Circle K employee

This employee used to work at 1245 Indian school and moon and got tranfered to a different store. They 1245 needed an assistant manager so they brought her back. Tracie as a so called assistant. She has been nothing but problems at store 1245. Other employees have either quit or don't want to work with this individual Tracie. She needs to be fired from any circle k she is nothing but drama.

Circle K customer service regarding purchase of gas

Went to Circle K (644710) located at 3151 S WW White Rd., San Antonio, TX 78222 on Tuesday, 10/16/18 at approximately 10:30 am to purchase $25 worth of gas. I put my credit card in the pump and and the prompt read to go inside the premises to purchase gas. I purchased $25 worth of gas plus a hot dog (exhibit totaling $26.83). I returned outside to pump my gas. The pump only allowed me to but $10 worth of gas and cut off. I was on pump #4. When I entered the store there was a bunch of commotion and they explained to me a young man had purchased $10 worth of gas in cash and erroneously told them he was on pump #4. So they told me I had to purchase $15 worth of gas and also get $10 cash back to pay the gentleman so he could get his gas. Then the staff remembered that a gas purchase does not allow for cash back. So I asked for a solution. The manager said I would have to purchase $25 worth of gas AGAIN on pump #4 and pump only $15 worth of gas and then let the guy in error pump his $10 off of the same pump (exhibit totaling $25). I I asked them for a ticket that proved I would not be charged twice since they were asking me to purchase an additional $25 worth of gas. The cashier told me that could not be done but that I would not be charged. Well, guess what. I was charged $51.83 for $25 worth of gas! I just now, 4:30 pm, got home and checked my bank acct online and found this to be the case. I immediately called to demand a refund of $25 and the person answering the phone stated the manager's name is Christian and he would not be in until tomorrow. I asked her if she was at the sore that morning and she said yes, she remembered the whole transaction. I told her they had charged me twice and her response was, "We didn't, your bank did." Of course the bank did at the hands and by the action of the cashier. It is not my fault the staff is not competent enough to refund some gas and then start a new transaction. The way it was handled was ridiculous but I certainly did not expect to be charged twice! When I initially got to the store to buy the gas the manager and cashier were in the middle of finishing up paperwork and were more interested in this than attending customers. I even had time to finish half my hot dog while waiting, the manager automatically just charged me for the hot dog, and I told him I also wanted gas.

I hereby demand refund of $25 for a double charge of gas at the hands of your store's employees' negligence. Thank you. Mirta Rubalcava [protected].

Circle K betty - associate

I go to Circle K for my cigarettes, newspapers, gas and lottery tickets. The associate that works there who' s name is Betty is the most foul-mouth individual that I've ever had the opportunity to meet in a retail experience. Her phone is constantly on speaker and she fights with her kids, relatives every time I'm in the store. Today, I went into the store with my 83-year-old mother in law and she was at it again on the phone with someone, I asked that I needed to hurry she said I can just wait and she used the foul word motherf(*&#$ repeatedly. Now I know my mother in law has heard this word before just never in this setting for no apparent reason. Still not sure if she used this word against me or someone on the phone.

Circle K extremely bad service / denied service

I was at the Melrose Circle K today at 250 pm EST. I waited my turn in line I wanted to check lottery scratch off tickets numbers to see which one I wanted to buy. Quite a few percentage of the people who buy scratch's off there do that. I have had to wait in line in past with no problems while people want decide which cigarettes they want to buy with no problems in past. Checking like 3 to 5 different brands. Often taking a long time while the person who serviced me today hunts everything for them. When my turn came up she refuses to check numbers states she will get ticket but will not check numbers. Claims she has to many people in line. She has no problems though getting stuff for other people she is friendly with but checking numbers for me is out the question. To be clear if you were to ask clerks about me in the past 8 months they would remember me doing the following there. A) gave a guy who's motorbike broke down a ride home with motorbike in tow in my van. That was on New Years eve. B) called attention to a small kitten that was in danger of being killed ran over at the store. C) Jump started 2 different people on 2 separate occasions there that had battery issues. D) when I win big on lottery at the store often tip the clerks as way of paying back their excellent service to me. Since I see them get treated crappy all the time.

Today I was treated pardon the word like [censored]. If your policy is I can't check the ticket numbers before I buy that's fine. I know for fact if it had been certain other people she likes I would had to wait in line while they buy smokes or she check tickets for them. Worst service I have ever received at that store in my life. Says a lot since I have lived in Melrose since 93.

