My son( 15) went in for a purchase on 2/5/19 at approximately 4 PM. When my son came out from the store, he reported that an employee named Mia bumped into my son and then said: are you going to say excuse me? My son said, you bumped into me. Then the lady reportedly said: I will pop your [censored]. There were witnesses. One customer reportedly said that this grown up should not be threatening a minor. After my son came out, my son, mystlf and his sister went inside to ask the store Manager what occurred. The manager said that the behavior the employee was having was not right, but was ignoring us at the same time. There were several customers in the store. I returned about 3 0 minutes later to speak to the Manager. Her name was Amy. When I asked for her last name, she hesitated and said Walters. She said that Mia left. When I asked what happened, she said that she does not know what took place and that she does not know her full name. Amy did not apologize at all and appeared to not care about the incident. This store was fortunate that the MPD was not involved. After all, an adult physically threatening a child can result in serious consequences. My next step is the BBB in order to get this resolved.

This is in continuation of my previous complaint from yesterday, in regards to the racist circle k store employee expressing his dissatisfaction over the taking of the knee by NFl players. The cashier seem to think, that the NFL players should just leave politics out of the game an do there job, well how hypocritical of him to go on a rant about expressing his discontent for them while performing his job at Circle K store while in full uniform. If the Constitution enables the cashier to express himself freely while on his job then why is there a second standard for the NFL players?. Once again the hyprocrisy of his argument was without merit. This is a opportunity to learn from each other difference not silence them. I still feel that Sensitivity training an a follow up on his behavior displayed in a public stance is not appropriate for the company. I would hate to think that Circle K inc.promote such undiversified behavior an tolerance. This is not a good look for the company moving forward in 2019. Yes it's the circle k store located in Winter Haven, Fla on first street, although most if the employees are cordial there, I was shocked to hear such racist antics being uttered out of his mouth while still on the clock, to me a customer. No consideration of how offensive it sounded to a African American men in his late forties who has witnessed discrimination on a first hand basis but never thought it would rear it ugly head at a convenient store .

Hi I'm a frequent shopper at the local Circle k store in Winter Haven, FL on 1street. I was taken back today by the cashier uninvited views on the NFL drama regarding the taken of the knee by the players exercising there rights. The cashier expressed his satisfaction with them kneeling an went on to give me his unwelcomed views on the subject. Me as a African American Man in my late 40's do not need to be lectured to about things the cashier obviously knows anything about. I stated to him that his opinion is a right but he must respect others opinions especially while at work. I would hate to believe that Circle K Store in general promote such negative behavior towards there customers. There's a 7-11 across the street an will take my business of 13 years to a company who doesn't allow there employee's to express or inject there politics onto the customers without there permission. I was truly disappointed this afternoon an wanted to say more but I refrained an thought it best to reach out you guys cause I felt the store Management would sweep it under the rug as misunderstanding when in fact he stood there for over 3 mins expressing his views when all I wanted to do was purchase my order an leave. I hope you can rectify the situation an I recommend sensitive training for the employee at circle k store in Winter Haven on 1street. Thank you.

I live in west virginia i was in morgantown wv down grafton road then moved to adamston wv. Well my problem is can you have the grafton rd circle k call the adamston circle k to teach them how to make the strombolis. I ate them everyday in morgantown now not so much. Adamston circle k has no idea how to make the bread so every stromboli comes out flat and nasty and they dont even serve the italian ham. Would be awesome if you did. Thanks for everything...

Hello, I was in one of your locations on Saturday evening Jan. 26, 2019 around 7 pm. There was only one line open with about 7 customers in line. I asked the other cashier if her register was open. She replied "do you see the closed sign on my counter" I asked again if she was open she again replied with the same answer. By this time I was next in line and the other cashier rang me up. I did mention to the rude cashier if she did not like her job to leave and find another one. As I walked out of the store she yelled at me. I did not get her name. She was 4' 11", caucasion, black hair, black frame glasses. Her age around 20 to 23 yrs. She needs to be held accountable for her rude actions. I shop there all the time. My house is just down the street so it is very convienent. I will no longer shop there if she can't improve her customer service. thank you for taking the time to read my complaint.

I came in store earlier in morning around 5:30 to get some tootsie rolls for 50% off. The night shift didn't know price told me to come back at 6 which I did. Showed up at 6:10am
The lady was extremely rude and didn't care to hear my situation. Just said " what is you askin"? I say I just want to know the price with 50% off? Talked to me like im a [censored] Almost didn't by the product. Not going back

I went to the Hurstborne lane location in Louisville at lunch to get gas and a snack. I was going to use the restroom. I walked to the bathroom door and tried to open and it was locked. As I was turning to walk away an employee [crystal) walked out and said "don't u all ever knock before u come in? As I stated the door was locked so I couldn't walk in. I said "excuse me?" She said u people never knock, u just walk in. I said " no, I check to see if the door is locked, like most people. She said no u are supposed to knock. She continued to be rude, so I asked her name and she said " crystal, go ahead and call them. They will agree with me." As I stated before, I did not open the door. Needless to say Iwent elsewhere to use the restroom and buy gas. First and last time in this location. Surely someone in this company cares if employees are rude?

I regularly go to circle k on Durango and Blue Diamond and lately I have been hearing an employee yelling at other employees in front of customers. Is that acceptable behavior? Those people can't be making that much money, are trying to earn a living and should not be belittled while they are working.
I don't want to patronize a place that treats employees that way.

On the 28th of December i went to one of your stores in Cleburne, Tx and got diesel, I had almost a half a tank my truck holds 21 gallons, according to their pumps i put 22 gallons in it, how is that possible . I have been to the store over a dozen times and the manager is never there. I want a refund or this is going on social media letting everyone know your pumps are cheating people of money.

This evening I went to buy gas. When I went in to pay the cashier was too busy talking to someone else to serve me. The lady had been playing break opens and socializing. When she final severed me I went to pay with my gift card, when she scanned my airmiles card she used my points to pay for part of my gas. This was not what I asked for. I am not impressed with the service I recieved this eveing.

My name is john williams. I told my manager I was having back problems and he told me if I call off or leave the job to go to the hospital don't worry about coming back to work. His name is Jesse he works at the new orleans location located on south carrollton and washington avenue. I don't appreciate him disrespecting me either he said [censored]s have no home training about cleaning up

I have been a customer of this store for quite some time. I live in the neighborhood and it is my 'corner store'. It is on Long Grove Drive, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. An employee named keekee I believe, is so unprofessional and DANGEROUS that I can no longer bring myself to shop at this store, along with many if my neighbors. I had previously let it slide, just shaking my head, when this individual is constantly having profanity laden outbursts during her shift. She was either arguing with someone on her phone, or fighting with her boyfriend (I suppose) inside the store all the while shouting profanities. She also blasts profanity laden music over the store speakers, I cannot understand why the manager is ok with this. I am dumbfounded. Although the manager is never there when this is happening, I find it hard to believe it has gone completely unnoticed by management, who ever they are.

I drew the line when I saw her changing the trash cans next to the gas pumps with a cigarette in her mouth! That is unfathomable to me that she does not see the danger in this. I have informed my neighbors who shop there as well & no one is going to continue shopping/gassing up at this location, not going to risk our lives getting blown up just to put gas in our cars. I had previously tried to contact the store manager but she was never there.
