Circle K employees are rude and very racist

John, rep @ store#2704103 is very unprofessional. He's remarks (comments to customers) are rude and racist... U shouldn't tell your customers "it not your fcking problem" or "if u don't like my service go somewhere else"... I tried to advise him that he was overcharging me and he responded "thats what ringing up" but the sign states different so I expect to be charged what's advertised. Had to go round and round before he fixed the price.
My son is 17yrs old, and when he comes out upset because your associate is questioning him about why he needs $1 worth of change; that's none of his business... But the air pump is out (not working)... I have a service order with the rep on the line (speaker) and now he is refusing to give me my money even though the rep is saying he needs to reimburse me.. On today, I tried to use my gift card for gas.. Its says "declined" so I asked, "do y'all take this card (amex), he's response,"I dnt know what damn card u talking about"... At this time i'm livid... I just asked the other rep and she said no... Something has to be done about john.

Circle K service

We go to circle k in Gilbert az ln val vista an elliot your employees are so rude one day you go in to get ice they charged me.35 cents for the cup the next time I went in they charged me for a drink an I only had ice, they are rid an I get the little creamers for my tea an she said they are.5 cents I don't know why your company is so bad but started going to quick trip everyone there is friendly an doesn't charge for ice just the cup started that what happened it is a shame people ln e to be treated so badly an this isn't the only store that does this I think you all need to sit down and find a better way to run your company

My mother loves the ice here and I believe the morning crew @ the location on Val Vista & Elliott in Gilbert AZ has a problem with us coming in to get it. They are always looking to find reason to make us feel uncomfortable. I don't care if in coming in for one cup or 8 cups of ice I still make sure I spend $ in your damn stores. But as of now I will take my business to QT.

Circle K circle k employee extremely rude and inconsistent manager

I went in to use my $2 rewards today and the lady up front took my money instead of using the rewards points. I went back in to show the manager less then 2 minutes later when I realized what had happened. He made it seem like I was trying to steal from there just trying to use my rewards and told me they would look at the camera. They saw she did take the money and gave me my $2 back but I was never issued an apology and the service left me feeling discriminated against. I will never go to this Circle K location again. Circle K attempted assault by one of your employees

I was a customer on 5-28 at 1:30 a.m. on New Bern ave raleigh NC. 27610. The cashier was extremely rude and when I asked her why she started verbally abusing me . then threatening me. And then started throwing many objects at me as i was have way out the door. I really shoukd have called the police and had your employee formally charged for attempted assault. You can pull back the video footage and see that her actions were unwarranted. Im sure that this is not how your company prefers to do business. You may contact me at [protected]. Circle K 18 pack

Bought a 18 pack this is the 3rd time its happened I get a can in the box that is empty but it's not open or broken or smashed just empty and I dont appreciate that the web sight requires me to write at least 350 characters so I would like for Budweiser to fix this issue and compensate me for my lost product that I have paid for because u had a factory mishap

Circle K being under the influence

Benny vaughn an employee at circle k gas station has been having drug stops at the store he also be under the influence of drugs while on the clock he also is very disrespectful to the homeless people he has live videos of him smoking and asking for drugs all over facebook is this what circle k consists of drug dealers being hired im a regular I come to circle k more the 3 times a day and I am so tired of seeing these things when he is working he doesnt ask for proof of id to show real age when selling tobacco or anything that needs identification

Circle K service

Good day, I would like to speak to some one about an assistant manager called Olivia. You have currently working at the corner store on 3710 FM 1488 conroe texas. She was rude, inefficient and flat out disrespectful to my husband. He went in to buy a roll of chewing tobacco and had a coupon, well the electronic coupon didn't work, so he proceeded to put down his phone and gave Olivia the full price in cash, she then turned around put his money on the counter and put the tobacco back on the shelf and told my husband good bye. Like really? He was gonna pay for it and she just didn't want to help him. Now if this is the kind of employee you all hire then I think we will be taking our money somewhere else and i will make damn sure to post this on social media. This kind of person shouldn't be working with customers, if she is having a bad day stay home or learn how to leave your problems at the door once you go in to work.

Circle K job interview

On sycamore rd in sycamore, ill I had the initial job interview. I passed the back ground check and the pre employment test. Was told about a 2nd interview. This second interview has now been put off three times by the mgr of this store location. 2 times she didn't call. I walked down to the store and found out about it being put off again. This store mgr is very unprofessional and very rude.

Circle K clerk

The one on Ohio Ave in Sebring, Ohio, the woman named Jaime is a royal female dog Everytime we come into the store. She has a nasty habit of dropping all my money when handing it to me saying oops. Have a great one on the most sracastic snarky attitude. When my cousin comes into the store she completely ignores her and we have to say something in order for her to help. But apparently nothing can be done with her since she's butt buddies with the store manager.

