Circle K customer service

I go in to the store on 2062 n hornet Blvd Sanford NC and I went and paid for gas and a hot dog but when I first walked in I noticed a white woman behind the counter was smoking an electric cigarette which is so unprofessional then I proceed to tell her the chili was out for the hot dogs she walks to the back with an attitude open the top and says no we are not out of chilli but the button didn't work so she asked a black male to help her who was also in the store he takes the old bag out and punches a hole in the chili with a SCREWDRIVER and no telling where that been so after about 5 minutes later I asked for a refund still couldn't get the chili going and barely enough toppings to go on my hot dog I'm very disappointed with this store very unacceptable

Circle K Disrespectful managers

I was waiting for an employee to get off work, and i was accused of stealing and loitering. Keep in mind i have been going to this circle k since it moved across the street. Im very upset at the accusations and wish the manager to be moved to another location. I was scald for something i would never do. Cant believe someones mood can change so quickly. I get free drinks for helping take out trash, she even bought me food one day. Thats not stealing. This company throws away more food than that is sold and they call it convience. Its a gas station. Nothing convenient about long waits in line.

Who is giving you free drinks and food? The friend who works there? Under what authority? Essentially she is stealing from the company by having you do her work for her and then using company product to "pay" you.

You also said you were standing around waiting for a friend to get off work. How long were you there? If you weren't there to buy anything and you were just waiting there, then that, my darling is the very definition of loitering. If you live across the street, then wait there until their shift is over.

Circle K Double Charging.

The rude workers not only double charged me at the pump, but they were clueless as to what to do. I told them to refund me the extra charge but they had no idea what was going on. I need a refund for the DOUBLE charge. The single charge is fine, but the double charge for the EXACT same thing needs to go. I will never use a Circle K store again if this does not resolve, I am sick of being overcharged let alone DOUBLE charged.

Circle K payroll

I quit this company several weeks ago and have yet to receive my savings plan check. I worked at store 1633 with the manager Korina. I have several complaints about that store and late payment on my checks was one of them. My name is Jade Pettus

Circle K restrooms store #2707109 riverview fl

On 7/10/2018 My husband went to store 2707109 on 11606 balm Riverview rd In Riverview Fl 33569 He always stops there is a reg customer never have had an issue until today he did what he always does if he needs to go to the restroom like all other customers that need to go to the bathroom he was with my 8 yr old he go to go to use it and when he walks out he gets yelled at that he can't use the restroom because she is alone working Now he has no idea she working alone My husband is like WTH I just used it I had no idea that you were alone how I'm suppose to now that you use the restroom if there's an employee by themselves There no sign posted that you cants use it or says that She starts yelling at him to leave so my husband told her that he wanted to talk to the manager and she laughed at him and throw the phone and put it on speaker he told the manager and then she had no clue what to do when my husband finish talking to her the associate took off the speaker and hung up and told him to leave so when his about to pay she again states to yell so my husband yelled back and she told him she calling the cops so my husband said that he would wait for the cops Thinking it was the right thing to do Not knowing that if you stay and wait for them you are still breaking the law lol Now we know just leave and you don't get in trouble so now he and me are band I was not even inside when it happend I did go inside to ask he if she had sign that said you can't use the bath room if an associate is alone working I think that there's should make the customers aware of that I have never in my life heard something so stupid corp needs to do something about the way store handle there guidelines We felt very Vilated in way associates treat cusmtomers I have worked for many company's and never have heard something so unfair to customers values And another thing this associate this not the first time she treats customers unfair there was a lady that put her money on the counter to pay and she told her oh no you put in my hands that's not the way you hand over money Thsts not the way you should come out and say that to a customer what if that's the she wants to pay maybe she doesn't want to give her money there nothing wrong with that or maybe it was not her intenson the lady just shut up and did what she said Also the associate put a sign that it broken so customer will no use it on purpose I new a person that worked there and he told he that they always do that even when it works What kind of company does that Well at the end we are no longer welcome there because like good citizens we waited for the cops to tell are version So be news everyone when they tell you to leave across the street so the cops can take you venison if what happens if you wait than you can even tell them because you are the bad person because you waited outside the store or just leave and nothing will happend per the cops

Circle K rude employee

I stop at the Circle K in Mt Pleasant Nc on hwy 49 several times a day. Every time I stop in there most of the employees are super friendly and nice. But they are one that is so rude and hateful. Her name is Megan Pingley. I have been getting gas before and when she is working with another employee there when her friends come up she runs outside to smoke a cigarette with them and leave the other employee to run the store with a long line. I have seen it with my own eyes. You have one employee that is the best her name tag says Tina Cline. I've seen her go out of her way to help customers. Example walk out to the gas pump to help a customer get there card to work with the rewards card so they can get a discount. And even helped a gentleman in a wheelchair at the pump so he didn't have to struggle to come inside. That's customer service. That young lady need to be promoted or at least something.

