CiCi's Pizza - bad experience

Hello,

I went with my family to have dinner at cicis pizza for the first time and it was a horrible experience.. All the plates were dirty, and the cups too. The cup my daughter had been gaven had a leak, we asked for another cup and it was okay. Then as we all walked toward the pizza buffet, there was slices of pizza on the floor. We were all so uppset that we didnt want to eat there never again! The pizzas looked old... It was just unpleasant! But i figured that the place was miss taken care off because the manager spend most of the time outside smoking a cigarette. I dont blame the employees for not doing their job i really think the manager which was a young man around his 30 yrs wasnt doing a good job! This happened thursday, july 23 around 7 pm.. Please do something about this because i would like to give it another opportunity! Thank you very much.!

I went to cc's in monroeville pa Aug 4th at 6:oo pm and there where very few other customers. first I saw the casher dig her nails into a plastic bag of carrrots to open then, no gloves . Next an employee was wipeing down the pizza slice station while towing an open can of nasty looking table scraps behinde her, while i was behind the nasty can at the slice line. After sitting and eating our dirty plates had piled up on our table rather than being removed while we went for seconds. I then scanned the dinning area only to see about eight tables also heaped with nasty looking leftovers. Then seeing two brooms and a dust pan leaning against the wall in the food prep area i was ready to scream. No one employee looked as if they could have been the manager as they all seemed to be under the age of 25...well why stop here ...a huge slice of bread lay at the foot of the soda satation and the waste can in the game area was thick with food ### on it's flap. I guess I should have know better than to go into a place were an employee smokes a cigetatte at the front door while talking to a boy friend who sits in his car blocking the entrance. It will be a long long long time before I ever go into cc's again but, first i'll look before I eat
