I provided this lady with a $300 deposit for a female old english sheepdog puppy. When the liter was born she claimed all 3 females died and refused to refund my deposit. I have since been notified by previous buyers who informed me their dogs all had genetic health issues due likely to inbreeding. She is not an ethical woman and buyers should demand contracts, health checks and genetic testing results. Backyard breeder who is running a scammer.
Yes do not buy a puppy from cindy biggs! I too provided cindy biggs with a $400 deposit for a female old english sheepdog. in july 2020. she had several puppies die within the first couple weeks of life and tried to hide this from me. when I found out she claimed she didn’t want anyone to know. later she claimed she forgot to tell me. I told her I wasn’t comfortable buying a puppy from her because I was concerned for the health of the litter and didn’t like how she lied and tried to deceive me. she apologized and said she would refund me my money. several weeks have passed and no refund. she now claims she will not refund my money!
