Circle K I am complaining about jasmin I dont know her last name bit the time was 11pm on sunday night aug 6th 2017

This was at the store on vanburan an wood in riverside ca I was buying a pack of wraps an then walked out an got in to my car an was leaving then jasmine came out to the door an tell me she wasn't going to sell me anything anymore cue I bought them for some one lets I teen walked back in the store an said excuse me what did you say an she again caused me of buying them for someone lets the car next to mine was my co workers car an he offered me a bread stick from ill ceases an I said no thanks jasmine was watching me get in my car I'm an upset about this I did say seaming about your back [censor] cue I am tired of going to a local store that I go to every day an she has multiple time over charged me for things an has given me problems an has never carded me for beer cigars or wraps an I would like some one to look at the cameras from footage of tonight an do something about the situating with her my phone number is [protected] an my name is Kayla

Circle K older blonde woman who works days

My son was at your store located Main St Martinsville IN Thursday morning 08/03 when we left his car would not start. I went to pick him up and I asked him if he told the person working that it wouldn't start and that we'd be back to get it. He said he did she even went outside and, looked at it to make sure it wasn't blocking a dumpster. He told her we'd be back in a few days to get it. She told him it was fine. He works Monday through Saturday. So today my husband goes to see if he can get it to run and it's been towed. I am very upset that this woman told my son it was ok to sit there and then tells my husband she told my son she told him he had to have it picked up Friday. I picked him up that morning if thats what she would've said he would have told me since he knew my husband would be the one going to get it. Now we have to pay a tow bill last visit to that store and i will plaster your compassion on Facebook

Circle K manager

I visited circle k in castle hayne nc last week and was shocked by the behavior of the manager there. Her name is Mary. While in the store with my children she was heard completely bad mouthing her staff and the company. She was very rude while waiting to be rung up, which I had to wait for because she was talking to another employee. I have gone to many circle k's as I travel a lot for business and this one was awful. I will not patronize this store or the one in Belville for the same reason. So sad

Circle K customer service

My name is Francisca Encinas cell phone number is [protected]. My compliant tonight is an incident with one of your employees at Circle k at grand avenue Nogales as. His name tag which wasn't very clear said Ignacio. It's not fair his attitude towards my son and I. As my 5yrs old son stood in front of the counter trying to pay for the soda I had gone ahead and get, Ignacio kept ignoring him, as soon as my son approached me I told him ask for the change and he said he's not giving it to me. I started making line cause my son didn't have the dollar or change. When we where next Ignacio started saying something about my son not knowing how to talk, , I was SO surprised with Ignacio's aggressive reactions saying he didn't know me and that my son didn't know how to talk. I asked him what's your problem and he kept saying get your change. It is not the first time Ignacio treats me with the same attitude but I'm asking for him not to scare my son. Which like I told him he's just 5yrs and is trying to pay you for the soda. Very confused about this incident and came back home with a crying and scared child. We were trying to pay not to steal. Stop bullying woman and children who just want to pay for the store products.

Circle K cashier

My daughter and I came in to buy 2 sodas on a hot day. We paid the total which was less then $2 with change. My lil one had 4 quarters and 10 dimes. The cashier rolled her eyes, huffed and refused to look me in the eye. I said thank you and as we were leaving she made another huff sound as if we aggrivated her? Ive worked at Circle K years before and would never dream to be so rude. I didnt mind the tattoos up her arm, on her neck, her messy hair, nor her dirty shirt. But she was rude to my child and I was told this wasnt the first time! If you employee people to represent your company wouldnt you expect them to do it with a smile, a good attitude or maybe just behave like someone who appreciates the fact that they are employeed and be anything but rude to the people who help to keep you employeed.

Circle K rude manager

Hi

I shop at one of your stores #7333 and the store manager always has an attitude and has no respect for no one. I've complained about plastic I'm my coffee from the coffee straws to being out of stuff when I come to shop. They have had a huge spider web over the one pumps been that way for weeks. The employees are always edge cus of the manager making me not want to shop here anymore.

Circle K cashier on duty

Second time I've come in and the older man behind the counter was not only rude to customers because of his own lack of knowledge, laziness, or just the fact he's hard of hearing and shouldn't have the position let alone when I asked for his name he refused it as well as could produce me with a managers name or a superior of any sort, and this was at 730 pm July 31 2017 at you robertsdale Alabama location on 59. He got cocky and sly with customers because of his own ignorance when it came to providing them with service more situations than one to explain but watch the video I'm sure it will tell you what you need as well as him bragging of thefts from the company that he bras about when sitting outside of on his break. Thank you for your time I hope this problem is fixed me and my family enjoy the convienence of your establishment and have since your company took over.

Circle K manager on duty completely made the situation worse with her lack of knowledge and a disgusting customer.

