CiCi's Pizza management customer service

On 6/24/18 @8:30 PM my family and I stopped into dcf or dinner at store#580. My spouse mistakenly ordered the wrong wings and went to the manager to let her know what had happened. She was very accommodating and said that she would remake and call him in 10 min when they were done. We were more than half way done with meal and still no wings. My spouse approached the line and the gentleman looked and found the wings which had already been done but we were not called. They were not to our liking and my spouse returned to the food line. An EMPLOYEE was very accommodating and proceeded to make fresh ones the way we wanted them. Another manager named Michelle, that what we were told bc they did not want to give us information, whom.did not help us the first time started yelling and being rude to employee saying she had to give us wings back and that is the way we had to take them. My spouse was extremely agitated at the way she was speaking to not only him but the employee. Others were around and were is disgust with the managers show. And if that was not bad enough. When I returned to the line the manager was still fuming. In fact she left them returned and got into the employees face who was exhibiting good Customer service. The other manager had to physically remove the manager from the conflict. We are not tourists but being our visiting family often. We will definitely think twice before returning to this location. If I do not receive timely feedback to this complaint I will be posting an OFFICIAL complaint on the BBB website. Thank you in advance for your communication.

CiCi's Pizza food, employees, hygiene, language

I visited cicis pizza on blanding Blvd in Orange Park Florida and I will it was gross that 2 employees where smoking next to the front door and cursing when my children pretty loud when my kid's walked by to enter the food was cold and tasted like crap one employee picked up pizza off one pan and put it on another pan with out wearing gloves one young lady had long braided hair that was clearly to my opinion to long not to be in a hair net there was no pizza hardly on the buffet line because everyone that worked there though it was time to have a social gathering the only time I saw anything getting done was before I left and when the manager decided to come in I will not be eating at cicis pizza ever again if this is the kind of service that's allowed

CiCi's Pizza food

Worst customer service. Had to ask for everything because even though it was a buffet there was nothing out on the line. I ordered a personal pizza had 2 slices laughed and asked if I could have a container to take them with me. I was told that they would rather throw them away than for me to take them home. This was my 1st time at cicis pizza and also my last time. #cicis pizza never again

CiCi's Pizza pizza choices, personnel, salad bar, cleanliness of the store

Location 15962 Eldorado Pkwy suite 400, Frisco
This place went down in the past 2 months. The pizza was horible, they keep 4 choices of pizza on buffet, the rest you have to pre order. We had to tell them that there was no soup and no Salad on the Salad Bar. Employees pretend that don't hear you so you cannot order anything. Saturday 4 pm they were almost empty. I am sorry that they ruined the place and hired teenagers that walk lazy. Pizzas were also cold. This was against Serv Safe Food Services and I will send it health inspectors. The food was bellow 140 F it was cold especially the pepperoni pizza.

CiCi's Pizza the cancellation of the nine dollar pizza and the terrible six dollar one got

the cortez rd w Bradenton fl location stopped serving the nine dollar deal great pizza
so purchased and upgraded the five dollar pizza for extra cheese and meat. The store . was very busy two people working one guy talking on the phone about how well things were going a little behind but ok. There was a line did not even acknowledge that you were there. then talking to someone else about how sorry he was that he never called them back and then called someone else a he had forgot the code for the safe. no one taking orders or making pizza one other girl making boxes. then when we got the pizza home it was burned and dried completely not fit to eat. called and complained the [censored] guy told me he was sorry that I did not like the five dollar pizza, which was not five dollars I paid extra for extra burned pizza, but was kind enough to let me know that I could get nine dollar pizza at another location, which is too far to drive. I can go to Dominos it is closer then either of your places but we always liked yours

I am a senior lady and was at the Florence Alabama location yesterday.. There were four men and one lady working there and I made the fourth customer. There was 2 hard slices of Alfredo on the buffet, one of those slices had something black on it, so I pointed it out to one of the men and ordered a personal Alfredo. He said he would get it out and put it on the buffet, however I sit there with my phone for 15 minutes and still had no pizza..the deserts was 2 slices of hard pie and very few cinnamon rolls . The men and the lady was doing absolutely nothing. I pointed out to one man and the lady how long I had been waiting and the lady talked really hateful to me, so I pointed out to her the black on the old Alfreda that was on the buffet, she said, " Oh that's just spinach." I replied, " I don't care what it is, it's not Alfredo. I demanded my money back telling them again how long I had been sitting there waiting. It use to be the best Pizza place in this area, however the last 6 times I have been there it is horrible.

