Circle K gas charged and not refunded

I went to circle k in Mount Holly, NC on Sept.9, 2018 and asked for regular gas . They swiped my card for $40, I went outside they only had 93 available because of the hurricane that was suppose to come. I asked for refund and a lady name Angi said it would be on my card in 48 hours. It's been two weeks and the 800 number they gave is for store issues only not customer service .

I use your store ALL the time.
I went to this store yesterday but in my way home out of convenience because it was on the way. I purchased gas, then attempted to purchase a pack of Marlboro Special Blend cigarettes. I use the Marlboro app mobile coupons ALL the time, when I was presenting her with this coupon on my phone she told me they DID NOT take them because it was FRAUD. WHAT! I CONSTANTLY use the coupon at Circle K all the time and have NEVER had an issue. I was totally offended because she refused me access to use my coupon more so being told it was FRAUD!?
SOMETHING needs to be done about this.
I tried to explain to her that this location comes up only if that location takes the coupon, and it did. I also informed her that I have never had a problem at any better other location. She still insisted it was FRAUD.
I WILL NO LONGER BE GOING TO THIS STORE.
I am very disappointed in being treated this way. Also due to the area and me being white, I feel like I was being discriminated against.

Circle K harassment from employee

Employee Astrid keeps saying that I am banned from the store and I talked with the store manager as Carolyn White who told me that I was allowed back in the store the store number is 2007 I don't like how when it's pouring rain out and I can't even hide under the roof above the gas pumps or run in to use the washroom or have to walk an extra 10-20 minutes just to get smokes or a drink

Circle K coffee

My boyfriend asked for Columbian coffee, and the lady Sheryl at store 5378 said really whose gonna drink it. My boyfriend said I am. Ughhh made a scarf and made a big deal about making this for my boyfriend. She was really rude also at checkout. I am not happy with this experience at all. Therefore, I believe she was being really rude for no reason at all and would like something to be done!

Circle K employees/customer service

I visited the Circle K Store at 1350 N.Oliver St. Wichita, Ks.67208 on September 22, 2018 around 6:40pm-6:45pm.When I walked in there was a white lady buying lotto ticket(ALOT of them)and she bought $25 in gas.Well the short, black, bald-headed cashier shorted her a $1.The customer said "my total was $28 and I gave you $40, and you only gave me $11 back.You owe me a $1".The cashier argued with the lady until she just left WITHOUT her CORRECT change.By then, there was a store FULL of customers and I was next in line.So my total came to $2.14 I bought 2 PomPom Sweets.I gave her a 10 dollar bill & a quarter.She gave me back $7.12.I SHOULD of gotten $8.11 back.So she shorted the white lady a dollar and then shorted me a dollar.And if I would of said anything, she would of embarrassed me just like the other lady.That's NOT the CORRECT CHANGE!AGAIN she CHEATED a CUSTOMER out of their moladyS, this is the kind of people you have working in y'alls company.She probably takes the extra money left over out of every till...probably does it to EVERY white person she can.She's a very racist person.Someone DEFINITELY needs to watch the videos in that store.People steal out of there all the time.That store has drug deals that go on.The employees smoke marijuana outside in front of the store.It's a mess!I will NOT be going back, and the lady that was in front of me probably won't be back either.

I don't think race is the motivation. The clerk's just a dishonest person willing to steal from anyone.

Circle K service

Although I am not sure who is in charge now of store 3354 located on 9630 West Bellefort. The service has become horrible and very unprofessional. Walking into the store is like walking into a club. The music is very loud and I might say GHETTO to be a business. The workers almost have to scream in order to hear what I was saying. I have noticed it is new workers there now and they seem to be rude and under the influence. I used to go in a few months back and it was a very pleasant atmosphere very welcoming but now I have to go somewhere else. I can tell management has changed and so has the atmosphere and the service.

Circle K liser

I visited the store on 474 Westbrook St in South Portland, Maine # 7030, on 9/20/18 at 9:50 and upon checking out I handed this cashier several punched coffee cards ( as I often forget them so I ask for another) but still punched the correct # for a free coffee & she proceeds to exclaim in an elevated voice " this is stupid" & although I felt like reacting to the very rude comment I did not. However, I have never had any other problems & visit Corcle K often. It made me feel embarrassed. I think that this behavior is unacceptable from an employee, no matter the circumstances. It was coffee!

