CiCi's Pizza customer service

Location at 2270 N 75th ave unit 101 Phoenix, Az. The manager was condescending when my husband asked why he didn't get his large to go cup. All the manager could tell him was, " this cup is more expensive" we know how much the large to go cups are which is ridiculous. A $1.99 regular drink, $6.49 buffet, Arizona Cicis is rapping their customers. We were used to the Texas way but sadly we were met with a child with childish comments as a manager. The food was ok but the the cheese sticks were all bread with a dash of cheese. Oh and the manager kept our receipt...I wonder why

CiCi's Pizza staff

I bring my kids to this location several times a month. Today was the worst experience ever. The customer service is usually about par, I have even tried to recruit your cook (I manage a establishment) because they are so nice. Cain was so rude. His attitude was totally unacceptable. Ashley was blatantly rude. There is no way I would allow staff to speak to a guest in the manner that she did. I would never ignore a guest when they have paid and are requesting food that should be readily available.

CiCi's Pizza staff, wait time, rude manager and staff, dirty

I went to the following location: 8586 Palm Pkwy. Orlando, Fl 32836 on Sunday, Aug. 12, 2017.
When I ordered my food a staff member of the restaurant accidentally knocked over a stack of beverage cups on the ground. The stack of cups rolled around on the ground, the employee proceeded to pick up the cups, and put them back on the counter top, without cleaning them or hesitating in anyway, to possibly discard them. Absolutely inexcusable and filthy were the word that came to my mind. I waited just about 30 minutes for a small plain pie and cheesy bread. I asked a male preparing food behind the counter and having an in depth conversation with a female employee, how long my order may take and his response was, it's being prepared. I was "ok" with his response but my order was not in the oven because I carefully observed when he placed the trays and removed them from the oven and the order of the prepared food exiting the oven. Now the disturbing part. I was with my sick son, waiting for our order, we were traveling from out of state and I had to bear witness to the absolute disregard of customer services. When my food came out of the oven, the male then placed my food on the counter in front of him and continued to gossip away with the female employee about another female employee who needs hours but does not come to work. I was not happy at this point, because my child was not well and the staff did not care how long paying customers should wait. When I asked how much longer I have to wait, the male said "Your order is ready". Please keep in mind, I am standing right in front of these employees and they did not care how long people have to wait. The 2 employees began to mumble to each other, (they did a bad job of it) and continued to gossip but this time, it was about me. The female employee placed 2 boxes on the counter top, I picked up my boxes and walked away. The female employee then yelled out in an obnoxious and rude tone "You're welcome!" I turned around and told her she did not deserve a thank you and the male employee walk up to he counter and when I asked for her name and the general manager's name, he responded, that I do not need her name and I only need his name. He still failed to provide his name. He puffed his chest out said "I am the general manager".
I asked another employee if this location had a store identification number and he said he did not know it. I am not sure if CICI pizza tolerates this type of behavior and promotes this lack of professionalism, dirty conditions, filthy cups and who knows what else may be dirty. For your information, my son and I did not bother eating the food. We discarded it immediately and ordered something from a much nicer establishment and the staff was friendly and professional. I have no interest in speaking with a Lyons from that restaurant. I would like to speak with someone from the corporate office. I can reached at [protected]

CiCi's Pizza service and attitude of employees

We came to enjoy a meal with our grand daughter and we asked an employee for some in a cup for salad as she gave us the cheese I handed one to my grand daughter who's 6yrs old she accidentally dropped the 2 ounce cup and so we asked for another cup the employee muttered under her breath and gave a dirty look and rolled her eyes my wife then told her you don't have to be rude making faces and muttering she then did it again looking wife wife in the face and manager did nothing about it we had already paid for food so we ate with the employee constantly looking at us hateful

CiCi's Pizza gift card not accepted

I received a gift card for a free 1 topping pizza approximately a year ago because Cici's would not make me a bbq pizza because it was one of their signature pizza's. Yes, they said I could not order one of their signature pizza's and had to add something to it to make it my own, but I did not want that, I wanted a bbq only. Your signature pizza is what drove me to your store for years. My children grew up for years eating at your establishments as well as now their children are.
I was very upset and disappointed that your stores do not make your signature pizza's for personal consumption, so I did not go back.
I went back to same place to use the gift card after some time had passed and they said they would not make my bbq pizza again. I wanted a whole pizza not a personal pan pizza, which I told the manager I was willing to pay full price and she still denied making it.
The manager said that they would not honor the gift card because it did not have a code on it and made me feel like it was my responsibility for the code not being on the gift card. Nor did the manager offer any other resolution for this problem. Customer service should be number one priority in a business.
If this is your policy then your gonna leave a bad taste in everyone's mouth.