Today I watched a store clerk get threatened my a disgusting customer because she didn't have a valid credit card to purchase a carton of cigarettes and after she states what was told to her by the actual manager of the store another manager that I guess was filling in contradicted her in the customers presence witch further agitated the woman to the point of cussing and calling the causer out her name. Then she walked of a threanted to kill her outside. This customer was caring anloaded gun on her hip. At what point will you put your employees first. Does one of them have to get injured or killed before you guys realize how open you leave them. Just the simple lack of communication and everyone not being on the same page as we see causes a problem. If you really care you would at least apologize to this young lady and train your managers better. I will not be returning to this store or any of your stores for this seems to be a recurring problem with the lack of concern for your employees. If you actually care to even know, the store is located in Fayetteville North Carolina store number 302. I have spoken to this young lady on numerous occasions when I come to the store sorry to say I don't know her name but what I do know of her is that she is serving our country and this is how your company shows there gratitude for a soldier that works for you. May god be with you.

Circle K lotto tickets

I often shop at the circle k at 28th St and bell Rd, Friendley people and somewhat clean store. I understand its a busy store but my question is why don't they pick a different time to do inventory on scratchers lotto tickets during the busy part of the day. This is twice I've went in to buy tickets between 10 and noon and i can't buy tickets. Can someone get this handled. This is the circle k located between 28th street and 32nd St on bell

Circle K casier

I walked in to a circle k was playing a couple 10 dollar scratchers when I had purchased a $10 fast cash lottery ticket and had the cashier scan it she had said it wasn't a winner but a ticket clearly printed she had given me another one and told me to play it so I went along with it and had pulled the manager to the side to discuss the situation he did not believe me and had told me the cashier had bought it before I did witch means she clearly used my money to buy it I had an extremely hard time trying to receive the ticket back so I can scratch it and after I scratched the ticket I had found out it was a 50 winner that she had clearly stated it was a looser and she had denied it the whole time and finally admitting the truth towards the end I am extremely upset I have tried to contact your corporate office no answer no reply further action needs to taken to resolve this matter unless circle k is condoning to this type of behavior this is unacceptable and I have I would like for somebody to contact me so we can resolve this matter

Circle K rude employees

I live down the street from the circle k in arrington, tn. We have shopped there for 13 years for all our gas, cigs, drinks, lottery, etc. It's the only store near. They have hired a new manager in the last couple months. Now the store is terrible... There is one clerk that just sits behind the register on her phone or talking loudly to someone all the time. My husband went in to get three polar pops and asked for a drink holder. She said to him as she sat at her usual place "do you see any drink holders?" he said no (Why would he ask if there were some?) she said "well guess there aren't any then. Never getting up from her permanant seat. So he asked the subway person if there were any... She went to the back and got a stack of them. This morning, he went to get me a coffee, said trash was all over the place since the cans had not been emptied. The atm didn't have receipt paper in it for a good 3 weeks. All they said was"we don't do that" who ever orders wouldn't order my brand of cigs (That I have been getting there for 13 years) for well over a month even tho I asked many times. I went in there yesterday... Went to pay, two at the registers... But one was so engrossed with her phone I stood there for a min. And finally asked if she was open. I know this is a high volume store, busy all day, but it's gone way down in the last couple months.

Circle K employee behaviour

Multiple times this week me and my husband have entered the location of circle k off lake shore drive in lake elsinore california 92530. There lines are long, employees sit there talking with eachother instead of hopping on counter to assist customers. When I brought up the por customer service to the shift leader there she blew me off and told me to get out of the way, as I did she exclaimed "Oh was that rude!" We have been shopping here sence 98 and after this week will no longer come to this stores location. I have filed a formal complaint with there corporate office as well as the bbb. Hopefully they read these complaints and do something about there poor customer service.

I am reporting a complaint. A customer comes in to purchase a fountain drink. 2 female cashiers said customer cut in front of a man and refused service to the female customer. I did not see any offense. Customer as well did not notice cutting in front of anyone in line. The two cashiers and one female manager violently told the woman to get out of the store and threatened to call police as they seemed to disapprove of her attractively fashioned clothing style. The customer was bewildered as the two female cashiers, and a female manager raised up an unnecessary ruckus of yelling at her and even threatened to call the police. The female customer left out and called law enforcement in fearful of the women and their behavior or other pursuits. A security guard resided with the female customer knowing her as a respectable woman and student and told her to call the police and wait to protect her from any repercussions, reputation, or threats and other actions the females employees would take. I saw the event as overly exerted, outrageous, and discriminatory behavior, and I currently don't feel at ease to go to that store location again. In my perspective, the female employees were acting out of jealousy against the female customer. I do realize this store's location is unruly in general. I advised her to go to safer places and stores. As part of a business network organization to help Albuquerque we are hoping to pursue and see more businesses in that area and hope to see better service for our employees to go. The interceding Police Officer advised the woman that it is appropriate to press a lawsuit against K-store because of the kind of discrimination/belligerence from cashiers and the store manager as being unreasonable against the customer. I told her not to pursue any lawsuit even though the female customer was emotionally disturbed by the event. I told her that I would just submit a complaint to K-store personally because it was very offensive to me as well. I hope more rational and mentally healthier management will be selected to administer this Circle K-store location in Albuquerque. It would be sensible to do so and will benefit the store area. I do not want to give personal contact information regarding this incident and am moving forward. I am only concerned about customer protection and quality of services for this area.

