Circle K incorrect phone number on google for the 99th ave and camelback store in phoenix.

The phone number listed on Google for your 99th ave and Camelback store is incorrect. the INCORRECT # is [protected]. The CORRECT # is [protected]. The 5 and 6 are switched. That is my home # . The phone rings night and day and I have a 88 year old lady in the house that is not getting sleep at night. I have tried to contact google about the situation to no avail. Please help me. Circle K file an insurance claim

see my email with multiple complaints and phone calls, store number 6813, I need to file a claim for my shoes that were ruined while pumping gas due to a malfunctioning pump, My shoes need to be replaced . Circle K employee wronged by general manager (sexually, and maliciously)

The employees were fine. I worked at Circle K in Tallahassee Florida back in 2006 till 2008. I was fired because I had been working nonstop for 16 hours ( I was a senior assistant Manager) and when I saw the General Manager come in the store I started gathering my items to leave. I was very tired. Kevin the general manager said I couldnt go and I said that he was a general manager so he can run a store. This was when on a day that they were going to count anything in the store worth money. The kicker here is for two years this man tried to find reasons to fire me because I refused to sleep with him. He proceeded to fire me without having a second person in a room with no cameras for "malicious insubordination. The kicker is I would train the whole city of Tallahassee stores and I was also running two stores. Kevin expected me to train another assistant manager what a manager does and then promote him and I work under him when for almost a year I asked to be promoted to management. When other managers heard about this they were all angry because I was the only one they could trust to do their paperwork or train their staff. Final issue was when I was working these two stores at the same time I would work nearly 20 hours a day. My manager, Victoria at that time would go in and "fix" the hours so her bonus would not be taken away so instead of getting paid 20 hours a day 6 days a week I only got paid for 40 hours a week. That is 80 hours short of my real hours work... What is wrong here? Besides breaking labor laws and a boss trying to get me to sleep with him, the only thing I truly did that was wrong was say no to staying at work another 8 hours after working 16 hours already. Pretty messed up. Ten years has almost past the more and more I kick myself in the [censor] for not suing Circle K because of them I have became literally mental unstable due to the treatment I received the past year there.

Circle K theft

On Thursday February 22 around 8:00 pm I visited the location at 8270 W. Cactus rd, Peoria, AZ 85381. I went to purchase a bag of Haribo gold-bears. I noticed the total was $1.98 and the cashier told me it was $2.00. She walked away promptly after taking my $2.00 and refused to give me a receipt. Yes, it may only be 2 cents, however theft is theft. I would like someone to follow up to this complaint ASAP.

Circle K service and employee

Today as I was shopping, an employee at Circle K approached me. She raised her voice and was extremely rude to my friend and I. I was a customer and as someone paying for something that benefits her, this upset me greatly. I was not loud or disrespectful, I was simply looking to buy a candy bar. I feel degraded and singled out as it seems like teenagers are put into one category of being disrespectful and immature, when this does not apply to everyone. She was angry by me "picking up items and putting them back". Me picking up a chocolate bar, then deciding on something else instead, and putting it back in its correct spot should not have raised such a problem. Her concern was absolutely unnecessary, and after this experience I will not be spending my money at this location again.

Circle K unauthorized credit card charges/ unethical behaviour

The store on Baseline &Rural in Tempe, AZ. My mother's card has been overcharged more than once and then had 250$ taken out of her account without consent. On top of that, the customer service is awful and the employees are biased against the people they don't like and/or have outside issues with and the manager, Kenny, will just stand there and let it happen.

Circle K management

I made a compliant the other day about coffee not being made and now I am being harrassed by people claiming they are management for circle k and when the other manager got on to have a conference between the two managers and they thought that I couldn't hear them and while this was happening they started calling me names and being very disrespectful. So then they click me into the conversation and they wanted to offer me free coffee. I told them I don't want free coffee that I would just like to have the coffee made. I have been going to this store at 806 market Street in tiffin, Ohio for 15 years. I have never had anyone attack me like this and I am 55. What they failed to understand this last call was recorded and I am taking it to my attorney tomorrow. If a member of circle k calls me again I will get an arrest warrant. I have just returned from the police to file a complaint over this harrassment. I have a huge family and they now know what circle k has been doing and we all agree we will no longer shop there again. You should really learn to treat your costumers. This is harrassment and aggravated menacing which is a felony in this state and if you are calling me from out of state, it becomes federal. So please harass me again. Circle k has alot of money. So please cause I would love to retire early. Do not do it again or a lawsuit will be filed and a warrant will be issued. We have you on tape and all costumers will know as I have friends in the local news paper and I will make it as public as I can.

