Circle K loud music

The Circle K seems to be a chîmp magnet. Prîmates frequently stop at this store and go inside leaving their jungle chant blasting. I'm afraid that if something is not done about this soon a category 5 chîmpout may erupt. For a store this size it cannot safely accommodate this many nîggers. I think that a reasonable solution to this problem would be for Circle K to stop accepting EBT.

The new manager at that location is a flaming hømø also and probably has AIDS. I wouldn’t want them handling my food!

I know! The Circle k is overrun with mónkeys! Someone should call the police and have a few of them put in their cages to tame them for a while. 🐒😂

Circle K racist and discriminative comments by manager to me a paying customer.

On October 5, 2018 at 11 am I went into circle k on 75th Ave and McDowell to buy a pack of cigarettes. Didn't bring in enough money so I had to run back out to the car to retrieve more money. When I returned a lady inside the store told the cashier to add a polar pop drink to my order. The cashier did it. When I returned the price had gone up I stated why was it more now the cashier stated the lady said to add it to your order. I asked what lady I didn't get a drink. I asked him did I tell you to add anything to my order he said No. I said. The manager stated to him to not do that without me stating to do so. The manager then said. "These people always trying to get something for free". I asked, " What people are you referring to"? She ignored me. I asked her again. "Who are you referring to"?
I then asked to speak to a manager because that was a racial statement towards me as a black woman, that was in the store making a purchase. She then stated. " I am the manager".
I said Ok then I would like your store number and Corporate number to report your [censored]. She said. Get it off the store window if you want it. I said and your name also she rudely again said her name Irene. I stated, No ma'am I would like for you to write it down for me so I can report you to Corporate for that racial statement you just said to your employee to a customer in a packed store full of other customers. She rudely stated as u said you can get it off the window if you want it. I then said refund me my money I no longer want anything from this store. She rudely snatched the cigarettes and huffing and puffing in a dicriminatory action not wanting to do so. Rudely threw my change down on the counter then walked off. The cashier looked at me then apologized. He was embarrassed at the manager words and actions towards me. I stated to him he wasn't the one that needed to be giving me an apology but that the manager Irene G needed to. Inproceed out of the store. I am appalled at the racism I receieved at that store . The manager of that stores doesn't know that my daughter works at a different location. And now she is in for a very wake up call. Because I am a black woman that will go the extreme steps in making sure that she doesn't get away with her treatment towards me today. Circle K doesn't need to hire racist people and then to promote such people that are in fact racists. And she didn't mind being so or acting out as such.

Circle K juul pods

I went in to buy my self a pack of juul mint pods when I asked the woman at the counter(she was a manager) she asked for my i.d. Which is no big deal I handed it to her and she looked at it then looked at me and goes "Your birthday was a couple days ago?" I said yes. She then brought all her coworkers around her and asked if they thought it was real or not. Which did make me angry but I was gonna let it slide then she said " Why do you want to even start smoking in the first place. She had no right to tell me this. She then examined my license until she could find anything wrong with it and refused st serve me because the corner of it had plastic that was not attached all the way all through this long and drawn out process she was very rude and I just wanted to grab them and leave but she turned it into a ten minute ordeal and then refused to serve me after waisting my time.

Circle K poor customer service, damaged goods inside.

I asked to use the restroom after finding out they lock the door to the public, employee said I couldn't bring my bag into the bathroom. I placed my bag behind the counter, went to the bathroom, came out and my bag was thrown on the floor outside the employee area. Not once was it mentioned to me that personal items can not be placed behind the counter, yet I was asked to leave my bag. I had insulin in my bag and came to find my bag on the floor with a busted bottle inside. The store # 2703459, time was: 07:43:31pm, date: 10/04/18

Circle K nacho cheese

I bought a small amount of nacho cheese with no chips. Also no where around or on the nacho cheese dispenser does it say its 50cents a squirt. I paid $2.00 for such a small amount but I've never been charged that much at any other circle k near me, I believe it its incredibly inconvenient considering it's hardly ever used or replaced. The worker behind the counter was very rude and I also wasnt given or asked if I want a receipt.

