Circle K rude manager

The Circle K in Douglas, Arizona 85607, located on 7th Street and Pan American, has a store manager by the name of Ana, that is very rude, she missed treated a handicapped man using a electric wheelchair by telling him to get the [censor] out here, what gives the right to do it, I myself is very dissappointment of her actions, as long as this manager is managing Circle K, several local customer will refuse to do our business at your store, we do not right to do business with rude employees. Thank you and hope this complaint is handle in the correct manner.

Circle K fuel pumps

My car has an 11.9 gallon tank, (2009 G3 Pontiac) today when I stopped to fill up and please note I was not on empty, probably had around two gallons in my tank because the light hadn't come on yet the receipt showed I had pumped 12.765 gallons. This is the second time this has happened. I stopped by about a month ago for gas and the pumps were off then but I never reported it. When I said something to the store clerk today she said she had called about the problem but no one had responded. She also said the pumps had been checked the day before and no problems were noted.

I'm sure there is a federal law against this. People are being ripped off. If I don't receive a reply back from you I will find someone else to report this to. Between two fill-ups this station has robbed me of about 12.00 to 15.00. My name is Pam May and I can be reached at [protected]@knology.net

Circle K customer service (lack of)

Today, 4/5/18, I entered the store at approx. 11:00 am to purchase gas. There was only one attendant in spite of the fact that were 25 or more customers in the store. I waited patiently as the manager(which I did not know at the time) attempted to assist who I can only assume was a new employee. As I was standing in line, another male employee opened another register as another was entering the store. I pointed out to this employee that I had been patiently waiting to be assisted, at which point he became irate and combative. I asked to speak with the manager and was shocked to learn that the manager was present during the whole encounter. It was obvious that the employee felt SAFE displaying such behavior, as the manager said nothing to the employee about his rudeness. I hope this incident is not indicative of all your stores and management.

Circle K customer service and managers

I could have sworn that on the internet it says circle k is open 24 hrs but the one in Highland, ca on highland ave and orange st isn't 24 hrs I just watched 40 people leave because it wasn't open they had shut down for 30 mins why they do this all the time. When I worked for circle k we were open 24 hrs the only time I could lock those doors was if I was working alone and had to use the restroom. There wasn't none of this 30min shut down this is ridiculous 630, 945, 1145, 2 - 4 am those are times that I noticed they are closed and I worked grave yard shift by myself...

Circle K customer service

I stopped at the Circle K/BP off exit 52 here in Athens, TN. I paid for gas and they didn't set my pump so I came back in and the manager tried to say that there was no transaction when I was just in there 2 minutes prior and the cashier even said that I did pay. So she finally reset it but apparently set it for $5 more than what I paid and the pump went over by a penny so I went in to give them the penny and the cashier asked "so what do I owe you?" I told her that I actually owed her a penny. Then the manager that initially got an attitude comes over and asks me what I paid and I told her and she tells the cashier "you don't owe her anything" and then asked me "so what do you want". I told her that I came in to give them the penny I owed. The manager then looks at me like I'm stupid when she's the one who set my pump for more than what I told them to set it for. I'm beyond mad at this point and she starts saying something else with that attitude and I walked out the door and left. But as I'm driving, I start thinking about how it's not the first time they've gotten an attitude for no reason with their customers, so I called them and asked for the corporate number and the manager hung up on me. I called back and she starts saying the corporate number really fast and then hung up on me again. Circle K off of exit 52 (Athens, TN) has definitely lost my business.

Circle K store employee working at 5:08 p. m. on roebuck parkway. birmingham al.

The lady working is rude to me she raised her voice about prices of item I was asking about she cussed at me at one point saying it's not her damn fault she just rings the damn thing up so I am calling to complain about that she is the girl working by herself at this store she's a middle-aged maybe 30 something year old black lady skinny with dreads blue dreads in her hair

Circle K incorrect gas prices

I went to the Circle K gas station on March 30th 2018 at 8 a.m. and pumped me some gas which stated $2.62 on the sign but at the pump it stated $2.92 but I've already pumped $14.24 worth of gas in my truck. I went inside to talk to the cashier but she had told me that the sign was wrong and that the pump was right and I said there is no way. Everywhere in Pensacola right now the gas is $2.62 but she told me her manager will be in later to change the sign. If I had any more problems to call corporate. I still stated that the gas prices were wrong but she proceeded not to listen.

Circle K employee

I went to the circle k on w 70th street Thursday evening close to 8:00 and as I paying for my item the employee refuse to accept my money she were stateting put the money in here hand but her back was turned when I grab my money out my pockets the young lady Janee was very rude with bad behavior she refused to accept my money and I had to go somewhere else I would like for y'all to let her know customer's come first because obviously she doesn't know

Circle K horrible service & employees

The Cicle K on 4th (Okmulgee, Ok) is the worst representation of a convenience store I have ever been to in my life. First of all, the Store Manager is so far gone off Meth its ridiculous. He also tweeking every single time I go in there. Moving a mile a minute, always touching himself, cant hold a conversation. Allows employees to wear gym shorts and open toe sandals. The fact they continue to allow this is very odd. So if they dont care, why should I? Owe, thats right cause I spend my hard earned money there only to get treated like I'm not a customer. That store is up for destruction of it continues to allow this highy unprofessional nonsense. Only reason I put up with it is because its around the corner!

