Circle K the manager and a customer service of the store

Yesterday was December 30th and I have happened to be driving by and decided me and my husband that we were going to get a Mega Mill like we usually do and I wanted it for 10 drawing what number multiplied by 2 the cashier print it out turn 10 numbers when drawing and which is $30 anyway I told her I'm not responsible for something that she printed off mistakenly she called her manager her manager got on the phone with me and she told me b**** you need to learn how to fill up your own paper and every cars if anything you're going to have to buy this one anyway I said I'm not responsible for it because that's not what I asked for so I was about to call the police so I can make a police report about this but I took into consideration. My kids are in a car so I am seeking a lawyer to see my rights for the fact that she had cussed me out and forced me to buy the tickets which is not what I wanted and I need a form or apology from her ring and mailed to me for her calling me bad word and I want corporate office to contact me about the situation my phone number is [protected] the store has cameras and video recording well once you guys run the video recorded of the 29th and I time it will prove every single word I'm saying

Circle K this is more of a huge thank you

I have been going into the circle k located at 2505 w 8th street here in Yuma Arizona for 8 years now. Just about every day. When I found out that the manager Esmeralda was transferred me and quite a few regulars were upset. IDK who that was that had replaced her but she was rude as hell. Want to say thank you for bringing Esmeralda back. The store is a great environment again.

Circle K fuel pump # 4 diesel

We have been using this service station for about a year or so fueling our box truck, we arrived today at around 3pm and began to fuel our truck and noticed that the pump was running slow enough to encourage us to use another station and pay more to save time as it took about 10 minutes for 20 gallons of fuel. To add insult to injury the automatic shut off did not work and it over flowed about a half gallon onto the ground before I could stop it.(I was standing right there luckily or it would of kept running) Then to make matters worse not a single pump had water/windshield solvent in it to clean off my tank. I went into the store to notify the clerk and she said she just got there and did not know about it. I then said you need to call in for maintenance, she did not seem receptive and did not seem to care. I also noticed that there was a lot of oil dry on the ground below the pump so someone definitely knew of the problem. The pump should of been taken out of service as that could present a dangerous situation.

Circle K clerk behind the counter/courtney

I walked into the Circle K and stood in line behind one person as I was next in line the clerk Courtney called next in line looking at the other line I asked am I invisible she said she was next in line I said ma'am I just walked in I think I was next in line she got up set started cursing MF this F this I said nothing else to her until I was walking out of the store I said your slack butt will get a nice report from me from your manager with that I heard her screaming her cuss words again as I was leaving out the door plenty of customers in line at this time... Circle K customer service

I attempted to use the air/vac machine located on the property of your 2501 hope mills rd, fayetteville, nc 28306 location. After putting in my money the last quarter got stuck (Visible, but not within reach). I reported this to your attendant on duty this day 12/26/2017 @ 3:50pm. A young african american girl looking to be no more than 20. The attendant clearly displayed no concern, compassion or even the slightest care for my minor misfortune as she simply replied "oh. Well just call the number on the machine" as she picks her pepsi to have a nice sip! Once she noticed I wasn't going to just walk off she then goes to get the next attendant (Middle aged caucasian women, short hair and glasses) who also expressed the fact the machine was not company owned so there was nothing to be done on their end.

My complaint is the poor attempt to express geniuine concern! The customer to attendant interaction was simply horrible. Completely disgusted! And to think I applied for a part time job here (Of course im overqualified) but to work along side these snobbish and pitiful attempts to build customer rapport would have been a very short moment in time.

Disappointed beyond words!

