Circle K roger adams

Roger Adams is the district manager for the Guf Coast region and he's responsible for north ms stores! He never does his job nor does he even visit his stores! He's very rude and non understanding to his employees as well as his store managers! There has been 3 store managers to quit being under his authority and something needs to be done! He will continue to lose employees if something doesn't change!

Circle K check out

I purchased a gallon of milk and 2, 2 for $4.00 monsters and I paid with a $20 dollar bill, the lady gave me $1.94 back, now I know milk and monsters aren't $18.00, I went to the Circle K store on Southwest Blvd in Newton NC, the young lady that was my clerk was cute and brown haired but she shorted me out of my correct change back. Please fix this, I call and call and call but no answer

Circle K food/beverage

2370 Lawrence Ave East ESSO/CIRCLE K

Good day,
I recently visited one of your "On the run Stores" (soon to be Circle K) in Toronto, Ontario. I got gas and decided to go in for a snack, when I went to the self serve fountain drink station I noticed there were no cups in sight, the cup dispensers were empty. I thought "okay" and was simply going to leave but it occurred to me "I should ask the attendant", when I did he told me that they keep them behind the P.O.S. counter. I thought this to be somewhat strange so I continued to ask "why is that so?" to which he responded "because that's how it is" which I found somewhat rude but I digress. I followed this with a comment "I don't see them doing this in other CIRCLE K stores" to which he replied doesn't matter how they do it, that's how we do it here.
Okay NUMBER ONE that's no way to speak with a customer, especially one who solely uses Esso gas stations and has for the past thirty years regardless of price. Of course I wouldn't expect that he knows this but even if it was my first time, not acceptable.
NUMBER TWO as a former convenience store owner/operator I know first hand how expensive these self serve soda fountains are, so why would he want customers to walk away thinking that the machines are out of service and lose that sale and potentially the recurring sales.
NUMBER THREE, where is the convenience in having wait in line to ask for a cup to go back to serve yourself and then line up again to pay, forget that I'll just skip it and go to McDonalds drive thru.
BUT MOST CONCERNING is that the same person that is HANDLING CASH ALL DAY is sticking his fingers in the cup and handling the lid and then giving it to you to potentially become sick from bacteria, viruses, or other harmful organisms. I'm not sure what to expect from this this complaint but I know that I will be red-flagging this store with the TORONTO PUBLIC HEALTH'S Communicable Disease Surveillance Unit. The employee whom I dealt with goes by the name of "Suri" not sure if he provided his real name but seemed to suffer from some form of "Paranoia" about people stealing cups.

Hilarious!. It's like watching the left hand talk to right hand. These are all comments coming from the same person. It's fine, I get it you have to defend your co workers. Good comedy though.

Just because people disagree with you does not mean they are the same person or they work for the company.

I think you are overreacting in this situation. The employee sounds like he could have been more polite, but besides that nothing was necessarily done improperly. I'm assuming the cups are kept behind the counter because of potential theft. That doesn't make him paranoid. I doubt the cashiers enjoy having to hand people cups. I'm sure they wish they could just leave them stocked but have been forced not to out of necessity. I have seen other gas stations do this in the past.

Circle K service

Worst experience ever! WHERE IS KACEY! The black girl there was so rude. I'm going to make a formal complaint and tell all my friends not to be back. I️ was ignored wasn't welcomed or told bye. Wasn't even asked if I️ needed help she was on her phone the whole time. I️ will not be back. 3979 worse workers. The only person who always helped hasn't been there so I won't be back.

Circle K employee complaint

The Circle K located at 3805 Carolina Beach Road Wilmington NC is a store that myself my husband and my son visit at least 6 days a week for gas cigarettes and coffee. Mostly the employees are very kind and welcoming. I was there this morning for a coffee and then my husband went back for cigarettes but Left them either on the counter inside or he dropped them outside. So we lost them I suppose. But I was looking at the little stuffed animals that I like to get for my kid and my dogs. I had a few other things to get and wasn't thinking but I had put the one I was thinking about getting into my sweatshirt pocket RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE black woman who was working there this morning 12/3/17 @ approx. 10am. In front of the whole store she completely trying to shame me. It was VERY VERY OBVIOUS that I wasn't trying to steal it. If so I wouldn't have put it there directly in front of the woman or for that matter ALL THE EMPLOYEES WHO WORK THERE! I am a VERY VERY loyal customer although I have no desire to EVER GO BACK TO PATRONIZE THIS STORE EVER AGAIN! I was embarrassed and there was no reason for her to belittle me the way she did. I was so angry I didn't get her name, but I believe she was just 1 of the 2 black women working at this location this morning. I am VERY OBVIOUSLY so beyond angry and I felt as though she's a racists because I'm white. I truly enjoy your coffee and Amanda who works there is a fabulous employee. I will miss her. I wish this was handled better by her but she's so rude and I will NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER Circle K for that matter!

