one pump to the next, disregarding the fact that I was even standing there. I proceeded to enter the store. She then followed in behind me saying, "What the [censor]! Are you dumb?", then once she entered the store she told me that she would not serve me. I then responded by saying, "When a customer arrives you're suppose to stop what you're doing and help them first". She responded by saying, "Well, not here!", so I asked what time her manager would be in. She didn't reply, so I asked her what her name was and she said Brittany. I work a few stores away from this location at Dunkin Donuts. My aunt is the Store Manager there and she was also present during this interaction. The way the employee handled the situation was very rude and unprofessional. It's unacceptable. I have been working in Customer Service for awhile, and I would NEVER speak to a customer the way this lady spoke to me. I would like to be contacted by the Regional Manager as soon as possible. I visit this store at least 4 times per week. I have always had pleasant experiences with the other ladies. This lady, she does not need to work in the profession that she's in with that attitude.

Circle K employee pamela audry store number 7751 the store on 402 kings hwy shreveport la

I entered the store around a little after 2 I stood in ms autry line it was two customers ahead of me when it got to me she asked another circle k employee to check me out and that employee was over there with the coffee and things but ms autry took care of all the other customers in the store so I told my daughter to put the things she had down and to come on ms Audry is rude and has no respect for customers I always get gas at circle k but after being treated like I was today you have lost a customer

Circle K manager at store 03745 scottsdale az... unethical.. disclosing personal information a bout a copy worker texted that she was going to make him quit

I am a former employee at circle k. The complaint is about the manager Jennifer brown at store 03745 in Scottsdale AZ . Who through text as I show below her disclosing personal information about another employee who just so happens to be black, gay and bipolar... Not only does she lie to me she tells me she's going to make him quit his job. She didn't need human resources all up in it as well as. She can't fire him because there will be drama because she's White married women and he's black gay and bipolar... This is is not ok ... This poor young man was being treated like [censor] worked to the Bone cut hours trying to make him quit. He has since obtained a lawyer .. but circle k is one of the lowest forms of garbage there is .. not only does the market manager earlinna van fossen attempt to bully employees play head games over work them discriminate . They both write off items in the store like they are defective or. Expired so they don't have to pay for them.

Circle K termination

My name is Elizabeth I worked for your company for 8 years I was assistant manager. I was my boss right hand worked very hard. On June 2 we had a sting I got busted and lost my job. They came in during shift change and we were so busy. I got so confuse I wasn't thinking. Your policy is to immediately terminate. I know I cant get my job back but I think your policy stinks sorry. I think for a person who works very hard and is loyal to there job should be given a second chance{ really to anyone suspend for a week for the first time second time terminate]. Im 66 and circle k was my life it paid my bills. Its bad enough I have to go to court and pay 500 fine thats enough of a punishment. I know its your policy but I think in the near future you'll change that policy. Gates and the other gas station doesn't terminate they feel the fine is enough. I now have to apply for a job and I live by myself and pay rent and other bills. Hope I can get another job at my age. By the way I may be 66 but I work like im 30 thank you for reading my email I mailed a letter yesterday cause I couldn't fine this section. I hope someone will reply thank you Elizabeth Gentile