Circle K nasty clerk at the store 5881 w cactus rd, glendale, az 85304

I have a complaint re the store located at 5881 W. Cactus Rd, Glendale, AZ 85304. Your cashier, whose name tag read Yvonne, started making fun of my speech defect as soon as I approached the register to pay, and then proceeded to argue with me over the existence of my speech defect. I said to her, "Hello Ma'am, " and she said, "What you talkin' like that now for? A moment ago you were talking normal, but now you're talking all weird!" (I guess she heard me talking to the other cashier a moment before. Initially, I went to the wrong cashier, because I had a debit card instead of cash, which is how I was sent to the rude cashier.) I told the cashier that it was a speech defect, and she started to argue with me that, "No, it has nothing to do with a speech defect. I'm just commenting on how you're changing your voice." (What ever happened to the customer is always right? Yes, I was born with a speech defect, which I've been mocked for my entire life. I came in to purchase gas and sodas, not to argue over the way my voice fluctuates.) Then she was tampering with the debit card machine. I inserted the card, but the screen read "abort" and nothing happened. I left it in there for several seconds, while she kept telling me to "go ahead! Insert the card! Insert the card!" (It was already inserted!) I tried taking it out to reinsert it, and the screen still read "abort, " which she then blamed me for. Suddenly she noticed the abort and said, "Why'd you take it out for? Go ahead, put it back in, put it back in!" She kept instructing me on how to operate the machine, telling me what buttons to press without allowing me time to press the buttons myself, and she acted impatiently about it, as if I somehow messed up the process and now that bothered her too. Making a simple transaction for gas and sodas should not have been made into such a complex and humiliating experience for me, the paying customer. ESPECIALLY in front of other customers! She's paid to take my money. Not to instruct me on whether or not I have a speech defect and challenge my fluctuating tone, and then sabotage the machine while I'm trying to pay for your products. Furthermore, they don't make it easy to get anyone to actually CARE about the customer service issues like this.

Circle K car wash quality

Submitting another complaint cause original was sent to wrong product. I used the car wash and it didn't remove the bird crap on my car and windows. This is same day bird crap. I wanted to get another run through the car wash since the first one didn't clean my car but the operator told me it wasn't covered. If this is your policy than I will stick with your competitor, PetroCanada, who will give you the opportunity to rerun through when you are unsatisfied with the service. I want a free car wash so I can get the crap off my car.

Circle K staff's attitude

Today, May 21st, 2018

I have visited the Circle K store on Ton That Tung street, district 1, Ho Chi Minh city to buy breakfast at 8.30 am.

The girl wearing glasses behaved rudely and unfriendly, her voice was really angry and indifferent when I asked her about my bread with sugar and butter.

She gave me food without any eye contact and any words, just threw it into my face. I was frustrated but I just left the store.

Hope that Circle K will inform her that she has ruined my morning and I will never come back.

Circle K customer service

On saturday may 19, 2018 at 10:20 pm I went into the store at 43rd ave & van buren to ask to use the restroom... I drive for valley metro and needed to make the stop. There were 3 people there, 1 male and 2 females... None of which were in uniform or had on a name tag. When I asked for a restroom key the male turned to the females and said "he wants the restroom key" to which one of the females said "its out of order", I said then can I quickly use the ladies, to which the other female with braids and over painted red lips said "its occupied, besides, we would never let you use the ladies room." while I realize this is not a normal request, none the less should have been honored, and I would lay money on the fact that if the male present needed the restroom he would either use the "out of order" mens room, or the santamoniously sacred ladies room.
Bottom line, I have a medical condition that creates urgency, and being treated like some trash is clearly and completely unacceptable. I am requireing that a district manager review the tape of the incident, identify the 3 non-uniformed employees, follow progressive discipline and write all 3 up, place on an action plan / probation and retrain customer service skills.
I want some form of response that this complaint has been seen, read, and dealt with, either by return email outling the action taken. ([protected]@yahoo.com) or by phone call [protected].
I have no problem coming into the office to speak to someone in person. I will not stand for being treated badly for a condition I can not control.

Circle K 4002 not a good managed store

I live near store 4002 an have had multiple complaints, Sarah the assistant has listen to all my concerns. I first being the other assistant Tamika is rude an not helpful, she does not greet you she is not helpful an seems she hates her job. The other complaint is that Chris the night shift was sitting outside on a milk grate smoking a cigarette right by the doors. In Morgantown there is a clean air act where you have to be 25 feet away from the doors. If it wasn't a for Sarah I wouldn't go back to that store. She is very helpful an friendly.

Circle K customer service issue with the broken pump

Today I stepped by Bathurst and Drewry gas station (North York, ON Canada). The #6 pump had an issue blocking itself after filling up for few cents as a prepaid pump, however it was not one (the instructions on the screen clearly stated that you have to fill up first and pay inside after). I proceeded to the counter, where I got unacceptably rude gender discriminative attitude, such as: "Lady, it is not a pump it is your car, you just don't know how to you, you put air inside or something. Go try again (giggles) or go to another station)". To make the picture clear, all pumps were occupied at that moment (rush hour), so I had to wait to get out. Even though I felt horrible with that treatment I decided to check another pump right there to show that rude man that it is not necessary to make an [censored] from someone when you are just lazy to do you job. I proceeded to number 8 when I got free and, miracle, everything was okay both with the pump AND my car. When I came back to pay, I told the guy that he has to watch his manners and check the pump, he made negligent face saying that if I don't like something I can complaint to this website and see where it is going to take me. Then said something to his coworker in their language, giggle and asked for the next in the line. So I'm complaining here to actually see if I should switch to Petro Canada forever now, since I find that extremely inappropriate treatment!