Circle K employee and management

On the evening of the 23rd of december this month at around 530 pm, phoenix arizona near 19th ave and peoria my older brother and I had walked to circle k to get some drinks. We walked in, were minding our own business. I was feeling ill and just got a water bottle. I didnt want to fallow my brother around the store while he was getting what he wanted to buy. So I stood kind of up front, not by the registers but by the food stock in the front middle isle, to the side away from where the line usually is. I noticed the fellow cashier to the far left looking at me. Asked me if I was ready. Told him I was waiting for my brother. He replies in a tone of questioning disbelief. "your brother?". After that he walked out of the register area around the counter in a slowly suspicious way. He came around down the center of the isle looking towards the back (Where my brother was). Finally my brother comes "is that your brother?". Finally we are face to face distance from each other. I feel as we were being harrassed by this man. His work spoke nothing but his weird behaviour could show a lot. But I said to him before he walked back around as he is face to face distance. I ask him as nicely as I can "whats the problem sir? You have an attitude. You think we are stealing stuff? Because we arent" he instantly returned fire with a greater attitude as if I pushed his button with those questions and said "I dont have an attitude! Youre the one with the attitude. I was just making sure the line was good!". After that before my brother stepped in as he were already at the register to purchase in my mind I thought ' what lines does he have to look for? It wasjust my brother and in there. Worst excuse ever. Old lady at right register says "he does it all the time. Dint take it personal". Sure dont take it personal but when you get looked at in a weird way by a store clerk I have a right to wonder his suspicion over us. Today my mom had me go in with her get to get drinks there today and the same lady and man was there. There was a line there. Sure didnt see him making sure the lines were good this day. Anyways this is where my brother comes in. He notices the man backfiring with his attitude and gets in defense. Sure there were bad words exchanged by the two. Not the first time my brother has gotten harrassed by circle k clerks. I was silent. But the man then told us not to return the store in a rude manner as we were walking out. Brother was still exchanging words then the man returned words - not a good name. But cant recall exactly what. But just as I was opening door to walk out I said "wait bro we should talk to the manager about him." they heard me and in the background I heard what was apparently the manager saying rudely "ha! Im right here! Come tell me!" I guess being a [censor] runs through the management there too. The man I had the incident with was a 40 year old looking white man with not a lot of hair on top, receding with a shaved cut, small chin facial hair. Oh by the way, the attitude I recieved from him when I what was wrong it was a smart alec tone response.

Circle K I was charged twice for the same transaction.

I would like to knoa ahy there are mannagers in your stir that claim they were not trained on how to do a refund. I went in the store and was double chagered. Then I was told that if I came back they would fix it. When I got there apparently they werent trained on how to fix there mistake? There was no attempt to rrsolve the issue and that is not okay.

Circle K employee complaint

Hi, my name is brianna Rancourt and I work at store #7213 in ossipee, NH. I am writing this because I have a concern about my safety traveling to the store during snow storms. I have asked to transfer to the Union store because it's closer to my house. My manager told me no. I have already ended up in the ditch once while traveling to work. When I ended up in the ditch, it ruined my fiancé's truck door. I also would like to state that I had traveled to the Rochester, NH store and they didn't give me travel pay. Circle K I am complaining about your employee beverly at the circle k on woodlawn and park rd..

She is extremely rude on two different visits. She doesn't greet the customer coming in and was on the phone instead of ringing up customers. When I asked for my product I was meet with a glare and a roll of her eyes. She informed me and the 6 customers on line behind me that she was on the phone with her boss and we had to wait. At the transaction I marked poor on the screen and Beverly decided she was going to speak under her breathe on how she doesn't care about my rating. I told her she should watch who she is speaking to since at the moment my only child is in the hospital fighting for her life this Holiday Season. She then gave me a look and sucked her teeth. I understand we all get busy at the job but her only job is to greet and ring up customers she needs to be retrained. Maybe she is unhappy with her job but that has nothing to do with me or the many other customers she is rude to. I will be spreading the word that you have rude employees at your stores and take my business to a company that cares about there customers.

Circle K cashiers competence of coupons

My name is Cruz Garcia Jr.. I went to your location on south Sam Houston in San benito texas, to use the tenth day of Christmas coupon for a free polar drink. I was told that they weren't accepting the coupon not because they didn't have any but because the two cashiers did not know how to use the coupon. I stood there till my coupon expired and both just stood their and did nothing the guy cashier told the girl I think you just scan it and walked off. The girl just stood there and was like I don't know how to do it so I can't take it.. You can't put people who aren't trained to work at night you will loose customers especially if these cashiers just stand there and look like a deer caught in head lights. They need to be trained properly before you can throw them to work grave yard..

