Circle K very rude customer service

I was just recently at the the Circle K in Urbana, Il at 810 W Green St. store number 1434. It is January 28th and the time was around 10:30pm. I was with another friend and we were both picking out a few items and we were asked by the cashier to come up to the front. We politely complied and were then told to put our items back and leave the store. We were further told we were not allowed back in the store. I politely asked for an explanation and was denied. I then asked for the store number and a managers name and I was also denied that information. I was told I was "on her time and can look that information up on my own" which I unfortunately had to do and is how I obtained the store number myself.
I am very displeased with this interaction as I had no idea of the cause and I was denied general store information. Unfortunately, the cashier did not have a name tag on for me to identify her. She was a thin African American female, possibly in her twenties, with black hair, and large glasses.
I hope to hear a response regarding this situation. I will not be servicing this location anymore. However, I did then go to the store located on the corner of Lincoln and Bradley, which they happily told me was number 1234 and we were able to politely purchase the items we were looking for.

Circle K noise from store

Hi, I have a complaint about a store located at 15 S. Harrison Rd. in Tucson, AZ. I'm a homeowner that lives directly behind this store in a sub-division. We have for several weeks having a vehicle park in the store's parking lot to visit an employee that works at this store. Whats happening is that the vehicle is playing very loud music with the heavy bass that actually vibrates my house. There are other homeowner's that are also complaining about this issue. We got information that your employee is friends with the person playing the loud music. We have called the store and informed them that we will be calling the police from now on (and we have already) anytime we hear this loud music. As a business you are to respect the peace of surrounding neighborhood's and get control of your employees in an effort to stop this from occurring. We as homeowner's will NOT tolerate this any more. Circle K marketing manager

I work for circle k in California, Moreno valley... I'm starting to feel discrimination, I just got transferred to another store (no reason provided) now I feel like the marketing manager (Tina Vasquez) is watching my every move and cutting my hours... She fired all the African American employees and hired all Caucasian females... I don't feel like she's healthy for the company

Circle K cashier

I stopped at 1383 W Wooster Rd in Barberton OH today at about 3:10 pm and there were 2 cashiers present. The male employee was very courteous and the only one actually working. There were several customers in the store and the female employee was too busy on her cell phone to be bothered helping anyone. Then she looked at me and gave me a "What are you looking at" type of look. I will avoid this location at all costs from now on. I am very disappointed with this female employee. She was rude and disrespectful. I didn't realize a cell phone was more important than excellent customer service, or any service at all!

Circle K service

I went in to get ciggarettes, after the clerk scanned my coupon he simply stated he cannot accept it. I asked why, he did not try to even we why. He just stated he can't accept it. I said "[censor] it, just give me 5 on whatever pump I was on." He told me I shouldn't be such a [censor] about it or he wasn't going to sell me anything at all. I told him I didn't want the cigs since he wouldn't take my coupon. He then told me to have a nice day and refused to sell me any gas.

Circle K bad customer service

Hello today at one of your stores on Lindsay and University one of your employees scanned my winner of 500$ soling s scratch ticket. After she scanned it she gave me a pay out receipt and told me I had to go to The Arizona Lottery main office in Phoenix. Well thank god I didn't travel all the way down there to try to cash a ticket that was already paid out on. I found this out because I went to my local Safeway to see if they could cash it since it was under 600$ to my surprise they told me the ticket was already payed out on, meaning the circle k already took my money! When I went back to the store they knew what happened but first told me they didn't have the money. But when I told them I wasn't leaving and only I am I not leaving I am calling your corporate office. When I told them that they finally gave me my money. I don't want anyone to get fired but this must not happen again to someone else! My email is [protected]@gmail

Circle K management-store theft

Friday 1/19/18 afternoon my daughter left her debit card at store. Mathew a store clerk called her to inform her that he had possession of her card, even verified the card numbers.
Saturday 1/20/18 she goes to store after she gets off work at 2pm and the clerk on duty tells her there is no card. I called and lady I spoke to said Mathew did have card but the cashier came in shift after her said she threw it. I asked for manager and was told call back Sunday 1/21/18 morning. I asked for area manager number and was told it is against company policy to give that information out.
Today I was told the manager is not in like I was previously informed and that there wouldn't be a manager available to help me until Tuesday 1/23/18. then I asked why did I get lied to about calling back Sunday to speak to a manager. she said to me well we can only hold a card for 24 hours and then it gets destroyed. I said it wasn't 245 hrs, left there Friday and Saturday I ge3t the run around. She said no, the card has been here since Wednesday. I reply and say to her the story is changing up, the receipt has the date and time of Jan 19, 2018 2:52 used at that store ATM . I told her I feel the card was found and the next clerk stole the card, after it was confirmed and verified to be there, now it is in trash, she said yes mam. I said okay, with no management to talk to in fear of their story be revealed to be a false statement, I will file a police report for theft and the store camera will prove such. She proceeded to hang up on me.
complaint is no management, false statements, stolen debit card. I am now, after this complaint, seeking legal; action against this injustice

