Circle K one employee cursing another

I was in circle k on bradford street in marion, indiana and there was a guy at the cash register name of jason and he was cussing dallas out because there was a few people in line telling him to open his register and he said some very awful words to him i may or may not come back to circle k and this happened today s date 09/9/2017 and it was at 10:50 am this morning just don t like that kind of treatment from one employee to another and dallas did not say anything to jason at all just opened his register at 10:50 am and started doing his register concerned customer thank you

Circle K customer service

I go to the same circle k in los angeles on Adams and Figueroa about 4 days a week after work for about 5 years now. I enjoy going in the store because the cashiers are usually extremely nice. I've built great relationships with most of them. I usually spend a good 10 minutes in the store every time I go in. Today there was a new cashier her name is Leslie. She was rude to not only me but the gentleman in front of me as well. She didn't listen to my request when I asked her if she could give me my cash back in certain denominations. I had to repeat myself twice and wait for 2 customers because she closed the register twice instead of listening. When she finally got it right She threw my money on the counter. When I asked her if she could put it in my hand she picked it up and threw it on the counter again. I felt like she was antagonizing me. I will not be going to this store anymore as long as she is employed. And that's going to cause a huge inconvenience for me. I'm a loyal circle k customer.

Circle K customer service

I am from pleasanton, Texas my zip code is 78064 . I have been in your store on oaklawn and I have gotten a rude cashier. First time I went looking for hot dogs because I was hungry and I told the cashier you have no hot dogs and her response was sorry we have been busy. Three employees and no hot dogs 😡 Not a I am sorry but just sorry and no smile either! And today I went to your store again to get a fountain drink, the same cashier was mopping and I said to her your out of Diet Coke. She instead of stopping what she was doing she tried to get another employee to go take care of the box in a bag. She continued mopping and I asked her if someone was going to change the syrup she didn't say anything but continued to mop after a minute or two she decided to go change the syrup herself not even a smile or nothing from her . I myself used to work for Valero I don't consider myself a perfect employee or that I was never rude to customers. I know I was lots of complaints I got. Not proud of it either. I stop at your store because it's on my way to work but then there are a few stores on my way to work. I guess I could patronize another store if you can't take care of this embarrassing employee. I also know that Mike Stowers was just recently made area manager he will probably say that my complaint is nothing. I hope this isn't considered nothing. Thank you so much for your time. Circle K Crown light cigarettes

I have smoked this brand for 3years now and always buy 2 or 3 packs in quantity! But lately I have been very disappointed because the Tabaco is very loose and I end up getting burnt from the cherry falling off or I have to throw away half the pack because of how many are affected in the pack. This has happened about 4 times now in the last 2 weeks and I was curious if I could be remberesed or even sent coupons. I will continue to smoke this brand but I'm very upset with the quality lately. Thank you for listening and I hope something g can be done to correct the problem.

Circle K the customer service

I was in the Circle K Irving Store on Loch Lomond Road, Saint John NB and received some of the worst customer service I have had in a long time. The employee working on Monday September 4th around 8:45 pm (Male with brown hair and named started with a J) was too busy texting to take my cash for the gas! After a good 30 seconds of him not paying attention to me standing there he then realized I was just coming in to pay for gas and asked how I was paying. I advised debit and wanted $20 cash back. The employee then said ok, put the debit through then continued to text away. At the end of the transaction I asked why it never asked me how much I wanted back or anything to do with the $20 back and he said he forgot to put it through. At this point I'm annoyed because this employee didn't apologize for making the mistake, then said if I wanted the cash he would have to charge me $0.01 to get $20. Not that $0.01 is even a big deal it's just the point that this employee wasn't doing his job and was very bad at customer service. I will not be back to this store!

