Circle K gas station selling food covered in mold

The circle K at 4048 Charleston Hwy, West Columbia, SC 29172

Is selling sausage biscuits that are covered in mold there is no excuse for that at all I bought 2 sausage biscuits this morning and ate the first one that looked ok and then opened the second to find it covered in mold then spent the next 3 to 4 hours throwing up and feeling disoriented someone needs to take care of this crap before they get someone else sick

Circle K bad gas

My husband fueled his pick up at the dothan, Alabama Montgomery hwy store 3 days ago. His engine has gone out on his truck. He bought premium gas but the machanic says it was desiel. I am filing a greivence case for this as this has cost me a 7800.00 truck. I will be glad to work with you on this matter, but require immediate attention. Please respond within 24 hours

I find it hard to believe that your husband put regular grade gasoline in his truck, but it ended up being diesel fuel. For one, it wouldn't be circle k responsible for something like that if it really happened. The fuel trucks come and deliver gas, the store employee doesn't fill the tanks. The fuel delivery driver would not make such a careless mistake like filing the unleaded fuel with diesel fuel! I hope you have a good time trying to get circle k to pay for your vehicle because there's no way it was their daily that your husband's truck engine died! Sounds to me like your husband's truck had issues before he put gasoline in it.

Circle K refused to purchase item

I was refused for Tabaccoo product because I have a temporary paper id which is what Illinois gives you till plastic comes in mail it's just as valid and they tell you that when you buy your id I have gone to this store on pamala dr in Bloomington Il 61704 before with same paper id and gave me what I asked for because they did it the correct way and looked for water markings and scanned it this man JOSEPH VAN VALEY your employee told me no didn't even check for water marking nor scanned it just straight up told me no I will no longer go here because this [censored] employee wants to refuse me for no reason I can take my business elsewhere and get what I need he needs retrained or really just fired for being rude and you should really reconsider putting this uneducated employee in your store alone

Circle K hot food section

I walked in to order a pizza in circle k and the lady working wanted to go home and told me I could not order a pizza, as a pizza was coming out of the oven. She had a pizza in the display and i asked if i could purchase that pizza and she proceed to tell me no, she needed to sell it by the slice and refused to sell me the whole pizza or any pizza by the slice.
Stop my husband walks in and she feels him the entire pizza that was in the display!
What kind of customer service is this?

Circle K service

I'm a 42 year old mom who stop.in to the Circle K on Palo Verde near Milton in Tucson Arizona. I had my 14 year old daughter with me as I proceeded to the counter to buy a pack of cigarettes. When I was met buy a rude Punk who thought he was going to "school" me on the law. He refused to sell me cigarettes claiming that my daughter needed to provide at 8:30 at night in her pajamas her ID or I don't get the cigarettes. Now whoever the management team that does the training should inform this snot-nosed person named Ramon The law. Law states he cannot sell alcohol to me if he wants to be a [censored] because my daughter has no id. Especially if says she wants to try some.. He can refuse alcohol service to me.. He cannot refuse cigarette service to me. Needless to say I am in this particular Circle K every day multiple times a day when down the street is a liquor store that has seen me with my daughter multiple times so has the folks at Circle K. This new guy named Ramon obviously just costed the store my business. I am too old to be playing games my time is valuable to me.

Circle K employee that cussed at me today

I came into one of your stores 520 east prien lake rd, Lake Charles Louisiana 70607.Your employee called me a [censored] after I told her I was going to report her for mis treating me .And she continued to cuss all out in front of other customers this happened around 740pm.I hope you take care of this matter, because employees like her shouldn't be working for your company .

It's part of working in the public to know that if you don't treat a customer well you can be reported. That should in no way be a cause for being cursed. That IS NOT proper customer service and should definitely NOT be considered acceptable or be tolerated!

