I applied for a position and was called and hired for an interview 3 weeks ago.I Passed the back ground.My first interview she left and was unavailable she stated she had to go get her baby.I waited and she never came back.She told me to come the next day and she was there.A week later She told me to come get a money order for my ABO card-when I arrived she was not there again.The young lady there apologized and printed out the money order after about a 20 minute wait of her constantly calling Alyssa.I have my ABO card but I am not working.This has been the worst new hire experience.I work a full time job AND EVERYTIME SHE TOLD ME TO COME I LEFT EARLIER JUST TO GET TO HER AT THE TIMES REQUESTED.I have texted and called her NUMEROUS Times and she NEVER returns my calls or response to my text.
She told me originally her mother was going to hire me but that she transferred me to her store because she had to fire 3 people in one week and the day of my interview she stated she had to fire one more.

Circle K customer service absolutely is terrible

I get gas through circle k for years probably now. Then all of a sudden the past couple days i get 100 dollars taken out of my bank account for 10 dollars worth of gas i bought both times! Im done getting gas through circle k and i advise people to do the same! Circle K better fix this problem and get my money back before i sue the hell out of them. Period.

Circle K fruit punch and tropical punch

Customer service was absolutely horrible. Don't know how these people work here. Their was a sign that was up saying the Tropicana fruit punch was 2 for 4 so I take it to the register to get it rung up and of course it didn't ring up for that price even though their was clearly a sign up. The cashier was being real rude acting like she didn't want to do her job and the night supervisor tried to quickly take the sign down saying they wouldn't honor the sale in such a nonchalant way. I really don't think they should be working in customer service with that kind of attitude. Forest park GA old Dixie highway this matter has to be addressed.

Circle K employee service

9.23.17 at 0830 at store 2703298 I went to the counter to purchase two doughnuts and a pack of cigars. The employee working is Adam. I asked for a box of regular black and mild wood tip cigars and Adam went to the tobacco wall and put his hand on the individual cigars, turned to me and asked, "this one?" I answered, "no, the box." He then placed his hand on the next box of individual cigars and asked again, "this one?" I answered no and restated that I wanted a box of black and mild wood tip cigars. He became visibly irritated at this point and with his back to the tobacco wall began touching all the cigars randomly and asked me what I wanted. I spoke in very slow tempo and enunciated, "a box of regular black and mild wood tip cigars" to which he responded with complete ignorance and as though he could not read touching several boxes and asking me which one I wanted. He touched one box that appeared to be the right one and I said, "that one." He brought it over and I read the package, it was wine flavored and not what I asked for. I told him that and angrily, he went back to the tobacco wall and with his back turned to it he began tapping all the boxes while looking at asking which one I wanted. I realized he was just being an [censor] and said, forget it I'll just take the doughnuts and remarked that I was amazed he could not read. He became very angry at that point and told me that since I felt that way I could take my business elsewhere. He then grabbed my bag of doughnuts and threw them behind the counter and told me to get out, to leave. I asked him if he was serious and he replied, "Yea, get out." I turned to leave and before leaving decided to file a complaint. I went to two other employees and asked how to file a complaint. One asked me what happened and I related the incident. She said she would help me and walked over to the tobacco wall and without any trouble got a box of regular black and mild wood tip cigars and after finding my bag of doughnuts checked out my order. I stated that I still wanted to file a formal complaint and she explained I could do that by calling the manager when he was available. She told me his name and recommended I call to complain, which I will on Monday when he returns to work.

Circle K itune gift card ($25)

Workers were unable to successfully complete the purchase of the $25 iTunes gift card after four attempts. This wasted ten minutes of my time and put over $100 pending on my debit card. I did not receive the iTunes card that I had went into the store to purchase. The workers did not seem to understand how to complete this transaction. Contact me at [protected]. Circle K deli

I have been having breakfast at the Circle K at five points in Pace Fl for years and all of a sudden the menu has changed. I have been there 3 timesin the last week and paid 3 different prices for a bacon, egg, and cheese, 2 drinks, and a sausage biscuit. There isn't even a bacon egg cheese on the menu! How is it that you just put a bacon biscuit on the menu then charge to add egg and cheese? A BEC it's the most popular breakfast sandwich and not even on the menu! Shame shame on Down Home Kitchen!

Circle K my circle k is closed a lot when they are supposed to be open

we try to stop almost every morning about 4:30 am. this particular location does happen to close for a few hours at night but are supposed to open at 4 am. this location is 27th Avenue south of Dunlap, Phoenix.
went there yesterday, early evening and store was closed, sign on door said they would open at 5 but it was already 6:30. went there again this evening and store was closed again. I did not go to door to see what sign might have said but there were a lot of people standing around outside looking very frustrated.
I have to say that this has been going on for some time now. The word "convenience" is not really applicable to this store location. I would like to understand what is going on here, so I hope someone is going to follow up on this.