Circle K optimo wraps

My boyfriend went in to get a box of optimo wraps and the employee Victoria had an attitude and it's like she didn't want to ring them up she had an excuse so when I went in I asked Jake who is outside talking to a customer to help us because he always Rings them up cuz she is making a scene and there's 10 people behind us so when he comes in to help us she's still having an attitude being very rude and basically kicked us out and refused service because I was telling her that he can take our order now so she can help the other customers and we were nice she didn't have to treat us that way and she refuse service for no reason like I don't know what her problem is because she was very disrespectful ever since she started working there I've had a problem she is rude she has an attitude and you shouldn't have somebody working there that makes your customers uncomfortable and disrespects them. I come into that Circle K at least two to three times a day and she is the only one I have a problem with because she has no good customer service skills this is the Circle K on Southern and Horne!

Circle K about the manager and employees

I purchase ice everyday at one of your location here in Memphis, Tennessee 38118 on Getwell Road the manager is so rule there and talks crazy to the children's for going in their to get elderly people's and me some ice. When the sign says on the door that you can get refill on ice as long as you using your same cup that you purchase.The manager will tell her employees to tell people's that she will charge them if they use 2 or more cups to get their refill when they are cups that you have purchase.she said that you only can refill 2 cups which it's not a limit on the door on refill.At first it wasn't any problems then she get to telling the children's that they need to tell me that I needs to stop eating ice like that who is she to tell them to tell me about stop eating ice this my health that I have to deal with not her and plus by I takes a lot of medicines it have my mouth so dry so I uses my cups to refill on ice and still will buy cups to when my cups wear out.

Circle K rewards program and customer service

I was getting gas a couple months ago and seen that y'all offer a gas rewards program .took the paper home opened up a account waited for card to come in mail when the card came in I went back and wanted to start using it everyone of the cashiers told me they were not trained on how to use the rewards so I come home and researched on how to do it have had to tell your employees how to run the rewards program free of charge but a couple of them still can't understand how you do it I have been cheated a couple times out of my rewards money because your employees don't know how to run something that y'all offer because they have all told me they were never trained for it, so if you don't train them on something you offer to paying customers then you should drop the program because the customers that do use the reward program get cheated out of rewards and that shows your customers they are doing business with a bad company

Circle K marlboro cigarettes

On Thursday 11/30/17 at 10:25 PM I went to circle K store at 3223 interchange st. riverside, ca 92501 to purchase Marlboro cigarettes. as usual I had my coupons loaded up from marlboros website and two employees Veronica and supervisor Vince both present refused to accept my coupons claiming they are not allowed to honor these coupons anymore. Mean while atleast two visible signs specifically advertising for these special coupons until December 31st were posted. When brought to their attention of their official signs, Vince claimed the rule is from the corporate office and it was passed on to them a few weeks ago, adding that he will simply remove the signs. while for atleast about a month I have been using these coupons weekly at 3 other stores in the area with no problem. This is false advertisement and I will pursue this claim through all possible avenues providing photo and video proof of these signs

Circle K fuel truck driver

Today at around 630 pm one of your truck drivers was delivering a gravity drop of diesel. In doing so he block two exits and the was around the back of the store keeping customers from turning left to avoid traffic.

Most drivers I have observed park in suck a manner as to allow left turns for the facility which is located on W. Chapman Ave., turn blocked was onto Yorba at the corner light. During rush hour this congrats congests the are a more if blocked in this way. I asked the driver if he could move the cab 1.5 feet to allow traffic around thw cab. His response was,
" No, I'm dropping a load of diesel which of I moved, I can't reach the tank." I replied, " Funny that none of the other drivers have that problem." His response was, " Why should I move? Who the [censor] are you?"

He continues to curse me and call me racist and other names. I neglected to record his actions, more is the pity.