CiCi's Pizza nobody answered the phone

Ok where Should I start. I called from 5pm to 8pm I was still on the phone when ordered phone Ringing and ringing now I work for a armor company and I got off wanting to. Call pizza in and go get it no one in line just me and yall have The nerve to charge anything very very very poor customer service 5 people standing around now I see nobody want to work but everybody Want to get paid shaking my head no hair nets one girl is cooking with a pony tail longer then a donkeys tail one employee in the back eating like I don't want to lunch is lunch but in the kitchen really im at the garland tx location I really want it closed down that bad I rather drive to another location

Ok so went for My pizza double pepperoni and thin or flat bread crust no double pepperoni and while they messing my order up I guess the manager had no babysitter little girl sitting her but in counter top while her mom the manager dumps her entire life savings all on the counter of her personal purse and go in register to make change for Quarters to send her to play games its now 831pm ughhhhhh really

CiCi's Pizza cici's customer service in rockwall texas

My Husband and I went to Rockwall for the day yesterday 8/14/17 and he and I both had two free buffet cards and when they were given to us we were told "they are valid at any CiCis". When we presented them to the cashier he and an older lady had mentioned how pretty the cards were and that they had never seen on like it before. I had mentioned that they were given to us by someone from the cooperate office. They still said we could not use the cards at their location. I ended up paying for the buffet out of pocket and it cost me $18 when there is a $6.29 Lunch special going on and it was in fact lunch time. To top it all off there was not a variety of pizza on the line, the salad was old and wilted and the pizza was dry. I would like to get a refund back on this not so good experience we had.

CiCi's Pizza nasty and unprofessional service

Hi,
My family come to eat at Ci Ci pizza on Murphy Rd in Murphy TX very quite often. Lately, this restaurant has gone down hill. The food and the service were horrible. We noticed that there were no friendly greeted ‘Welcome to Cici’s” like it used to be anymore. Last week, we were there, the restroom was so gross. The pizza were old and hard. The salad bar looked old and dried out. My boys had to wait forever for the soup. My husband and I weren't very happy at all but we are not complainers. We just decided that we would not come back to this place again. They gonna miss out our business. However, tonight August 11th 2017 is our little boy 5th birthday. After having fun at Chuck E Cheese, he requested us to take him to Cici pizza. So again, there we were! we arrived at the restaurant round 830pm. The restaurant wasn't that busy and only a few tables were occupied but there weren't any pizza left on the buffet. I immediately made a special order - mac and cheese for my birthday boy because he was hungry. I took my boys to wash their hands before eating their dinner. The restroom was nasty and the sink seemed like never been cleaned for days. We waited for a while and then some pizza were served on the buffet but they completely forgot my boy's mac and cheese pizza. I had to remind them again to made it for him. My husband asked for the soup. The worker said they would not make any more soup because they were out of the soup flavor. I ordered a veggie pizza. While I was waiting for my pizza and observing things surround me. There only three employees worked there tonight. Two ladies were behind the kitchen wall and I couldn't see them much... so I guessed they were busy. And a female employee was flipping up all the chairs on the tables on another half of the restaurant (only at 9pm). There were two customers walked in. No one was greeting them, they waited at the cashier for a while. The cleaning female employee saw them but ignored them. Finally, she came to help these customers. I saw she held the money and touch the cashier machine with my own eyes. Then she went straight directly to the kitchen and used her dirty nasty bare hands to pick up my pizza and brought it to me. I politely confront her what I saw the whole time. The thing that got me the most was her responding. She said "I'm busy" "um... do you want me to make you another pizza?". I said "No thank you!". My husband asked me to talk to the manager. I found out one of two ladies were behind kitchen wall was an "on duty" manager. I told her the whole situation and the manager responded "I'm sorry! do you want me to make you another pizza?". I paid for the buffet but I only ate two slices of Alfredo pizza and I didn't want to eat afterward. It was a horrible experience! Two terrible times in a row as the same Ci Ci Pizza restaurant were not more execute for us to come there ever again.

CiCi's Pizza service

Me and my wife came to the location in Bellmead Texas to eat. We paid for our Buffet and had to wait 20 mins to eat because there were no pizzas on the buffet, no soup, and all the noodles were dry. After finally eating we then had wait for them to put dessert out. This is crazy to me. The place is also very dirty and not clean. We use to come to this place a lot and now it's getting so nasty that we will probably not be returning. We really enjoyed taking our family here and it sucks to see if get run down and have bad service like this!