Circle K gas

September 19, 2019, Circkle number 2741621, pump number 5.

I filled my gas tank today and discovered on the receipt that I was billed for 89 octane when I had requested 87 octane. I complained to the cashiers in the store and they are not authorized to make any adjustments, suggested that I come back after 12:00 when an assistant manager was there. When I went back the assistant manager said he could not help me to come back tomorrow morning. I am owed 22 cents per gallon for 12 gallons of gas. Everyone can make a mistake, but most retailers have someone on staff that can rectify mistakes.

As my tank was filling it seemed like the dollar amount was going up too fast, so I double checked as to which button I had pushed, and it definitely was the 87 octane.

Circle K vitamin water revive drink with crushed ice

Went for a refresher drink between 9am to 10 am pacific time I always love to eat my ice but i saw a bug in a Ice I Brought it out it was so disgusting and i said in my mind if there's one there's should be more and yea there were more good thing that I didn't drink from a straw I think you guys need to put more attention or either the ice machine or the drinks now I won't trust anything like this .im feeling sick from my stomach now because before I saw this I had couple sips

Circle K customer service and inventory

Location 3303 S Blvd, Edmond, OK 73013.

I have several issues with your company. First today at 1145am i tried to get gas quickly as i was in a hurry because my husband had a broken leg and my baby was also in the car with my husband. The cashier took 8 mins with one customer just chatting away like he didn't have people waiting. He needs to work not carry on lengthy conversations when there is a line. Then i gave him my $10 for pump 8 went out and couldn't pump the gas he refused to turn it on for me. I went in 4 times asking he claims he turned it on when he didn't this trip to the store should have taken 5 mins but took 15-20 because of your employees lack of work ethic. There also was another employee seeing me struggle as she puffed he cig she offered no help. I tried every thing to get the gas to start pumping. Hanging it back up pressing the type of gas but your male employee refused to turn it on after I already paid. 2Nd they are always out of stock of 20 oz drinks. We will never go back to this store. It is closest to our house but now we give our business to oncue. Please rectify this situation. I hope you all go bankrupt. Oncue has already shut down several of your stores hoping they all get shut down and you all are not allowed to treat people this way.

Circle K customer service/cashier

i was on empty and out of gas when i got to the circle k the cashier refused to take my money cuz it was pennies. her nsme was josie lloyd at the knoxville alabama location. she was extremely rude and i ran out of gas on the side of the road cuz she wouldnt tske my money. she embarrassed me in the store called me a gambler and completely mortified me. i am completely out raged.

Circle K men restroom

On numerous occasions I have shopped at this store and when I utilize the restroom the soap dispenser either is always out of soap or it doesn't work, I asked to speak to the manager but the employee said they were not in. So I informed the employee about the problem and she said she don't know what's wrong with it because its been broken for awhile. They serve food in there but no place for you to properly wash your hands thats disgusting to watch people serve themselves and no place to sanitize your hands. Something needs to be done and someone is not doing their job.

Circle K polar pop refills

Why do i have to pay 79 cents when I reuse the same Styrofoam cup over and over for sometimes 2 weeks? If it were 25 cents for refills in any circle k polar pop Styrofoam cup that any customer is reusing, doesnt it seem completely obvious that would significantly reduce the Styrofoam waste going into our environment? It makes total sense. Please make refills 25 cent refills for any circle k cup especially when re using a Styrofoam one. Maybe even offer customers a free giant plastic quart cup free after a customer makes 20 seperate purchases of $10 or more? Would also help reduce Styrofoam waste.

Circle K I am complaining about customer service

I was at the circle k in winder ga. I went in about 12:15AM on Monday September 17th 2018 I went in to pay for gas on pump 10 I told the guy that was working 40 dollars on pump 10 but he was to busy joking around and talking with his friends that was hanging out in the store he put my gas on a different pump. I went outside to pump my gas and I was waiting on it to start pumping but then the guy came out side and told me he put it on pump 2 so I had to go to pump 2. The service sucked and he was a rude and disrespectful person.

