Circle K management and hr

I've worked for this company for two years where I constantly couldn't get over time and once I did it got taken away and added to next weeks check. I worked a year and half in a position without the pay and when asked about the back pay for the year and a half I was told oh it's coming, was even promise a tuition reimbursement which I never recieced and now being refused any vacation time since im no longer with the company. I've spoken to everyone in hr including my own district manager yet no one wants to help. You can call everyday and still not receive a phone call after it's "being investigated. I've watched managers steal money and when I try to speak up I'm wrong or start getting accused of stealing. Ive watched it all and not a single person could even do there job by doing what's right whether I'm employeed there or not. I hope god looks down upon what your company is doing to me and I hope one day it bites you in the but cause that's what karma is. Worst company to ever work for espeacially when it comes to being underpaid and over worked. After I resigned I do still go in the gas station and so does my significant other and it saddened me that they acted different towards her throwing her receipt at her and change as the assistant manager continued to be rude as she does not know how to speak to employees let alone customers. It's a shame.

Circle K attendant lack of customer service

On Monday July 3, 2017 around 3:35p I went to the Edgewood and Commawealth Ave store, to purchase gas an a icee, the attendant said I had the wrong cup, lhave purchased an Icee from that store in the same Polar cup with no.Shes was very rude I informed her there was no information stating to use a different cup, I asked that I would pay for it she said I couldn't snatched the cup out of my hand and threw it in the trash, there were other customers in the store and witness her terrible customer service a customer should never be treated in such a manner

Circle K your management

I'm have informed the district management on several occasions regarding the store on PPowell.. with becky what as manager... I have drove by on several occasions seeing the management and employees drinking and do drugs in the back of the store. . I was a loyal customer until cooperated failed to do there job... I feel that your stores are going to the dogs .. then when the gossip about other employees in the job... is very unprofessional.. what happen to professionalism. I don't know but it is about time it was found... sorry for the harsh but failor to control is unexcunexceptable...

Circle K Employee

Dawn staunten @ the ofallon store.(1643) located at st. Joseph and Hwy M . is a known methamphetamine user. She has sold to numerous people on the job. She also uses on the job.with her co-worker Torrie. I have sat in .the parking lot and watched drug deals being made on company property. I feel this should be addresses. A.random on the spot drug test will tell you everything you need. I will be checking back at that location. And if she still working there I will go to the president of the company.

Circle K "24 hour" store being closed for 30 minutes or more every night

Within the past 2 weeks, I have stopped at this store at various times and a sign is on the door stating "Be back in 30 minutes". On 7/2/17 at approximately 11 pm, the same sign was in the door and the cashier, "Keisha" was behind the counter and said, "I'm not back yet". I went to Wal-Mart and returned and the sign was still on the door. I needed to purchase gas, so I waited and once I got in the store, Keisha made several comments to all of us that were waiting that anybody with a negative attitude can leave, because she did not have to serve us. It appeared to me that she was serving herself, because both of her sweater pockets was filled with Newport boxes. Initially, this didn't bother me, but to be talked to the way I was talked to is unacceptable and disrespectful.

Resolution = Better Customer Service to accommodate

Circle K customer service

I have been a "Loyal Customer" of Circle K at this location (5100 Block of Stage and Covington Pike Memphis, Tn) for the past 15 years. I fill up 3 vehicles on a weekly basis. For the past 3 months, I've been getting really poor Customer Service. Today @ approx. 8:15pm, I stopped by to get a friend (who is an amputee) a pack of cigarettes. The cashier ask for my DOB and I told her that I will gladly give you the DOB of the person of whom the cigarettes were for because I'm a non-smoker. The other cashier told her to not sell me the cigarettes and tell the person who the cigarettes were for to come and purchased them himself. When I told them told be kind to their customers. I also explained whenever a customer enters the store, your job is to provide service for that customer. When I enter the store they were counting down their drawers for shift change. I understand the importance of making cash drops into the safe. The cashier that was to assist me made her drops and proceeded to start texting on her cell phone. Other customers and I had been waiting patiently to be served. Also I explained to them that I just might be a "MYSTERY SHOPPER" and report them to the corporate office. Please explain @ this location the importance of customer service. One cashier was very very rude to me. I told her I'll take my business elsewhere. Circle K eggs

On 7-1-17 I went into Circle K/Irving on Route 11 in Farmington NH and bought some eggs it was the only one that the store had it had 4 broken eggs and I was told to let Nick know so he can make it right and he did nothing about it. When I got home my wife seen that it was also out of date last day of sale was JUN 9. Circle K treatment of employees

I was at the new Circle K location in El Paso, TX. The previous location was 10770 Dyer St., 79930 but they moved across the street, I'm not sure what the store number is.

I was in line for the register when a manager came up to the cashier, who looked like she was struggling a little bit and I could tell she was brand new to this and nervous, but she was very polite with the customers and was generally trying her best to do a GOOD JOB. Anyway her manager came up and, in front of all the customers, told her to "move her [censor]" and that she was "so slow".

