I was shopping at the circle k at 8:09 Olive Street in Shreveport Louisiana this morning I purchased a pack of cigarettes in a cup of coffee. Along with me was my registered service dog. upon completion of my purchase I stepped outside of the store to light a cigarette and enjoy the first sip of coffee of the day. The store manager, Teresa, exited the store, and approached me. She told me that I needed to produce registration papers on my service dog or tie her up outside. the Americans with disabilities act law states that I do not have to produce such paperwork nor do I have to have identifying tags, a vest, or physical paperwork on my person at any time nor can it be requested to be shown to any employee of the establishment. The law is very clear that they can only ask two questions, 1) is the animal a registered service dog? & 2) what service is the service dog trained to help me with? After being demanded it to produce paperwork, I without hesitation reentered the store, to show the employees my dog's registration, as I have a digital copy saved in my phone, for such occasions. The store manager refused to look at it, and demanded I not only leave her store, but to get off the premises or she was going to call the police on me. I believe that some reprimand is in order, or I will contact an attorney. This is absolute discrimination, & as a former employee of circle k I know she was not trained to treat people the way she treated me.

I just purchased orange (non pulp juice) and Nestle bottled water from Circle K on Esso Gas station located at Derry-Tremaine Road in Milton, Ontario, Canada. The prices charged were almost 60-100 percent higher than the prices on all routine stores including Nofrills, Food Basics and Walmart etc. No reasonable explanatiin given by the store staff.

I have been a customer at that store for a very long time. Have always got fast friendly service until recently. There's a cashier by the name of Nicole Jones. She doesn't greet the customers, very very rude to customers & other employees. Doesn't do her own shift duties half the time & most of the time when the shift duties are done, she gets a customer, an elderly colored man, to do her shift duties for her.
This is a small town & everyone knows everyone and I have saw people pull into the parking lot & see Nicole Jones working & drive 5 or 7 miles to the next town to shop at another store because they don't want to deal with her rude behind .

The day after Christmas I tried to return 4 items that I had intended to use for gifts. I paid approximately $35 for these items. I had a receipt and the items were in perfect condition. The manager would only give me $7.77 in store credit to be used immediately. Not fair! I choose to keep the items. I feel that my account should have been credited the full amount I paid. I had my receipt and the items were untouched!

Last sat evening I bought a bottle of. Gas frm circle k at square tallaght it was wrong one my bottle is orange the one I recieced was paler bottle I had a feeling it was wrong one wen I got home and checked it was I drove bk down the member of staff came out and told me its srill bucaine I can still use it I said you sure he said yeah I said wot if I break seal and it doesnt work will you still change it he said would so off home I went again and noticed for certain it would not fit I didnt break the seal thank god so off I went bk down to the same guy coz my gas had run out at this stage he start asking for a reciept dis time after telling me he would change it I said we got no receipt then I was asked am I sure I bought it der dis was my third time down at this stage I said yes im 100% I know were I bought it he told me they dont do gasi want I said well you took for it he told me to call bk today between 7 and 1 his supervisor would change it I had to buy take away coz I had no gas so I went bk dis morning the lovely girl with fair hair gave me a refund no problem I asked why the the tall guy with beard not give me money bk she said he jyst prob didnt want to change it for me which isnt fair I bought it there im not happy the way I was treated by him the way I had to go down a fourth time to get a refund it was his mistake to begin with taking for a bottle of gas you dont sell I would be greatfull if someone could get bk to me about the way I was treated by a member of circlek my name. My mother in law had a male employee scream and cuss at her in the store and then followed her outside and continued to yell and cuss. She believes he was on drugs due to his pupils being so big. I dont know what kind of manager allows her employees to harrass a paying customer. This is completely ridiculous and uncalled for. I seriously hope that someone can rectify this situation.

Several things 12/14 you need to say in email don't open up the deal of day don't open even if you don't use it disappears. Also you do not carry Diet in 7 up or Canada Dry. 2
stores visited none available. The first one I was going to use but app would not open up. The man just said oh well. No help. Second one just no dirty available. So after work I thought I would get reguar. But that's when I was rudely told because I looked at email the coupon disappeared even though I did not get the pop. i asked what i could do she said the problem was app, when I mentioned It was circle k app not them personally so i needed to take that up with you not them. I know they did not make app they were only workers of circle k. But they would do anything for me to take up with corporate not them. She was so rude was yelling at me. I admit I lost it at thatpont because I was just blown off. I left mad and said some not so nice going out door (that she was a [censored]ing[censored]). I know was not not nice. She was not nice to me and I wanted to hurt her. But then she came running out side to yell at me. She did not she would not nor help because it was not her problem. I just could not believe I was brushed off. Then now can not talk to any one know how or who to email. Sorry if wrong place. Make more available to found who and where to call or email.

