They tell you to order and get a 1 month free trial of cigarrest. When you receive it you get a 90 day supply which you are billed for whether you want it or not. They don't tell you that you have to send back the product that they sent you that you did not order in the first place to get your money back. Don't order from Cigarrest they are crooks.

This company is the LARGEST legal thief out there! They have you blocked every which way. Someone did their homework. Everything that was stated in these posts is true, and happened to me with the exception that I had used a seasonal bank account to order my "90 DAY FREE TRIAL". I never check this account from April to December as it is not in use. Thank God I had it set up with overdraft protection from my VISA.
When I saw my VISA was so high I checked the account to find that Cigarrest AND THEIR AFFILIATES had charged almost $240.00 on my account. It was being paid by the VISA and I had no idea. I started checking and calling to find out everything that has been stated above with one added "BONUS"...CIGARREST SELLS YOUR NAME AND CHARGE CARD NUMBER TO OTHER COMPANIES! I had ANOTHER company taking money out of this account for the last two months without my authorization or knowledge. They said they were some kind of promotional company. The name of this company was LE *HEALTHY LIVING ! They were taking out another $9.94 a month. I immediatly got on the phone with them, and the gentleman that I spoke with told me they got my information from Cigarrest! They were going to refund ALL my money. But Cigarrest has refused to do so with the exception of the shipment that is supposedly "on the way". I am going to do whatever I can to get this knowledge to the public. I am also contacting the BBB on them, as I was advised this may be the only way to get my monies returned. Please excuse any typo's as I am furious and typing very fast! Mary in NC

It always says 90 days. Quoted from their site (you can go and check) "Try a full 90 day supply of CigArrest RISK FREE! ". I ordered the free trial and they charged about three small amounts to start (sucked because I was using a pre-paid card and got hit a dollar something convenience fee per transaction). Then suddenly they tried to take $99 something. Luckily I had no money left on the card (wasn't expecting the charge but it shows everytime someone tries because I get hit fees when transactions fail too). They got my ex at the same time for over a hundred and he had to fight with the CC company to get it back (in the end he did but ended up being short other things because of it). I didn't find it helped. The only thing it helped to stop was having money because my ex was short a few weeks over it.

I to ordered the B R Cigarrest free trail. Has a matter of fact it said get a 90 day trial free, I recieved my free order, the next month I was charged 67.98. I called the company right away. They told me that it should have not said 90 day free trial but only 30 days. I was very angry with this company and demanded my money back, they said I would have to send back the unused product, I said why would I have to when it stated 90 day free trial. By the way it never even worked for me I wanted a cigarette even more when I used the product. So don't buy this product its just a big scam to get your money!

I ordered the same product thinking that I was getting it through NY Quits because that is the site that I was on. Next thing I know CigArrest calles me I thought that they were affiliated with NY Quits that I went along with it. The woman that called me said that all I would have to pay is $3.00 in shipping and this was back in May 2008. I asked the woman if I was going to be charged for anything else and she said NO MAM. You have to call and order more if you need it. I said ok but you do not have my permission to charge my account for anything else but the $3.00 shipping fee. In July 2008 I went to deposit my paycheck into my account and found that they had withdrawn $99.85 from my account. I was on vacation the week before so Naturally I used alot of my paycheck during then I had almost $300.00 of over with drawn fees. Thank God my bank put back over half of the fees cause we have never had any overwithdrawn fees before.. When I called again to see why they did this a man said that there was another shipment sent out and all I would have to do is send it back and they would refund my money. Well it is now the middle of October 2008 and nothing has come.. So I called the number off the tv and it turns out that the number from the tv ad is not even theres. But I did find there number and called them and they told me that I was being charged for the 2 extra months that they sent me. I demanded to talk to a supervisor and they said that the supervisor is not available right now and that they will contact me. Well I asked them to listen to the recordings that they did of my transactions from before and they said that they don't record any conversations.. I said BS it is said on the computer voie thing so don't give me that. Well now I am going to get ahold of the BBB in there area and mine and also with the Attorney General of NY and CA.

Todat I received a package from this company. I have never ordered anything from them. I can't understand how they got my credit card number, since it was charged to my card. I immediately canceled my old credit card. Some one or company I do business with on the internet, must have sold my card number to these people.
This is definitely fraud. My card company said they have received several similar complaints.

Absolutely deceptive practice... order a "free" welcome kit.. they outline what it is.. then get billed 99.85 for it ! I'm amazed they haven't been very sued by now. I imagine the san Diego BBB has reams of complaints against them.

This "free" offer is anything but. I was supported i considered them "reputable" as they have been in the stores and on TV for so long.