Circle K vitamin water incorrect product dispensing/lack of customer service

Vitamin water dispensers both dispensing diet products for the xxx. I kindly told the cashier that both were diet. He just stared back at me and Said yeah? I go to this new circle k not only because is it convenient but also because of the variety of drinks, etc. After this encounter with this cashier who obviously could care less with what I said, I can assure you I will be driving across the way to quik trip. I could care less that I didn't get the specific drink I wanted but the lack of customer service AND lack of willingness to do his job is just sad and unprofessional.

Circle K rude and unprofessional treatment of mentally ill and confused older person

This store is located on Romero/Wetmore in Tucson, Arizona. I have been patronizing this particular store since 2003 on an almost daily basis, having probably spent enough money there to buy the place. Since it is close and I am 76 in poor health this store is perfect for me to get smaller items I need on a daily basis. Well I was kicked out and told never to come back because I alledgedly stole a candy bar. This on February 16th, 2018 although I had been up there earlier that day to purchase soda and candy.

Ever since I fell down my front steps several months ago, I often enter a sort of fuge state where I actually don't remember where I am, unaware of my surroundings, and become totally confused. Believe me, after all of these years doing business there I do not need to steal a 1.98 cent candy bar. And since according to the clerk I put it back, I did not steal it.

A day after this incident I woke up in the hospital Feb 14th, not knowing how I got there or what for. I was told I had walking panama, and suffering black outs which will need further evaluation. What happens is I seem to be in an altered state, confused, with a sense of loss of reality.

If I actuall tried to steal something I am sorry, as I said, after spending a small fortune at this store over the last 16 years, I do not need to steal a candy bar or anything else. The store could have handled this a little more discreetely and tried to find out what is going on, not brand me a major crimingal and ban me from the only store withing walking distance for a 75 yearl old in poor health. All I want is to explain to the manager I had no intention to steal and to take into account all of the business I had there.

Circle K threatened and cussed out by a store manager at #4678

It is 8:52 am on February 16, 2018 i dealt with clerk David and his store manager. I was trying to buy a box of renu for my contacts. The box did not have a price so the manager charged me $9.99 for a small bottle. I asked him I said "why is it so expensive" the manager said "that's just the price you do not have to buy it" I told the manager I said "sir you don't have to have an attitude with me, I know what my options are" the manager said "I don't have an attitude, apologies if you think that" I said sir "I understand I know what my options are you didnt have to tell me I don't have to buy it that's rude" and the manager started to raise his voice I told him "stop talking to me" he said "get out" I said "[censor] you" he said "[censor] you!". I didn't know she'll treated their people like that I am a frequent shopper of shell this is ridiculous.

Circle K service

That this store at 8350 Baymendows Rd Jacksonville allows pan handler to hang around with employees or managers not calling to police on them. I drop 20 dollars on the ground and a pan handler took it then he said that he would give it back to me if I gave him dollars. This is type of stores you run with people hanging out. No one calling the police on people harsing customers around the store. This is bad for business.

Garden City Ga location at hwy21 and Bourne ave. I've been a customer at three different locations circle k has in this area. The other two are clean and very customer service friendly for more than 18 yrs. This newer location at hwy 21 and Bourne ave has employees using 4 letter words including GD and MF and FU because a customer forgot their pump number outside! The bathrooms flow filth and over run toilets daily! It has a inspection score of 78-87. What's that tell you about the employees! I've called management I've emailed and nothings done to correct things after months of the sorry attitudes the employees show to customers and especially Caucasian customers! They'll cuss you out if you forgot the pump number or have any questions! What a joke this store is!

Circle K employee

Visited the Oak Harbor Blvd location in Slidell, LA, shortly before 11 am on February 11th. My ID recently got renewed so I have a paper copy instead of a plastic until it arrives in the mail. Now, I have been down in Louisiana for almost a week now ordering liquor with no problem since this paper ID scans and is obviously a real ID. Until today, when all I was trying to buy was a lighter. I don't care if she was confused and didn't know what to do with it or WHAT but the way to not handle it is to throw it in my face and scream no at me and then go back to her conversation with the other employee. I wish this has happened before my boyfriend bought his gas so we could have given business elsewhere. Even after trying to explain to her, she still refused to try and scan it or look at it, just screamed no at me again, said it was fake, and once again went back to her conversation.