Circle K cashier

The store I'm filing a complaint for is a Circle K store that used to be a Kangaroo Express the store number is 2722103 on 10 East Silver Star Road Ocoee Florida 34761 the store phone number is 407-877 0 4 2 4. The date was September 16th 2018 around 11 a.m. I normally go to another Circle K nearby but they're Polar Pop machine was down so I came to this particular store, I went into the store went and grabbed some water and some candy bars and to grab a couple of Polar Pops I waited in a long line where cashier was by herself I noticed she was on the phone and when it became my turn to go to the register she had me go to the other register and disappeared in the back shortly thereafter an officer walked in and walked in the back for a minute or so and came out and the officer told me that the clerk was accusing me of stealing and causing a disturbance in the store earlier that day. I proceeded to tell the officer that I had not been in here nor do I typically come to the store because there is one closer to where I live and I was mainly here for the fountain machine. While I was talking with the officer the cashier who I found out later that her name was Lynn, was being very rude and accusing me of lying and had an attitude with me in front of all the guests in the store and told me that she had me on camera. I was publicly humiliated for no reason and the officer escorted me outside and continued to tell me that she refused service to me. I told the officer that I wanted proof of the video the girl did not have access to the surveillance so another employee showed up shortly who did and also another officer as well. The officer did explain to me that I was not able to view the footage but they would go and view the footage to clear up the situation. Both officers concluded that I was not the same girl who was in that store earlier that day as well as the other employee who showed up 2 get access to the surveillance. I told My mother-in-law which register I left my items at and she went into the store for me because I was to humiliated to return, the same cashier, Lynn, refused to sell her the items and disappeared and sent out the other girl who showed up who then did sell her the items. I was publicly humiliated and there was no attempt of any apology or remorse there was also another customer who put his drink down and walked out of the store as well . I know mistakes cam happen but I believe the situation was poorly handled and felt personally attacked for no reason. I was a manager for five years at 7-Eleven and although they may handle certain circumstances a little differently they are very similar and I would never have reacted or personally attacked or try to intimidate anyone as what was done to me. I can honestly tell you that I will not return to this particular location due to the fact that not only this incident but other times where the cashiers were very rude and the store itself is unorganized. I hope you take this situation seriously because I believe this will cost you other customers in the future if changes are not made.

Circle K employees

About 30 mins ago. My friend went to circle k to pump gas. He also purchased 2 thirst busters. He handed the cashier, Montana, who is new, $42.00. 2 $20.00 bills and 2 $1.00 bills. He asked her to put them on pump 3. She did not confirm with him what pump so she ended up putting it on 13. So whoever was on 13 got free Gas. Mind you he does not speak very good English and he cannot honestly say 13. That's why he always gets a pump with an easy number he can say. So she never confirmed with him. They accused him of already having put $30.00. They didn't even go bother to look that his tank was still on Empty and that the $30.00 purchase was from the person before him. I understand there could have been a language barrier but when your in customer service, you have to make sure you do your best for the customer. He ended up only getting $25.00 in Gas when he should have gotten $40.00. Another $15.00 would have not hurt your store. $15.00 is nothing for a company like Circle K. I am very upset I will no longer be going to Circle K stores. I go to that Circle K everyday and I won't be doing business with you unless you give my friend his $15.00. I call this discrimination because he is Mexican. And maybe you should provide better training in customer service. I even heard her tell her employee to make sure she puts it in the correct pump. And then she's accusing him he said it all wrong. Can you really hear everyone's conversation through the camera? My friend was there for an hour and I was beside him trying to get his money back. This circle k is around 32nd street and bell. Make sure you spell it out, write it down next time you tell the cashier the number you want to pump gas at. And I never had any problem until now and I can't stand by and watch my friend leave upset from employees that don't know how to do their jobs.