Circle K product

Hi my name is Diahna Atwood and on Wednesday Dec. 20, 2017 around 9:10p.m, I stopped at the CircleK on the corner of Taylorsville Rd and Tucker Station Rd. in Louisville, KY. I bought Pennzoil oil(5w30) and STP gas treatment, and two polar pops. After studying the prices of the oil and the gas treatment, i proceeded to the checkout. The price for the oil was supposed to be $7.99, and the gas treatment was $3.49. After paying with my credit card, and getting to my car, it struck me what the heck was so expensive for my total to be $18.93? I looked at my receipt and realized i was over charged for both the oil and gas treatment. I took the products back inside(unopened of course) and showed the lady behind the counter what was wrong. The lady tells me "theres nothing I can do." What? Are you kidding me? I just clearly showed her the prices were wrong, and she tells me i have to go by whatever they rang up! This is the most ridiculous crap ever. She did not want to try to make things right and wanted to have an attitude. She expected me to come back in the morning when the manager would be in. NO, I WAS NOT COMING BACK. I do not live close, and was NOT making a special trip back. Once I said this to her, she shrugs her shoulders.
I have sent u a picture off the prices on the shelf, and a copy of my receipt of what I was charged. I feel this is absolutely unfair of the way I was treated, and forced to pay a price that was not only ABSOLUTELY ridiculous, but a lot more than the price marked on the shelf. I would like to be reimbursed the funds that I was over charged.
Also someone needs to have a talk with the lady behind the counter, and her attitude. I should not have been forced to pay a price that was clearly not on the shelf. The price displayed on the shelf, overrides the price the product rang up on the register.

Circle K customer service at the singleton ave store in titusville fl

for the past 3 days I have come into that store which is my home store that I go into two or three times a day Laquisha I don't know who she is or when she started there but as long as she works there I will not be returning to that store or any of my employees will not be going to that store she has made Rude ignorant slightly racial comments she has denied me to get receipts she told me that she would not take my money and when she finally did take my money she walked away and left me standing there for five minutes with a whole line of people in the store I don't know what is up with her attitude but she does not need to be working in a retail position she is very rude and very ignorant and she has no respect for others she's very slow she does not care about her position and I will not be returning to that store as long as she works there I will not be called names I will not have racial comments made towards me or my employees and I will not stand in line for 5-10 minutes to pay for my products with someone who refuses to do their job and has no care about the customer service in her store

Circle K employee at reno and portland store.

I bought an energy drink at the store and then proceeded to drive down the streets. When I opened the drink I noticed what looked like mouse fecal matter floating all around the rim. I immediately went back to return the drink. I was talking to a lady when a male stepped in and started to get rude saying they don't clean off the cans and that that should have been done, as if he was saying that I should have stopped and cleaned at the drink before drinking it. I don't go to a convenience store to buy disgustingly dirty items and clean them on the go that's not convenient. I am highly disappointed with the service and this is not the first time that individual has gotten rude, I will not be using Circle K stores anymore. I'm absolutely disgusted with the cleanliness of the store and the attitude of its employee.

Circle K gas

I went to the circle k in Geneva ohiooff of rout 20 the bilnking billboard said easy pay gas was .99 cents I bought 10 dollars worth of gas and the pump said it was 2.05 when I was done I went back into the store and asked the cashier about the price she said that it was supposed to be 1.99 and that it was a typo from corporate I'm very upset about this if the bill board said .99 cents then thats what it should of been typo or not. That's false advertisements and I'm highly upset to a point where I don't want to bring my business to circle k stores anymore it needs fixed with the customers who got gas and was charged differently then the sign