Circle K employee

Hello my name is Marla I'm writing you in reference to a specific employee in your keansburg New Jersey store. I have over the past 3 months had to use your store being that is the closest to my home but as of last week I now walk 5 blocks to the 7 11 to avoide confrontation with an employee named sherry. The very first time I entered your store she has given dirty looks attitude and even cursed me. I have complained to who she told me her manager was a nice women named Dayna. However she has no respect for customers. If she's not to busy texting while customers wait to pay she's calling them names and screaming igt's like the twilight zone I can't believe she's allowed to treat people this way. I'm happy to say she will not with me anymore. I hope you fix this problem for your stores own longevity nobody will deal with her long.

Entered location to fill up my SUV with fuel. Store FILTHY! No; ketchup, mustard, napkins, filthy counters!

Purchase $100 in fuel and a Starbucks coffee.

*The cashier was actually wearing a headset with wires attached to his cell phone and was typing on his phone? HEADSET ... REALLY? He never even looked up or said; good morning nor even mafe eye contact!

I placed my card with chip in the machine to pay, I asked a question, he didn't even look up ... just pointed and kept on typing on his cell phone?

I left a message for Operations at the Corporate Office of Circle K in Arizona and I expect an explanation and a call back regarding this matter.

This is beyond absurd!

Circle K incorrect diesel price display

On 10/22/18 at 13:23, I pulled into Circle K 2720104 at 4835 Hope Valley Rd in Durham NC
Where the fuel prices showed diesel at $3.09 gallon but when I was pumping I noticed the pump showed $319/ gallon
I went inside to ask about it and was curtly told that the sign had not been updated and nothing could be done about it.
I suggested he correct the sign right away and it was turned off the rest of the day.
Transac# is 9120352

I believe this is what is commonly termed false advertising and would appreciate a refund for the additional money spent over the advertised price.

Circle K associate

This lady is rude and has harassed me and my family more than once when it's suppose to be a public store. She is rude and has no respect and walks away when she has customers. Has stopped someone of my family physically from leaving the store even after things were paid for. She doesn't need to put hands on my family. Her name is Samantha from the circle k in nixon Tx

Circle K customer service

I went into the store tonight to buy a drink for my wife and was told by the lead that I can no longer come in there because I stole the soda this is incredibly upsetting I would never do a thing like that I didn't leave the workplace in a awkward or bad way I don't believe I should be treated this way i'll be speaking to the manager on monday about the matter hopefully they can supply me with video footage of the supposed stolen soda otherwise I believe it's called slander

Circle K rude employee

Whoever works between 4-5 was very rude as my brother came to purchase a pack of Newports for me and he had forgotten his I.d..So I go in knowing I had mines and the employees never even acknowledged I was talking to them regardless if they couldn't give them to me they did not have to completely ignore me only to turn around and be sarcasticly rude!

Circle K being harassed and threatened

I've talked to my manager about the situation and unfortunately she hasn't done anything about it. I feel harrassed, threatened and belittled at work because of the position I've been given and the way I carry myself. Not only do I have a manager who doesn't back me up as her assistant manager, but allows her employees not follow proper procedures when I ask them too because she's friendly with them. Along with the drama that comes with the job I feel as though this is very unprofessional, and has gone on long enough. I've only been there a short period of time and I've moved up since I got there. My manager has allowed people to disrespect me and not step in and has allow her friend come to job, who is also suing circle k to come and disrespect me and not even ask her to leave. I actually like working for this company but I refuse to work for someone like that. I walked out yesterday because I asked for a transfer and she stated that she wasn't going to lose another manager. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but I need someone to step in a find a resolution to the problem.

Circle K english

The People I work with speak no english, its very hard to communicate with them, The customers yell at me about it. I have no control over whom these people hire. It is very frustrating for me. I end up getting interrupted whilst trying to run my register, I also end up doing all the work that said employees cant do due to the communications gap IE Lottery cigarettes etc. Even though I love my customers I cant do it all and be this frustrated about it, Ill be leaving the company soon, thanks for listening