Circle K drunk being able to buy more beer

At 7:50 pm on July 8 2018 we stopped at the New Lexington, Ohio Store. While pumping my gas I observed A man pull into this Circle K store His driving was really poor got my attention. He got out of his SUV and could barely walk tripped over sidewalk step up. He went inside this store. I got done with filling up went inside to use the Bathroom Meet the drunk at the door I stepped back to let him out. I went in and asked the boy clerk if he sold the drunk more beer. He said yes I ask him if he could see that he was drunk, this Kid told me that it was alright that he knew him

Circle K employee and management

At the Circle K on Braun and 1604 in San Antonio Texas, the management and employees there have no respect for any customer. They do not have prices up and when I asked about the price he argued with me for about 30 before I asked to speak with the manager. When he came over he set an argued with me more and told me "isn't this fun?" I replied back with no it is not fun I think you guys need to have prices up so we know what we are getting charged. And they charge me double price for what I bought. All the while the first employee was checking people out at the register and talking on a personal call on his cell phone. I would like a phone call back to speak with the manager above them at [protected]. Thank you

Lol acting like a child? I have 3 kids. Trust me I know what children are like. I asked what the price of the biggest cup was and he said 1.99. He charged me 2.89. I asked what the charge was for and he said that was for getting that icee flavor. So tell me how does that make sense? And how was it not a personal phone call on a cell phone. If it was a work call I'm pretty sure it would be on the work phone. Doesn't matter because I'm not here to argue with you or anyone. Just waiting to speak with the owners. Have a nice day.

Arguing about the price, when you did not know prior is acting like a child and I agree with the other posters. If you wanted a specialty drink, you should have stated this prior.

Do you really think that arguing with him when you did not know the prices beforehand is acting like an adult? The prices were not posted, he told you the price, and you did not like it. Simply do not continue the purchase if you do not like the price or cannot afford the price. Don't get the ice flavor if you cannot afford it. Also now days employees are given better quality cell phones for work. Don't judge unless you know the truth. Don't ASSume thing. If you knew that he was having a personal conversation, you were obviously easpedropping which itself is rude. For all you know it COULD have been a work cell phone. I feel sorry for your kids. They are going to grow up being as arrogant as you. You know what children are like because you basically act as if you are ten years old.

Circle K store manager and assistant manager complaint

First of I would like to say this both manager and assistant manager are family members the do not respect there employees I widnessed that she lost over 7 employees in less then 8 months because of her behavior towards them she does not show and efaction she even admitted to her employees as well as infront of customers that she hates people why is she even working there and I came across her Facebook page and noticed something that is very disrespectful toward a employee that been working there for a long time and something needs to be done Silke Gillon is the store manager and all she does is complaint and talk bad about her employees to customers and smokes her vape all day outside while her employees are inside doing the best the can her assistant manager whitch is her cousin her name is Heidi not sure what her last name is the store the work at is on the corner of Fredricksburg Rd and cinnamon creek

Circle K pepsi 1893

On July 5th I bought a Pepsi 1893 at your store located at 3006 1st street, Bradenton Fl. After opening it and taking a big sip I realized something was wrong. Upon checking the date, I realized it was a bit past it's date, almost 2 years. Going forward, I will never shop at another one of your stores again. I hope this isn't an ongoing problem at all of your stores.

Circle K charge at pump

July 3, 2018 I Purchased gas at your store in Raymond New Hampshire. The store had experienced a power outage and due to this outage pre-pay inside was non-functional. Because of this I had to pay at the pump. When trying to purchase my gas the option for debit was not working as well. So what I had to do was pay using credit. This resulted in you holding $120 in my account. My original purchase was $25. Because of this hold I am now having to pay overdraft fees from my bank. And so my original purchase of $25 has now cost me $150+. Today July 5, 2018. The hold is still on my account . I have called the regional director three times and have been sent to voicemail all three times. I have left messages and have still not gotten anything back.
This whole experience has been frustrating and more importantly very expensive. I would just like to speak with someone please and be valued as a customer.

Circle K age discrimination.

I was employed by store 1602.. I feel I was harrassed for calling district mngr for. Being yelled at in front of customers being told im to old nd not fast enuff. My hours were cut so mngr could hire her bf. New hires got full time hours even tho id been there the longest.. Its age discrimination nd the area mngr refused to do nything bout.. I was made to empty all trashcans by gas pumps, very heavy for a 57yr. Old. I have been humiliated nd embarrassed by the manger (katrina phillips).. I have filed a complaint to state of kansas for age discrimination... Asst mngr will be present to back my story up..

To all circle k employees who feel that circle k has ignored all complaints... Call ur state eeoc file complaint with them if there is enuff circle k will have no option but to start looking into their treatment of employees nd bad mngr training.. File for unemployment if u feel terminated for fake rules nd policy... If there is enuff complaints a class action suit can be filed against this company...