Is this how you train your employees to act? This driver was Hispanic and I am Caucasian. Why did he need to curse and bring race into something that could have had simple solution?

I also notice you provide no phone number for people to call about complaints or, to contact you in any way, for any reason. I imagine now this was done on purpose and I now know why.

His truck number was #662423. His tank plate number was Iowa TI 8693.

I expect a return call to r resolve this issue or further action will be taken on my part. Lets fix this so I want need to take this action.

Circle K employee

I think going in to this Circle K for the past six months and there's been one employee that has been incredibly mean and rude to me every single time I've gone in and I've kind of let it slide because she always looked like she was on drugs and it was very scary sometimes I didn't know if she would become violent or not but it was incredibly apparent that she was on something filling reason why I can't say that for certain is because I am a nurse and I have seen this kind of behavior before. But recently I went in and apparently she decided that she was going to call me a [censor]! At that point I told her that that wasn't OK and that I was going to be letting someone know what she did and she then told me go ahead and do it there's nothing that they can do to me they've tried firing me before but I've told them that if they try to fire me that I'm going to sue the company for sexual harassment or other things and she basically told me that there was no way that she could be fired and for me to go ahead and make a complaint because she can't be touched and those were her own words. This is not acceptable behavior and this is not OK! I called the center I hopefully someone will be calling me back but I'm actually scared for her to know who is making this complaint because I'm afraid that she might do something to me or to my property.

I went into a Circle K store number 344 I believe and the cashier has been harassing me for about six months saying horrible things about me and the last time I went and she called me a [censor] this is unacceptable I'm scared to make a complaint to the manager because the cashier my do something to me she always seems to be on Verizon and she's been no need to be violent in the past she's been arrested before and I'm actually scared to be making this complaint because she might do something to me or my property and make my life much more difficult. She's also told me that there's no way for the company to fire her because she will claim sexual-harassment she's told me many times that there's nothing that anyone can do because if someone fires her she will sue the company. This should not happen but it is happening and I have call and written, claim before to your corporate headquarters and I have not heard anything back. I feel like this company is turning a blind eye To someone who is abusing your customers.

Circle K kimberly (cashier) lack of customer service/ does not card for cigarettes or lottery tickets

The young lady that goes by the name Kimberly as well as an Indian gentleman are extremely rude. My husband and I have had multiple situations with Kimberly. She will argue you down about policy that she does not know ( in front of others in store). She seems to be on some type of drugs because of her slow response and a look of being lost in her eyes. One particular night I come in(store filthy as usual, with the whole display of gift cards and about 20 candy bars laying on the ground) I am on the phone and my husband is telling me a good type of cigarillo to try as I want to try something new. She refuses to sell them to me. I then bring my husband back to the store where once he asked why I wasn't sold the cigarillos, Kimberly states that I said the word "picky", she turns sells cigarillos to him without checking for ID. She never ask for ID for any tobacco products or lottery tickets from my husband, myself nor others EVER.

Her customer service skills are horrible as well as others at this location ( corner or Ray Rd and McClintock) and the store remains filthy.
The tea machine has green mold/slime that has been on the nozzle for at least 5 months(just moved to area)..
She really should check her behavior as others may not be as nice as I have been, given her constant disrespect, look or disgust she gives customers..

Circle K purchase of cigarettes

On 11/22/2017 at 4:02pm I shopped at Store #2723959. Order #1575961. I requested a CARTON of Camel crush cigarettes. Thinking I would get the in store advertised CARTON price. The cashier told me she had to ring up each pack individually because her Manager (Matt) told her to ring them up that way. Costing me more money. I'm fairly certain this is ILLEGAL! I shop at many Circle K stores and never had any problems with getting a CARTON of cigarettes for the advertised price! They even give discounts on purchasing multiple packs which I also did not get! I don't know why this Manager "Matt" thinks this is acceptable but it's obviously NOT! If this has happened to me. Think of how many other customers who have been defrauded this way. Makes me wonder if there are other issues with Manager "Matt" and his over charging of your customers. I would like a refund for the TOTAL amount charged to me for the 10 packs of cigarettes. My receipt states I paid $58.20 plus tax and that Manager Matt be confronted about this ILLEGAL practice and have this issue resolved immediately!