Wow, guys. Way to go. Your management needs some retraining if this is how they think is acceptable to treat new employees. It's disgusting and honestly all employers want people with experience but they don't want to help these new young people who want to GAIN experience either. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing.

Circle K john the manager at circle k denied free water to me I even had my own cup

Jhon the manager at circle k denied me fountain water I thought it was free he tryed to charge me I even brought in my own cup its hot in az in the summer how can he do this to people he asked me to put back water I was so mad I dumped it on the floor then he called me a [censor] and said I was not allowed to come in ever to his store. He also got in a fight with another customer within the 5mins I was there I dont think this is right in definitely going to look in to this. Circle k that this happened at is 801 country club 8th ave mesa az 85210.

Circle K mama's kitchen manager

I Personally worked as a kitchen manager for10 years and your kitchen manager at the store location in bastrop Texas really is unbearable she closes restaurant area when she feels like it before hours makes food in the morning and waits until 4p.m. to take out and redo more. She also tell employees not to make anymore food after 5p.m. she doesn't open until she feels like. And treats customers ugly when they order hamburger cuz she doesn't want to cook. But the food there taste good when fresh and Im a regular customer and see that you lost business my employees go there for fair prices during lunch and can't go anymore because no food is ready.

Circle K rude associate

Hello, on June 27, 2017 at 10:35pm I had made a call to the circle k located at 312 Dirksen rd, I called about a set of keys that may had been lost at this location and I called and asked at a very toned voice and politely ask if the associate if she seen some keys and she said no and I went on to ask her if any of the associates walk the lot to do a clean up and she said no with a rude voice and I politely asked if they were required to do so and she said don't give me attitude and she hung up on me. Now I know that's not right and she should have been more professional about the matter instead of hanging up. All I expected of her was to give me the answers I wanted instead of a rude experience I would love to have this matter looked into or if not I will take it up with corporate.

Circle K 😢 💔

The manager at the Circle K on 2nd Ave name Judy, holler at me and told me to get out of her garbage 😢 💔 I pick up lottery tickets from the garbage trying to find a winner to get something to eat with, I didn't done her any harm by digging through the garbage, does the manager suppose to holler at their customers? I don't think so, I have Judy voice recorded on my phone where she holler at me and told me to get out of her garbage, I will get something done about Judy, If y'all doesn't do something about it, I believe that she holler at me and told me to get out of her garbage because of my handicapp 😢 💔 I rather for someone to dig through the garbage rather than to rob a bank or somewhere, please do the right thing and do something about it, I love shopping at Circle K but Judy threw me out for digging through the garbage for lottery tickets, digging through the garbage not a reason to throw me out, If I stole something, would be a reason to throw me out, I didn't done that, I pick up lottery tickets from the garbage and I see nothing wrong with that as long as I don't make a mess and I haven't made a mess, have a great day

Circle K manager kim (5484 n ocean shore blvd, palm coast, fl 32137)

I have lived in Flagler County for over 20 years. At night me and my best friend hangout. We either hang out at friends houses who live in the hammock or we hang out at one of the beaches. So on any given night we or I (myself ) will stop at the only open gas station in the hammock. Which is the one listed in the top. Recently we were told by employees that we have to buy our items and leave. If we dont than they have been told by Kim to call the cops and have us removed/trespassed. Neither of us smoke in our cars, me because of my kids and her because of her grandmother. So we will sit and have a cig or smoke the black and mild we just bought. Sometimes we may make multiple trips there to buy stuff with it being the only place open. We spend anywhere from $10 to $100 there a night. Buying food, drinks, smokes, gas, etc. There are picnic tables out front. We will sit there and have a cig or 2 or the black and mild. We don't bother anyone. We talk to whoever we know if they talk to us. On a number of occasions Kim has been disrespectful to customers and employees, had conversations about locals (talking crap about them)/bad mouthed other store's (management/employees/stores) or went off on employees in front of customers. This is the only store where any of this happens. At night (3rd shift) there is only 1 person on duty. It's hard for them to do their job and go to the bathroom/stock cooler/go in back for whatever reason. So if a local is there that they trust or know then they may asked them to keep an eye out and let them know when someone shows up so they don't get in trouble, someone doesn't steal from the store or they don't loss a customer. The cops who work the area have no problem with any of us sitting up there for any given length of time as long as we are not causing any issues. It really pisses me off when I'm being told that I will be trespassed from a store that's the only one opened in that area at night if I'm up there for longer than it takes me to buy my stuff and leave or if I come up there more than once in a night. If I continue to be harassed by Kim or if I am trespassed from the store I will sue and not only will I sue but anybody and everybody I know who goes there will too. If I buy food and want to sit and eat it before I get in my car I should be able to. If I'm waiting on someone or trying to get directions then I should be able to. Unless you think it would be better for me to get behind the wheel and cause an accident because I'm distracted by eating, texting or putting an address in my gps. The people who live in the hammock are getting fed up with being threaten or treated like [censor] by Kim.