Circle K fry's fuel points not being accepted 10/12/18

I am a Fry's Food Stores customer and always try to maximize the fuel points accumulation each month.

I always purchase Shell gasoline at the Circle K store at 1203 E. Southern Ave, Mesa, and always go inside to use both my "Fry's Shopper's Card", my "Circle K Easy Rewards" card and my VISA credit card (through Bank of America). On 10/12/18, the usual pattern was followed, the Circle K employee processed my request - placing $28.00 on pump #16. When I went outside to pump the gasoline, I noticed that the Fry's Fuel points (100) which reduces the pump price by 10 cents were not recognized.

I went back and told the Circle K employee, and she was bewildered because she said it showed her, as she was processing the Fry's card, that it was accepted.

We tried it again - no success.

I went to another Circle K store, which sells Shell gasoline, with the same results:
1953 E. Southern, Mesa

I would like a refund of 10 cents per gallon for the fact that it would not recognize my points. I filled up, with cash, at the Circle K store at 2011 E. McKellips, Mesa. I pumped 9.414 gallons which entitles me to a refund of $0.94.

More importantly, I would like to be ensured: "THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!"

Circle K employee complaint store @ 309 e osborn rd, phoenix, az

I believe your employee's name is "Marli" or something similar. I am attaching a photo.
She is abominably rude. Beyond belief, actually.
She has no business interacting with the public.
Today, after being subjected to her repeated rudeness, I informed her that she was very rude.
She responded by telling me that I was no longer permitted to come into your store.

I own a business down the block from your 309 E. Osborn location. I have been shopping at your store, daily, for over a decade. My employees shop there as well.
When I informed my staff of how I had been treated, they were all shocked, but, also, several mentioned have had unpleasant experience with the young lady.

You have a problem at that store. I can go elsewhere for my purchases, but I am confident that you will continue to lose customers if you do not take action regarding her behavior.

Circle K circle k and shell gasoline

Dear Circle K and Shell Gasoline Stations,

We experienced no gas at the pumps and CLOSED EVEN BEFORE Hurricane Michael and several days after the storm while other providers had gas--Walmart and other small company pumps---not convenient and not in my location. CIRCLE K GAS ALL OVER CITY WAS OUT FOR DAYS BEFORE AND AFTER OTHER PROVIDERS!

I have Circle K stations (2 in my neighborhood---Killearn Estates Tallahassee Florida) and many others that simple failed. I am not sure why there is such a lack of concern----we need gas to run cars, chainsaws, and other equipment, generators, and etc... These stations are not even a heavy trafficked area!

State and weather officials provided information to the population days before hand. We as consumers can only store so much gas, but your company should be aware and able to get supplies, especially don't run out BEFORE the crisis! Continually before (OCT 8), during (OCT 9-11) and after (last night drove by and completely CLOSED---dark and in store no one there at all)
Also, no yellow tape to indicate NO GAS AT ALL ---please take off sign gas amount or barricaded with line NO GAS---THIS IS HELPFUL.
a hurricane or other crisis your company is out of gas.

Please find out what is going on. This constantly happens and during any emergency ----Circle K is not providing gas.

Circle K store policy

My son and wife stopped at the Circle K store in Shannon on 10-12-18 to get gas. The male attendant told my son he could not pay for the gas with a $100 bill unless he bought $40 worth of gas. He then proceeded to explain how if the vehicle did not hold the $40 in gas he could not give him any money back. My son went ahead and purchased the $40 in gas. Since I go in this store daily sometimes twice a day, I told my son I would check into it. Later the same afternoon on my way home I stopped in to grab a snack and the attendant was still there. He told me that to except a $100 bill one had to purchase $50 dollars and that any change due back would have to be issued on an in store credit .
I told the attendant that this would be my last visit to this or any other Circle K store as well as anyone in my family (which is 4 other now former customers) and put what I was going to purchase back and left the store.
Now I understand that loosing five customers is nothing to a cooperation as large as Circle K but if this is indeed your policy then I expect you will loose a hell of a lot more in the future.

Circle K beer that was on sale

The lady at escondido and resler in el paso texas 79912 was rude and being disrespectful. I come here all the time and she is always like this. My name in Enrique Banuelos. I [censored]en hate her. She would not honor this deal and charged me 1.99 each beer. As a customer i dont want to deal with this.. she has attitude and she should be happy that i deal with it in the right way.

