I need to cancel acct. but, your phone number is always busy... and i have been in hold for one hour and no one has answer the phone...

I have been trying to cancel my son's account for over a year. I talked with my bank
and the next step is to visit a lawyer. This company is very irresponsible. I would not
recommend it to anyone.
