Pizza Hut rudeness, took four phone calls for them to answer the phones, took an hour in a half to receive my food.

I ordered wing Wednesday at 7 and didn't receive my food until 9 . I tried calling multiple times . It took me calling off my house phone and cell phone at the same time four times just to get someone to answer . I asked for an manager but no one came to the phone to speak to me . As I was waiting for an manager someone hung up in my face . I Would like a full refund .And Pizza Hut just lost a loyal customer .

Pizza Hut customer service

I tried to make an order online. Something happened to the order so I figured I'd just call it in for pick up. Once I went into the store off of 103rd. In Jacksonville Florida. I paid. Before I was given my order I was looking at my receipt because my order seemed to be more than what it said when I tried to order on line. Once I noticed that instead of charging me 12.99 for the 2 paste with bread sticks as a family deal. I was charged 8.99 each and no bread sticks. I proceeded to explain that there is a mistake on the bill. The lady at the counter then went and got another woman and she told me that they don't do refunds but she'd give me store credit. I then told her for get it then just refund me back my whole order since I haven't even seen it yet. She then told me that they can give me store credit but no refunds. I explained I don't eat out often enough to do store credit and I would like my money back. She then walked away and came back a few minutes later gave me 4. And change. I stood there for another 20 minutes while waiting for the woman to give her the receipt I had to sign for and get my food. It is now 810pm and this started at 725 pm. Needless to say I'm very displeased with the service at this location.

Pizza Hut food/service

I ordered 12 wings (took 2 hours) and ranch from the pizza hut that delivers to the 76116 area off camp bowie. I paid in cash i opened the black box and it's only had six wings no ranch. I call up there for a refund a man told me they would be back with my money. He calls me back in 3 minutes saying they can't it's against policy. I'm questioning what hell is going on. He puts a different "manager" on which is a woman. She says "are you gonna stop being an [censor] or DO YOU WANT the rest of your [censor]?" I said I want my money back she said it happening and so I said bring me my "[censor]". She told me she will personally deliver and she did. I threw away. Yall need to work costumer service I will never order from this again.

Pizza Hut everything

I ordered 3 large thin and crispy pizzas online during the 50% off deal around 8:30 for 12:30 on a Friday, about 2 hours after I had ordered the pizzas I got a phone call saying they were all out of thin and crispy crust I asked why I wasn't notified any sooner if I put in my order 2 hours ago there was no response. I asked for pan and they said they were out of pan crust as well. I asked what crusts did they have and the person on the phone said they could give me 3 square pizzas I asked if that was as big as my original order and the person replied with "no" after it being so long after I had ordered the pizzas earlier they agree to knock off 20% of my order and then once again call back about 10 minutes later saying they weren't able to reduce the price because it was already 50% off I then asked if something could've been done since we were not at all getting what we paid for they said they could give us cheese sticks well by the time they delivered my small pizzas they came without the breadsticks, we asked the driver where they were and he told us he would bring them back...the driver never came back with our breadsticks, the pizzas were made incorrectly, and they were very rude on the phone. I am so dissatisfied and wasted hard earned money for something I wasn't able to enjoy. These employees need far better training on customer service.

Pizza Hut the call center and pizza hut in general

This is the third time I ordered from pizza hut delivery and after waiting over an hour was told they had no info on my order the second time they said they found it but took another hour to recieve. This last time they suggested I re order and take another chance and wait another hour. Im very. Upset. Please respond. [protected]. Today was a special day because we are celebrating our sons birthday and people are hungry and apparently they cant find my order

Pizza Hut service and rudeness

I have never been disrespected so badly by aomeone as I was today I called to have a delivery and ended up having to pick it up because the phone lines were busy for 1 1/2 hrs I sent someone to get my order and the salad had nothing on it but lettuce I didn't get my chicken and we never got our drinks and when I called the girl named Emily was the rudest ever and then I call back after work and talk to the manager she was just as rude if not more. I will make sure I spread the word and let people know just how awful I was treated and spoke to

Pizza Hut pizza

I was in the aquia pizza hut in Stafford Virginia and I went in and ordered my food 2 pizzas and while I was in there waiting I over heard the clerk handling the register and the front say to the manager about adding water to marinara sauce and that just disgusted me it probably should have been changed out with a clean pan and new sauce. My pizza was terrible and only 2 pieces was eaten out of the 2 pizzas and the rest was thrown out.

Yesterday 7/24 I called in for an order pick-up...the special was Any large one topping pizza, bread stix, and a 2 liter for 15.00??(not sure of exact price)...I ordered a large pan, cin. stix, and a pepsi...the operator asked what would be the one topping...since my son really doesn't like any I said just make the topping extra cheese...operator said that...

On 07/23/17 exact time 5:05p the person on the phone hung up on me 4 mins 0 sec, I don't know
if this is a new policy with Pizza Hut, I believe the
person name was Adriana she's sort of fat & Hispanic, I always have problems with her, I
call pizza hut on my cellphone number [protected], (this Is what happened) I placed a call at the time shown, she answered the called, " hello this is
Pizza Hut, after the greeting, she ask for my name
phone number, pick up or delivery, then she asked
me: will I be picking it up at the location: 2042 W 47th St, Chicago, IL 60609 Store # 032433, now during the 4:00 minute Conversation, before Adriana hung up on me, I was inquiring the specials
that Pizza Hut was offering, (I hope this call was Monitored) I doubt it, because she hung up, but this person is always rude with me, you see as mentioned earlier I've had problems with her in the past, but the difference is, I never called her from the number I used today, my original number
will bring up my information, the number on file
is [protected], Which make me think one or two ways, either she don't like me, or she's prejudice, I think I called on her or attempt to reach out to her
Authorities, I don't know what came of it, so, here I am again, this time "please respond, because I'm so

Pizza Hut fake commitment by the manager of star mall mayur vihar (mr. anand)

I have given the order on 8-7-2017 at 10:27 PM but they delivered the order at 11:29 PM. And commit me to return the amount on my account within 7 days. But today 23-07-2017 already 14 days cross no amount will credit in my account. I tried to call MR. Anand but he cant pic my call.
I will call him 1 weak ago he says that let me check in the system and revert back to you, but gill now no call has came from his side.