Circle K would not allow me to use foodstamp card

At approximately 1:35 pm Saturday, December 16th I entered the Circle K (2105 Sheffield rd. Aliquippa, Pa) to grab a bag of ice. When I attempted to purchase the ice with my debit card, my debit card was declined. So I attempted to use my Foodstamp card. Again, my card was declined. I just used my Foodstamp card, so I know that I had funds on the card, so I slid the card again. The card was again declined followed by two more attempts to slide the card to no avail. The cashier (no name tag, under 30 red hair) stated that the card is not working, I told her that she is doing something wrong and to call her manager out so that she can assist me. The manager proceeded to slide the card 9 times before saying, "The EBT is down". At this point, I slide my Foodstamp card over fifthteen times, to no avail, so I payed with my debit card, which worked properly this time. I believe both the cashier and store manager (no name tags, manager over 30, obese, unkept appearance, blonde hair) did not want to allow me, a black male, to use my Foodstamp s in their store. I demand some answers and I will forward this grievance to the EEOC and the BBC until I am met with a satisfactory adjudication of this grievance. Thank you.

What does race have anything to do with it!?!? Why?! My husband is a black male and I am a white woman. I have NEVER seen people turn their nose up at us. I think you're just being paranoid. The EBT card was down. What are you doing getting foodstamps, anyway? You're a man. Go to work!

Circle K customer service

I have a reward card and I buy 10 coffee and I am to receive the 11th for free it's now been two times that I haven't received my free coffee! When I asked the cashier why I didn't receive my free coffee she referred me to another employee that has been there longer. She tried to explain rewards to me. Said yes but I haven't received my 11th coffee. She answered call corporate. Really!: That's your answer? Come on folks! The manager was there! I know this because I personally know the manager! She lives on my street. She never bothered to come out of her office. Why? Clearly you can hear me? Call corporate? Man drop the ball. Really disappointed. Got coffee at Speedway around the corner next day.

Circle K false accusations

On the morning of Monday December 11, 2017 at 6:00am, my fiance, Jackie, and I, had decided to stop at the circle k on the corner of fort Lowell and Richey Blvd, to PURCHASE something to eat and drink, as we were just riding our bikes for a nice early morning ride. As I am walking into the store the clerk stops me almost immediately and tells me I need to leave. I looked at her confused and asked why. She then proceeds too tell me "you were just here earlier and you reached behind the counter and robbed me". Now, mind you, that morning was the FIRST time I had been in that store in WEEKS! She then says, " I am on the phone with the cops now." I am absolutely disgusted with this employee! She had NO right falsely accusing me! And I'm not happy! And I want something done ASAP. This is completely not right. I'm soon to be an ANTI circle k.

Circle K refund for gas

On 10/18/17 I was getting gas at the Circlek station #[protected] State Route 59 Plainfield Il 60585-5, Merch# [protected].

Had trouble with the pump and my credit card so went into the station. Advised to pay in cash so I gave the clerk $30 which he put on my credit card.
I only put in $19.66 and was told the refund would be on my credit card. Well I never received a credit on my CC. You owe me $20.34.

Circle K cashiers

I was in there when a younger gentleman went in there to buy some dip amd they refused him cause he had an out of state id. Then I guess his dad came in to try and buy it thwy refused him from buying dip to and thw older gentleman looked like he was in his 60's then he said I don't know why you can't sale me the dip. And then the three ladies behind the counter started cussing him and one of them was even the manager. And they told them that they were never allowed back. Then I told thwm that is was wrong how they treated him and then they told me that if I didn't shut the [censor] up that they was going to ban me. I don't think you should run a business that way. And I think that they should be fired. I think they shouldn't have talked to them that way. They was plan ruid and mean.

Circle K poor customer service

First thing you are at work with a dam scarf on your head. Her attitude was bad...talking about customer to the other employee. I had Lotto and one of my tickets were bad...so i also had other items on the counter that I was purchasing.Once my lotto ticket read wrong...she said next on line...i said i have other items i would like to purchase so she mumbled something...Now i know you can manually type in a lotto number on the machine...after i went to fill out another sheet i went to someone else...the machine was not reading the ticket so i ask her to please give me the pick for she said you need to fill out another sheet very rudely...I WONT BE GOING BACK.
