I always have some type of problem with a certain cashier but tonight she was just so nasty and rude to me. I went to the ATM, withdrew 40 dollars, went to make a frosty, got her long line and waited my turn at the counter. When it was my turn I placed my frosty on the counter, pulled out a 20 dollar bill and says, I'm not breaking that for no .87. I said excuse me it's a 20 dollar bill. She said it again I'm not breaking that, meaning my 20, for a dollar.
She then went to the customers standing behind me, a woman and child and proceeded to attend to them. I stood there while patiently waiting and when she was done, she told me again she's not doing it. Then told the cashier that just came in to count her draw down and see if she could do it. A twenty dollar bill. Most convenient stores tell you they won't break anything over a 50 dollar bill but I had a 20 dollar bill. She refused me service, was very rude, nasty, inconsiderate and disrespectful.

Went in your circle k store in Chattanooga Tn on amnicola highway. At approximately 12:00am central time. I went in with my own coffee cup. Employee had 3 of the yellow slippery when wet signs up in front of the coffee station because he was mopping. I stepped around the yellow signs to get coffee (it was nearly dry by the way). And I only have so much time to get to my job ( work for the railroad). Most of the railroad employees go to this store. But anyway he said something to the effect of why was I stepping on the floor to get coffee and he could've got it for me. (What was the difference of me getting my coffee and him doing it. I don't want anyone touching my cup. Anyway I wouldn't ask anyone to do that. Never crossed my mind. I thought he was joking then he huffed. I should have left and never set foot in your store again. He was just plain rude and I don't appreciate that. This happened June 9, 2018. This may seem trivial but I am the customer and I spend money here. I just think you need to know what kind of employee you have

The lady had a register is closed sign so I went to the other side. She then snapped and was like uhh i'm over here. So I went over there an she was rude the whole time of course. Then as I was walking out she was like nasty [censored]. Y'all can't need help that bad that you will hire any an everything. Like what is the criteria to work there cause I can count on one hand how many times i've been in there and they have been nice. That is how bad it is.

Flashfood store 182 Not being paid at all. been there for a month bullied mistreated . Lost wages due to computer work not being done I have phone records were I called and talked to cooperate I was never in the system. can't clock in manager not doing job [protected] hayley hood a investigation needs to be conducted proof of mistreatment on videos telling me my hours are in computer when they are lost. I been writing my time down .

I paid for gas and a drink inside of the store I walked out to put my stuff in the the car and I got a bank alert they took 78.64 out of my account. I went back inside to find out what was going on and to get my money back. They couldn't tell me why nor did they put the money back on my card. We didn't say i'm so sorry I made a mistake not apology for 60.00 just taking for no reason! They told me nothing at all! I didn't pay at the pump I absolutely paid inside. What really upsets me is that my daughter's birthday is this weekend and I had so much to do with that money now because I don't have it I have no clue what i'm going to do? That money shouldn't have been touched! I want the money back on my account and I don't want to hear 10 days.in all reality it was stolen!

They refuse to sell to my son, but will sell to other 18 yr olds, they said cause he gave cigs to a minor but they have no proof to show me and the time they are saying that he did it, it was under age, so it doesn't match up, and would like something done about it, we live in a small town and can't get juul pods unless we go thirty miles away, so your losing money actually.thank you for your time.my name is Tonya Bowen and my number is [protected]

Megan owens checked us out and she had her back towards us talking to another employee. I asked her where something was and she was very rude the whole time we were in the store. She was stocking the cups like she was pissed off and almost hit my boyfriend with the cups and dropped some on the floor and stocking them with clean cups that customers buy and i know thats a health hazard. Very disappointed in the customer service!

I entered my card and paid for the car wash. The screen went back to the home page and no receipt was given so I thought that the transaction had not gone through. I paid again and then the screen said the car wash was out of service, while the car in front of me was in it. The car ahead of me was covered in soap and had to drive out of it like that. The cashiers inside said the car wash was not broken, it's the customers fault. I continued to tell them I got charged twice and instead of reversing one of the transactions they gave me attitude about why I would pay twice and how that was not what I should have done. Mind you I was stuck behind the person in front of me and could not go through hence why I was trying to pay again. I need a refund on one of the transactions immediately.

please explain to me why paying with a one-hundred-dollar-bill is such a problem everytime i attempt to pay with one? i even inconvenience myself by going to a grocery store and buying something i do not need just to cash the large bill so i don't have to put up with the attitudes and eye-rolling. It's 4:00 on a monday afternoon! i spend $25 per day at your store; just myself, not counting my husband and is employees.

Twice this is happened to me I go and spend money on a credit card or my debit card and it double charges me every time because your system has a pre-authorization or something like that so today I spent $9 and it took out $18 off of my card and I needed that $9 for speeding ticket that's due today. And now I won't have the $9 from the pre-authorization till midnight tonight. I will never shop at another Circle K ever again.

I was in the store getting out doughnuts and only touching the doughnuts that I was purchasing. Two african american employees were extremely rude. Employee 1 named shearonté very loudly and rudely started yelling at me saying I better be buying every doughnut that I touch. Before I could finish answering her she loudly says oh no I know you are buying them. When I got to the counter I even said hey i'm sorry if I got a tone with you i'm sure you see people doing that a lot and not purchasing them. She (very rudely) said no I don't people usually know to grab the doughnuts with a bag! Then as I was walking out I hear them making a comment on white people to another customer. Her co worker that joined her in humiliating me was named lexus.