It might be against Marlboro's policies (or it might not, I can't say), but there is nothing illegal about it. No one has been defrauded. It you didn't like the price, why did you purchase them to begin with? Why not go elsewhere to buy your cigarettes? If you bring all ten packs back in unopened condition along with your receipt, I'm sure they will refund you. I'm hoping you aren't under the impression that you deserve to keep the cigarettes and get a full refund as that would be just ridiculous.

Circle K customer service

The cashier at Pines rd and Buncombe in Shreveport, La has a very bad attitude and poor customer service . I wouldn't feel right if I didn't make a report . I honestly don't think she belongs on the front lines. When I asked the manager she refused to give me they name both. the first time I called and asked for the corporate number . Someone hung up on me. I been a Circle K loyal customer over 10 years. I come to the store everyday morning for coffee and cigarettes . I would hate to go to another one because I stay right next to the pines and buncombe location. I hope some really read this. Thank you

Circle K customer service from store employee

Came in today to store 04132 at 2810 pinecroft rd in Greensboro NC around 930 am and was waiting to be rung out by cashier. She was stocking shelves in the corner of the store and after about minutes of standing at the conter I walked over to where she was and asked if she could please come to ring myself out. Her response was that's she didn't even see me there and if I was in a rush or something. I replied that yes I actually was. She walked over throwing the items in the bag and did not speak to me to tell me the total of the purchase which is not a big deal . However when the card sale was approved she handed me the receipt and I told her thank you and hoped she had a good day she then rolled her eyes at me and didn't not reply anything. I do not understand how people who mind being asked to do their job are allowed to work in an environment where they have to interact with customers. Being a manager myself of an local business was taken back by the amount that disrespect from this employee. Will not be returning to this location.

Circle K cashier

Was a customer at pantry#3651 tonight. I bought $28.75 in fuel paid at pump. I entered the store for a coffee refill. The colombian coffee was cold. I waited in line to ask the clerk if, he could make some, when he got cleared. He seemed disturbed by my request but said ok. I went outside to hang up the pump.I reentered the store where he had no customers. I stood aside to wait for the coffee. He scoffed at me and began counting change. After a couple of minutes I left with no coffee and the poorest service I have recieved at this store.

Circle K ridiculous price on refilling just ice in a circle k refillable mug.

While purchasing 2 packs of Marlboro reds for a friend I was on my way to see, I refilled my 100 oz mug that I had bought on a previous visit. I was charged 63 cents for just ice. The store in question is the location on the south end of Nicholasville, Ky. on edgewood drive. Ive taken this same mug to various convenient stores and was always allowed to fill my mug with ice with no charge. Now, i would understand being charged for a cup of ice if i had used one of their disposable cups, but this was a refillable mug that i had paid a premium price for along with it being purchased at a circle k establishment. This has upset me since until now I've bought all of my gasoline and most of my convenient store needs from your company. Since it has been made obvious to me that my patronage is meaningless, I will no longer spend any of my money or the money of my family or friends at any of your locations, and I will vigorously recommend the same action be taken by anyone I come in contact with. I hate that it has come to this, but this level of greed is unacceptable especially given the retail markup of the items you carry.

Circle K coffee

Why does the circle k in Brandenburg ky. Not have decaf coffee after 11:00 am some people can not have caffeine . Employes tell me corporate says they can't make decaf after 11:00 am anymore . Guess I will take my business somewhere else! I buy gas every week also I am not going to get gas at your store and go somewhere else to get coffee there are plenty of stores that have both for the same price.

Circle K circle k employment

As i my girlfriend and i tried tk retrieve a simple pay stub to help her son with colleges and tax time comes up and we ran into absolutely no help from any circle k admin we got the not my problem response to every number and website tried we even faxed a written request to no help we were told they didnt have to after this i did some research and have found that this company is one of the worst companies to work for and do not care about there employers nor how can u care about customers ny girlfriend and i will be never using circlr k again and neither will our friends and family as i have showed them my research i will be reporting to every state and federal regulators i can simply for a compie if a check stub really sincerly Gary sullenberger email [protected]@gmail

Circle K sexual harassment

My friend and I went in to the circle k on San Pablo in palm Desert
The employee named Dale will always ask if he can have my friends number and everytime he tells him no and to please stop asking. The other night he went in and he asked him again we are just getting to the point that we will go to the circle k on portola instead even tho it is two blocks away from our house jusy so we do not have to see him anymore.