Circle K store #5536

My family and I stop by circle k store #5536 at least once a day. We purchase gas, cigarettes, drinks and lottery tickets. On numberous occassions I have been informed that the lottery machine is down. I was in there today and bought cigarettes and scratch off tickets. I was winning small amounts and repurchasing tickets. When I first arrived there was only one cashier on duty and she was extremely busy, so I did not cash in the tickets I had but purchased additional tickets. I waited until she was not so busy to cash in my winning tickets and purchase more. There was another employee in the store but she was not helping at the register. Again, I waited until cashier was not busy and cashed in winning tickets. While I was scratching my purchased ticket another customer came in with tickets to cash out. She was told that the lottery machine was down. This was less than 1 minute after I had cashed in tickets. The women in this store are surely to the point of rude. Once, I was charged for 3 packs of cigarettes when I had only purchased 2. When I called this to the attention of the cashier I was informed that cigarettes had gone up. 2 days later I complain to the manager and he told me to bring in a receipt and he would give me another pack. I did not have a reciept. My family and I spend $100-$200 a week at this store. We will not be going back.

Circle K my complaint is on management sean,

I came into your Circle K store in Bakersfield California store number 8606 the manager Sean, I was in here earlier today and bought a money order for $250 and we ended up not needing to use it so I came back to get my money back and the employee behind the counter told me that I can't access the safe only the manager can so I called I had him call the manager Sean and requested him to come down to the store so I can get my money back he told his employee no I'm not coming back until Monday he's going to have to wait until then that's his tough luck

Circle K inappropriate employee

I frequently visit the 4600 N Alafaya Trail Store in Orlando, Florida. I have been going there for over 10 years. Unfortunately over the last year I have seen the service go down hill significantly. A few of the current staff members are extremely inappropriate and I am now to the point I don't even go inside the store. I buy gas at the pumps if is cheap but if I am going to get a drink or snacks I go down the road to the Wawa. Recently I was in the store and there were about 8 people in line. The cashier named Nashala was flirting with a male customer at the register for over 5 minutes. The customer was clearly not interested and continued trying to pay for his beverages but she just kept flirting/harassing him. She demanded his name before she would accept his payment. It was extremely inappropriate; especially with so many people in line. This same employee is constantly flirting and harassing customers. A few days later the same employee was hanging out with a female at the drink machine when I came in. I got what I needed and went to the register. I stood at the register for a couple of minutes and eventually walked over to the employee at the drink station and let her know I was ready to check out. She then told me that she and her friend were already checking me out and began flirting with me. I told her I was running late and asked if she could ring me up. She continued telling me that her friend thought I was cute and said I should give her my number. At that point I set my items down and walked out of the store. Another day I went to the store and asked to speak with the manager. I told the manager of my experiences and was told that I could always go somewhere else. So I do. It is a shame because there are employees there that have been there for years. I come in a few days a week and they are very polite and we have small talk. About a year ago this Nashala person started and she has gradually caused me to not want to go there. After the response from the manager I will not be going there at all.

My name is Yttzel Salazar my phone number is [protected]. I am complaining that my manager told me that the training days will not be payed and that I still need to work for a week like that. I've been thinking I have been exploid and descriminated. I am working at Circle K in city of Calexico, California. The manager told me that I will need to buy a shirt because they didn't have one . I was parked at the CK at ABIA, at 2:00pm on 6/20/17, and a man opens the door of an SUV and urinates, while talking to his children! Circle K store manager needs to be fired asap! terrible manager!

Store manager Chris Buchanan at the location of 7461 Highway 64, Memphis TN has the worse attitude ive ever seen for a store manager. How does Circle k hire people like this? This man tells me to "Get out of my store!" harassing me and is lucky i didn't seek authority on him. I asked him a simple question about his employees never having good customer service. I will never shop at this gas station until a manager with some sense is running this place! Ridiculous! terrible manager!

Circle K poor customer service

Good Afternoon,

I have been a very loyal Circle K customer for years and years. Yesterday (6/20/17) at around 18:15 me and my daughter went to Circle K located at 4990 Oracle Rd to buy Polar Pop drinks. After 2 minutes holding the button down to get some ice - I ended up with 4 pieces of ice. Politely asked the employee behind the register if there is any more ice, she stated that there is none. I spent more time on waiting for machine to produce ice.

I was not the only customer who was trying to get ice.

Before giving up on getting cold drinks, I asked your employee if there is any way she could open a big bag of ice, she stated no. Unfortunately she acted like she didn't care at all, didn't even try to resolve this issue. Her customer service and problem solving skills are poor.

Yesterday was my 1st time when I got disappointed in Circle K customer service.
