Circle K customer service

I have a problem with how unprofessional some of the managers and staff are the managers are either cursing or playing around a couple days ago I was in line behind a customer she asked about another employee that she didn't see there the manager talked about the employee really bad when I went outside and was pumping my gas the customer was next to me pumping her gas and she was upset she goes on to tell me that the employee the manager talked and cracked jokes about was her cousin and the manager didn't know she felt embarrassed I'm in Circle K at least 6 times a week and I must say the best experience I have had so far is always when a cashier named Shakita is on duty she is very courteous, and always offer suggestive sales and not once have I came in and the store is not clean compared to some of my visits

Circle K gas

I went inside to pay for gas, swiped my card and Marlene said it was set. I go outside to pump pick up the handle select which type then pull the lever to pump and nothing came out. I tried it twice and nothing happened when I went back in with receipt and all they told me that I would have to pay again because it isn't their job and told me to call the bank. My bank closes at 5pm and it was 7pm. So basically they made me leave without gas or my money back. Now I have several transactions from that store. I attached a picture plus receipt.

Circle K customer service

Hi I am writing to report a incident that happened today at 730am. I purchased mythings and the girl had an attitude like usually, no gretting no thank you or anything. when I was done I said thank you twice and the girl automatically got upset and threatned to slap me. the manager also did not handle the incident professionally. I will not be going to that gas station again even tho its 5 mins away and I have been a regular customer for the last year.

Circle K bad customer service

I was at the Circle K on Stapley while Thomas was working. He had no sense of customer service and was not of any help. I have been to many other locations and have been treated like a loyal customer. Thomas did not seem to care and completely disappointed me to the point where I'll never be back and will tell everyone not to visit that location. I'd hope to see Circle K hire more quality employees in the future.

Circle K product outage

i went in to the circle k in wheaton illinios on geneva road at about 11 pm tonite. i went in to get 2 drinks and they didnt have the lids for the size that i get the xxl cup i get that cup cause i hate having to deal with styrophome. i was told that i could jus take it with out the lids. mind you if im there im in a car cant exactly drive with 2 drinks with no lids. also the secint complaint is that they were also oit of the drink that i was there to get and the other drink i went to get the nozzle wasnt fully working. i normally go to this circle k cause it is conveinent for where i live and work. i brought this up ti the guy that was behind the counter and he jus said sorry i wasnt offered anything for my inconveience... maybe in future i will shop else were its not first time that product has been out at this location

Circle K Manager and clerk

I was in the store on line and the manager Jim or Dave not sure which one whoever the manager is was talking and laughing with the clerk who was the only one there at the register ignoring all the customers and making them wait while I was one of them there was like 10 people on line they do this multiple times I am in there everyday they were also cursing at someone telling them not to curse or they can be thrown out of the store that is unacceptable behavior and very unprofessional they were rude to me and also called me a cracker and a [censored] they need to be fired or I will take legal action and sue and have this store shut down! The store I am complaining about is the one in Surfside beach on 544 highway 17 business

Circle K cashier named april works overnight.

I come in to this store quite often and on multiple occasions I have seen the cashier smoking marijuana while sitting in her car. This is something a do not want my kids to see. If I have to call the local authorities, I will... her name is April and she is very unprofessional. It's been times I have been in there and she is nowhere to be found on top of that she dresses like she doesn't care.

Circle K food stamp reader and customer service

The reader never works properly and my card was declined as it always does on the first try. The employee was vey rude about it knowing it acts up. She was eager to get me out of the store. I've been a regular customer for four years with or without using thay card. I've spent lots of money there and have always been polite to the employees. I did not deserve the attitude and embarrassment because she behaved rudely in front of several customers. I will be reporting to the BBB because of discrimination.