Circle K - employee stealing my gas money

At the Circle K located at 5712 W TENNESSEE ST an employee stole my money. I handed the employee a 20 dollar bill and a 5 dollar bill for gas and cigarettes. Less than four dollars was put on my pump. When I went in to explain she didn't put the right amount of gas on the pump she denied me handing her a 20 dollar bill. Circle K service complaint

I live in Spring Hill, FL and I have the worse experience ever. Qualunda Shular is rude, unprofessional, always smells like marihuana, always on her phone etc. I try to go to speedway instead but would love to come 2 minutes around the corner instead but it's not enjoyable. I love the other ladies they are nice, ask if I need help, full on attention, not sure. I actually wanted to be a team member but Me. Shular said it's the worse business to get into not to mention she gives her number out all the time and takes numbers. Seen it multiple times. I work at a truck stop and we are all about our GUEST and their needs over ours. We make their experience welcoming and it makes them want to come back. I sure don't give business to Shular and it's sad to check to see if she is working in order to come inside or go to the next stop. Something needs to be done. This is almost a everyday thing for her.

Circle K customer service

It is 12:36 pm right now on Sunday September 3 2017. I just got back from your circle k store off 1100 lake shore right off Yukon park way and main street here in Yukon Oklahoma. I forgot to get the ladies name working right now but her attitude stinks and I got 2 packs of Marlboro black 100s and a lighter and 2 2liters of pop she knows who I am and has id me before and because I got a lighter she had to be rude and id me again even though she quite id me because she knows I'm all most 33 years old and she told me that she has to until I look 40 years old well I don't appreciate that at all And I'm well of age to smoke if I want if it was beer I could see that but I'm done with her being rude to me every time I come in and she's working I know the store manager Kyle and I will be talking to him also about this issue I have gone to that store for 7 or 8 years now and everyone knows me even her I think I'll just take my business somewhere else thank you

Circle K air vac

I went to the store on 8663 S Quebec St, Highlands Ranch, CO 80130. I used the vacuum and it was not sucking anything up. When I told the clerk he said they have nothing to do with it call the company. Wtf. Good customer service. It's on your property for customers to use and your name is on it. It says "k-air-vac". He told me he could do nothing and that he has been written up before for giving people their money back. What kind of company are you running. No customer service skills. No knowledge. Well if circle K is not responsible. Take your damn name off it. I will never be back.

[censored]ing awful! Take your [censored]ing name off the goddamn vac if you are not responsible! Air took my money off my debit card and did not work. Circle k would not give me a refund and told me I have to call some 1800 number which the number just tells you to email them about it. Like wtf! Email?

Circle K associate customer attendance

I work for a trucking division for a pharmaceutical wholesaler. I've been stopping at the recently aquired (by Circle K) store at 2700 US 77 #2706984. The problem is an employee by the name of Ruby Ramirez. She is INATTENTIVE, and DOESN'T PAY ATTENTION! I'll come in and stand at the fuel desk and she IGNORES me, either because her head is in the clouds or she's lazy, neither which is good! 1, 2, 3 customers come in on the store front side of the store and get helped. I know the manager and other associates well, as Ive been coming in daily for at least a dozen years. Carla, the manager does an outstanding job. The other associates are terrific. I put a 55-72 hour week in and [protected] miles a week and the last thing I need at my last fuel stop before I drive on two more hours for home, is to be treated like I'M NOT EVEN THERE. I fill my tanks there daily at 275.00 a pop plus whatever food I buy. I want Ruby Ramirez FIRED because what happened today is NOT the first time! I will not set foot in that store again until that lazy employee with her HEAD IN THE CLOUDS, is gone! My name is David McMullen. My number is [protected]. Contact Carla at this store and tell her David sent you. She knows EXACTLY what I'm talking about because we've discussed it. I'm sure she's already addressed it with Ruby. When I know Ruby is gone, I'll be back. I've enjoyed that fuel stop for a long time.

