Cinnabon no service

I was at the Cinnabon in Sugarloaf Mills Mall Duluth, Ga and 4 ladies were working. I was standing there for almost 5-6 minutes at counter. Neither one acknowledged me, even though they saw me and my daughter standing there, they didn't say hello, can I take your order, I'll be right with you or anything. I left and did complain that I assume they are closed since neither said anything to me. I ended up going to Starbucks for a treats and drinks. Horrible service!

Cinnabon buns

My name is Lisa Machado and I live in Danvers, Mass. I recently visited a Cinnabon at the Destiny, USA Mall in Syracuse, NY and was VERY disappointed. I purchased a 9 pack of the minis and a 4 pack of the Original Cinnabons. The 9 pack was a total mess! They were all different shapes, some were bigger than others, and the cashier was very unfriendly! I visited the store on Saturday 12/8/18 at about 8:45 PM. I have attached a photo. I think your employees should be re-trained on how to make the perfect Cinnabon. I happen to be someone who worked at a Cinnabon many many years ago and know that they should not look like this. I took the photo after my son had already eaten a few.

Cinnabon cinnabon customer service

I visited your Troy location and the service was absolutely horrible the employees were so busy in their own world I had to fight to get their attention to take my order and when I finally did they took a 2 guest in front of Me only for me to have to wait for new Cinnabon's to come out. Once they finally did I had to them again go through hell to get the employees attention to box and bag it for me after 5 mins of them being done one of my worst experiences yet

Cinnabon cinnabon

I went to the Cinnabon in Las Vegas Nevada at the South Premium Outlet mall located on 7400 Las Vegas Blvd on Friday November 23 between 8:30-9am & ordered a Cinnabon with pecans only. The lady behind the counter put extra stuff on my Cinnabon that I did not ask for & I stated that. She acted like she had an attitude about it after I told her I only wanted pecans. Because after I paid for it she didn't offer me a bag or receipt. And I don't know if I was charged for the extra stuff. I paid $5 for my Cinnabon & I had to ask for a bag. This lady did not have on a name tag, so I did not catch her name or give me a receipt. I love Cinnabons & was disappointed with her lack of customer skills & attitude because she put stuff on my Cinnabon I didn't ask for. She has very poor customer service skills & should not be in the front of Cinnabon serving customers. She was Hispanic tall with curly hair.

Cinnabon oreo & cream chillata

On November 10, 2018, I approached the Cinnabon Bakery #289 location at Cumberland Mall. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I ordered a regular Oreo & Cream Chilatta with extra ice. My order number was # [protected]. Anaya took my order and was told by a frustrated associate that he could not comple my order because asking for extra ice would "mess up his measurements". I then asked if there was someone else that could complete my order because I'd ordered this many times before. I was then told by associate Katrina that my order would "mess up" their blender. I then simply asked for a refund. With an attitude, Katrina gave me a refund and did not even bother to apologize. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and lack of interest to better assist me.

Cinnabon service

Cinnabon located in Flying J's in Pasadena, Tx off Hwy 225 & Red Bluff Dr. Thursday 11/8/18;
Reach the end. The employees here are ALL rude. Today is when I've had enough of their rudeness & lack of professionalism. The display in front of counter didn't have anymore single boxed cinnamon rolls, so proceeded to ask female employee who was engaged in a conversation with a male employee. Upon her turning her attention to me the look on her face was of annoyance for disrupting her conversation. On the counter you could visually see that at one point she was boxing some up. Upon asking her for a single boxed one she looks at the stack and then says there are some on the other display pointing across store, I look at her dumbfounded but went to other display anyway but there was only one large box there. I went back to tell her and all she says is oh there isn't. At that point I was annoyed and retrieved one of the single boxes off her stack and went to pay at stations check out. My question is what the point of her directing me to another empty display? Why not just hand me one the were stacked right in front of her. If employee doesn't feel like working then go home if employee dislikes their job then find another one instead of appearing to be annoyed for having to actually do the job which includes customer service.

Cinnabon pizza hut cinnabon

When we ordered the Cinnabon's from Pizza hut tonight we were looking forward to a wonderful experience. Upon arriving at out local Pizza Hut my wife inspcted the order. Everything looked good except the Cinnabon's. There, right smack dab in the middle was a glob of icing. Not spread around, not on every Cinnabon, nope a great big glob in the middle. My wife asked them if this was the way it is supposed to be and was answered with a firm, "well that is the way we are trained to do it!" She even asked the store manager that was there and he said the same thing, "that's just how we do it here!"

Pretty pittiful, I had to spread it myself and can't believe the response of the Pizza hut employee. Our local Pizza Hut is located in coushatta, LA.

Cinnabon cinnabon in baku, azerbaijan.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have written to you about the problem we are experiencing in Baku. We would like to taste the same old good quality cinnabon rolls but the quality here is not high. I think they try to save ingridients.

Cinnabon cinnabon/ girl at the counter

I went to the cinnabon inside walmart in phillipsburg nj, and I was fourth in line, I waited for 35 minutes before I was 'helped" by younger girl with no name tag. She was ridiculously asking me "what you want", I order 4 cinnabons, I then waited for another 15 minutes while she slowly prepared my order with a horrible attitude. She the slammed my order on the counter, on top of each other, with no bag and without saying anything put her hand out for my money, I told her I had a card, paid and left. When I got to my car I opened the boxes the cinnabons were in and noticed that the were a smashed mess. I am very unhappy with my experience there and am highly considering not going there again. If its possible I'd like to have my money back or possibly coupons to replace my smashed food.

