She dont have a employee tag or shirt I dont think its write who your paying to work there and not do he or she job when they have someone sitting up there all night with them. I think it's wrong that your all are paying someone not to work and let this girl do there job. It only when the 3rd shift employees are there.

Circle K coffee

Hello. I'm a life long Norman resident and have grown accustomed to Circle K's fantastic coffee. It's truly the best coffee in Norman. Even our many Starbucks stores cannot compete. The coffee is freshly brewed and is offered in a wide variety along with a variety of creamers and sweeteners. But something has changed with each and every one of the Circle Ks throughout Norman through the passed couple of years. The coffee is NEVER fresh and is usually extremely weak. Almost like they run the coffee twice through the same filter. I have gone into each store at all hours of the morning and afternoon (because I used to love Circle K) and they either have nothing brewed and everything is used up or cold, or they only have one or two urns ready of Colombian and decaf(as watery as tea) and absolutely no specialty flavors available. I've complained to the manager at the West Lindsey and the S. Classen stores but nothing has changed. This has been going on for almost if not over 2 years. I normally wouldn't say anything because usually problems like this, problems that are so apparent and that are being experienced/witnessed by more than 10 customers tend to get fixed without me having to complain to corporate, but absolutely NOTHING has improved in the passed two years. It's beginning to make me think that I'm the only coffee drinker in Norman. Circle K used to be the place to go for some good coffee, but there's something going on with your management and store employees. There have been times that there was a freshly brewed variety of coffee at Circle K which was due to who was working at that time. That scenario still exists to this day. You already know if there's going to be fresh coffee and specialty coffee ready or not when u pull up and see who's behind the counter. I don't think that's fair to the paying customers who want a fresh cup of coffee that isn't watered down. I went to the Circle K on Classen today in hopes for some cinnamon coffee. There was one urn of Colombian, one decaf, and luckily, one urn of cinnamon. I poured me a cup into my knock off yeti cup only to taste that it is cold. Normally the sign for the coffee flavor would be flipped to "currently unavailable; but will happily brew more upon request", when the coffee was old, but it wasn't. I asked the store clerk if she would make a pot of the cinnamon because it was cold. She told me that because the specialty coffees are more expensive, they can only brew them once a day in the morning, but will still brew some if I still wanted it. I said yes that I still wanted it. She looked at the Colombian and decaf and said that those aren't cold and I said yes I know, but I'm talking about the cinnamon. So she discarded the old filter and poured some fresh grounds into the new filter and then just flipped the switch. I made my coffee after it brewed. After paying for it I remembered the sign that said "will brew upon request" was on the other side of the flavor, so I pulled one of the signs out of its sleeve and showed it to the manager and the store clerk. I explained that that is the reason I asked her to brew a pot of cinnamon coffee. I added that if there's a problem with brewing more coffee then change the sign. So I get in my car and drive away and as I'm driving home I taste my coffee. It tasted old and stale. I couldn't figure out why since I saw her brew a fresh pot with my own eyes, but then I realized that she never emptied the old cold coffee out of the urn before brewing the new coffee. So the new coffee was poured into the old and cold coffee. I paid for old stale coffee...again...from Circle K...again. Unfortunately this is not the first time that has happened either. I hate to say this, but I'm done with Circle K. Unless I hear something back or see improvements with the coffee bar that is advertised to be fresh, hot, and delicious, I will not be back. I'm beginning to go to OnCue to get my coffee which is always fresh, hot, and ready and will continue until something changes with your management and employees. As a business major, I strongly recommend that you start with the management first to ensure that they know that they will be held accountable for their employees slack. I get the feeling the management isn't taking their job seriously which can be detrimental to not only your stores, but for all Circle Ks across America. It just takes that one experience at that one store. Believe it or not, good and bad coffee can make or break a convenience store, with the exception of good customer service and gas prices of course.

Circle K customer service

One of your employees who works at 546 Ashdale ct. she was VERY rude and threatening me and my family if we walk in there. She also has a strong Odor of marijuana (which is very unpleasant) and she makes us not ever want to come back in the store ever again. Me and my family and friends have not been back to circle k if we see her working there. We choose not to go there anymore.

Circle K service

On November 4, 2018 at the Circle K in Bedford Heights, Ohio a cashier name Khari worked with tissue stuck up his nostrils and talked on his phone with via earbuds all while waiting on customers. This store usually has very unprofessional workers, but on this particular day this was totally unacceptable. I'm not sure your company offer customer service review classes, but he would most definitely benefit from a class or two.