Circle K customer service

I visited the Circle K in Alamogordo, NM 88310 on the 3rd of October at about 1:00 pm. When I went inside I got a fountain soda and went to the register the cashier was beyond rude and started to chew me out because according to her I ignored her when I walked in and didn't say HELLO she stated that she said it 3 times and I ignored her. I was standing there she got closer to my face and very loudly said HELLO. I said hi and told her she was very rude. She said I shouldn't have said that and she would be talking to someone about this. I informed her that I would be as well, not only did she embarrass me but your company by doing this with 4 other customers behind me. I found it to be very inappropriate and the last time I saw her at the store, not in uniform she was methed out and holding her choking child and was acting very crazy I asked her if she needed a ride to the hospital and she couldn't hold still and was very out of her mind. Regardless I have never been rude to a cashier for the fact that I have been a manager of a gas station and I would never treat a customer with such disrespect. I will make it clear to most people about this incident for the fact that I will NEVER be getting my fuel or anything else again because of the actions and embarrassment of this... If I had done this I would have been terminated. I hope this issue is handled before she does something like this again. It was a taller woman with lots of scars on her face and a whitish Hispanic girl with Black hair.

Circle K possible contaminated products

Roughly Sept 24th 2018 there was a sharps object found in the Little Debbie products inside the store. Apparently there had been any officer in there due to suspicious activity of someone. The picture of the incident has been posted on Facebook. I visit this store multiple times in week. Please tell me something has been done about this and the items have been removed and replaced.

Circle K no windshield wash at any station

There was no windshield wash at any station. All of the windshield wash bins were completely dry. As this location is near the highway, it is expected that travelers would be needing to clear their windshields. I hope in the future management would require their employees to regularly check and fill these stations.

Circle K manager of dequincy la

I work at the store in dequincy la and i was wanting to file a complaint about my manager. She chews us out or writes us up for things that she herself does. There has been numerous times that she has chewed me out for the same things that other employees do, but says nothing to them. I've often been busy with customers and haven't been able to get all of my shift duties done in time. While there has been other co-workers that just neglect to do it. Even the assistant manager barely does anything up there. The assistant manager often sits in the office and just plays on her phone, but chews the employees out for not doing anything. There has been a few times that I have sat in the office just long enough for me to eat and I've been chewed out for. I'm tired of being chewed out for things the managers do.

Circle K employee complaint

September 30, at or around 2:45 to 3:00a.m. I had finally went into the bedroom to go to sleep. I had my window open because it was cooler outside and being on the top floor i get a really good breeze. When entering the bedroom i heard someone yelling outside(i couldnt or didnt pay attention to it at first) so i waited a few minutes to see if i heard another voice because fighting is not uncommon in this area. i heard the same voice yelling out "you dont want to piss me off stop [censored]ing with me" so i looked out the curtain and shannon harris (i do believe is his name) was putting the trash can bag in the trash can in front of the front doors. He kicked the trash can which made a loud noise and yelled "stop [censored]ing with me" I was shocked cause i didnt see anyone else. I often go to this store and this same employee always looks like he is stressed or on some kind of drugs. I really would like something done before he hurts himself or others or cause your store to shut down. This man is obviously mentally disturbed.

Circle K seleshi

I went in to Circle k Wheaton store number 6722 at 925 this morning to pay for $10 of gas. I swiped my credit card and Seleshi cashier demanded the last 4 digits on my card. I asked why and he became very agitated with me. I'm not going to give that info to anyone and he would not explain why. He immediately had his hand on his hip yelling at me. I said you don't need to talk to me that way. He said cancel it or pay debit. He was very rude and I noticed another young lady who was saying to him please don't be like that. I asked who the manager was and she said it was Christine. I asked her why he is like that and she said they have had many problems but she won't do anything about it. If Christine knows this is how her employee talks to customers, her and Seleshi both need to work not with the public. I will never step foot in the store ever and will wait until Wednesday night to hear back from you or I will feel the need to let others know the kind of service they can expect at this location via yelp and facebook.