Circle K rude, unbecoming behavior of an employee

The store this employee works at is located at the corner of Archwood and S. Arlington St. in Akron, Ohio.
The woman's name is Yolanda and she works the drive thru window. I have never seen anyone as rude as this woman. She barely opens the window and barks " What do ya want" she practically throws whatever you ask for at you after grabbing your money. The other day my daughter and her husband went through the drive thru and she had on headphones and was singing, , even when they told her what they wanted.
We go to Circle K everyday for something. We buy our gas there, our cigarettes, polar pop and sometimes snacks.
We have started going to a different Circle K but I hate to think of all the people that go to that store and has to deal with her, , even once.
The other employees in that store aren't very professional or nice either but Yolanda takes the cake.

Circle K service

3603 Peach Orchard road Augusta Georgia 30906 Circle K I purchase coffee everyday at that location when I heard about the my lip fountain refill I purchased it for a better deal in saving money each day. I purchased the cup 2 weeks ago and everyday I go to refill and everyday day I purchase the same coffee and glazed donut and it's 99 cents to refill coffee and 60 cent for the donut but all the cashier that work there have over charged me each day I come in that store I complained and one young lady told me to save my recipes to show when I come in how much I should be paying but when I did show my recipes to another cashier she still insisted the amount $2.20 was the correct payment for me to pay so I kept several recipes with different payment amounts on them to prove I'm being over charged for a purchase I buy everyday which I thought I would be saving money on.

Circle K gas station attendee

My sister and I made two trips to the gas station. The first trip we made we were looking for some snacks and while on the phone with our mom i was interrupted with the attendee yelling "can I help you" with an attitude in her voice and rolled her eyes. We went back a second time not even an hour later to get more snacks and tried to buy some coffee creamer which is 10¢ each and we were told we couldn't buy them. While we were checking out she made snide comments under her breath. Our mom asked what the problem was and the lady said we were taking too long picking out snacks and that was disrupting her from doing her job. I calmly told my mom that she had an attitude with us and left the store. She made more comments about my sister and I to our mom after we left the store. My entire family is now banned because of this incident.

Circle K bad service and not honoring specials:

This store on eastern and gage in bell gardens was one of my favorites until today. I walked in and looked for a new monster beverage and saw the shelf where they have the monster beverages section and all shelves had a sign of "2 for $4.00 mix and match" so I grabbed two of them and the lady at the counter said that those where not included so I asked her to come and take a look and she said, very arrogant "i've already seen it" and did not want to even help me with it. I used to like going there, because before the had very helpful and courteous attendants, but lately, I guess they are just graving "friends" I believe the key of any business is good service,

Circle K employee treatment

Seems to be a bad company which takes advantage of uneducated workers. Beware.

They pay you on a prepaid card which costs you money to use! Can you believe that? I'm guessing they get a portion of that money beit a direct payment or use of the service for free.

There's no employee manual so you can spend hours trying to get help from corporate.

Pay is minimum wage. You get paid almost $1.50 more per hour from competitors like racetrak.

They do not not not follow health department regulations. I cannot advise you to eat at any of their stores. Sewage overflow - did not close food service. Do not use 3-sinks as designed for detergent, rinse, sanitizer. No concern about cross-contamination as employees do not wash hands after handling trash, and i'm guessing, bathroom use. Beware!

Circle K customer service. treatment of employees

Today (7-20-17) I went into one of the stores one employee was doing her job and a manager said in front of me "yet another useless body hired in". I use to work for the company but never have I heard such a thing. They are very disrespectful to their employees and customers. They also don't fix anything properly.At 4 US-19 Highway Inglis FL 34449.

Circle K service

I went in to get gas and few other items, I pre paid for my gas. Circle k is supposed to give 5 cents off when you pay with cash/ debit. The cashier was to busy talking with her co workers and manager and charged my card as credit, I noticed when I went to pump and I did not get the 5 cent discount. I went back in the store and told the young lady what she did, she told me the register only does credit. Theres no sign saying anything and then she did not try to do anything to try an fix the issue, no apology not anything. This is one of the worst ran stores i've ever been in! The manager was right there and did nothing.