CiCi's Pizza service

Okay where should I start off the entire resturant was dirty trash under each table windows were dirty, bathroom(s) were very disgusting water all over the ground pee on the toilets and it smelled like urine. It doesn't end there I stayed in the restaurant for 20 minutes and there was not a new pizza made or put out in that time span so I left I only got to eat one slice of pizza which was cold. My guest were also very displeased from not having at least warm food but also the customer service everyone was just standing around the entire time walking around with pants down and one guy was walking around rapping with head phones in his ears. Only thing I could wonder was why isn't there any pizza being made because nothing else is being done. The restaurant still had a hour to be open and customers are coming in. The pizza up there is cold, the restaurant looks disgusting and the bathrooms are just gross.(I enjoy going to the cicis in Pineville, NC it is cleaned and food always hot.) Want Refund

CiCi's Pizza pizza sauce

My husband and I frequent Cici's in Augusta, Georgia .On 7/15/2017, we visited Cici's but there was a few things that the both of us noticed. The pizza sauce was different, the crust on the thin and crispy was extremely tough, the cheese sauce was watery. I had ask for a spicy chicken, but 20 minutes, then 30 minutes, finally got 2 slices but it was completely loaded with hot sauce.If it had only been one issue, I would not have thought nothing about it. I will go back again. Hopefully it will be better 😊. Mike and Jennie Murphy.

I go there frequently, I usually have god service utill tonight with a different manager. First off he is tude checking us out, my family and I together had 9 kids with us. We wanted to order just one alfredo pizza for our table again we are a big family HE KEPT SAYING NO AND SAID "I have to go " first off, you do not say no and why don't you want to make a pizza and told us wait. We said there was nothing on the buffet and we do not eat pork, we were so upset and hurt of this man! Why is he doing this ! Again when you work customer service you must provide customers and people paying! I want this man to be written up and not there anymore ! He should be ashamed of himself and how he does not want to work or make food ! I will not stop until I teach someone who can either tell this man we order pizza all the time for our table and we eat it ! He kept saying and pointing they are making it and I took pictures it was not out the buffet empty, I do not get it, I have been to cicis countless times and never had this or a manager telling his staff do not make any, why? Your trying to leave work or being cheap, it's a buffet, I have never ever been to a buffet like this! I'm so upset and hurt when we just wanted a nice dinner and be happy with the family, I would like to reach anyone who can explain this to me and have him realize what type of job he works at, it makes no sense !

on and my friend is not royal to me, she took his side and her son stood up for her mother, So i slapped him across the face and now we are not friends anymore thanks to this man with bad customer service, and my friend said she was going to call the police and press charges of assult against me for hitting her son when he deserved it. she said just because I am mad at her does not mean i can hit her son.

CiCi's Pizza cici's restaurant off w tidwell rd in houston sucks

Yesterday, 7/12/17, I showed up at the Cici's off of W Tidwell Rd near the Hollister intersection in Houston. It states on the door that it opens at 11am. This is the SECOND time in a row that I have arrived there at 11:30am, doors are locked, all the lights are off, and I see 1 or 2 people walking around inside, obviously employees. I knocked on the window both times and these people won't even look up to acknowledge me. Both times there were other people standing around waiting for them to open as well. This is absolutely ridiculous! I gave y'all another chance after the first time, but your people completely failed again. I've worked in several restaurants and there is no reason for a restaurant to stay closed past their opening time. Your people clearly need some authority or discipline there.. or else have fun leaving them to destroy your reputation. I know I won't be returning to that location ever again, and unless you can make it right, I don't think I will go to any Cici's again.

CiCi's Pizza I am complaining about the service all around!

We entered and i knew i had a free Buffett with my app and my wife was needing just one more. We got to the front and first off NO ONE WAS THERE, after a min and a half, we had to glance around the corner to see the manager and she said she would be right with us. She then came to the register to say sorry her cashier was in the bathroom. We showed her our cicis app and told her we have a free Buffett cause we been keepingtrack of the receipts and she was clueless on the app! I am clueless also but its not MY app. She said i did not have one free, it showed that i had no visits at all. And my wifes also. Now im upset cause that's not right. My wife asked if i wanted to hold on to my receipt i said no cause i would never again go to a cicis! The app is deceiving. Then we get to the buffett and nothing ! No soup no pizza, there was garlic bread so i got some of that, i askes for beacon bits and i was charged a quarter! I put three specials in and those (when tgey came out after 27 min) when your ovens are set for 4 and a half min. Come on! The specials were on point and were good. The entire time we were there with the exception on a short 3 min span tge buffet looked like poop. A kid waited so patiently for 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. For over 6 min! If you think in exaggerating look at your footage for corpus christi airline store around 6:15ish. Im thebig guy in a black shirt with camo shorts. I had 4 people in my party. The restaurant looked like poop. Was very dirty and the manager had a full staff! Then we leave. I came home and my wifes said this morning to me. I figured it out, tge app you have to hit a button redeem and then it gives you options on what your able to get... that would be helpfull to yourcustomers if your managementtean knew that. I calked to speak with your DM but no answer nor has he called ma back... cicis in corpus really has gone to poop!