Circle K cashier

Very big African American woman took ablong time to "change shifts". I was first in line by the time she got done there were about 8 people waiting behind me. One person left rther than wait any longer. NOT ONE PERSON in line said a word or even sighed. Apparently the new cashier's friend was behind me in line. The new cashier started to talk to her friend as if no one but the two of them. She said "People have to get over themselves. Too bad if they have to wait, they just have to wait. These people make me sick!" She didn't tell me the total nor tell me the amount of change due me. She didn't give me my specific lottery play slips back.

Circle K employee

I am writing with concern about a person that was hired at your Belleville location. I am not sure of his name. but he has tattoos everywhere, distinctly a star next to his eye. I have come to your store religiously for years, when the man was hired. I was scared. He looks rough and dangerous. Makes a bad image for the company. on visit to your store. I have heard this man over talking to his friends (customers) and other employees. one time he was speaking about how he has been up for over 24hrs. He was off the clock but in the store just hanging out. he was drunk ( 2 times I have been there and saw him off the clock drunk). he made comment that he hasn't been to be in like 24+ hours. I said that sounds like a crack head, jokingly.. he went on to tell me that o I use to be one. that he was in prison lost his license and lives behind the gas station in an apartment. Another time he was off the clock I assume, and he was behind the counter sitting . as I checked out I asked why you here. he said his friend died and has funeral to go to friend got so drunk fell down stairs and died, not sure why he had to be there but ok. next time he was walking around store with I assume a friend.. in the checkout line he was talking to this friend about these people they know who do all these drugs, heroin, meth, crack.. he spoke about someone woman who gets everyone( his cousin particular ) hooked on meth, he would like to kick her in the head and watch her die. needless to say my 10yr daughter was in line with me and heard all this nonsense. now today I hear a man named Nick, very nice and friendly, fast service always makes you feel like number one customer has quit, because of this man! that is ridiculous! someone needs to look at this man with the tattoos and really evaluate his performance, look and attitude. for the company sake it would be highly recommend you get rid of him and have Nick come back. for the sake of the customers. I hear other employees also want to leave due to this man. I hate to see a good worker leave a company, it is the good ones that make the company raise above the competition.

also I have applied at this gas station at least 2 times now with no success. I work a full time job but love working with the public. so would love to do it part time. but I never get a call back.

Circle K manager susan finley

101 E Polo Park circle K in Davenport, FL

I work for the county jail and never in my whole career have I met someone so rude and racist why is she a manager she treats her colored employees like garbage and the white employees can violate policy and procedure without penalty. I go to that store everyday and most if the employees are rude except for Bunny a wonderful older cashier that is so pleasent I don't know why she works there I see the way Susan talks to her and treats her. I am writing as a customer. I can't imagine having to work under a supervisor like that. She is also very slow to be in management. She needs to go ASAP. Circle K will lose business due to that horrible excuse for a human being.

Circle K unethical behaviour

I walked into Shell/Circle K at 4151 Airline, Bossier City, LA on May 14th to purchase Milk. When i entered the store the music was blaring very loud "Rap" music and the 2 clerks behind the counter were dancing and rapping to the song. The song contained very explicit words of profanity and sexual words. One of the clerks was on the small ladder waving her hands in the air as she rapped. I stood at the counter with my milk and she never said a word other than here is your 20 cents back. The other clerk just kept on rapping loudly to the music. It was very embarrassing and I was very offended by the words coming out of the speakers. This behavior should be unacceptable in the workplace especially when dealing with the public. I will go just down the street to Valero to do business. Very disappointed Customer.

Hello. My name is Cecelia Barker, I am a current employee for Circle K. I work at store 1394 in Peoria Illinois, address is 5422 W Farmington Rd. I started with this company in January of 2017 and by October 2017 I was promoted to Assistant Manager. I loved my job, and I loved the people I worked with. I have made many friends with coworkers, and many friends with many customers. Most importantly I made a best friend who has been at this location for the past three years, Mary Arnold. One of the hardest working employees I have ever seen. Not only does she go above and beyond for this company, but for our customers as well. It pains me to say that the both of us have put in our two week notice this weekend. I have never felt more bullied in my life by another assistant manager or store manager until now. Since about, November or December of last year things have been hectic at Circle K. This store is having non stop drama. And it seems people are turning their noses at it, including the district manager. There are sides being chosen and favorites are obvious. I am much younger then my fellow assistant and store manager. I feel as if I have been discriminated against for my age, and also for the friendship I have made with Mary. I don't treat her any different than other coworkers. Please, if something can be done about this, do so. Mary and I would not like to leave Circle K. But we feel as if we've had no choice, we have been pushed out of this store. Thank you.