Circle K cashier refused to give e coupons, she took for her father instead

On 4/24/18 at 9:28 P.M, I stopped at your store on 3006 1st St east Bradenton, Fla to pick up cigarettes for my wife. When I went to pay the cashier, S, Chelsea was very rude and said to me I'm going to need those coupons when they print out because I know you don't smoke. I then ask her how she knew I didn't smoke in which she replied, I save those for my father in law, so you don't need them. These are 4.50 off coupons for cigarettes, of course I have been using them. She took out of my hand and refused to give me my coupons. I do believe she or circle k now owe me $ 9.00, the amount I would have saved with coupons. I also believe she should be reprimanded and possibly fired if this is an on going thing with all your customers. I am writing this complaint because every time I call the store they tell me no manager is available, also a problem. I paid with my credit card so shouldn't be too hard to look at cameras and see she took my coupons. order number 1516550 and amount paid was 13.34. Thank you and I look forward to your response. Circle K coffee

This is about the store on waterlevel hwy Cleveland, tn. I come in about the same time every morning through the week after I drop off my daughter at school. Everytime something is out and isn't replaced. All I want is a cup of coffee and the past two mornings they were empty! I even tried a different flavor pot and that was empty too! These two days are definitely not the only days but were enough to piss me off enough to make a complaint. I've even mentioned it once to the clerk and they said "yeah" and nodded. As if they already knew and they didn't get off their butt to do anything about it. I love their coffee and I'll be pissed if I have to drive further to get it since I live right by this store. Straighten up!

Circle K employment issue

I need to file a grievance about manager Stacey at store #1599 Circle K, 2545 Sam Rayburn Hwy in Melissa, TX, US, 75454. I am 19 years old. I was hired by Stacey on 4/12/18. In the interview, we discussed my availability and I told her I would not be able to work full time. She scheduled me for 6 days a week then she left on a business trip for the next 10 days. I was unable to communicate with her and I had to work my schedule she made, and the temporary manager Dwayne could not help me modify my schedule. On 4/24/18, Stacey returned to the store and I communicated my schedule needs to her, clarified my exact days of availability to her and Stacey refused to work with me. I told her I am available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays 8 hour shifts and she said, "that's not good enough. I need you to work 6 days a week. I prefer you to work 7 days a week but I wont ask that of anyone." I repeated my availability to Stacey and she said, "I dont know what to tell you. Reconsider working here if you cant be here 6 days a week." This store is very short staffed. I was willing and able to work 3 days a week but the manager refused my offer. I liked my job but 6 days a week does not work with my availability. I feel this manager took advantage of me and when I stood up for myself, she reacted unreasonably by telling me to leave. I am a dependable employee and a hard worker and I dont understand what I did wrong by communicating my needs to my manager and her response being to just send me home. I am willing to return to work at the availability I stated of working Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays but the manager is not allowing me to. Please advise or assist me in retaining this position. If my position cannot be retained, then at least someone is aware of how this manager unfairly treat me.

Circle K gas pump cc scam

4/21/18 My cc was compromised at the Circle K on N. Monroe St. In Tallahassee, Fl. This evening. The pump would not read my card and I went inside and there were 8 people in line at the counter and no clerk to be found. This is COMMON in this store. I went to the pump, hit clear and went to another gas station. By the time I arrived home my cc mobile alert notified me of fraudulent charges being made on my card. I called them and the charges are being denied. I went to the store and notified the clerk on duty that my card had been compromised on pump #2 and she had NO IDEA what I was talking about. You need to have 2 people on the counter and some cc scummier training might be a good idea.

Circle K customer service

I was in the circle k at 1731 lejeune Blvd Jacksonville NC 28546 and Shannon one of the workers was being very rude and talking down to who I assume to be another co-worker. The woman had asked if she could help the other worker with the line we were in and as soon as she got to the register she started to make rude comments about the woman. I am sorry but if that is how she is going to treat another co-worker of hers I will be taking my business elsewhere. That was very rude and very unprofessional. I don't take kindly to people talking that way to another co-worker regardless of the situation. She could of handled herself alot better. Showing me that shows me she more than likely treats customers rudely as well or talks about them when they leave and I will not subject myself to that.

Circle K customer service

About 7:20 am this morning 04/20/2018, I attempted getting gas at the Circle K on Narcoossee in St. Cloud. I started pumping the gas and went to check the rest of the vehicle. When I went back to the gas, the automatic shut off had malfunctioned and gas was pouring from my tank. I stopped the gas and went into the clerk, explaining what happened, obvious I'd be agitated, and she said their was nothing that could be done. I asked for the manager, and she the manager would be in, in 10 min. I asked for a complaint number to call to find out about reimbursement, so she handed me a menu for chicken. I was shocked. I asked her to call the manager, whom she called, and the manager stated it was unclear why she had any responsibility for her pump malfunctioning, and she made me feel very unimportant and she began implicating that I was fabricating the situation. I stopped listening, and because the clerk had moved farther away, to where there were magazines, a gap between the magazines and the register, and then the clerk, I could not reach her with the phone, so I tossed it and it fell down the gap. At that point, the clerk said, "Don't throw the phone at me.", which was incredible since she made no attempt to reach for it, and it did not even reach her. I was so amazed by her audacity, I just said, "dude, shut up" as I was walking out. Plus, the malfunctioning machine gave me no receipt for the gas that went not into my tank, but on the ground .