CiCi's Pizza nasty sticky floors /dirty tables

When we got in there we had to clean our own table off.. most of the tables around us were dirty.. there was a large area going around from our table mostly up to the buffet where the floor was so sticky that my daughter and my granddaughters flip-flops were sticking to it.. it was so bad that when they walked to the buffet their flip flops were sticking to the floor.. I finally told them just to sit down and I would go back and forth and get their food since I was wearing tennis shoes.. but by the time I would get their food to the table and I got my food they would need more.. This wasn't a pleasant meal for me.. this is my first time to this restaurant and I doubt I'll be going back and I really doubt my family will be going back either.. we paid almost $30 for this experience just to have nasty floors and table.. we couldn't enjoy it.. I went to the woman up front and I complained about the floors and she acted like I was like I was bothering her she didn't even tell the lady to clean the floors or anything.. I saw the lady cleaning in completely different areas and I told her about it she just ignored me... One of the stalls in the bathroom was out of order and the only other had what I'm assuming was urine all on the floor in front of it.. Again I told the lady with the mop I watched as she never went to clean it.. in front of the buffet I'm sure we weren't the only ones sticking to the floor... I asked for a hamburger thin crust for our table and I was told they don't do that anymore..

WHy are you getting upset at the cleaner about the urine on the floor. She is not the one that made the mess. I hope one day your granddaughter gets a job of cleaning up after people's urine and feces. I hope she is mistreated the way you mistreated the cleaning lady. I hope you are around to see he getting mistreated as you mistreat others.

CiCi's Pizza the whole deal

Third time in a row we have ate here and only gotten 1 piece of pizza. No salad on bar no noodles...more pizza in floor than on the bar. Just disgusting. Totally wasted money. Tables were nasty had to clean my own not to mention they had half the place blocked off so they wouldnt have to clean the whole place. Drink station was totally nasty as was the floor around it. My shkes actually stuck to the floor!

CiCi's Pizza nasty workers

Hi, I'm a customer in Elkhart in. My friend works at the local cici's. She works there with her bestfriend named Destiny. She had told me that Destiny and another male employee had sex in the freezer well they were closing the store. My friend Alexia told her manager about the indecent and her manager just gave her a warning. That's disgusting and I feel there should be consequences.

CiCi's Pizza health cleanliness

Went to cicis in easley sc on may 29th for dinner and was very disappointed to see an employee with gloves reaching in his pocket for his phone. Touch his hair and scratch his ear. Proceded to prep and the swept the floor used dustpan then continued to get pans and dough ready all the while wearing the same gloves. Will never eat at cicis again. Dehec would haveca field day here

CiCi's Pizza manager

I went with my kids for dinner after a long day from work around 7pm this late afternoon my total is $23.88 and i give the cashier a $100 bill my change was suppose to be $76.12 she didnt count it back i just grab it thinking she give me the right change so i put it in my purse so once i get home to put my money together for tomorrow for my taxi im $10 short. I call the place where i went to eat at cici's pizza in norcross i ask to speak to a manager saying this is he i asked if i was speak to the manager the person said yes so i tell him about the situation which there was no concern about the situation not only that he didnt hesitate to grab my name and number to actually call me back even though he said that he is not sure if that happen like he made me feel like i was lieing to him like i was scaming or something which i wasnt i even told him i have the recipt with the money the exact change she gave me back. All he said he has to see but he can not do anything about it. I even asked him plenty of times if he was going to grab my name and number which he never did which i know as a manager you have to take care of a customer complaint i have worked in restaurant in the past and i have delt before situations like this where your cashier comes up short from the register or comes up over but after im telling him about my concern that i am $10 short i need you to do something about it he didnt give me a name i couldnt even ask him for his name plus i even said hello hello no answer and hung up on me i call back plenty of times and no answer this is very unprofessional of him doing this. As a manager that you face to a customer in person or over the phone you should handle the customers concern the right way! Your representing the companies name who ever trained the manager needs to be retrained and to even top it off with the whole situation he even told me i just give you a free buffet the next visit i dont even want it after this incident im never going back i just want my money back!