Circle K customer service/ products

Chickasha OK Store #[protected]. When going there to gas up and get my drink for the morning the floors were extremely sticky there was syrup everywhere the cups were covered in soda and the syrups on several sodas were out there was no medium cups available. When I asked the clerk to change out the syrup she said "we don't have any".
Basically lying because she really just didn't want to mess with it. I will not be returning to Circle K I will continue to shop at 7-Eleven. 7-Eleven always has awesome drinks and it's always clean. Better customer service too.

Circle K service

Today, 3/27 about 1030pm I arrived at the store in Apex, NC (705 Williams St). When preparing to pay I pulled out my card and was told the CC machine was down due to he did not know how to reset it. I said ok I will grab it from the ATM which is located 2 feet from the counter. Once getting the money to and return to counter the cashier beginsto count his drawer after he sees me return. No explanation, no comment saying wait one moment, but while counting he can talk to his friends who is waiting at the counter for him to get off. I can understand the CC machine being down but the customer service I received is not acceptable by any standards. I have been coming to this location since I was 11 years old and will never return again.

This is a complaint towards the named Attendant/ Cashier

The person named aboved was very suspicious. He was very flagrant and aggressive. He did not want to return my money/change.

He strongly tried to get me to leave the store to pump gas and then return for my money.

I refused and decided to wait. The whole time I waited he was making contact with me. After he decided to attend me, he still was aggressive and demanded I show him the receipt for proof that I was owed money.

This person was very disrespectful. He was super aggressive for that position. Threatening and VERY unprofessional. I live near the area and now I will have to drive away from my area for fuel because of this person. I have notified my significant other about this person and situation. And I will definitely talk about this to co workers, friends and people of this community.

Circle K shopping carts

Back in the 1980's this Circle K Store had three Shopping Carts for the Customers in gather their Goods. And take out the Store to their Cars this was helping Shoppers with people who have bought a lot of items.
They don't have shopping carts any more and I tried to get the employees
that work there to help me with twenty items that I bought to my car.
And they said No, make three trips in out of the Circle K store.
This is Not good Customer Service to me, because I needed help with carrying my items I bought they were heavy items, too.
I like shopping this community Circle K Store been a customer for 30 years.

Circle K assault/false accusations/foul language/threats

This morning was accused of shoplifting by the on duty employee.She accuses me of stealing a flashlight because I had my hand in my pocket. Pictured is what was in my pocket. Obviously it was full & I didn't want to lose my contents. She yelled, physically assaulted me, threatned & used vulgarity to include name calling. Not only had we purchased gas & a few more items we were not even finished shopping. To end the altercation my fiancé just grabbed the flashlight we inquired about but she continued acting insane & apparently called the cops. Review your security cameras. That's enough proof. Whether she tries to say I shoplifted or not this ordeal will not stop with a complaint.

Circle K customer service / injury

On this ost Saturday early morning I was leaving the circle k on 1811 Sam Rittenberg in Charleston sc and on my way back to the car I stepped on a hypadermic needle while when slides/ flip flop like shoes. It was just the needle part that had been broke off In thrown in the parking lot. I pulled needle out as my heel was bleeding and I have time stamped and location stamped picture and then went back inside to ask for help from the young lady working. She just had me leave my info. No one ever called I called next day talked to manager who also did nothing and I asked to speak to someone who could actually do something being I don't have insurance and stepped on a dirty needle on your property. No one ever called back again. I need to get tested and so on and so forth go from there. I also have kept the needle and had people with me who witnessed this happened. Circle K manager of circle k at eldorado and coit in frisco tx

This store is next to a local middle school, many kids like to go to the store after school to buy a drink and or snack. Today my son and a friend went to the store after school and was harassed and threatened by the manager Jacque. They were told they could not take their time choosing what they wanted to purchase and that if they didn't leave the police would be called.

I returned to the store once I was told what had happened. The only person at the store was a person with a name tag of Sophia. Sophia admitted that she knew my son and his friend because she had seen them in the store many times and she gave compliments about their behavior. She also admitted that she was trying to tell the manager to leave them alone because they are good kids. I asked Sophia to provide Jacque's contact information and she refused and said this wasn't her store so she had no idea how to contact Jacque. I was not happy with her response and after asking to see Sophia's name tag and being refused, I took my phone out to record what was happening. Sophia ran to the back of the store and stayed there for about 2-3 minutes it seemed then came back only to begin threatening me that she was going to call the police on me. Shortly after that threat and realizing that I didn't mind if she called the police she gave me a phone number that she claimed was Jacques. Turns out it was Jacques number it was the number to the store.

