Me and three friends ate here friday, march 8 2013 and ever since that night we have have had diarrhea along with stomach pain. I can't hold anything down for more than a few hours - things go right through me and I have to drink a lot of water to not get dehydrated. I think the place got a new manager recently, because I have been there a lot in the recent past and the manager I was used to seeing was gone.

I really hope this doesn't continue. I've used three rolls of toilet paper already today.

I used to work at this Cicis until a week ago. I had to go to the police because my boss was sexually harassing me. Of course he denied everything and there was no proof because the cameras only rolled back 48 hours. He knew the angles of the camera. Well I went to get my check today and they wouldn't give it to me because I had there uniforms. They are withholding my check for a couple shirts that stink of Cicis and a hat that's covered in makeup underneath. I will never go back there for anything. The pizza is gross and low quality and management is poor and treats employees like crap.

I always cicispizza with my family, and I do not drink sodas, I have my own water, and the cashier, I always charges a drink my husband claim, and said he could not eat there if we wanted to buy drink give I get it done in the pants pocket, I believe that is the nanager, who goes by different dress, blue shirt walks tender

I was waiting for my wife outside cicis to see if she wanted to eat there I was standing away from the doors and the maneger I could not wait there on a public sidewalk.2

Completley rude! I asked for a pizza to be made bc when I went in, all the pizza was old and dry looking, plus I didnt like the selection. I asked for pepperoni, sausage and bacon, the man told me he had pretty much the same thing coming out in a few seconds, so I waited. This pizza included ham... I dont like ham on my pizza, but I picked it off anyways but the pizza still had the ham flavor. I asked if they were bringing out any cheese sticks. The man said we dont make cheese sticks! I know they do bc it was always my favorite part of the buffet! Then a couple came in and asked for a specific pizza and pure got a lil number on their table and brought to them. Thats the service that I shouldve recieved as well! Its not even all about the food, the man was snobby and rude. If he doesnt like his job, he should work else where!

I am currently in the cici's pizza now. We got five people here. We ordered a custom made pizza but they refused to let me order the second one until we finished the first one. I thought is all you can eat here? Why can't we order when we want to? I don't have all day like the people working there and wait until I finished one pizza then order it and then wait for them to make it when I can just order it ahead of time. Horrible Customer service, why do I have to pay to come eat and fed up with attitude? Will never come back to this location anymore. I rather drive
10 miles to the other location.

My husband and I went to the Watertown N.Y. location, we had never been to a CiCi's before. The food was so-so. It was the health and sanitation practices that were sadly lacking! First we saw a employee sweep off a messy table with a broom used on the floor, we know this because we saw him sweep the floor next. He did spray something on the table and wipe it off, but it was still pretty disgusting! Then we saw the same employee sweep a salt shaker out from under a table with said broom, the cap fell off the shaker, he bent down put the cap back on the shaker and replaced it on the table! Not 5 minutes later a young man came out from the kitchen carrying 2 pizzas he was not wearing gloves, I had seen him handling other things in the kitchen earlier. Granted the pizzas were on pans, but if they had been mine I would of refused them. My husband and I have worked in restaurants, sandwhich shops, etc. for over 20 years, we know the codes. Can we say "cross contamination", I'll bet the health department can!

I am extremely frustrated with Cici's Pizza. I scheduled a fundraiser for a non-profit organization of which I am a member. This fundraiser occurred over 2 months ago and I have still yet to receive the check for the funds we are due. I have called numerous times only to be told that they are working on it and am given a PROMISE that I will be called as soon as they have the check ready. I am always the one to call back and check the status only to continually be told that the check is still not ready. This is unacceptable and I highly recommend that nobody gives Cici's Pizza their business. Definitley do not set up a fundraiser with this company.

I went to eat at Cici's today and the manager was behind the swinging door kissing his nasty looking co-worker. Then he was taking a pizza to a customers table and intentually walked by the same co-worker and rubbed his private area up against her rear end. This was just sick GET A ROOM PEOPLE! For christ sake we were trying to eat.

I've ordered a pizza to go on multiple occasions from the Cici's in Kingwood TX and have had to have them re-make the pizza several times because they can't get my order right. I've been told by two different managers that the reason for the wrong order is that there kitchen staff does not speak English and has a hard time understanding my order. My question to Cici's would be why are they hiring people who cannot speak English? In order to be a citizen of this country you must be able to communicate in English so is Cici's hiring illegals? If not, my hope is that they can hire people who are able to understand a basic order.