Circle K gas pumps and no customer service

The pumps are not serviced and never will print a receipt. The clerk tonight was extremely rude and refused to print me a receipt.
I drive for a living and this has happened too many times to count.
Reading your other reviews I can see you have a real issue with understanding that with no customers you will not he in business long. Apparently you are not concerned about this.

Circle K ex-circle k employee

His I use to work at store number 1496 in Chappell Hill Tx and I have a problem. The boss Richard is a bad boss he is very disrespectful to customers and employees, the store is dirty and unsanitary, theirs bugs all in the backery product that have to be put out for ppl to enjoy. It's also dirty nasty mop water that's why it's bugs back there. Also Richard does a lot of discrimination like making black jokes that i don't think was funny. I really feel for the customers eating the food and Healh Department needs to come see for them self how ppl don't use gloves. Another thing is it's a gas station how is it so hard to do your job it's sooo easy. And another thing it's been a lot of ppl calling on him and his response is " She's my friend she's not going to do nothing" well that women needs to be out of office and also y'all need to look and ask him why his turn over rate is so high ppl quit back to back your losing workers and customers

Circle K a male worker

As I was walking towards the ladies restroom A male employee had just walked out of the ladies restroom after using the restroom because I noticed he didn't flush the toilet. I told him he could have the courtesy to flush the toilet. His reply was that the men's restroom was disgusted. I said well clean the men's restroom, don't use the ladies room and not flush the toilet and don't make ours disgusted.
The location is 3503 Wurzbach Rd at Timberhill Rd. He is a tall black guy with wavy/curly hair working night shift on 11/16 around 12/12:30 am
Thank you

Circle K customer service

November 2nd my boyfriend stopped in at Circle K and bought 6 donuts and a Polar Pop. Later that day after work we stopped again to get a new Polar Pop. He asked me for a dollar and I said, "You have money ". He said no, I had $12.00 dollars this morning but I bought 6 donuts and a pop. I replied, that doesn't cost 12.00 and he says no it doesn't, it cost me almost 13.00. I flipped out, because I knew he was overcharged. Today we had a chance before work 5:30 Am, to stop and ask the same girl working that day. I asked how much 6 donuts were, she says $7.14 @ 1.19 each. I said well almost 2 weeks ago he stopped in and you overcharged him. Without me saying anything else, her reply was, well I asked him how many he had and he said 7 or 9. (She just basically confessed), I said he never gets more than 6, and for you not to ask a customer to CLARIFY first how many they said, and take it upon yourself to pick a # is very wrong. I said and the fact that you remember it and that is your story, you just confirmed you are lying. She says well I wasn't gonna ask him to repeat it, and I wasn't gonna count them for him, and he said 7 or 9. Yes, you do ask a customer to please repeat it and apologize because you didn't hear them the first time, and No you don't count them, the customer can though, and NO you don't get to make up a number and charge someone because you THINK they said 7 or 9 donuts.
Very bery bad Customer service.
If you aren't sure how many donuts a customer said, then it is your responsibility to CONFIRM it before you ring it up!

1. Picking what you will charge a customer for. 7 or 9, I don't know what he said, so I will charge him 9! HELLO! 😠😠😠
2. Not giving a receipt
3. Arguing with a customer
4. RUDE RUDE RUDE!
5. LYING!
Now, to end on a good note, there are maybe 3 young ladies at this same Circle K, and they make it worth coming back. You 3 ladies ROCK! Thank you for excellent customer service and your smiles.
We will not spend our money any longer there if Daejah W. is working at the Circle K @ 1141 E Wood St, Decatur, IL 62521.
Tip: Pay attention to what your being charged! People will and do take advantage, and will steal from you. I worry for the store when she is working, if she is dishonest to customers, she will be dishonest to her employer.
We were overcharged $3.90! I 100% believe she knew what she was doing, which was overcharging a customer on purpose and then probably rang it up as an over ring. We didn't get the refund. Hmm, wonder who did.

Circle K unethical behavior from cashier - cafeteria

This incident happen on Monday, November 12th 2018 at the Circle K located at 1644 Nicholson Dr, Baton Rouge, LA 70802:

I walked in to CircleK to ask cashier Catateria for change to buy air for my flat tire from the CirckleK air pump outside. I already had 3 quarters but I needed change for the remaining dollar (the air pump is $1.75 to use). When I asked for change, Catateria refused to open the cash register stating I had to buy something at the store. I explained to her I had just come from a running workout (I had no credit cards on me) so the money I have is spare money in my car to pay for the air pump. I continued to explain that if I bought something I would no longer have the money required to buy air for my tire.