Circle K customer service complaint

On 1/20/2018 at about 10:40 P.M I walked in at CircleK to buy 2 of my favorite soft drinks at 2 W Valencia Rd in Tucson, Arizona 85706. When I was next in line at the register to pay for my 2 soft drinks... like ALWAYS.. I'm very kind, mature and educated and I kindly said said "Hello" (kindly with a smile) cashier didn't say anything so I repeated my "Hello" and he still didn't say anything. As he was done scanning my items and I swiping my card to make the transaction I felt REALLY disappointed, discouraged and saddened by society. I NEVER got a "Thank you" like the other female employees that work there do kindly say. I mean I could of gotten a fake "Hey, how are you tonight?" BUT I didn't. I've had such a hard 3 weeks and have experienced it before and I'm just really tired of it. It's not personal but I'm really fed up with walking into places THROWING AWAY my money and never even the slightest smile. I don't expect people to be kind but it is complete DISRESPECT when others get acknowleged and one doesn't. I have given so much money to CircleK, I have bought so much snacks, drinks and items and still recieve terrible customer service? I didn't even scan my loyalty card. Quick trip is starting to sound better. The cashiers name is C, CESAR and this happened at 10:43:33 PM. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I FEEL BAD FOR HIM.

Circle K the employees

I asked in a respectful manner about the new store in millbrook/prattville if they were going to do breakfast like the old store used to and I was told in a very rude manner that there was a jacks right across the street that I could go to. I was very shocked in how I was talked to by this woman. Her associate looked at me and pointed and then laughed. I am very shocked in my visit this morning and I can say that I will not be coming back to this location because if these employees.

Circle K employees allowing panhandling

I went to the store on 19th Ave and Grant in Phoenix Arizona. It was closes and convenient. As I was at the check out counter, a young boy became real close to me and made me uncomfortable. As I left he followed behind and once outside began to call me sir and then asked for money for his dad to buy a bus pass. I walked away back into the store and informed them the man in the blue hooding was having his son approach their customers and ask for money for him. The employees did nothing and allowed the dad to continue endangering his son as the boy continued approaching customers his dad told him to ask. All other stores chase off panhandlers and if they don't leave the police is called, but not at this store.

Circle K gas/service station air machine at a brand new store

A Circle K opened up just a couple of months ago in Schererville IN 46375 My very first and only visit was to use your air pumps. There are two. One said out of order, the other would not take payment. Tried for 15 minutes in the bitter cold. Went inside and was told " machine don't take credit cards."
This store is brand new. The two people working there happened to be women. Neither one of them knew what to do. Unbelievable. I am going to mention this to our town council. I'm sure I am not the only one that has issues with your store. Luckily for our town, we have our Speedway right across the street. I'll never set foot at that BRAND NEW station again.

Circle K circle k pizza

I ate the circle k pizza last night. And the next morning it made me so sick. I have diarrhea, nausea, and feel like throwing up. My stomach is also hurting very badly, it feels like it's cramping up. This is not the first time it has happened to me. My friend also ate it as well a few weeks ago and woke up the next morning, throwing up with red spots on his face.

Circle K service

Hello I live behind chevron in Ashland.. The circle k on hwy 66 Ashland or.. [protected] its 11:45pm and just shop there every day spend alot of money there.. Anyways the older heavy set smoker is always very very rude and now the little girl that looks 12 cashier was extremely rude! I stood there and I was ignored I'm very confused and do not deserve this service at all! Always drama with them and I will never ever shop there iv lived here and worked here yrs ago and now sadly do not deserve that service! Won't come back until both gone! Thank you concerned customer I was a reg.. Many other complaints.. Bill is am manager

Circle K payment not received

on December 8, 2017 I was at circle k store 01299 and bought $850 in Itunes cards and at the register the lady told me that my cards all declined and I looked at my credit card and I have been charged $850.00 and I have been calling Heather the manager at the 01299 store and she says it is in corporate hands and I call them and leave a message and no one returns my calls. It has been over a month now and nothing. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau as well.