I was upset that I was made to feel like a liar, and they were going to do nothing to stop it from happening to the next customer.
And, it was GAS ! Gas is FLAMMABLE ! What would have happened if there were a spark ? What’s Circle K’s liability then ? Oh’, it was my fault I blew up ?

Circle K diesel fuel

On April 11, 2018 we put $50.09 in diesel fuel in our truck at #05604. Since that time the truck has not been running right. Yesterday we had to have it towed to the shop where they had to replace the fuel filters and clean the fuel system. Our mechanic told us to run out the rest of the fuel before putting new fuel in. Today we once again had to have our truck towed again. The mechanic is quite convinced it is due to bad fuel. We are already out $300.00 for repairs which does not include the tows or the work needed done today. We would like to be reimbursed not only for the repairs but for the entire day of business we have lost due to this situation.

Circle K coupon problems

I recieved a b&h cigarette coupon for $4 off a pack of b&h menthol ciggarettes and i went to the store the coupon experation date on the coupon i have i 05/02/2018 they told me the coupon was fake and not every coupon rings up on Theyre register so when that happens they can not except it at all.i think this is crazy due to the fact that i recieved this coupon from the same store i went to to purchase the ciggarrets at.this was a huge inconvience and im very upset considering the fact I do not drive and i walked 2miles there and back. How can you refuse to accept a coupon from your own store

Circle K staff / manager

The circle k on warner and power is filthy for one, the store is not swept very well and the fountain drink dispensers have residue all over the nozzles where the soda comes out of and the other is the manger. She has no respect for her employees and talks down to her employees in front of her costumers. Also while I was there, she was behind the register when she is clearly off the clock and out of uniform checking a customer out which is technically illegle to do. She is a rude and unprofessional to circle k stores.

Circle K inside sales and outside trashy

I live just down the street. I have lived in this community for 18 years. It has been a Vallejo for a long time but Circle K took over about a year ago. I was excited to see that Circle K was there. I stop at Circle K all over the nation because it is a brand I found that I could depend on. This Circle K is the worst one I have been to. Most of the employees are nice but the cleanliness of the stores is bad inside and out. Machines are dirty and out dated. I have stopped many times in hopes of a change but it seems as if no one cares. Yesterday I saw a crew installing a new soda fountain stopped today but the job was incomplete and looking bad. No soda and no ice. Asked cashier about it she said didn 't know a thing about it and if I wanted to know contact corporate. So here I am and my question is why you don't care about this business. I am thankful QT just opened a new place just down the street. I will still stop at Circle K when I travel but this place needs help.

Circle K customer service and fountain machine

First of all, this has been my local convient store for over 20 years. I have never been treated as poorly or rudely as I have, since this woman became manager! For that matter I haven't been treated as badly as I was today, at ANY STORE, EVER. Everytime I go in while Polly works, she sits behind the register and watches the other employee(s), bekons commands, and never smiles. I have never seen her smile, not once; she has never welcomed me to the store or even bothered to say hello. I've heard stories from others who areand have been treated similarly.

Unfortunately now the problem includes another employee who has verbally assulted me, while also making me question my safety; "if you keep being a b[censor], I don't have to serve you, and I sure hope for your sake my boss doesn't hear about this." After that comment she did not like my response so she came from behind the counter pointing at me &basically chasing me from the store, while using similar verbally aggressive language...

""yeah b[censor] you better walk away""
""you better leave b[censor]!""
""ha ha there's Polly pulling up now b[censor]"",
""let's see whatcha gonna do now b[censor]""

...all started over an expressed opinion on my part; ""Polly is an [censor], if all she needed to do was change the bib."" I suppose she felt the need to defend her boss, but she acted extremely inappropriately as a circle k employee. I bet her actions would speak for themselves, mine should when I tipped the cup over onto the floor! ...it should all be video recorded at or around 5:30 on April 15th, 2018.

