After finally receiving my dvd from cinemamoon it turned out to be an unwatchable load of rubbish, no cover, no paper work, no address, just a bootlegged copy of absolute rubbish, money taken from my account by xcoin the dvd jumps then goes blank, I would advise people to stay well clear !
thought id ordered a new dvd. i was sent a bootleg dvd in an envelope, no case paid £10 for it, doubt if it will play
I bought movie from them and they took money from me, but I never received the movie. Now I don't know what to do. Stay away!
Ordered a DVD three weeks ago. I have not received the DVD. I sent three emails with no reply.
I PURCHSED A DVD FROM THE SITE CINNAMOON. I RECEIVED A BOOTLEG DVD WITH NO COVER OR DUST COVER. THERE WAS NO INFO ON THE SITE ABOUT NOT SELLING THE ORIGINAL COPY.
Contact the bank and stop the payment...then report them to the state Attorney General. It just happened to me in last 2 days... & I will follow my own advice.