Circle K a drunk employee

Hi! I was at your store at 3:00pm today (13 October 2018)and an employee came in and was behind the counter asking someone about a bottle of water. She was clearly intoxicated or high. I asked her if she was okay and she said "I'm fine. Thank you for asking about me." She was so out of it. She was clearly making the employee who was waiting on me uncomfortable. I thought you should know. I shop daily at your Circle K's and have always found the employees to be kind, helpful and pleasant.

I left a message on the Florida complaint line as well.

Circle K concern

is it circle k policy to have individuals titled assistant managers but doing store manager duties with store keys and not giving the pay? Thats not ethical. the human resource man is rude, dont care about nothing, and coumes in the stores and wont speak. does higher levels ever visit these stores to know of people working experience with the company or their ideas needed to be discussed? its not good to just worry about having the stores run and not show appreciation to the workers. the turn over so high because why the start pay still $8.00? corporate need to get involved. there are alot of people being under paid. my business is right by a circle k on wilmington island georgia. its unbelievable what you see... that action manager is used to death. the volume is too much for herself management in that store. no store manager ! unreal! i am sure her boss Micheal dont care. he not ethical either.

Circle K sausage biscuit

I recently purchased a sausage biscuit from my local Cirlce K in LaPlace, LA. I went to eat it, heated it then opened it to put cheese on it and to my disgust there was mold all over the entire biscuit and sausage! If I would have not opened it to put the cheese on I wouldn't have been aware of the disgusting mold and would've got very sick! This is not at all acceptable in any way, shape or form! I have pictures of it to provide. I am a frequent customer but will not be anymore. I want my money back from that nasty biscuit and no I am not going to the store! I expect a response ASAP!

Circle K jacob s

There is an employee at a store located at 13873 SE highway 42 Weirsdale, FL 32195 named Jacob S. I have had multiple problems with Jacob the past few months and things have only gotten worse. There has been times where he has forced me to stay outside of the store while he smokes a cigarette. This is annoying when I have to be at work a certain time myself. He is always sarcastic and cocky and always rushing me out of the store while I am looking for items to buy. I know suggesting charity for Red Cross is part of his job, but I don't donate to them for a personal reason, which I have explained to him multiple times. Him asking isn't the problem, more of the fact that he makes jokes about it like "I know you don't donate to them, but I'm putting you change in anyways" and has actually gone as far as putting my change in the charity cup without my permission which is rediculos. On top of it, it doesn't matter what time I pull into the gas station, it always seems like he is smoking a cigarette outside of the store. Being a former employee of this store for 4 years and company for 5 years I find this costumer service horrible, as I or none of my coworkers had never acted anything like Jacob. I come into this store 7 days a week and spend at least 20 dollars a day/140 dollars a week and will not continue shopping at any circle k unless he is either fired or given some sort of punishment for his actions. I can't stress that his costumer service has been the worst that I have ever been given.

Circle K manager sabotage another manager

I have been a customer at your store for years and the last couple months your Manager at Maryland Parkway and Charleston has been constantly talking down on the New Manager @ Charleston and Pecos Street... saying she thinks her store is gonna be better than my store and that someone named Donna is gonna demote her and that no black [censored] is gonna out do her as long as she can prevent it. I also heard her telling employees at the store on Pecos street to come work for her and she will make them managers if they come to her store.. it's jelousy going on at the expense of the Manager on Charleston and Pecos Street... she's a great Manager and we go to her store and our family love her.

Warning to Female Customers:
Beware of Phoenix, AZ Circle K at
36th st & E. Indian School Rd.

Nodding off (addict?) Angry White Male Cashier wakes up just long enough to take your money and tell (bad) misogynistic jokes to you if you are a female customer.

Buying gas at Circle K, You might expect to find a bored employee; even a rude one.

On 10-11-18 at 3:30 PM this Phoenix AZ cashier was so repulsive, hostile, and pathologically "out of it" that I quickly walked out - despite an empty tank.

I literally felt so unsafe, alone in this circle K with this creepy cashier, that I left and drove further (on fumes) to QT and filled up my Gas tank there instead.

Don't be surprised if you see Circle K in the News - not just for credit card skimming at the pumps. But for hiring dangerous cashiers because HR never performed background checks.