Circle K car wash horn

You replaced the car wash 4 months ago and every night i wake up to the car horn inside the car wash honking! When you pull into the car wash it HONKS A HORN to let you know you have pulled your car far enough through the car wash, i have a bad heart and wake up at night hearing the horn a car horn comming from the wash, please please have the store call it in to the car wash people and have them turn down the VOLUME! ON THE HORN INSIDE THE CAR WASH! Its store 9884

Circle K always out of products

I would like to make a complaint on a cashier at store 7136 her name is Casey Mitchell and she is very rude and very obnoxious to all the customers I went in there this morning they didn't have milk in the machine for the coffee and everybody does it and I'm not the only one so I got a little half pint half-and-half out of the refrigerador and she and affair a rude way said I've got to charge you for this and when I call her out on it she was very rude and very nasty towards me so please take care of this matter

Circle K worst customer service

On 9/17/2017 at 11:03 pm Alexis, k waited on me and my friend. I had gotten 2 polar pops and was patiently waiting for the lady in front of me to finish speaking with the cashier. The cashier looked at our drinks that we had set on the counter at this time and stated a price 1 dollar and some odd change and proceeded to continue talking to her friend who was once in line buying things, never allowing me to state what else I needed. I waited for her to wrap up her conversation so I was not interrupting them. Still patiently waiting. She then looked at me after a little bit had passed and yelled at me the same price again. I stated I needed something else. She raised her voice again and said well what do you need. I said I needed gas and cigarettes. She stated that she needed to see both me and my friend's id at this time. My friend wasn't purchasing anything and looked well of age to be there while I was purchasing my own things. I am well aware that if a cashier feels they are possibly selling to an adult who is about to give cigarettes to an underage person they have every right to ID both parties involved. I also have bought my fair share of cigarettes and have been with many other people while they are purchasing there's. I wish to say I work 40 hours a week in retail and have never and would never treat any customer this way. I have vividly used this gas station my entire life and have never ever felt any such need to write a complaint. To be completely honest I have never felt the need to write a complaint on any cashier that has ever waited on me because I'm well aware retail is one of the most if not the most challenging job anyone will ever do. I wish to write all parties this concerns because I will never be using circle k again. I hope that this helps. When you work retail it is very challenging but it goes much smoother when you treat your customers with respect especially when they give it to you.

Circle K customer care

I use circle k so much because its very convenient for me and rewards program and just was always great place to come in the morining to get coffee and some snacks for my day but when I walk in with a $100 it's always" we don't have change for that". When I'm trying to spend $60 and still don't have change for that and to top it off she gives me attitude. It gets old every other morning or mid day I can't purchase what I need to cause of "no change".

Circle K I am complaining about a charge on my card

Circle k always charge my charge even though i have not been to circle k. This is the second time this has happened. Can you pls stop and I want a refund. I already called my bank before which they refunded me And issued me another card but it is happening again i don't shop at circle k or even buy gas there. Pls i am getting frustrated, can you pls help

Circle K two veryears rude employees

I had a very unpleasant interaction with two female workers. First I walk in and the two ladies are behind the counter talking loud and cutting up not paying any mind to any of the customers even while checking them out. I get my two drinks and I go over to get nachos and chilli and cheese the cheese comes out in one big glob and then slows to a very slow drip I kept trying but at one point it came to a complete stop so I assume that the dispenser ran out of cheese I called to the woman behind the counter when I said "ma'am it's out of cheese" they barley acknowledge me and one looks at the other and Huffs and puffs and tells her "it's out of cheese" so the other lady comes over and while she was over by me I asked "do yall sell headphones" the lady completely ignores what I said and pics my container of chili and cheese up and shoves it at me. So I stay calm and just leave her alone. She opens the container and it's full of cheese which I can see but I had no idea because of the container wasn't open the second go. She very rudely says to me "it's full of cheese" as if I knew and lied to her the other lady shouts over and says "we just changed it there no reason it would be empty" and the lady say very annoyed sounding yeah its completely full"and she walks away without even finding out the problem. I saI'd to her "ma'am it's not working right" I show her that it only let's out a coulpleasure drips at a time she rolled her eyes huffed and puffed and said "yeah its working that how it works" and turned to walk away so she could go back and chit chat with her friend behind counter.