CiCi's Pizza service

We went to Cici's on May, 24th at 4:17 P.M. We were on vacation and were really looking forward to trying the New York Style Pizza since we have no Cicis around here. We saw none on the buffet so I requested one. The man putting the pizzas out told me that they were no longer serving that pizza. When I pointed out that it was on the website and on the posters in the store he still told me that they were no longer serving that particular pizza. He was being very short about it. So I asked the lady working there. The man I had asked before heard me and shouted, I told him we weren't making anymore. The lady had basically the same attitude as the man even after being asked to please put one out. So we asked for a supreme to be put out. It was finally put on the buffet as we were leaving despite me asking as soon as we were seated. If all Cicis are like this I don't plan on ever going again.

CiCi's Pizza cici's pizza cook

I went into Cici's pizza today May 18th 2018 at 3pm to eat & had the most ugliest experience ever. I have more then one complaint for the cook (Maria) she has such horrible attitude and is/was extremely rude to me and my son. This has happened to me in more then one occasion and I'm sick of it, otherwise I wouldn't be taking my time to write this. I would like to file my complaint as soon as possible because I really like going to cici's pizza with my family, and this kind of attitude is just not fair for me and my family. Thanks

CiCi's Pizza store manager

I frequent the cicis a lot on south tryon ( 3 or 4 times a week) and ever since the African American manager left This cicis has become the most Ill run the cicis I've ever been in. The female who I'm assuming is the new general manager is never helping out any of the other workers. I've seen the men cooking and making pizza struggle because she understaffs her shifts and doesn't help when it's needed. She understaffs her store for the amount of business it gets. I think you guys might need to do a review on her general manager position because she doesn't deserve it. Ask any of the NUMBER of people who have left since she started. That should be a sign and you guys aren't paying attention.

CiCi's Pizza false advertising terrible service disrespected a veteran and his family

I took my family to cicis pizza last night before our long ride home. I paid extra for the chicken wings and for the styrofoam cups so we could take them when we left as we had a 8 hour drive home to ny. It was kind of busy so I could understand waiting 10 min for my supreme pizza. Only after a half hr I still never got my pizza. I overpaid for what? My fiances personal pizza was given to her off of the service line. It wasnt personal it was made for the buffet. The manager who refused to give her name said this pizza just came out and she wa asmt wasting food to make her a fresh 1 when that should be good enough. Problem was that pizza wasnt what she wanted. At this time I had already waited over 35 minutes for my supreme pizza that u wanted jalepenos on. Aggravate ds I had given up lost interest and just did not have my appetite anymore. But shannon wasnt having that. She is always going to my defense. Being a veteran I just dont have the time or interest in petty squabbles. But she always says I could of died for them I deserve a frigging pizza or w.E. The case is. Truth is I didnt join for favors or recognition. I served because it was the right thing to do. But my problem right from the start was I went because groupon has 50% cash back. This manager said no not her store. Even though groupon led me right there. 2nd I couldnt get a discount for being a veteran but I did my 1st time ever going in ft lee virginia. 3rd I paid for drinks that I could take with me as I had a 8 hr drive home but because the lady at the register gave me dine in cups and not the foam cups when we paid we could not get our to go cups we paid for. When shannon tried to get them this manager acted like we were stealing them when I definitely paid for them. The manager replied we dont sell to go cups here. So what did I pay for then? And why were there 2 bigs stacks of large foam to go cups with lids and straws right at the counter. Not only did it take over 35 mi utes for her to make sure a supreme pizza was out on the service line I never got my personak pizza. Neither did my fiance. Why do you advertise it of its not policy? Amd ehy do you advertise soups pasta and salads if you do not? Why offer deals on groupon if they are not honored? Why advertise your own oersonal pizza made just for you with your choice of toppings if you do not? Is this just a portage indiana thing at meadows shopping center? Either way I spent close to $100 bucks for my 2md experience which was absolutely terrible. My fiance was treatly with absolutely no respect and my 3 year old daughter the slammed her face off of a locker that should never be in a public restroom in a liability law suit waiting to happen. And she she should never of been treated with such disregard as to say well she should watch where she is going. When you should not have company lockers in a public restroom.

CiCi's Pizza a manager

This particular manager is always calling in people on their off days EVERY SINGLE OFF DAY ! My son never gets an off day at all he's always stressed, and if he's supposed to get off at 5p the manager makes him get off at 8p or 9p ... Reminding you that my son doesn't drive and he be needing a ride I HAVE TO WAIT some time my son can be walking out the door and he calls him back and say (aye I need you to stay) like people need days off, he didn't even let him have a break yesterday my son didn't eat anything until after 9 pm

CiCi's Pizza no plates clean rude staff and manager.