Circle K $35 charge for gas

I pulled into Circle K on [protected] in the evening on my way back from California I went into the store swiped my card for $35 one time I get home and I am billed twice. Call Charlene at the Circle K in Blithe California and was told to wait 72 hours and one of the charges would drop off however they have not After waiting 72 hours what a way to do business

Circle K black female evening employee

I have been doing business at Circle K at East State and Jefferson Streets in Rockford, Illinois for years. Usually, the employees are just fine, some not great of course, but most are satisfactory. However, tonight at about 10:15 pm I encountered one of the rudest employees I have ever met anywhere. I approached the counter to buy cigarettes and had a coupon from Benson Hedges for a pack for $2.00. There was a bag obscuring one window, so I asked which window I should use and the employee (black female - she didn't have a name tag) seemed annoyed that I asked. I presented my coupon and told me that my bill was over $7.00. I told her that she didn't do the coupon right. So then, she told me that it was over $5.00. I reminded her that the cigarettes were supposed to be $2.00. She acted obviously annoyed and said she didn't know how to do it. I said to just charge me $2.00 as per the coupon. She called the manager Nancy on the phone. There was a 50 cent coupon on the pack of cigarettes too. Finally, she charged me $2.00. I asked about the 50 cent coupon on the pack and she asked Nancy about that. I was told "it was just ON the pack." So I asked if I was going to get the 50 cents off too and she said no. I asked why not. She said to contact the manager, who was still on the phone. I asked to talk to the manager right then and there and she refused. She told me to call her tomorrow. I asked what time she would be in. She said "you want to know her schedule?" in an annoyed voice. I said no, just how late she would be in. She told the manager that I "wanted to know her schedule," which wasn't true actually. Then she told me that she'd be in 9 to 5. I asked her why she was being so rude (and people were getting annoyed behind me because she was taking so long) and she had the gall to tell me it was because she wanted me to leave. I had never encountered this employee before. There are several nearby gas stations and I will be reticent to frequent yours again for either cigarettes or gas for our many vehicles. I notice you have a notice for hiring... I hope you do a better job with the next new employees.

Dang, coupons can’t be combined. No where. Ever. If you get a pack for $2 than the $.50 won’t be applied. read the small print on your coupon and get over yourself.

Circle K disrespectful behavior

Yes I had came into your store located at 1255 Academy Park loop Colorado Springs Colorado 80909 at approximately 1:05 p.m. in the afternoon I came to get gas and something to drink specifically $20 in pump 17 and a Monster energy drink my total was 2296 I end up getting a charge on my card for $67.96 went back to the store to get a receipt printed out for the transaction made at the time and the gentleman working which is name is Jeremy m had started to treat me as if I was mentally retarded or if I was stupid now in the past I've seen this kid smoking weed on property and at work I've never said anything because it is not my business but because of what happened today I'm making it my business and my personal issue that somebody needs to take care of this have this kid drug tested or something because the amount of disrespect that he had shown me while I was in this store making me feel like I was completely stupid really irritated and pissed me off I work in a customer service atmosphere as well specifically CSR representative in the same kind of work field so I know what it's like to perform customer service and give customer service and what I was shown today was nothing but disrespect especially after being made feel the way I did something needs to be done about this, this was ridiculous

Circle K tina bowers store manager in elgin south carolina

She has band my 16 year old child from the Circle K in Elgin 4 nothing she doesnt like my child cause her bf and jordan dinkins got into a altercation that has nothing to with Circle K my 16 year old son and her boyfriend and her got in the argument and her boyfriend which is a 29 year old an adult try to beat my 16 year old child up in the neighborhood we live in in front of her house and that was on September 23rd my son went in there on September 26th to get gas like we always do and Amy Ventura when he walked in told him he had to get out that he was banned from the store so I called and I talked to Daniel and I asked him if Jordan Dinkins my 16 year old child was banned from his store he told me yes and I said well can I have some kind of paperwork or reason why he's banned from the store because he hasn't done anything wrong he said because my boss texted me and told me he couldn't come in and there was no paperwork so now because of her personal issues at home she is now bringing her personal issues cause she doesn't like my son into the gas station we having been going to his whole life and we have never had at problem until now can you please call me asap at [protected] my name is Jessica Dinkins thank you