Circle K the manager yogita

The circle k store I'm complaining about is the one I ho to almost every day, it's right by my house, I spend alot of money to the business between gas, food, and plenty of other, it was my store, I know everyone there and I'm friendly with everyone, I try to build a relationship with the store. This manager I've never met before. I am a disabled veteran out of the marine corps, unfortunately I'm on a fixed income, and do not make very much money, I went into the store today on 10-18-2018 at 251pm, I bought 2 packs of cigerattes and some drinks, of course cigerattes are expensive, I went home realizing I left one pack at the store, drove back she couldn't find them, I asked her to check the video, she saw me dropping them, and someone else picking them up right outside the door, she said she couldn't do anything I had to pay for another pack, she has proof, I told her she is gonna lose all my business, she didnt care, very poor customer service

Circle K cashier lyric and management darrin

I was a customer on 10/16/18 around 5:30 Lyric was my cashier, I gave her $20 to pay for items that cost $9, she in return gave me only a $1 back. I did realize the error until I got home so I returned about a hour or so later, she informed me I would have to wait on Manager Darrin to review and count when to arrived at 8:30p. About 9pm I went back to the store to see Darrin he said the would need to check cameras and call me back. It has been 24hour and Darrin still has not responded, I know this is only $10 but that's not the point. I hope they were able to get what they wanted from $10 and I know this is one location off 64 in Apex NC however I will never shop Circle K again.

Circle K poor customer service

I went into Circle K to buy my fair tickets and the women working there was rude to me. her name was B, Deniece. First she was misunderstanding that I wanted to do two separate transactions for my two pairs of ticket payments, she got a rude tone with me from the start. I was talking nice towards her. then my card kept declining even though I checked and my account had over $300 in it. So I kept swiping and her patience was getting smaller with me. When it finally went through she said thank you in a rude tone. I work in a food place and I would never be rude to someone because there card is declined or they have a simple question.

Circle K cashier on 4400 coors and gun club

This morning I went to put gas on 4400 circle k on gun club and coors and when i went to put gas they only gave me $1.74 and not the other dollar. I didn't have enough for gas. So as i go inside to the other cashier i told her how much I had got and were was the other dollar and the other cashier who took the money came and said she only put $1.74 because my dollar was a fake! She gave me a big attitude which I didn't appreciate I explained to her it's not fake if I got it from a store. ( Walmart) She explained that the machine read it as fake and she wouldn't give it back because she needed to give it to her boss. I totally understand that but I'm frustrated that she thinks I would ever give anybody a fake dollar just because it was washed up and the shoulder wasnt rough enough from doing laundry. I would never give a fake dollar to any store. I would like an apology for her attitude and at least a dollar back from the gas I had purchased because I feel like she stole from me.! Smh NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION and I'm going to spread the word to my family and friends because this is ridiculous.

Circle K rude salesperson

Salesperson ID: A, C cashier was being very rude this morning at service desk! She didn't turn pump on & seem to have a little attitude towards me! She gave me a receipt & ask me did I need the short copy! I respond to her yes & she respond we ran out of staples! I'm highly upset! She talked to me as if I'm slow! I still didn't received a short copy of my receipt and I need documents like that for job purposes!

Circle K service

I visit store 3175 if I'm not mistaken store number . The store is located on Gordon Hwy in Augusta, Ga. I visit the store on 10.11.18, i went to pump 12 and the on the screen on the pump had a card with a big X. If the pump is not working there should be a sign stating that. I went inside and paid $45.00 . Went to the pump it was not working . Went back in the store spoke with Khadijah Jenkins (very rude and unprofessional ) arguing back and forth with me and kept insisting that it was fault i did something wrong outside. Kept going back and forth with me when i ask for a manager. I asked her how long does it take for the money to go back on the card she stated she don't know very nasty . A Caucasian employee assisted me he was very professional . He helped me out as much as he could . I was heading out to town but the $45.00 was out of my account at this point . Workers should provide great customer service at all times . Second incident i went back to the store tonight on 10.16.18 and went inside again and paid 10.00 on pump 14. The same issue happen so i went inside and told the clerk she told me to move to another pump and once I'm there she will switch it . I go back inside and she goes to tell me ‘It timed out ‘ and the money will go back on the card i asked her how long she does not know . This is ridiculous . Now I'm on E waiting until I'm refunded my money . This is far by the worst customer service i experienced at a gas station. You have workers who don't know anything about the equipment, hiring young not experience workers . This is the worst service ever .