Circle K safety at your store

I'm a customer of one of your locations on 51st and Orangewood in Glendale Arizona and I am aware that you have had three robberies this year alone at that location I was a witness to the most recent one and I fear For my life now when I go to your CIRCLE K . That is the closest Circle K to me and I would like to keep shopping there but I have been informed by the staff that an armed guard still has not been hired for this location even though there are armed guards at other locations I am confused as to why there isn't one at this location it's putting the workers at risk and also their customers . This area is terrorized by a known gang and they're the ones that keep robbing the store with red bandannas we see them come up to the location and throw gang signs as they drive-in the plaza so they are still a threat but yet nothing has been done I'm understanding that the workers are fighting to keep two people on Night Shift for safety but that's not enough for their customers and for the workers if you don't get an armed guard somebody's going to get hurt and I fear it's going to be a customer or employee either way someone innocent. Something that should be looked into and handled accordingly because right now it showing that Circle K does not value with customers lives or their employees lives

Circle K the unethical behaviour of employees the unorthodox circle ks

I am a former employee of Circle K when it was called Kangaroo(the good old days). I worked for the company for almost 2 years. It was one of my favorite jobs! I am appalled by the an professionalism that I have experienced at several Circle K locations of nowadays. In particularly the Circle K located at 1031 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach 32250 should be leveled to the ground. The employees that are currently working there are tarnishing the companies good name." Nothing great ever came of making things difficult or more complicated. As a big company and a global brand, it is very important to never forget this. “Let´s make it easy” is our quest and the words we must live by." This is not being applied at 1031 Beach Blvd. The work ethics here are unacceptable and it being done by the management team of the store. There are several members of the team who have discriminating ways. Casey is a current employees who stole my cellar device and after I retrieved my device she then called law enforcement on me with several false accusations to get me trespassed. Dawn is a current Manager of the store. She has been employed for several years with this company. We have worked together in the past and as a manager she was rude and purposely belittled me on a daily. She has explained to me about having bi racial grandkids and other personal issues that should not be brought up in the work place. Now as a customer Im lost of words. I feel as though the cameras should be reviewed here and Ms Dawn should lose her employment with Circle K.

Circle K polar pop/ss polar pop tumblr three free coupons

I purchased the SS polar pop Tumblr because it offered three free coupons for refill. I walking to the Circle K hand her my free refill coupon she scans it and says that item not found and handed back to me. Told her it's real and that it came with the cup she acted like I was dumb and didn't believe me. I'm just surprised.I've always loved circle k from when I lived in Florida to where I live now in Denver. I'm very upset and I know it's only $.79 . But why offer something like this if you're not going to except it?

Circle K management

First of all you don't get no breaks even working 8hr shifts I am pregnant and was told I needed a doctor note to even sit down I get sick a lot obviously due to me being pregnant I missed days where they said if you call in 6hr before your shift it's fine so I called the day before and then came in the next day n was told it was a no call no show and every time you miss you need a doctor note I work there for 9 months and never got written up then the buy out another gas station bring in new management now Everytime i would go in oh you got written up for this or you didn't bring a note oh you can leave your child by them self's while you come to work um no

Circle K circle k customer service

we went to circle k on 43rd ave and glendale on 9/13/17 my boyfriend went in and paid ten dollars for gas after coming to car and the pump not being turned on I then went inside and asked them to turn on pump cashier asked me how much I said I don't know who he pay cashier say she went in the back afte4 telling him ten he was SUPPOSE to turn pump on we sat in truck for 7 min never turned pump on. my boyfriend went in to complain security was rude told him to leave NEVER gave us gas or money. I want my money back from your large corporation I don't have any cash to just give your company I need reimbursement and I need it quickly with an apology AND something for my hassle that was my LAST ten and thanks to Circle K I was unable to make it to my prior engagement because I had no gas to get there and back . Please respond ASAP this is nonsense and horrible customer and circle k actually robbed me of ten dol and I am really now trying to figure out a way to make them pay legally big money out of pocket for this because I'm quite sure if I were a thief like your employees and took ANYTHING circle would press charges

Circle K an associate

I was at Circle K last night at 5105 E. Elliot Rd, Phoenix, AZ, 85044 and one of the employees noticed there was a car pulled over in the parking lot by the police. He came storming out of the back room and said, "What the [censored] kinda [censored] is going on out there?!" It was pretty loud. He then pulled his hoodie up over his head and ran outside to see what was going on. The language was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Had there been children or elderly people in there, I'd be more angry than I am but I am still offended enough to write this complaint. He was a young, average height/weight, black man and he needs a serious attitude adjustment.

Circle K employee treatment

I am a new employee at circle k and take my job very serious. I have only been there 8 days I was called in my ninth day and told I was suspended I was shocked literally shocked because I had worked eight days straight 9 hours a day remind you I got the call from circle k that I would be starting training I was in the hospital I had a heart attack I was released on the 28th and started working on the on the 29th I explained to the trainer. She decided I could still go thru training I agreed I started working at night over night two days later. Around the seventh day I was getting really tired I had been told o better not complain about it I didnt. Now I spoke to the market manager after the manager called and said I was suspended. My God he was so nasty he said you know what you did I was shocked that he was speaking to me that way threten to hang up on me three times I was I tears he was saying that I didn't pay for my food although I all receipts for and that I had someone hanging out at the store I thought I don't know anyone it that area this crazy I have been off for a week I can't afford this