Circle K employee conduct

I went to the circle k at 1100 South Lake Drive Lexington SC this morning. I have avoided this location for years because of the terrible customer service by an employee by the name of Brian K. I decided to give this location another try and he happened to be the employee on shift this morning. Unfortunately he lived up to his reputation and was extremely rude and offensive the entire experiance. While making my coffee I heard a customer ask for plastic spoons, he huffed and puffed and spoke under his breath while restocking some for her. He then came to where I was preparing my coffee and angrily cleaned the area while huffing and puffing and glaring at me as if I created the mess. Then I proceeded to checkout. When I got to the counter he sarcastically asked "did you put your special shots in both?" Referring to expresso shots. I did not have a problem paying for the coffee and shots I was offended by the tone and way he asked if there was expresso in my coffee. I am beyond disappointed with circle k for allowing this man to work at that location for so many years. He has a reputation in the area because of his attitude and many people avoid that location because of experiences with him. I will not be returning to circle k if this is the conduct that is to be expected within this company.

Circle K manager of store located at 1480 canyon blvd boulder co lisa reggie nelson

My name is Rowena Stepro. The store manager Lisa Nelson is the nastiest person I have come across in recent times. She treats her employees and vendors so poorly that when I was employed there I had many complaints from the customers about her. I recently went to her to get a copy of my employment record for my social security paperwork and she all but refused to help me and told me that it would not be possible because I was no longer employed there. I called corporate to obtain the information I needed. My daughter Frankie Logan was also employed there and she quit because of Lisa. The turn over in that store is so high because of her. She got a security guard "Mike" fired because he would not return her affections. Draw your own conclusions but as far as I am concerned she should not work with the public or be in any position that requires working with people. Please call me with any questions [protected]

Circle K store manager

Good afternoon I was in the parking lot of a Circle K store located 811 Lake Bradford Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32304. When a store manager (Fariah) drove up behind me, in a forceful voice stating "you need to move out of my parking space", I then asked her was this a reserved space and she said no but I dont want to park my car in the sun. I was first very embarrassed, I work as a parking patroller under Florida State University Police Department so I really didn`t understand why your store manager would approach a customer in such a manner. Afterwards she informed my supervisor that she did not want my to return to the store without cause. Behavior such as this will have customers never coming to the store again; and it was very unprofessional to act in such a way in front of other customers.

Circle K clerk

Stop by (central ave. Augusta, Ga) 9/24/18
10:22 pm for a few items and ask the clerk if he could brew the coffee I wanted
(Sign said brewed upon request) and he told me NO because they were about to close. Kind of funny because I've been in the store all hours of the day/night. The guy has worked there for a little while now but I guess he needs to be told they are open 24 hours.

Circle K gas

I went to circle K on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 7AM. I got regular gas and a cup of coffee. I left the store and headed to work. I noticed my truck acting as if It wanted to cut of. It began to stall. I prayed that I would make it to work and not break down. I got to work and was their for a few hours and went to get breakfast for the office. Crank up my truck and it began to jerk and spatter. Smoke came from under my hood, my truck eventually shut off and would crank. The tow truck came and he wanted to see if it would crank to get in tow truck it would t and smoke cane oh again. Got it to mechanic he suspected diesel was in tank. Saw a article on Facebook that night that confirmed the mechanics suspensions. Diesel gas was put in the regular tank. This caused great damage to my truck! I've reached out to corporate with no response. Called the Petroleum company their phone is not working. No one has reached out to try to assist the customers who were affected by this problem!