Circle K customer service

Tonight I visited a Circle K just a few mins after 10pm. I ordered 2 hot dogs that and was charged for 2 the cashier told me it would be a while because he was the only cashier David and he had a line. I agreed. I then asked how because I had my kids (since we were in stopped traffic for over an hour) in the car sleeping and he told me 40 to 50 mins so i politely asked well can you just give them to me cold and I'd warm them up at home, thinking this would helpus both out, he then went to the back and asked the owner Sam if he would prepare them. The owner told him no so then David came back and told me I'm sorry ma'am you'll have to wait still. I then asked to speak to Sam i told Sam the situation and also asked him if i could take them as is and warm them myself when i got home because I've been in traffic and my kids are sleeping in the car he told me that wasn't his fault and her didn't make the s traffic and I told him that with the length of our conversation they could have already made the order out wasn't as if i was requesting the fryers i was asking for 2 hot dogs. Sam said that he had an 80 hr week and he wouldn't even normally be here that late so he wouldn't make them and that hot food isn't sold after 10pm and i asked well then why did he sell it to me and why didn't David tell me that. He had no excuse because at this point I know it was a prideful and control issue because I've gone in many times after midnight and witnessed hotdogs being sold to the truck drivers and police officers. This really upset me. I requested my money back. On the way home I called Sam and told him that he lost a long time frequent customer. I told him that i didn't appreciate the way he acted because I've never witnessed him to be rude and in fact he's always been courteous. I go into circle k AT LEAST once a day spending from 10 to 40 dollars each visit also every other Friday i buy the biggest chicken deal and from all the gas stations in the area I am a traveling nurse and drive a lot and i purchase the gas regardless that the price is the highest because of the relationship I've established with the staff. I can not believe that he was above making 2 hot dogs and just to make it inconvenient to me because he wanted to stick to his word that there would be a wait that was very imature. I don't mind waiting but seriously 40 to 50 minutes is outrageous then to be told after that I couldn't get them at all because of his suddenly new rule made from his ego on the spot that they don't serve food after 10pm. I will not be going back. I felt very belittled over 2 hotdogs! How embarrassing. The allocation in which I speak of is on Fern St in Cabazon Ca 92230.

Circle K service

I went to store #4230 and the employee that that was working was racist against white people! He was rude I asked him for a bag to carry everything I bought and he stared at me very ignorant! Every time I go there after I pay I day have a nice day and he rudely walks away unless it's another African American! It's not right this store is right by my house I spend alot of money there and not to go there and to get treated like I don't belong in there! My receipt says his name was Joshua P but there was another person working so not sure but it is 9/1/2017 at 10:40pm. Hope you resolve this problem because I won't be going back there and I will tell others about the employee there! Thank you

Circle K Customer Service Store 2700712

I went into the Circle K in Los Banos on West I Street to buy a soda. The carbonation was out on the Coke machine, so I ended up getting a Slurpee. The extremely rude cashier named Ruby T., was letting me know that I was using the wrong Slurpee cup and I told her, okay I understand and then she went ahead and repeated it again and I told her that I had heard her the first time...after that she was rolling her eyes and just laid my change on the counter and walked away without giving me my receipt are saying thank you... so I stopped her and I said, hey I need my receipt and once again she just laid the receipt on the counter and proceeded to help the next customer. I let her know that she had horrible customer service and she was like yeah ok yeah...horrible! As I was walking away a customer came to my car and let me know that I should call corporate office because she was talking about me in a negative manner to the next customer in line as I was leaving the store. This is ridiculously bad customer service...you get treated like crap over a cup?! I kept the same cup I was going to use for the soda fountain. Please check your video camera to see how poorly Ruby handled herself over a 3 cent cup. Ruby should not be helping customers at your store, if she's losing control of her emotions over a cup!