Pizza Hut poor service

I ordered 3 pizza's and 12 bbq wings for my family at 8pm from pizza hut. The tracker advised 80 to 95 minutes for delivery. I kept looking at the tracker as it advised still being prepared and is why i did not call. I fell asleep waiting, my son woke me up at 11pm, so I called. I was advised my orders was canceled due to no product and I would be refunded in 3to5bus days & rcv $20 credit, I was transferred to a supervisor in another state and they advised the store rep tried calling me, the store rep lied as they did not. they said the store manager will research and may do some coaching on findings. too bad they didnt offer a follow up call showing my business is important to them. If they would have just called me in the first place, I would have changed my order. they shld have offered me the same order free for the next day. i am out my money for the weekend. I believe in quality service as well as product and I did not receive either very disappointed.

Pizza Hut pizza

My kids begged for Pizza Hut so we gave in and ordered. They wanted bacon pizza so I ordered EXTRA bacon! and they were super happy when it finallllly arrived (lukewarm). The delivery gal was very nice though. Upon opening the box they were so disappointed that I had ordered pizza with "onions"...(They're just young kids) so I look at the pizza and it did indeed look like onions but was in fact just white, gristly, chewy basically uncooked bacon... and I ended up having to pull off 90% of this bacon before they could eat it, because it was literally inedible. Like chewing on rubber. I can see a few pieces like this but the entire pie? What happened? My girls were really bummed and I'm so disappointed in the quality.

Pizza Hut cinnamon sticks and pizza

So the first issue which isn't that major is they had no large pizzas, we got 4 mediums instead but who doesnt have a large pizza? But my main issue was the cinnamon bread. (photo) they looked so messy and it looked like whoever made it had no care at all and just slopped on the cinnamon. Also they were so disgusting and did not look appetizing at all and I received no icing which I payed for.

Pizza Hut food services/ pizza hut locations

To whom this may concern.
Hello my name is Kaylon. I just wanted to let whoever know whom it may concern, that yesterday from one of you guys location in Houston Texas I ordered mild boneless wings. As you can see in the picture below, I basically have the regular wings with very little sauce on the bottom. I do not intend to come off as rude or complaining much. But as a loyal customer, within the past week I have ordered from you guys twice and twice there have been mistakes on you guys employees (customer service) behalf. One sending me to a wrong location with a Pizza Hut that doesn't exist anymore and now the wings. I just thought that I would let it be known.

Pizza Hut dine in services

We were in Gatlinburg Tennessee with our family and went to Pizza Hut around 11 that day we ordered our pizza and went to go sit down and we were very shocked to see that the tables were not clean from the night before dirty pizza pans glasses excetera so we are moving from one table to another looking for a seat that is clean finally we find one it's not only that the place was uncapped it was that we was the only second family in there table should have been taken care of before they ever left the night before it was very dirty we have a many Pizza Huts all over the United States but this by far was very bad please check in on this knowing that your Pizza Hut is in the center Gatlinburg Tennessee a tourist attraction I feel that this would hurt your business a lot

Pizza Hut pizza hut at 6203 belmont road chesterfield, va

On July 19th me and my children stop to pickup dinner. Because I had worked a long shift so didn't want to go home and cook. When we got there it was small line the gentleman behind the counter asked was it pickup or order. I said order I started to look around to see if there were sign for specials. I looked in the corner window and it read 10.00 for any size or kind of pizza. So I told the Young man I wanted that special, he then said to me that the sign couldn't be still in the window it suppose to have been taken out. . And I replied because it is you should be able to honor sign price. He said to me he couldn't but I can get 2 medium for 6.99 each, I told him that wasn't good customer action. So I wasn't happy either were my children, but I left with no pizza. And had to drive another 3mil out of my way. Very Unhappy Customer,

Pizza Hut wings

I ordered an (8) piece bone out wings.
1 bone out wing was the normal size. 3 of them were very small and 4 of them were tiny. I am not exaggerating. It looked like scraps from the bottom of the bag. The wings were so small that there was no meat it was just a tiny piece of crunch. Literally the size of a dime. If I pay for 8 wings, I expect 8 wings not scraps. Very disappointed.

I tried ordering my sandwiches online to get the discount and I couldn't find the sandwich on line so I had to do it In the store. Since that I couldn't do it online the manager for noble would not put any type of discount on there and I believe if there is an issue with the online deal that they should go ahead and atleast give some kind of a discount

Pizza Hut service/delivery/quality

I placed an online order and one I never got a confirmation email and after an hour of wAiting I called the store and the girl who answered was extremely rude when I asked about my order. Not only did I wait almost an hour and a half for my food but it was also cold. I am very unhappy and this store will be lucky if I or anyone I know goes there ever again. This type of service is unacceptable.

Pizza Hut pizza box order

I order a big box one topping pizza and the pizza hut in Stockton .ca on March ln they said they ran out of boxes so I could get my pizza I had to drive 45 to the other pizza hut. I feel that pizza hut should run out of boxes I feel that it was late and they didnt want to make our pizza I always get my pizza from pizza hut, I am just really disappointed with what has happened.