Circle K debit card machine

hello, i am writing you to inform you that the circle k store located at 940 south arlington road in akron ohio 44306, has not been handling the debit card machine properly. i was just there recently and will not use my bank card there due to the fact they ask you for your card then ask you for your pin. i for one am not comfortable giving out my bank card pin number to anyone let alone a gas station . after that recent visit i changed my bank card pin for my security. im sure im not the only one who finds this un professional and a security risk of personal information on any card holder that uses their bank cards there. how do i know there are not copying card numbers and remembering the pins to them so they can make their own card, the issue needs to be addressed promptly and i will be checking to see if it gets handled . thanks . sincerely a concerned customer

Circle K clerk, cassandra gonzalez. store #2384

On 3/18/18 after 11:00 am both my son and I visited the store, #2384, 1330 SW 288th st in Homestead. Let me first state that I am a frequent patron at this location, however this morning a rude, disrespectful and prejudice clerk, Cassandra Gonzalez rubbed me the wrong way. I noticed this clerk with other patrons mainly Hispanic and how well she provides customer service to them. Not once had I witnessed this clerk place their change or items on the counter. Besides gas. I had also purchased lottery tickets and she placed my items on the counter. I provided the clerk with a 1, rating and as I was walked out the store, the clerk stated something rude. I returned to the store and informed her why I had given her the poor service rating. She began to argue with me and I had explained to her that she has poor customer set skills and she replied, in a rude manner, "would you like for me to hold everything for you?" I stated to her that would you like for me to throw money at you as opposed to me handing you the money? I noticed the assistant manager, Yesnia and explained to her the situation and she provided me with Joe's phone number, the Manager. I contacted Joe and explained to him the interaction between tthe clerk, Cassandra and I. I stated to him that she is rude, disrespectful and prejudice. He informed apologize and informed me that she is being trained to become an assistant manager. I am sending this complaint because I will no longer visit this location and I would hope someone takes this matter seriously.

Circle K employee/unauthorized product

On Feb 18th 2018 at approx 1200 I entered store # 2426 located at 939 E.National Road to purchase Tabacco products, I was asked for ID from Shelly and said are you kidding at which point she stated cant you read. I found this inappropriate and demeaning by her response. After getting upset I left came back with Id and try to explain there should have been a warning that they were going to check id for everyone and again she stated cant you read its here on the counter. Im not upset about checking id I understand that ids need to be checked as a former manager of a circle k that sold beer and wine we checked everone but I never said to anyone cant you read. Yes there is a sign on the door the exit door not the entrace door where it should be. Yes one is one the counter but its not noticeable as its black and white. My main complaint is the way Shelly handles this situation, if she would have said im sorry but its posted on the door and here on the counter so I have to check ids, would have been more appropriate. I asked why she didnt check id for the lottery tickets she sold as well being you must be 18 to purchase them at which point I asked for the number for corporate to file a complaint at which I was told it was behind the atm. I also would like to add that a conflict of interest is as well happening here. Girl Scout cookies are being sold and on the front counter taking away sales of cookies Circle K sells. I dont know why the manager didnt intervine with this matter as she did come out. I was mad but not threating in any way as I was upset by Shellys comments more so then id. I dont wish to see her lose her job but all employees should be taught on how to talk to customers as we pay the bills as well thier salaries by patronizing the store.

Circle K store 3009 coffee bar

For the 4th time this week, I have stopped off at store 3009 in Hope Mills NC to get coffee. The first day this week I stopped and at 7:39 am they are out of coffee.the second time they had a "cleaning the urns" tag in every pot at 8:45 am. Yesterday they had no half and half or milk products. I go back today...still no cream! Ridiculous! I don't ask for much. I just want a good cup of coffee at various times throughout the day. This is a management issue that can't correct these deficiencies! Someone needs to do some store oversight and get rid of the bad and lazy employees that could care less!

Kind of hard to compare medications to a coffee bar...not even close. This has ZERO to do with ordering a product. The product is in house...they just fail to make the coffee or refill the creamery station. They’re expecting some else to do it on the next shift. As for the creamery station, when I brought it to their attention this morning that they had been out since yesterday morning, the attendant then shook her head, apologized for the store and then walked right over and installed a new creamery bag into the machine. I thanked her but shared my frustration with what I’ve witnessed USF this week alone! When the employees are behind the counter on their phone chatting with friends which has been the case this week...kind of hard for you to justify their actions. With your mindset, that is the reasons stores and restaurants close down. Management is absent or weak and fails to hold employees accountable. I assure you as the father of a pharmacist that has worked retail and in hospitals, if a retail pharmacist operated their pharmacy with this attitude, either you’d be out of a job or customers would begin taking their business elsewhere. In this case, what is obvious is that you have lazy employees, even when bringing things to their attention. As evidence of what may happen to this store when there are other options...the Convenience store across the street closed from lazy employees and poor management. Just a matter of time for this one. Having shopped at this store for 20 years...it’s obvious what the problem is. And oh, by the way, I do take my business to a competitor just up the street. That’s whats great.../I don’t have to shop at a business that fails to take there customers seriously! Oh...by the way, you asked what I do for a living, I’ve worked in Special Operations at Fort Bragg for the last 16 years...where we can’t afford to neglect our customers!