I am a regular customer of Macs and now Circle K at this site. Today 9 Dec.2018 I purchase gas and a car wash at 2.41 pm code no.21883, transaction 517344. I enter my code and enter the washing area, a car behind me also followed I asked the driver to clear the door which took few minutes in the mean time machine shows ERROR and my car was not washed. Attendant Mr Akkarash came and asked me to remove my car when I explained him the problem he called his manager Mr Maulik or Malik on his cell and handed me the phone. I explained Maulik too but instead he apologise or at least speak in a gentle manner he started threatening me of sending the police to remove me.Then Mr Akkarash left me and my wife in my car on Mr Mauliks instruction and closed entry and exit doors on us for 40 minutes. When my wife was getting nervous and suffocated I called police AT 3.44 pm then after 20 minutes the owner of the gas station came and open the doors and when I explained him he apologised us and immediately washed my car.
I would like to ask is this your customer service standards? Suppose if I or my wfe fainted or have a heart attack or any other emergency who is going to be responsible? I request you to please investigate the matter and see the cameras and please ask MR Maulik on what basis he threat me and misbehave. I owe an explanation and apology from so called Mr Maulik or Malik if it matters to Circle K .
I worked for Home Depot and I know the service standards also just for your info I served Macs Convenience as a dealer for 4 years and I very well know the standards.

Hello. I'm a life long Norman resident and have grown accustomed to Circle K's fantastic coffee. It's truly the best coffee in Norman. Even our many Starbucks stores cannot compete. The coffee is freshly brewed and is offered in a wide variety along with a variety of creamers and sweeteners. But something has changed with each and every one of the Circle Ks throughout Norman through the passed couple of years. The coffee is NEVER fresh and is usually extremely weak. Almost like they run the coffee twice through the same filter. I have gone into each store at all hours of the morning and afternoon (because I used to love Circle K) and they either have nothing brewed and everything is used up or cold, or they only have one or two urns ready of Colombian and decaf(as watery as tea) and absolutely no specialty flavors available. I've complained to the manager at the West Lindsey and the S. Classen stores but nothing has changed. This has been going on for almost if not over 2 years. I normally wouldn't say anything because usually problems like this, problems that are so apparent and that are being experienced/witnessed by more than 10 customers tend to get fixed without me having to complain to corporate, but absolutely NOTHING has improved in the passed two years. It's beginning to make me think that I'm the only coffee drinker in Norman. Circle K used to be the place to go for some good coffee, but there's something going on with your management and store employees. There have been times that there was a freshly brewed variety of coffee at Circle K which was due to who was working at that time. That scenario still exists to this day. You already know if there's going to be fresh coffee and specialty coffee ready or not when u pull up and see who's behind the counter. I don't think that's fair to the paying customers who want a fresh cup of coffee that isn't watered down. I went to the Circle K on Classen today in hopes for some cinnamon coffee. There was one urn of Colombian, one decaf, and luckily, one urn of cinnamon. I poured me a cup into my knock off yeti cup only to taste that it is cold. Normally the sign for the coffee flavor would be flipped to "currently unavailable; but will happily brew more upon request", when the coffee was old, but it wasn't. I asked the store clerk if she would make a pot of the cinnamon because it was cold. She told me that because the specialty coffees are more expensive, they can only brew them once a day in the morning, but will still brew some if I still wanted it. I said yes that I still wanted it. She looked at the Colombian and decaf and said that those aren't cold and I said yes I know, but I'm talking about the cinnamon. So she discarded the old filter and poured some fresh grounds into the new filter and then just flipped the switch. I made my coffee after it brewed. After paying for it I remembered the sign that said "will brew upon request" was on the other side of the flavor, so I pulled one of the signs out of its sleeve and showed it to the manager and the store clerk. I explained that that is the reason I asked her to brew a pot of cinnamon coffee. I added that if there's a problem with brewing more coffee then change the sign. So I get in my car and drive away and as I'm driving home I taste my coffee. It tasted old and stale. I couldn't figure out why since I saw her brew a fresh pot with my own eyes, but then I realized that she never emptied the old cold coffee out of the urn before brewing the new coffee. So the new coffee was poured into the old and cold coffee. I paid for old stale coffee...again...from Circle K...again. Unfortunately this is not the first time that has happened either. I hate to say this, but I'm done with Circle K. Unless I hear something back or see improvements with the coffee bar that is advertised to be fresh, hot, and delicious, I will not be back. I'm beginning to go to OnCue to get my coffee which is always fresh, hot, and ready and will continue until something changes with your management and employees. As a business major, I strongly recommend that you start with the management first to ensure that they know that they will be held accountable for their employees slack. I get the feeling the management isn't taking their job seriously which can be detrimental to not only your stores, but for all Circle Ks across America. It just takes that one experience at that one store. Believe it or not, good and bad coffee can make or break a convenience store, with the exception of good customer service and gas prices of course.

One of your employees who works at 546 Ashdale ct. she was VERY rude and threatening me and my family if we walk in there. She also has a strong Odor of marijuana (which is very unpleasant) and she makes us not ever want to come back in the store ever again. Me and my family and friends have not been back to circle k if we see her working there. We choose not to go there anymore.