Circle K coffee condiments

Location - Mound and Woodford streets in Decatur, IL. The coffee condiments are back to back with the grills. The heat from the grills are causing the coffee condiments to sour - go bad. This is causing lots of stomach sickness. A lot of the condiments are getting trashed. Therefore running out too fast and now the ordering is off. I go in to get coffee and parts of the coffee condiments are out and/or sour-bad-spoiled. I count on this station /store. It is a good one! The location is good for this station /store. Other stations/stores have their coffee condiments separate from the grills. I try to be a fair man. So, if I'm wrong - Ok! But, I'm pretty sure this is a problem. I want to keep buying my coffee there. Sincerely, Hampton

Circle K night employee on 43rd ave and thomas rd

My husband went in to the store and the night clerk I did my husband and our 11 year old daughter. And each time we go in there she is very rude to us as well I don't appreciate my 11 year old daughter being harassed by your employees. The date this happend February 5 2018 @ 10:43 p.m. the store is located on 43rd ave and thomas rd Phoenix az 85035. Employees name is Marana.

Circle K service

My husband went to buy cigarettes & the manger wouldn't sell them to him because she only had 1 carton left. Is there a policy where you can't sell cigarettes if you have 1 carton left? This was at the store on Austin Peay Memphis Tennessee 38128. I though they are in the store to sell to customers. I would like something to be done about this or you will lose our business. Thank you

Circle K overcharging and unprofessional

Today will make the third time in a row that I've been over charged when checking out at this location. This includes items inside of the coolers, as well as items on the isles. It's understood that things happen, and sometimes prices will be mismatched. Unfortunately, when I question the price being different from what's listed on the tags, the employees get very offended because they have to verify what's listed. Once they do realize that I am being overcharged, the attitude towards the customers becomes overly rude. Address is 60545 Hwy 11 Slidell LA. 70458

Circle K discrimination

Hello, My name is Britni Martin and I am an employee of Circle K. I have been employed for a few months.
January 3rd, 2018 I fainted at work while my district manager Joyce Franklin was working in the building. I am being discriminated against based upon learning, that day, that I am in fact pregnant with twins. I should be allowed accomodation considering our guidebook and expectation form clearly outlines discrimination, concern for safety of employees, and accommodations of specific disabilities. I provided Joyce (my district manager), as well as Julie (my general manager) the note provided by the ER MD that clearly states I need to be "allowed to sit with frequent breaks." They were given my note that same week.
My superiors have given me grief about needing to sit, and they are refusing to provided this accommodation stating "the note from the ER doesn't count" and that I need a "real doctor's note."
I did not have insurance at the time but applied immediately upon confirming the pregnancy with both documentation from the ER that day including an ultrasound, and another ultrasound on Jan. 14th, 2018. Julie has seen the ultrasound as further proof of my growing pregnancy with twins. I told both Joyce and Julie that I couldn't get another note until my insurance went through, which it just now has since this Monday, January 29th 2018, and made an appt with a regular OB, the earliest they can see me even with my issues, is February 15th. I have told Joyce and Julie this as well. I have been severely sick due to the multiples, I have been sick several times in front of my employees. Everyone is well aware of my medical condition and it is very well documented. That being said, my ER visit also concluded my fainting was due to low blood pressure, due to the pregnancy, which Joyce and Julie were told. I have followed company "Open Door Policy/ Issue Resolution Procedure" as outlined in the South Atlantic Division Guidebook and Expectation Form.
On Jan 30, I was serving one of my regular local customers who was surprised to see me, stating "Oh you're still here!..." I was puzzled at this and asked "Why wouldn't I be?" It was then I was informed "Because day shift told me you were "on the terms""
This has gone from Discrimination to Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress. My superiors are highly mistreating me and are now slandering and gossipping about me, including to customers! I am distraught. I have no write ups, I've never called out. Now I have been forced to file this complaint now on February 2nd, 2018.

Circle K employees

I stopped this evening at 9 pm to the circle k on 35th ave and greenway road as I do everytime I need to purchase a money order. Sometimes the employees there tell me that they do money orders until 10 and there is one guy (older white male who wouldn't tell me his name) that always tells me "no we stop them at 9 we don't do them this late" when i asked him if all circle k stopped them at 9 when I had just gone there a week earlier and they stopped at 10 and he says "no it depends on the store and day check the other stores." I feel like every time that I go into that store if there are other people in like the older gentleman is always rude and lazy just so he doesn't have to count my money to make me a money order. I don't know why i still go to this location. I am just going to start driving out of my way to Frys.

Circle K counter help

I went to 1601 North 67 th. She didn't want to take my 20 dollars for a fountain drink. She would only let me use my debit card, then turned around and asked if I needed cash from the card. If I needed cash I would use the 20 that I tried to give her. I just can not believe the service you let them do. Such a shame my 20 wasn't good enough to take. I'm visiting from another state, I just can't believe people get treated this way