How is it possible? To put an antisocial personality in a customer service position?

Is the Corporate model to staff 1 man stores with the most offensive men possible?

Perhaps it's a new strategy to prevent stores from being robbed - the best defense is a good offense, so Staff with Convicted Felons.

Circle K cashier

Cashier was so rude I left crying. I came in to buy cigarettes and dropped my ID, and keys on the ground. Cashier got my ID and handed it back to me and told me to "try again and hand it" to her. I usually wouldn't be so upset, but I was carrying my baby in her car seat and was already struggling. So I got my ID and Keys and left. She told me to "have a good day" in the most sarcastic tone. If no action will be taken I will move to a higher level to receive the action that is needed.

Circle K service

You know I'm a daily customer I go in Circle K 3- 4 times every day and is winter time and I understand that but the buses take up all the gas station pumps without getting fuel they stand around in the parking lot where I can't even park in the parking lot I got to go across the street and park and walk back to Circle K when they're not even in the store they're just sitting there for 30 minutes to an hour every morning is getting ridiculous and then when there is a bus and there's two people working the line are we backed up to the Beer section and one og them is cleaning and inly ine cashing people out it takes forever to get to the cash register takes forever to at Circle K. The service is not very good and I'm going to start going to Chevron just thought I'd let you know

Circle K discrimination

I was let go on sept 24, 2018 without a proper reason why and then found out that another co worker that got let go the same day got her job back. I feel I was discriminated against and was working in a very hostile environment and well as the boss sexual harassing me while I was working saying sexual things I rather discuss on the phone and not on a complaint board.

Im being charge for ice when i have my own cup i have been coming here for months i came today and now im being charged $1.07 with my own money store 736 s. Reilly Rd Fayetteville NC smart nasty rude black girl working the time was 11am. I want feed back ASAP I WILL GO BUY MY COFFEE AND ANYTHING ELSE I NEED FROM ANY STORE BUT YOURS I WILL MAKE EVERY POINT TO TELL OTHERS FONT SHOP WITH CIRCLE K.

Circle K unethical behavior and ada violation

I went to the Circle K @ 3451 Williams Blvd, Kenner, La 70065 on Friday 10/05/2018 @ 4:40 pm. I let the cashier know that I have a Exxon reward card and i wanted $20.00 in gas. She told me to scan the card, I informed her her that the card had to be scanned. She immediately got and attitude and repeated that i had to scan the card. I let her know that I have used it before and it has to be scanned to work and i called them and they (Exxon) also said it has to be scanned. She then said she was not going to scan the card and if i wanted to use it i have to scan it on the pad customers scan their debit/credit card on. She became very disrespectful telling me to just scan my debit card for the gas, I told her i was not going to do that cuss then it wont take off any money that maybe on the card. She kept telling me to do what I told her wont work. I informed her that I have MS and i just wanted to get gas. Again I got an attitude telling me in a nasty tone to just scan my debit card. So i told her I will go to the other register because i don't like the way she is disrespecting me with her tone of voice. I asked for a supervisor and she told me there was no supervisor. I went to the other register and the female that waited on me there on terminal 001 apologize for this girls disrespect. While i was pumping my gas the girl that was on terminal 2 came outside and started taking pictures of my car and me. Another customer who saw this informed me. When i asked the employee why she was filming me she wont say. I went back into the store and took pictures of them and the one who disrespected me on terminal 3 and the one who took the picture started yelling "Dont film me, don't take no picture of me". I informed both that since they left the job to come out and take my picture and wont say why i am also taking theirs for i dont trust why they are doing what they was doing. They started screaming while other customers was in line waiting to get waited on for me to get the hell of their store. Which I did. Neither one of them cared that I told them that I am disable. I have MS. I felt the one was stalking me and my car is a violation of my rights for I did nothing to them.. I will also be contacting the ADA about this incident for I feel it was either prejudice against my color, - I am afro american and my disability. I know customer service so I know during the busiest time of the day there had to be a supervisor and the one who took the picture may have been the supervisor. One 1 employee bothered to apologize and try to help. I have a receipt from the store if there are any numbers you need for I didn't get names for they was not giving them to me when I asked. I informed them I was contacting their corporate office and the one on terminal 3, the one the got disrespectful and kept saying things disrespectful to me while i was in the store stated she don't give a [censored] if i call corporate about her and [censored] me. I have pictures of the 2 employees that violated my rights.