Circle K supervisor and a manger

I'm a handicap 46 yr woman that was Brutalized by police on the 12 of September. Falsely arrested over a cup of coffe at circle k. Which the attending supervisor was the one that insited the quarrel walking into a conversation misunderstanding what I said n I wasn't even the one complaining. Police brutality in Port Saint Lucie has to stop. N the sad part was that I had 8 spasm attacks between getting arrested n at the county jail and did nothing to aid me! I'm suing circle k, the police department and the county jail! All which is on video! From the store to the dash cam to the county jail. The treatment was worse there by white officers n the nursing staff in initial intake! This is all so sad I feel voilated n disrespected felt like I was treated like an animal. They had no charges so they trumped up charges! I have never been in trouble with the law I'm a military spouse my husband currently serving this great nation for 20yrs had to help me from across the world to bond me out so I can immediately go to the hospital for emergency care! I am disabled I have degeneration of the spine 7 herniated disks, osteoarthritis in my hands knees and lower lumber abd wrist. I couldn't resist arrest even if I wanted! My body wouldn't allow me, n they thought I was resisting them n I kept screaming on the top of my lungs I'm disable please stop your hurting, but that only made them slam me harder into thier vehicle n dig his whole forearm into my face n neck, blood shotting my eyes from the pressure applied they kept saying I was screaming at them yes your violating all of my constitutional rights n I'm partial def I can not hear myself speak so I tend to talk louder because I can't hear myself speaking! It was all so unprofessional n disheartening because aren't police suppose to defuse a situation not escalate it? Aren't they suppose to hear both sides? Never mind that I've been going to this circle k fir 3 yrs almost 4 everyone there knows me by name. Jackie they call it's my nickname n I have never been IRRATE or disrespectful to any of them at anytime instead very helpful, if you look back in their video history you will see I come in every day to that store n always leave them laughing with a smile a very loyal customer, n just like that the supervisor Kim whom by the way every morning reeks of liquor came in an assumed I was the one complaining when it was other customers in the store n I was coming to their defense saying they new n working on getting better, n the manger Christina was behind the register, suddenly became quiet n Kim accused me of bad mouthing her employees n literally told me to get the [censored] out the store Christina stood there n allowed all of this to go down knowing the truth she was afraid of speaking up and losing her job! I have texts which she dared to send me, as if I'm suppose to understand that there was nothing she could do! Had she told the truth none of this would have happened I have photos videos n medical reports of the contusion to my right wrist n spine! All because another customer said the coffe had been bad in the last few days! I go to jail! N even if I did voice my opinion am not suppose to speak to a manger and supervisor n bring that to their attention? If not them, then who? And again I wasn't even complaining which makes all this so sad I was actually defending them n Kim walked into a conversation under assumption without facts n called the cops on me over that! This same store has targeted many people almost every week out this same store police Harassed customers just sitting in front of store in their vehicles. Police are suppose to protect n serve us tax paying citizen n not guarding n protecting just business in the community they suppose to give someone an opportunity to speak n say what they need to say as much as the complaining party both sides of the story, not just accuse me assume me guilty n now I must prove my innocence none of this warrant it an arrest which lead to an illegal search n seizure of my property in which they found 0.04 gram of marijuana which I have a medical marijuana card and I'm disabled, here a the trump charges resisting arrest with no violence!
N Possesion of less than 20 grams. Now how can I resist if I never got to even move, and what happened to supposedly get the resisting arrest oh I know yeah wasn't they called because I was asked to leave the store which became trespassing, now how can you trespass in a business that you were initially conducting business in? I'm a military spouse that's handicap I did not deserve to be so highly disrespected by the store, by the police or the correctional facility! Justice is blind, n it isn't fir the black civilian kind!

Circle K store manager : omnia assem

As a worldwide brand, I like to chill out in circle k, during traveling long rides, a new gas station is opened a few meters before Cairo - Alexandria gates, the store manager is publishing managerial issues on the wall.. WTF, it's simply disgusting, shouldn't happen here.. it should be professional! She published tasks & salary deductions on walls

Circle K the cashier ran my card for charges then said it did not gi through I had to pay cash then I checked card the took two charges

My daughter was at the circle k off of 44 the store with subway manager name Ruth. My daughter went in to get gas she swipe my card and then the cashier said it was declined. Then the cashier told my daughter there was only 19.99 on the card she ran it for that. Then my daughter paid in cash 37.00 in cash and the cashier did not give her a receipt. My daughter was so upset she exit the store and called on the card two transactions were ran for the amount of 42.56 and 19.99 the total amount on the card. $62.55 was taken off my card. My daughter called me and I asked her to go back in side the store and I wanted to speak to the cashier over the phone. She told me that the card did not go through I told her the transaction was posted and is showing she then said give it 24 to 48 hours. MY daughter hung up. I called the store the next day because I called my card company and I told them what took place on September 10th 2018. I called and spoke to Ruth manager of your store and I told her my card company had placed the 19.99 back on the card and they said to call you the store to assure that the 42.56 was being taken care of. And it has not your manager told me she was going to call corporate and asked me for the card last 4 numbers and my name. I feel your manager knows that they had made a error and are not correcting the issue.