Hello I went to your store located at 1550 N Country Club Dr Mesa, AZ, US, 85201 around 6:50am on Saturday June 2, 2018. At the time I had used my debt card which had gotten hacked into maybe a couple hours after doing my purchase at your store! My bank has even determine it was your store that linked my debt card to the hackers. I'm not looking for money. I'm looking for you to fix the problem in your store & preventing this from happening to other people!

The Circle K located at 7035 E Chandler Blvd in Phoenix has the absolute worst manager I have ever dealt with. I was sold 4 lottery scratch tickets that were not activated by the manager and were also for a game that had ended. I had a winner and when the employee tried to scan the ticket, the machine stated that the ticket was not activated. The employee took all the tickets I purchased to show to the manager. When I went in today to see the manager, I was handed a phone to speak with Drew the manager. He was the most unprofessional and rudest manager I have ever dealt with. He told me that it was my fault the tickets were no good and that if I wanted my money to go to a lottery store. I told him the tickets were never activated and he said that wasn't his concern. He yelled at me and over talked me on the phone. He also portrayed himself as the owner on the phone and told me he owned the shop I was in for 40 years. That is laughable on many levels, since all Circle K shops are corporate owned. Do not buy any lottery tickets from this shop as they most likely will be out of date and not activated. Manager Drew likes to perpetuate fraud on his customers.

A few days ago I went to Circle K in Atwater one of the employees there was very rude to me I simply message to boss Dawn Willis to let her know one of her employees was being mean this morning the day is June 1st 2018 I went in there at 7:15 a.m. and as soon as Dawn seen me she started being very aggressive and rude I simply told her the only reason I messaged her was because she was the manager she got even more mad at me when I told her that next time I will go ahead and tell corporate as soon as I said that she refused to sell my product to me I am a regular customer there I spend lots of money there I should not be treated like that my phone number is [protected] my name is Patrick Bailey please contact me if you need anything else I really want something done about this cuz this isn't the first time I've seen her flip out on people thank you very much

The manager, Victoria, berated me like a child and embarrassed me in front of other customers. I've never been so insulted on my life. She also has a thing against police saying they're all up to no good and just like to harass and arrest people. Most ignorant and rude person in customer service, she should not be working in this field and should be fired. The store needs some cleaning too.

On 5/30/2018 at approximately 1:55 pm I went to the counter In a Circle K store at location 2230 Farm Market FM 1960 road W. I bought gas and lotto tickets. After completing my transaction I placed two dollars on counter to buy an additional lotto ticket. I stepped away from counter and employee MeMe picked my money up and put it in her pocket. This is an egregious act and I am disappointed that you hire people to work at your store like this woman. If she stole from me I am sure she is stealing from you!

The Circle K on Shamrock in Tallahassee, FL 32309 has the worst management EVER. Brianna and Trevor are simply the meanest, laziest, most full of [censored] people that I have ever met! They are blatant liars as well. Brianna and Trevor even said that I threatened Brianna! A [censored] that looks like a short sumo wrestler. How and why the hell would I threaten a big [censored] that could sit on me and kill me? They have poor customer service, talk to you like crap, and if you call them out on it, you are a nuisance.

On May 25th on Circle K gas station in Fresno, CA, I tried to pay for gasoline ($50) using my Mastercard Card 5547... 8592 (Suski)
Unfortunately my Card was declined (once at The pump and twice at The cashier desk).
Eventually payment was processed using a different card (on my friend's name - Bujak).
We have taken E87 gasoline.

Even though my Card was declined I was still charged 50$ (friend's card was charged too) Sadly money was not refunded until today.

What should I do to receive my Money back?

John, rep @ store#2704103 is very unprofessional. He's remarks (comments to customers) are rude and racist... U shouldn't tell your customers "it not your fcking problem" or "if u don't like my service go somewhere else"... I tried to advise him that he was overcharging me and he responded "thats what ringing up" but the sign states different so I expect to be charged what's advertised. Had to go round and round before he fixed the price.
My son is 17yrs old, and when he comes out upset because your associate is questioning him about why he needs $1 worth of change; that's none of his business... But the air pump is out (not working)... I have a service order with the rep on the line (speaker) and now he is refusing to give me my money even though the rep is saying he needs to reimburse me.. On today, I tried to use my gift card for gas.. Its says "declined" so I asked, "do y'all take this card (amex), he's response,"I dnt know what damn card u talking about"... At this time i'm livid... I just asked the other rep and she said no... Something has to be done about john.

We go to circle k in Gilbert az ln val vista an elliot your employees are so rude one day you go in to get ice they charged me.35 cents for the cup the next time I went in they charged me for a drink an I only had ice, they are rid an I get the little creamers for my tea an she said they are.5 cents I don't know why your company is so bad but started going to quick trip everyone there is friendly an doesn't charge for ice just the cup started that what happened it is a shame people ln e to be treated so badly an this isn't the only store that does this I think you all need to sit down and find a better way to run your company