Circle K pending debit card transaction - hold when no purchase made

I went into the circle k location in holden Maine on Jan 7th 2018 @ 6:15am. I attempted to purchase a 50$gift card using half cash, half chime bank card. The cashier told me it didn't go through on my card for the attempted amount of 22$. I ended up paying cash for gas and not buying g the gift card. When I left I looked online at my bank statement and saw a transaction for - 22.53 at this location. I called the store and the gentleman told me the amount had not gone through but it is still showing on my account. I did not even make a purchase tbe fact that I cannot get my money when I didn't even purchase anything is absurd. Let alone that the cashier told me there were Insufficient funds when there actually was is another issue. I am a single mother and cannot afford to have such problems with the little money I have.

The Same Thing Has Happened To Me Twice At The Same Location! This time they caused an overdraft! They straight empty your account! Whatever is in it they take! I am going to the news about this it happened to alot of people. Circle K has not done anything about it. My money is tied up for days. If I get charged 35 dollars for overdraft I will burn the F****** store down.

Circle K service of an employee that always has issues with every customer no matter the situation

Every time I come in to this location don't know what it is or y it is but this lady/cashier seems to find issues with something no matter the situation. Can't seem to understand y and to me she is doing things under her way not the owners way and costing the store lots of potential money but this individual makes her own store rules which I know other stores allow. Can't understand y she thinks she's above the ones that write her paycheck. Thx didn't know how else to report her hope I didn't waste any my time or yours . God bless

Circle K debit card pending charge policy

Customer Beware!

12/28/17 Purchased $12 of fuel. Debit card assessed a $ 50 charge pending reconciling the actual amount. Held the money until 1/4/18 after I contacted Chase Bank and had the charge removed.

Circle K held $38 of my dollars for 8 days, would have been longer if I had not called Chase Bank. Think about the money being earned on that cash nationally!

In my opinion this is an unethical practice. and may violate a Fair Trade & Commerce practice in the State of Louisiana. I will contact the Secretary of State to find out. There is no signage that notifies consumers that Circle K is going to hold $50 on your Debit account. Until this policy is changed we will no longer patronize Circle K for fuel or other products.

Circle K employee was very rude and said and he hit me

The New Year's Eve 2017 I was in Circle K on Bellaire and some not talking with manager about rudeness of employees Kathy push me across the counter and mo start laughing and the manager said they would talk to her I find it very rude and insulting then on January 3rd at 6 p.m. I return to the store to make a purchase in the black woman that wear black glasses and mow when laughing about the that happened on New Year's Eve at 11:22 a.m. they just Circle K is coming in to Houston Texas and this is the type of employees that they hire and don't care about customer etiquette I will thinking twice because the employees are very rude and they will put their hands on you and don't care and no and no repercussions is done to them and they laugh and think it's funny

Circle K check out clerk erica norman

1/2/18 I have been going to this store for over a year and all the cashier clerks were very customer oriented until this lady erica norman who has never been at the store on washington road, augusta ga since i've been going there. I know there have been some new people over the holidays but again all but erica have been customer oriented. Erica was not customer oriented, didn't smile, didn't ask if there was anything else I needed and she rung up my purchase totally 13.86 and as I put my card in, it came up as 15.86 but I said there is a problem, erica said nothing! She hit a key on register and the amount came back down to 13.86.

I know all about customer service and I have always had friendly customer service from this store until today! I highly suggest you let erica go or don't put her behind the counter again!

I plan on calling the store manager unless I choose to go back to the store but if I see erica working the counter, I will walk out without purchasing anything!

Circle K paypal prepaid card

Last Friday night I purchased a PayPal prepaid card in the amount of $500. I was actually going to buy 2 of them for that amount, but considering I have never received my $500 on my card I decided to wait. It is now 5 days later and I still have had no help with this by any manager or employee. Kimberly the store manager was supposed to get back with me on Saturday and never did. I feel I am being deprived of my money which constitutes theft. I need someone to figure this out like today or I'm going to get the police involved. The $500 never went into the card they gave me and the actual receipt card number did not match the card in the package.

Circle K Tucson, AZ 4650 S. Palo Verde Rd. On 07/06/2018 at 2:25 am I purchased a $500 PayPal card as well as a $200 prepaid PayPal card. Once back at the hotel here I tried to activate first the 200 and noticed something didn't sound right as it wouldn't accept the card number. I took the card back to the store and also wasn't issued a receipt. I got there and complained about card not working manager lady looked it up and said the card I had didn't match the one on the receipt! Well I asked how that was possible and she said that wasn't the card they sold me, called me a liar. I went outside to call my wife and told her what was going on only to discover the 500 card didn't match the receipt she had either! I went back in the store and told them that card was bad and asked for the regional managers number and called left him a message. Hopefully I will have some kind of luck fixing this without having to deal with the cops. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