Circle K poor customer service, unintelligent/ incompetent workers

Your location at kipps lane in london ontario has now, no less then 3 times, refused to take into account certain discounts clearly posted and went as far as to rip the sign down today when pointed out. I've went to this store as a macs for years without an issue but ever since the change it's been nothing but a hassle from the idiots working there.

A sale for 2 bics for 3.50, but they pointed at the picture and said "only those ones" which is showed the bics with designs, but the same size. The print even said bic lighters 2 /3.50...
How hard is that? But nope i'm wrong and only the ones with a playboy design are on sale? You need to hire competent workers. The ones you have there are outrageously dumb and belittling, especially the manager who is also really ignorant with customers.

A friend tried to get the chip deal, they were convinced it only covered the 2 flavors on the poster!

Circle K service complaint

The Cashier was black female heavy set with braids had on no name tag on happen around 8:38pm line was extremely long cashier had no urgency young black male was in front of me got tobacco she didn't I.D. him but when i got to the register she ask for my I.D. I protested she didn't I.D. him and he look 2xs younger so why I.D. me i pull out my I.D. her exact words "You know what I don't want to see it and refused my service" I was not the only customer dissatisfied another customer stated she is always rude like that and i encourages her to submit a complaint as well.

Circle K employee

I go in to this circle k 5801 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85704 every day and the one chick is completely rude ALL the time. She's always on her phone instead of helping customers and when she does help, she's completely rude about it. The manager sucks here as well. Definitely going to a new store. They always are out of my smokes anyways and I'm not going to wait in line while the one gIrl texts on her phone.

Circle K I was punched in the face by a employee / baton rouge circle k on staring at highland rd

On December 14 2017 at approximately hours between 4 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. I was in the middle of getting goods from the store when I got into a dispute with a cashier we had prior disagreements Manor managers recognize but nothing was done but on this day the argument verbally went to an aggressive action she came from behind the counter and punch me in my face this is all on camera the cops did not get called and she wasn't relieved of her duties till the next day I have yet to be approached or called about this matter and will be seeking compensation and legal advice this will be the last step before the action is taken I feel humiliated disrespected and discriminated I've tried to contact them on several occasions K hasn't reached out to me yet I will not know nothing further

I go to your store every day twice a day for 2 years straight tonight I am asked for I'd to buy cigarettes mind you I am 40 years old I asked tell if she is joking she rudely reply's no I said you u know me you have seen my I'd what a joke I get angry and leave I live about a block and a half from your store I will not go I again I will drive to the quick trip down the road your store on 31 st Ave and northern will not see one more cent of mine or any of my family/friends

Circle K sales associate

My name is lauryn wheat. Brandy from the shelbyville tn circle k store, store number 3709 has been calling her manager and telling her lies going as far as trying to get the police called on me while sitting here talking to me about my children and asking me to have a baby for her. I need a call back at [protected] and I will discuss in full detail about everything she has said. I know several people who have told me about her being rude to them. My husband and I came into the store earlier tonight (6/30/18) at around 4:45 pm and got drinks my husband went to the restroom there was pee on the floor we told brandy and she said she would clean it when she could get to it and we went back in around 8-9 to refil our drinks and he went to the restroom again and the pee was still on the floor brandy was leaving so we told katie that we had informed brandy already and katie ended up cleaning the pee. But I request to please recive a call about all of this and I will go into full detail about everything she has been saying and doing. I am to the point of going to the police and filing harrasment charges on her for eveything she has said and done. She has almost cost me my marriage by some of the things she has said. I had put in 2 applications for this store 1 online and 1 in the store, but now because of her telling all these lies to her manager erica about me I doubt i'll even get the job. I have do nothing but be nice to this woman and she's sitting here being a bully. This is mine and my husband, and children's lives she is messing with now and I will not tollorate it.

Circle K hiring discrimination

My name is Joseph Devers... I am a gay man and because I am a gay man they tore my application up in front of me and refused to give me a chance at working at your establishment then my friend who is a Mexican or of Latino descent had the same thing happen to him as well as one of my black friends... I am sick and tired of being discriminated against by Circle K and the employees at the Circle K on Outer Loop and New Cut in Louisville Kentucky 40214 please send out a corporate somebody to deal with this issue thank you and have a nice day. I would really hate to have to sue Circle K because of the Discrimination they have shown against me but again have a nice day.

Circle K customer service

On 6/28/18 at approximately 1:12 pm I went to store 9590 to buy a few items. When I got to the register the cashier saw my hat. Her addittude changed, she rang up my items. When I asked for a bag, she put it up on the counter and refused to bag them. She put her hands behind her back and then stepped back away. What are you training your cashiers now? How to disrespect veterans? I will not go to that store anymore as long as she is working there.