Hi my family and I went to eat at your northport Alabama location today we love cici pizza but this is our second time going in there and the manager is not a very pleasant person she is very rude and impatient toward people. But like also the food was awesome and very clean environment but today it was very hot so we couldn't enjoy the buffets we paid for cause it was hot outside and then inside smh hopefully u all can make it right thanks

CiCi's Pizza cici's pizza in murphy, texas

Hello,

My family and I ate at your Murphy, Texas location on this past Friday July 7th. Our experience was absolutely awful and this is now the 2nd time. I am not typically the type to complain but my family has considered going to Cici's as a special and fun family outing for a very long time. We have most frequently dined at your Garland, Texas on Lavon location and always had a great experience.
My decision to write to corporate is in hopes to help bring attention to the terrible management as well as service at the Murphy location. The manager on duty advised me that her name is Michelle. I confronted Michelle with my extreme dissatisfaction with the lack of cleanliness of the restaurant as our first impression was terrible only to walk into at the time of our arrival a pretty empty dining area with barely any clean tables and a floor that looked like it had not been swept in days. Next taking my children to the restroom only completely took away my apetite and disgusted me to no end as clearly no upkeep was being done and for a lack of better words it was gross. The buffet line was not far from the same condition and pattern the restaurant appeared to be accustom to as the salad looked old and brown, dressings dispensers were nasty and just not kept well, the pasta sauce was cold and the availability of pizza was on an ask for basis for the most part. Needless to say this was a terrible experience that I was open and hopeful would not be the repeat from my first experience with this location but unfortunately I was wrong.
My frustration and anger was definitely escalated by the lack of profeasionalism by the manager, Michelle who was defensive and rude explaining to me that she is training if I could not see when I went to her to offer my feedback. She also commenced to cutting me off by asking me.."What would I like her to do for me?" I felt dissappointed and I sadned that being new to the Murphy/Richardson area my neighborhood Cici would not be a place my family and I could enjoy as we have for so many years. I feel that a nasty taste has been put in my mouth for the company as a whole as like I mentioned in the beginning this was not the first but second time I experienced such terrible service at your establishment.
I would appreciate it if someone would reach out to me in regards to my dissatisfaction and terrible experience. Thank you.

I hope you sent this message to cici's, as they won't see it on this website. I agree, I live in Michigan and they opened the first cici's around my house about five years ago. They were popular, I'd always see giant lines when me and my fiance drove by. We don't normally go to buffets but since it seemed so popular, we decided to try it. It was awful, dirty and the buffet sparse. They ended up closing down last year. I personally have found that doing some digging online to find local small restaurants is the best way to go, often times the best places to eat and have a great experience at are the "best kept secret" type places. In my area, there is this tiny place that looks on the outside like a bar, but they have the absolute best burgers in the state and is my families favorite place to go out to eat and make memories. I adore our yearly trips to this place and find that big chain restaurants are just lacking.

Went in to place a to go order at 3:17pm. I did not get order until 4:07pm. I asked the manager what was taking it so long. She said the manager that was on duty before her had just left in a bad mood and sent one of the cooks home. Then I was told the cook that was there took a break when my order was placed. The people that was coming in to eat buffet kept having to come up and ask for utensils and other items that were not filled. They gave me a coupon for nothing and a apology. Very dissatisfied with service.

CiCi's Pizza no ice, no napkins or girls, rude customer service

Just left CiCis located on FM 1960 ad Jones Rd. There were no forks, napkins, or cup lids available and when I asked the manager he was the least concerned. The ice machine was empty, when I asked another man working there he told me "We have NO more ice ma'am, so you can take your cup back to the register, it's your choice." After finishing eating, the same man who told me there was no ice, .proceeds to start filling the machine with buckets and buckets of ice. He seemed to want to take care of customers of a specific ethnicity than others and he clearly lied to my face. Never returning to this disgusting place. New management needed.

CiCi's Pizza no food on buffet

At 4:00 in the evening there was not a single pizza on the buffet line. There was a line of people waiting to get their food. By the time one Pizza came out it was gone. Stood for about 10 minutes waiting in line. Never had this problem at other Cici's locations. Tables were nasty. Had to clean off our own tables. There was various customers upset and complaining because the wait times was so long. Cook didn't have a hat or net on his head nor gloves. There were never any cinnamon rolls put out and that was the deciding factor for our visit.

Visited dunn ave location on 6/28/17...I spent $47 and some change for the buffet and 20 wings we cleaned or own booths due to them being dirty plus the towel and cleaning spray was already on one of the tables after being there for 35 min no wings. When asked how long it would be 5 min later I was informed they never were put in and the cashier never told them but if I could wait 20 more min they'll be up which is very ridiculous so they gave me a refund I guess it was funny to the manager because of the Lil smirk on her face. This was worst experience I've ever received from this location. I'm a G.Manager for a fast food restaurant so I know how it can be when your kinda busy.. but damn who forgets there customer's