Catateria refused saying: "I can't help you, you need to buy something!"
I replied: "I am trying to buy something, buy air from your compressor outside your store."

Catateria said: "The air pump has nothing to do with us".
I replied: "I'm confused because the air-pump has the CircleK logo on it."

Catateria escalated with aggression and said "You can't afford to buy anything?!"
I explained "I have a flat and I just need four quarters in exchange for this dollar."

Every time I stated this she escalated to the point where she threatened to call the police on me if I did not leave.

I use this CircleK location once a week to fill up with gas. Where is the compassion? Someone comes in with a flat-tire, has money, just needs change to use your air compressor and they are met with hostility, anger and refusal to help. It's belittling that I was insulted stating that I can't afford to buy something when I buy gas from this location every week - which will no longer be the case unless I have someone from Management call me so we can discuss to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Thank you for your attention.

Circle K the additional fee tacked on to the price of gas.

Pulled up to stores Gas Sign said 2.43 per gallon. When I got my receipt there was an additional $.18 cents for Use Fuel Rate? Which was charged to me also. I have lived in Arizona and have never, ever scene this or been charged this ridiculous fee for gas. I was expecting $2.43 per gallon but I refuse to pay for a secret amount of .18cents. I want an explanation along with a refund!

Circle K I am complaining about the circle k manager, lateka davis who work at the circle k location at 401 east screvens street, quitman, ga

LaTeka Davis, a manager for Circle K at 401 East Screvens Street, Quitman, GA, lied to the Quitman Police Dept. to get me trespassed. She was holding a grudge about a complaint I made to her supervisor about her behavior at Circle K. It included LaTeka being rude, sarcastic, and having a nasty attitude. LaTeka made an untrue false statement to the police to incite a no trespassing order after I had already exited the store and left the premises. LaTeka provoked an argument by being confrontational with the me to justify her actions. The actions taken by LaTeka were unfair, unjust, and vindictive. LaTeka constantly blames Circle K for complaints about her job performance. LaTeka lets out dated items remain on the shelf, and expired products to be sold, and ignores complaints about services not being performed that take away from receiving sales. There has been one experience of poor customer service back in June (approx. 6:30 am) and this repercussion incident that followed on Friday, at approx. 7:30 am, on 11/9/18. Both of these problems occurred with LaTeka during early morning on my way to work. LaTeka takes no responsibility for coffee not being made and for having expired products on the shelf, and was very belligerent when asked about it. LaTeka sets a poor example in leadership by constantly gossiping behind the counter and loud talking her staff and customers. LaTeka is lazy, sorry, and a pitiful excuse for being used as management material. Before this date 11/09/18, I reported LaTeka by calling the customer service back in June. However LaTeka was informed about that unanimous complaint is what caused this incident to happen. I had not been back to the store to have seen her at work since, until today. As I approached the counter on 11/09/18, I asked LaTeka why the out dated expired muffins I previously purchased, (3 muffins @ $1.89), returned, and got a refund for, were still on the shelf. LeTeka's answer was the muffins came from the warehouse like that. She has nothing to do with that and I would have to contact Circle K to find out why. LaTeka got a confrontational tone and said to me, "I know you was the person who called in a complaint about me, " and told them to look at the camera. LaTeka kept being indignant about it and I answered her with the truth that I did call in a complaint about her, and that yes, they would see it on the camera. Afterwards, LaTeka kept on repeating my name out loud for no reason. I responded by telling her my correct name, and explained that if she would have been doing her job and not having customers using profanity about her being lazy not doing her job, and also that Circle K was not owned by her, and the reason she gets paid is because of the customers shopping in that store, those were all the reasons why I called her boss about her. LaTeka had already rung up my coffee and scanned my rewards card during this part of the conversation. After that, LaTeka showed that she did not like my truthful response. Lateka refused to serve me, she moved away from the register while telling another staff member to finish ringing me up, and talking louder and louder at me. I refused to be insulted by LaTeka and was leaving the store. I said to her I would be making another complaint about this incident and then she picked up the phone to call the police while she was still loud talking at me. I gladly went to my parked vehicle, waited, and approached the female, Officer Herring in the parking lot. I explained to her what happened to me while I was in the store and that I was not coming back to this Circle K anymore because the manager was taking a past complaint personal, this was not necessary, and the manager meant to act this way on purpose towards me, as if she was being vindictive. I was on my way to work and gave the officer my contact information. I contacted the Waycross office and talked to Debra who reassured me the District Manager, Lois B. and her Supervisor Scott would be informed about this matter. Upon getting a call back from Officer Herring, she informed me that LaTeka had trespass me from the store. I asked what did I do wrong. What the officer told me is LaTeka requested it, and the reason she got from LaTeka was a lie. I immediately denied any other person other than LaTeka being the cause of this incident completely. I called the Waycross office again. The gentleman who answered the phone taking messages, clearly told me LaTeka had no authority to put Criminal Trespasses on customer. I called the Quitman Police Dept. to share information that I found out from the Waycross office about LaTeka not being authorized to make that decision and that she made a false, fraudulent, allegation against me. I then asked what step could I take about her lying on me to the police. The Quitman Police Chief Hart listen to my concerns and advised me of the direction I could take legally. I made a request when I called in June (approx. 7:00am) to keep this matter confidential and that what I was complaining about could be verified on the cameras in the store. This could have been avoided.