Went to eat with my family at CiCi Piza and cockroach CAME crawling up the wall across to my plate... call mfr and all he wanted to do was to give us coupons for another visit..Who wouldngo back to such a nasty place...nFinally he ave us our money backk..
I will turn them in to the the health dept.

Took family of 8 to CiCi Pizza, Enid, Ok today 4:00 pm - Sat.
We were the 3rd family there / there was No ice in the machine / No Pizza / No desserts / No cheese for salads - very little salad .
3 complaints about the Ice / No ice was put in the Ice machine for the soda machine for over 30 minutes / we had to ask more then 1st above Pizza ?
They were not busy by any means ...
Flies were a problem ... and the restrooms were dirty !
Will never take my family there again ... they have lost my bussiness .

I picked up my 2 kids from the daycare yesterday, they requested they wanted some pizza, so I took them to cici pizza at skillman and whitehurst, placed an order, they were really very hungry, the pizza lady said it would take 15-20 minsto be ready, so while we were waiting i picked up 2 slices of pizza from their buffet to give to my kids . An employee from the cici pizza by name Joe C came up to me, telling me I have to pay him $4.26 for just 2 slices of pizza, so I said, OK when the pizza I ordered get ready, he should take away 2 slices from it.As we were still talking, one of my kids, the one who ate the pizza started vomiting, thr vomiting was really really very bad. Joe C went to remove the 2 slices of pizza from the one i ordered, he completely ignored my son who was vomiting, what Joe C was after was the pizza. I suspect food poisoinig. Joe C further threatened, he was going to hit me if I don't leave the cici Pizza outlet.
I never knew there are so much hatred in this Guy Joe C, I normally take my kids to that partcular outlet. The threatening from Joe C got so bad, I left the CICI PIZZA in a very bad mood accompanied with my son who Joe C poisoined.This guy should be made to pay for his wickedness. email me at [protected]@yahoo.com Norah O

My husband and I have been to CiCis in Roanoke Rapids
N.C. ALOT ! It has always been very good with pizzas
steadly coming out and the buffet stayed full. Today
everytime the cook took pizza out of the oven he put it
under the counter and there would be like 4-5 1/2
empty pans on the buffet. My husband finally asked if
he would please put more on the buffet. He put out one
more. I left very dissatisfied and don't know if I'll go
back. It's a shame that everybody kept going back to
see if anything else had been put out. I didn't think I
should have had to pay for the meal. I guess I
should have asked for the manager.

Just a note of concern. We eat at Cici’s Pizza often and love it. We mainly eat at the restaurants in Concord, Boone and Statesville, NC.

This past weekend we attended a festival in Kernersville, NC and ate dinner at the Kernersville, NC Cici’s. We arrived at about 7:30 pm on Saturday May 2, 2009. The restaurant was had a few people in it...not really even half full. We were not greeted with any ‘Welcome to Cici’s” till we were finally noticed standing at the register by the one girl at the front. Once we ordered, she did not give us our drinking glasses (ordered soft drinks) and we had to come back and get them. The main complaint is that we were in the restaurant about 45 minutes total and there never was a decent selection of pizza. Many of the rounds trays were empty and some had only a slice or two. When we did get a slice from those on the counter they were lukewarm. We did not get a special order. We like it all and usually just select from what is on the buffet. When we did ask about more pizza coming out we were told that more was coming, but we only saw two new pizzas come out during the time we were there. There were only about15 brownies in the pan the whole time we were there. We love Cici’s brownies, but he one’s out there were not fresh and stone cold. There was no desert pizza, no cinnamon rolls and only a few brownies. When we did ask about the brownies we got the same answer, more coming out, but they never did. We love Cici’s pasta, but there was not any pasta, only sauce. We asked about more pasta three times and got the same answer, ‘more coming out in 5 minutes.’ We waited the whole time for more pasta and none ever came out. Even other guests were making jokes about the ‘slim pickings’ on the buffet. The person who appeared to be the manager ‘on duty, ’ seemed to spend more time joking with the other workers only glancing at us briefly when we asked about more food and gave us the standard answer that more was coming out...we never saw it. We got a few slices of pizza, no brownies, no pasta and very poor service.

While we will still eat at other Cici’s, it will be a long time before going to the Kernersville store again. Thanks for offering at most of your stores, great food, great service and a great value. Kernersville, NC just seems to be the exception, as it was not a good experience at all.