We walked in and sat down there was not any clean playes for about 7 mins. Asked if they could make me a pizza was told they could not when i asked why they told me they were not doing that today even though they had a sign above the line that said custom pizzas in 20 to 25 mins told the manager and he rudeley asked me where i seen the sign i pointed to it he grabbed it said oh [censored] and walked away. Also no lids or ice at drink dispenser. Very poor service. Cicis on Ayers st.

CiCi's Pizza dine in

I visit the Smyrna Tn location yesterday for my daughter's end of the year bowling banquet. When entering I purchased meals for my son and i. (The bowlibg team paid for my daughter) Mind you I don't really care for cici's pizza so I was just going to have a little salad in which I wasn't impressed by the salad bar but I made a small plate. Half way through the manager approaches me asks how everything is I say fine. He continues to say that he was informed that I was eating from the buffet and hadn't paid. I told him that was untrue and showed my receipt he said ok and walked away no apology or comp for the allegations or embarrassment. This is my second issue with this particular store I will not spend my money there anymore and I will tell all my friends on social media not to spend their money there either.

CiCi's Pizza filthiness of restaurant

My name is Ernie Hayes, [protected]. Sunday, 4/29/18, my brother and I went to the CiCi's Pizza on 1609 N Valley Mills Dr, Waco, TX 76710. We walked in and immediately I had to pay for 2 buffets and 2 drinks. It wasn't until I received my receipt and entered the restaurant that I say how truly filthy the entire restaurant was. I was mortified! More than half the tables were littered and those that weren't had not been wiped off. We had to search for a clean table to seat at. The soda machine tray had ice from one end to the other ranging from 1-3 inches thick of ice and soda. I was afraid to put my cup in and get ice to get a soda. The salad bar was dirty and had food scattered all over it, there were only 4 partial pizzas to select from, no bread the entire we were there, and you had to scrap the bottom of the soup bowl to get broth. I requested to speak with the Manager, who came over after about 1 minute. I complained about the cleanliness, and her words were, quote, "It could be worse." End quote. While talking to the manager, I knew it would be useless to ask for a refund, even though we hadn't taken any food or drink yet. My impression was she didn't care about my complaint. The one male attempting to clean the restaurant acted with no regard to urgency, taking only a few plates and cups at a time, then taking his time coming back for the remaining dishes. He never wiped the tables down. The table next to us remained covered in dishes and spilled soda for the 25 minutes we were there. No one attempted to clean it. The floor was covered in dishes, food, paper cups, and napkins, and there were several places when you walked over it, you foot stuck, like it does in a dirty movie theater. I felt I wasted $18+ for the small amount of food I could eat, as the selection was "extremely" limited. I witnessed customers coming and immediately saw the look of shock and distain on their faces, especially when they had to seat themselves at a dirty table. I talked to several customers, who like myself, will never eat there again. I also feel the General, District and Regional Manager should also be held accountable as well as the restaurant Manager for the cleanliness and appearance of your restaurants. CiCi's Pizza service-

It's 8:27pm, customers are walking in and people are sitting down eating. The Cici's Pizza in Richardson, TX off Jupiter and Arapaho is performing a deep cleaning where they have closed off half of the restaurant. The chemical fumes are so strong, all the chairs on the closed side of the restaurant are on the tables, mops and water hose are being used. The mixture is water and cleaning supply has now drained to where my family and I are sitting. We are forced to move to a different table because of this.
Is it the company's custom to deep cleaning during this time? It is so rude and unsanitary that we left without finishing our dinner. I have attached a video.

CiCi's Pizza new menu

Today I took my 12 year old daughter to lunch at CiCi's and the new menu is horrible, the only thing still good was the salad bar. The new cheesecake brownies are gross (the original brownies were amazing, why did you change them) the spinach pizza now only comes in flatbread unless you order it...that's not the point of a buffet...when we go to a buffet we want to be able to get in and out not wait for our food to be cooked. The meatball New York pizza is horrible. I just don't understand the need to change the menu? My daughter also wanted me to let you know that she misses the drinking glasses, our location drinks now come in disposable paper cups. I just wanted to let you know we were very disappointed with the new menu and we will not be back.