Circle K human decency

A lock on the bathroom door is necessary. Heroine Addicts and Crack heads and Meth Addicts constantly overdose in the bathroom, leave needles, clog the toilet, and cause an unsafe work place for the employee (only 1 per shift), and an unsafe environment for other customers. The junkies care Not for anything but their next fix.in Store #0687 they are allowed to trash the store and bathroom. Then turn around and complain about being kicked out. I had to call 911 3 times to receive help in removing an addict from the bathroom who had a machete with him. Before he entered the bathroom he threatened to [censored] on the floor, this was in response to the bathroom being shut down because the toilet was already clogged and overflowing. There were other customers in the store. This person scared them. Same night, bathroom shut down, door propped open to relieve the smell, a regular homeless lady who steals fountain drinks used the bathroom with the door open. Another occasion 2 adults, 1 male 1 female tossed their 6 month old baby back and forth while shooting needles up their arms in the bathroom. almost dropped the baby several times. They left their used needles in the bathroom. Employee called the cops and they caught them. Human Feces clean up is NOT in the job requirements. Fearing for my life is not in the job description. Slaving the counter with a smile for 12 days in a row is Unacceptable!
One employee on shift for more than 4 hours is unacceptable and inhumane. Customers rage when the store has to be locked just so the employee can use the bathroom. Not to mention getting a normal break. The lack of rules towards protecting the employees Against unruly and dangerous customers must change. Please. A simple lock and key for the bathroom, and human rights for human needed breaks.

Circle K lazy manager, no shoes or shirts required

312 W Brownlee St in Starke Florida. Every time I am in there and the "Manager" is working there are always 10 or more people in line at a single checkout while she is sitting on her fat butt in the office. When she's not there there are always 2 register's open and things move quickly.

Also, she allows men to enter the store with no shirts or shoes, and women with no shoes. I asked a clerk about this and he said it was allowed. They serve food there, so i don't think the State of Florida would allow it.

The manager needs to be replaced and someone with leadership skills needs to be put in her lazy [censored] salary sucking place.

Circle K cashier

There is a cashier here by the name of Miriam M. That is rude to some customers and extra friendly to the men! This person is a homewrecker and should not be working in a place like this at all! There has been complaints about her already but she is still working there! I don't think flirting, giving your phone number to customers and going out with them is part of doing your job! This person needs to be fired! There is no way she should be working in a circle k but in bar! This is just embarrassing to the company!

Circle K attitude of cashier on duty

Store 8341 in Lake Charles on Prien Lake Rd around 3:10pm

I pulled up to a pump on the North side of the building and went to the door that turned out to be locked. There was no sign on the door and the cashier was at the register. I tapped on the window. She motioned for me to go around. I was headed back to the car, very unhappy because I have hip pain and had tried to park close. She unlocked the door before I got to the car which I appreciated until she said that she had done so because she could tell I was "about to have an attitude" with her! Then she rolled her eyes, turned around and walked inside!
Not what I consider customer service!
There's no point in having a second door if it's not going to be used but if she doesn't intend on using it, the least she could do is put a sign on it! For some customers it would merely an inconvenience but for some of us it actually adds additional and unnecessary pain to our lives to a find a door is locked once we go to the trouble to get out and walk in pain to the door and back.