Cinnabon service

My 9 year old daughter was wanting to purchase cinnamon delights and she didn't know what they were called so the employee Vanessa and Ken started laughing in her face about the fact she didn't know what they were called and Vanessa attempted to call my daughter a liar but tried to correct it and say she didn't see her. Then after they laughed in her face they refused service over 1 cent a penny the total was 5.01 and all she had was 5.00 at the time not to mention I've tipped as a mother a million times as I only come in times to purchase a cinnamon bun. I think this is very unprofessional as an employee of such a great company.

Cinnabon bon bites

I purchase these about twice a month. I got a pack last week in the Altoona, PA location and they were not the same. Not sure if they were day old or whatever. After heating they were still gooie like they were not done. Anyway I called and basically I was told not sure what happened maybe I heated them wrong. Not sure that was what I wanted to hear. I know how to heat and eat a cinnabon.

Cinnabon classic cinnabon (4 pack)

On yesterday (Saturday 8/25/18 between 3-5) I purchased a 4 pack of classic cinnabons from Memorial City Mall here in Houston, TX. I ate one when I got home and that one was delicious. Unfortunately, I ate another one today and that one had a long black hair in it. It must have fallen when the lady was making them, because it wasn't on top, it was like rolled up in the dough. I paid $14.99 to get someone's hair in my food. There was a Hispanic lady preparing the cinnamon rolls and she had a long black ponytail(with no hair net) just a baseball cap. I'm afraid to ear the other 2 that are left. I purposely drove to the mall to go to Cinnabon and I'm very disappointed.

Cinnabon poorly operated store.

The past two visits to Cinnabon at Lakeside Mall in Sterling Heights, Mi. have not been good. A few months ago I stopped in to get a box of Cinnabons for a gift and the place wasn't even open, they had closed early for the day. Last night at 6:30 p.m. I made a special trip to get a box as a thank you gift and I was told three were no boxes available. They said they had sold all of their boxes for the day and could not sell any more although I could wait for some to come out of the oven and then pay the individual price per Cinnabon which is more. This is a poorly run store and the policy makes no sense, it definitely works in their favor for making money! Very disappointed and looking for a new spot to favor.

Cinnabon new churro sandwich with frosting melting as receiving even though more added...

Running a promo for buying one plain (2.99) and a 2nd for 1.00 is good but...
Like the frosting little cup for 1.00...
Problem! Smaller than commercial and you cannot get the 2nd little disk churro
For 1.00 even though the sandwich costs more!?
Makes no sense, when 3.99 plus one is 4.00 and 4.99 for two with frosting,
Why not additional churro wheel for 1.00 making them a 6 dollar sale plus tax ca.

H e l l o mktg... The frosting falls off and sandwich is too soft not crispy to hold together~

Cinnabon service

I am complaining about store 94 in Fairfield CA I don't like how there is a lot of PDA going on in the work environment me and my child were eating Cinnabon's and I see two employees kissing in front of us I find it very rude to be doing that in a work place please control your employees their names were Lexine and Mario as what they told me their names were

Cinnabon undone cinnamon roll

Me and my wife have been coming to your stores for years and yesterday we came and the middle of the roll was absolute dough there supposed to be soft but not uncooked we would of went back but were already home and settled in if there is any way or something we can do about this a refund and we won't be coming back like I said it's a shame and been coming for years and something like this will drive people away

Cinnabon workers

Everytime I go there the employees are rude and standing with their arms crossed as if they don't want to help anyone. The older lady they say is a manager is very rude with her employees in front of us customers and that's not very appropriate. I feel bad for some of them. There has been multiple visits here and seen it often. There have been some nice employees but you don't see them long before they disappear. I think maybe some one should do some training and rehiring to get better people there.

I get a coupon for a free coffee for my birthday for being a loyal customer! I can't even stand the smell of coffee. It is very frustrating. Cinnabon customer service

The employees were rude . I came to Cinnabon first thing I see is 5 employees .
They were talking to each other and saying rude comments because I was taking a while to order .The cashier kept rolling her eyes at me and when she served me my food she violently threw it in the box until all the icing was dripping out of the box.Very rude . There was also no prices on the items and no prices where I can see. Wow I can't believe this place .

Cinnabon product and service

I bought those cinnamon donut holes and a coffee last night at Camino del la plaza, San Diego last night around 8:20
The donut holes(cinnasweeties) were old stale and disgusting. They were not edible. I had bought them and sat down to eat them at the counter. Took one bite and spit it out. I asked the boy at the counter if he could take them back and give me a store credit for a future visit. He said let me see your receipt. I explained that I didn't get a receipt. He said everyone gets a receipt. But I didn't. I didn't see the need for it, so I didn't ask for it. I told him look I purchased this less than 5 minutes ago and sat down here. I didn't go back behind your counter and steal them. He said look all I can offer you is another of the same you just had, pointing to the cup that sat right beside the stale ones that I had just received. I said I don't want your stale donuts, can you please give me a store credit or coupon for a coffee on my next visit. He said no. I was livid. I waved my arms to the camera and said I am on camera everything that happened here is recorded and if you don't help me I will call corporate. He said go ahead. I asked to speak to the manager he said I am the manager.
I can't believe the shop is run by a ignorant 20 something year old boy.

I said look I come here once a month, I can't believe you are going to just rip me off. Please just give me a coupon for a future coffee and I will be happy. He said no. I left, ripped off!

That is disgusting business practice, shame on you! I spent 14.25 at your shop last night and have my bank card receipt to prove it, as well as the in store camera footage to prove that I am not trying to extort cinnabon for a free coffee coupon. I also stop by every month on my way to and from Mexico. Also I am not Mexican, I am Irish American. Unless corporate wants to put this right, I will never lay foot in a cinnabon again, and I will make sure everyone knows about your degrading rip off business practice and stale pastries.