Circle K store and gas service

On August 29th, 2017 at 9:30 pm, I stopped at Circle K to gas up my vehicle.
The pay at the pump didn't work so I went inside stood in line and paid $30.00 dollars inside for gas on pump number 7 with my bank card. The attendant applied the gas to pump number 11 instead of pump 7. After attempting to pump the gas I returned to the attendant and informed him that the pump wasn't giving me gas. He said it's on pump 11. I told him it should be pump 7. My car was on empty and they actually closed the store for over an hour and wouldn't give me my gas or money until the following day. After returning the next day at the time they told me to come back (10 am), I was told to come back at 1 pm the manager is busy. After insisting on seeing the manager ( as my auto was still empty), the manager came out angry. She finally gave me my gas minus 90 cents then after another trip inside she gave me that. This happened over the time period and date stated above. The rude attitude that I received from all employees and lack of interest in undoing their mistakes has really upset me and made me not want to go there anymore. Circle K this one guy.

I go to my local Circle K everything day. I love It! Yet, every time a young man by the name Quinton gives me some kind of problems. Which pisses me Off since it's such a small town and I truly love everyone else that works there. Not sure if I always catch him on a bad day but as an African American woman, being called a n[censor] as I walk out today! Is utterly disrespectful and uncalled for. Because of this. My manager which was "not leagaly. Permitted to be in united states of america for raping his class mate in elk grove terminated urfann ul haq theekri for making common mistake as cloak 2 lines 22 people in line 1st week of that month money order printed by my co worker from germany also I printed some out for my customer I grabbed three really fast and continued keith said hey u gave my xusterumer money order away so wrongful termination by wrongful personal I am demand payment 1.7 billion usd for loss of mind body soul and pain suffer ssn553-81-6114 don 07-20-1984 and interest please fowared to right. Circle K evern at 3289

I came into the Circle K located in (Five Forks) Simpsonvill, South Carolina. Evern Ciray was rude, unprofessional, yelling & screaming at me in front of the store. I am a paying customer he has very poor customer service. How he has managed to keep his job is amazing. He apparently called me a [censor] & and said that he will beat my [censor] in front of an other employee. Very disappointed they usually have great employees.

Circle K expired snacks

On 8/22 I purchased a snickers crisper and to my surprise the package read "BEST BEFORE 4/2017". Why is Kangaroo selling expired snacks?Needless to say I no longer have the receipt so I cannot return the item, but I feel as though I just wasted my hard earned money on an item I cannot use. I can't fathom that Kangaroo would intentionally sell expired food. I am considering contacting the Mars co. as well to advise as there should not be snack readily accessible dated 4/2017 for an establishment to sell in August 2017

Circle K customer service

I walked into the circle k on arizona ave and Guadalupe today. First thing I noticed was the cooler flooded and an employee cleaning it up. I asked both girls at the register if the area was closed or if I could grab a drink from there. They both said it's okay just be careful. there were NO signs that said the area was off limits or closed. So I proceeded. The rude guy cleaning up said to me you can't come over here, I proceed to tell him I had asked prior and was given a ok. His comment was "why would you even ask" well sir I spend a lot of money in this store and when someone tells me it's ok I take it as I'm ok! Will not be spending anymore money in this store ever, I will go across the street where they are kind from now on. I have indeed experienced many times of bad customer service in this store but brush it off like someone is just having a bad day. IF A AREA IS TO BE CLOSED YOU NEED TO INFORM YOUR STAFF AND HAVE APPROPRIATE SIGNS! this is poor management and will be taking my money and business else where from now on. There is now excuse here to win my business back. I will drive out if my way for fuel and visit a competitor for anything else I need or want.

Circle K clean bathrooms

I went to Circle K in Appling GA, which I visit often. Several times I've used their restrooms and a few times the seat was dirty. This morning-8/22/17-I pumped gas and went inside to use the restroom. When I went I the ladies room, there was urine on the seat. I walked out of the restroom and told the ladies at the counter and the older lady, with short blonde hair responded with, "Well clean it up!" I responded, "Ummm no, it's piss and it's gross."
First of all, there is nothing in the restroom to clean anything with. Secondly, I am NOT a Circle K employee and NEVER would I expect a customer of mine to do my job! I don't care if this lady is good at her job. She totally SUCKS in the Customer Service aspect of job, which is 95% of it! I work in customer service on a daily basis and this is something that would get a write-up!