I am not saying I responded appropriately to being called a b[censor], but I wouldn't spontaneously push over a full cup of liquid for absolutely no reason... I mean who would? ...at least I only pushed it over when she decided to threaten me and call me a b[censor]... [censor] is not profane so there's a huge difference. I do however feel I handled it way better than she did especially since she's the employee while I'm the customer. Aren't Circle k employees supposed to take care of the customer?... I do believe I was at least entitled to an opinion for putting up with the past week. In accordance with any criminal justice education, which I actually have, she responded to me using ''fighting words. There is a proper definition within the very first article you find when googling the term. ""Fighting words are, as first defined by the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) in Chaplinsky v New Hampshire, 315 U.S. 568 (1942),  words which "by their very utterance, inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace."" I read the full article, just to make sure I wasn't too far out of line by calling her boss an [censor] and it suggests the following case matches my point most accuratly.:

Terminiello v. City of Chicago (1949)

In Terminiello v. Chicago,  337 U.S. 1 (1949), the Supreme Court narrowed the scope of what constitutes fighting words. The Court found that words which produce a clear and present danger are unprotected (and are considering fighting words), but words which invite dispute and causes unrest are protected (and are not considered fighting words).  (HTTPs://WWW.law.cornell.edu/wex/fighting_words)

Therefore me calling her boss an [censor] doesn't begin to compare to how she verbally assulted me!

I should also mention I made the mistake of calling (a week prior), to warn somebody I was going to call district &make a complaint on her boss! Which is exactly what happened. I called in a complaint about her past attitude and the one that came with my request to fix fountain machine last week.

So here's what happened...

I had someone bring me a fountain drink, I specified not to use ice, so it would stay fresh long after normal consumption time. This is what I always ask for, since it can take me hours to finish. However, when it came home, literally five minutes later, it was nothing but water with not one ice cube. Since this was literally the third time in 24 hours I paid for a watered down beverage, I sent the person back, in hopes she would refund or fix the machine. I sent all three cups back, just to help prove it had happened more than once. I also sent the receipt for the latest cup to prove it had been bought ten minutes prior. Well when he got back he told Polly the drink was watered down and asked her to fix the machine for him. He even had the receipt in his hand. She raised an eyebrow then said, "it would be if it's been sitting a while." Without bothering to come check the receipt he was holding in the air. He was then instructed "to get something else;" this was after he had been told by the other employee, approximately 20 minutes earlier about the new shipment. He explained I couldn't drink carbonation and how it was specifically what he came back for knowing it should have already been replaced. She then made some sort of unrecognizable grunt and continued stocking shelves for almost five minutes without being bothered that the machine still hadn't been properly fixed. She intentionally kept letting him stand there even though another employee was running the register &tending the only two customers in the store. So he left with nothing.

Honestly, I would like (to know how to get)a response this time!...my last complaint seemed to go unheard bc I never received a call back.

To whom this may concern I'm a regular customer at circle k on Weber in Corpus Christi tx I had it with the employee name Christina who works 2nd shift I was waiting on my spouse to clock out cause we needed go down the street our car battery was dying Christina showed up late instead of clocking in she went to buy cigarettes for her gf that kept complaining about it as the employee came out side told her partner she had to go cause she needed to release the other worker and that I who her wife was waiting Christina gf stated she didn't give a [censor] and continue [censor]ing about whatever they had going on I told them my situation and she continued be rude I went to report the incident inside and told them I was going to be professional about it cause it be stupid of me to lower myself to that level knowing everyone needs their job I was trying to avoid having to have my vehicle stranded at the store but of course it did and all because that employee can't do what she needs to do and this is a every time situation when she works my spouse or other employees clock out late because she takes her sweet [censor] time and don't respect others have things to do after working their shift all she does is smerk and acts like it funny when this situation is annoying and getting to the point where Christina gf who has criminal trespass at that store continues going and starts drama especially that my spouse is the one who put the criminal trespassing on her cause Christina wanted her to she was being harassed were I myself and other customers were witness the day it happen I was purchasing items but I feel if this girl continues what's going on it can't end up in worst situations with any customers
